Dear sir,
I am working at mylapore, i have to go home at poonamallee. Daily i used to go by bus no.45b or 45e to saidapet, but from past 1 month this bus is playing with our patient, early bus frequency was upto 20mins, but now a days it become very very bad. I am daily waiting in bus stop for more than 2 hours, i used to cry daily for this bus. Dont know when i am going to loss my patients and break the bus glasses, after waiting for 2 hours 5 buses were coming one by one in same time.. Its very very bad, i windup by 5.30 from office reached home by 10.30pm.. I am daily praying to god to give biggest punishments to those drivers and conductors.
Please sir kindly take proper action on 45b and 45e buses and provide us frequent buses.. Thank you

    On 29th august 2017, i entered in to s566 (Kunrathur to thiruporur route bus), in vandalur zoo stoping at around 2.45 pm. I asked rathnamangalam one ticket and gave rs.20 note as i don't know the exact ticket price. The conductor accepted my money and asked one rupee change. The ticket price is rs.11. Hence i gave one rupee also. But after getting my money he didn't give ticket and also my remaining amount. When i asked about my ticket and remaining amount, he scolded and abused me in front of all and said your ticket is included with another person's ticket. But that was not happened. He didn't not give me either my money or ticket. Do any one take action against those persons. I don't know what he will answer when there was a squad. Some squad should be there to catch these type of person especially in these routes. All people are saying this conductor is behaving like this only. Who will take care of this issues in tamil nadu transport... Any how this is very big questionable?

    In the bus number TN38N2921 the conductor had pulled me out of the bus when I sat and asked a ticket for Negamam but now the bus when it left it was empty . Not only in this bus but many buses are also like this. Like this for the three times I had pulled out.

      I was waiting for a bus in chetipedu bus stop towards poonamalle on 30/08/2017 by 6.30pm, there was a huge traffic struck up, that time a bus bearing registration number tn 21 n 1861 towards chennai stopped in chetipedu stop four of the peoples got into the bus in the signal so i too got in the bus via front door while it reaches the bus stop which is very closer to that signal and bus started moving after giving tickets to the first four passengers the conductor asked me the place to give ticket i asked ticket for poonamalle he got the money from me and started shouting at me in singular words and said are you studied or not, do you know to read or not, there was a sticker in front of the bus mentioned all bye pass, i said i didn't notice that sticker so give me ticket for poonamalle bye pass, again he shouted படிக்காம ஏறிட்டு என் உயிர வாங்குறான், so i replied all buses will go to poonamalle bus stand so i thought like that and got into the bus, for that he said தேவையில்லாத பேச்செல்லாம் என்கிட்ட பேசாத and started using filthy words, so i said first நான் ஏறும்போதே சொல்லியிருந்தà... நான் இறங்கியிருப்à®�... and said if you are not able to give ticket stop the bus and i will get down, you people are here to serve the public but you are irritating me for that he said public னா என்ன பருப்பா, so me and other passengers said don't insult the public passengers and you only talking unnecessarily again he shouted at me and said ரொம்ப பேசாத வாய உடைச்சிருவேன் so i too shouted him he give the ticket to me half teared and scolding me with filthy words and got back.

      Is this the way you staff behave with public passengers, is he a staff or a local rowdy he just behaved like that only, after reaching poonamalle bye pass many of the passengers got down in bye pass road stop. I admired why did he shouted at me and decided to give complaint and suddenly i took a photo of the bus number for that also he has shown his hand ugly and said filthy words.

      I have attached his photo you can see his behaviour on that photo and the photo of the tickets. I got mentally depressed because of the behaviour of your staff. I humbly request you to take severe action towards him and punish him otherwise i will have to take further steps for the mental agony caused by him.

      Bus no. TN 32 N 3179 The regular fare to tambaram from vilupuram is 80. The conductor said that it is special bus and charged 100. At vilupuram the bus started at 10.40pm.

        Hello sir.. I travelling in thammampattty to aathur bus in morning 7.10am bus number tn36- n0059.. I giving the rs10 coin is giving and buying the ticket but conductor is not accept coin so i ask the question why u r not accept the coin.. He is telling in our office is not accept the coin.. So how can i to do.. So plz take action to that officer.. Plz kindly i asking..

          Hi, the bus route between adyar and thiruvanamalai doesn't accept 10 rupee coins. The conductor says that their higher authorities at thiruvanamalai doesn't accept 10 rupee coins. Tn21 n 2973 one of the bus number which i boarded on august 17, 2017 and the conductor has asked me to get down from the bus when i asked him why the coin is not accepted. It's specifically outside chennai buses especially chengalpet and thiruvanamalai buses which don't accept it. Please take actions or just close this blog.

            Sir,
            I'm paranthaman from vellore.in vellore district not even a single govt or non govt busses accept the 10 rs coin this is very worst thing every conductor says in my center they won't accept the coin. Pls take immediate action. So many times i face this kind of issues and more complain are raised but no response. I don't know what's the problem to accepting 10rs coin. Simply conductor 10rs are not accepting in vellore district moving busses.

              Sir/madam,
              I am jothi priya, studying 2nd year ba. English in auxilium college, vellore. I am living in a village called chinnacheri, (Vellore district, tamilnadu) which is located near pallikonda. I am a day scholar student travelling in the government bus for the past one year from vellore to pallikonda in the evening to reach my home after my college daily.
              Bus no: tn 23 n 2377 – vellore to gudiyatham (Tss)
              As usual yesterday (24/08/2017) evening i got into the bus (Bus no: tn 23 n 2377) at vellore bus stand to go to pallikonda. (Ticket attached) the bus conductor issued the ticket costing rs.15 for pallikonda. Discourteous and ill-mannered conductor refused to stop the bus at pallikonda as it was scheduled. Without any stop the bus was going to gudiyatham. Even though i asked him several times to stop the bus, he ignored my words.

              After crossing the palar bridge (After 2 kms) he asked me to get down from the bus, where there is no stop and there were no people in that place. Asking a young girl to get down at such a place shows that, the bus conductor has no humanity, no responsibility towards passengers. When i refused to get down at that place, the bus started going to gudiyatham. Again the bus conductor gave me a ticket of rs.10 (Pallikonda to gudiyatham) (Ticket attached) when i did not have money at all.

              I feel, people like this irresponsible bus conductor are also the reason for women feel frightened while going alone outside.

              As you know that, india is a most famous country all over the world for its great tradition and culture where women are given most respected place in the society. It is the country where women are considered as safer and most respected. Indian women are found working in all fields like aeronautics, space, politics, banks, schools, sports, businesses, army, police, and many more. But people like this bus conductor are restricting the growth of the rural women by not being human and behaving rude & offensive.

              We are running in the 21st century, an advanced era however it is very shame to say about the doubtful safety of woman in india.

              Women safety is a big social issue which needs to be solved urgently by the effort of all. It is inhibiting the growth and development of the country and most importantly hurting the half population of the country in all aspects (Physically, mentally, and socially).

              I strongly believe that, you will take appropriate actions on this serious issue and save the poor girls like me.

                  Sir, i'm gowtham. I'm always using setc service for boarding from thiruvarur to madurai., viz. Bus id_ e2820.in reservation voucher, passenger pick up time showing 21.50. But always it's getting late nearly 40 min (22.30). I'm facing this same issue for more than 10 times. Lots of passengers including female and children are suffering with this same problem. Make proper arrangements regarding this issue, otherwise change the bus timing in reservation voucher. That will be helpful for us.

                    Today (22.08.17) i planned to travel to munnar with family through direct bus service from ukkadam bus stand (Coimbatore). I reached 7.50am. I asked time keeper when will the bus started. He told me that, bus will reached by 8.05 am. Till 8.15am bus didn't come and again i went to the time keeper and asked. He saw the time table and replied bus will reach 8.16am. But till 8.35 bus didn't come. That time 2 gentle men sitting in the cabin. I went them and asked, whether munnar bus will arrive or not. He replied bus is cancelled due to breakdown. I return back to time keeper and asked, sir bus didn't come when will arrive. He replied calmly will arrive soon. I was annoyed about the reply. He doesn't knew the information on cancelled bus service even though the decision is taken already. People are waiting eagerly. Announcement or at-least small information board can be displayed in front of the cabin or time keeper since this service is offered only 2 times in a day. We could catch udumelpet bus and travel to munnar. This is the service tnstc giving to the public. Pls improve in this area to help public.

                    Today[protected]am reached from Palakkad to Chindamaniputhur for an interview session. Palakkad to ukkadam am travelled KSRTC bus. From ukkadam to Chindamaniputhur travelled tamilnadu State Bus, Ticket Inspector give the ticket only 25 Rs to the fare charge, he forced to collect 45 Rs. From me. Kindly check the actual fare from ukkadam to Chindamaniputhur .

                      Today 20/8/2017 sunday from 8.00clk to 9.30 more thn 12 peoples standing in out bus stop and waining for bus exactely 7 bus crossed us (Tripur-pollachi) all people showing hand ty not even stoping there was cildrens also... So i deside to file a complaint regarding this so i contected helpline polachi bus dipo on the number [protected] the person who speek on is speeking very caussly and kinding tat its a small village and will not stop for all... And he ask me 2 give return pettition but putting bus number... Am asking hz 2 get numbers on crossing bus at speed of 70 to 80km its not a first time evrry time they doing like this ly sirikalandai pasaangers not allowed 2 sit in bus thy olu hve 2 stand and travel... For this oly we have paying ah...? We neer solution sir for this ly we came 2 u

                      I am KARTHIK from avalappampatti, every Saturday first trip our route bus 38b is not coming to negamam, they skipped and used shortcut route and reached kondagoundanpalayam. Many peoples are effected on this, could you please resolve on this issue..

                        I had a emergency to traveled at chennai to bangalore on 21/8/2017. Journey started from chennai coyembedu at 5. Clk. But bus is at vellore bustand. But bus conductor and driver is not responding properly. He didn't responding to passenger and they escape at passenger. I awited for long time at 2hr all the passengers are waited long time

                        More over in route bus no.96, The conductor having coins but they are not giving to the passenger. They are giving the coins to shops. Sir what we have to do. Because daily we are giving all coins to this Conductors now there is no change .
                        more over conductors are speaking very bad word we are also waiting.

                          Bus arrived at 9 p. M in tirunelveli and reached pondicherry at 8.30 am, but it should reach at 5 am as mentioned in the site

                          Can you check this issue and respond to my concern

                            [4b kadukarai] bus from nagercoil, the bus driver was rude, he kept the bus moving because he did not want to wait for a single person to get down safely and yelled at me to get out of the bus while keeping the bus moving. Please advise your drivers to respect the passangers and he should not force woman passangers to get down from running bus because he thinks one person is not enough to stop the bus.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am traveling in nanjil 7 bus from nagercoil to chennai. I boarded the bus by 6 45 pm since the bus timing was 7. However the bus started its journey by 8 (1hr late). Now again it is going inside each and every bus stands (Tirunelveli, valliyoor etc).
                              My issue is nanjil express is a highway rider and takes 12hrs to reach chennai from the time of starting. And it will not enter in any bus stands other than end point. Also it will not hault at any place except two points for break. Now in tirunelveli stand it haulted and was taking passengers for 15-20 minutes.
                              If it goes in this way it will not reach chennai by 7as per schedule or 8as per travel start time.
                              We are booking this bus for efficient journey since it reduces the travel time. Now the story is opposite. Feels like traveling in a regular bus.
                              Please take a look into such issues and provide a pleasant journey since we still believe government transportation. Don't make us fools. Please

                                I'm Thenmozhi Manirathinam, travelled in TNSTC TN 33 2395 Mofussil bus from Pollachi to Coimbatore on 18 th Aug 2017 at 4.54pm evening. I reached Kovilpalayam and I asked the conductor to stop in Kovilpalayam bus stop. The Conductor said that I don't stop here and only stopping at Kinathukadavu Bus stand and you can get-down there (ie) Kinathukadavu Bus stand.
                                I requested him about Kovilpalayam stage ticket but they don't have any courtesy on me to issue Kovilpalayam stage ticket and also he is talking roughly & roguery about me and issued kinathukadavu stage ticket Rs 11 instead of Rs7/-(for Kovilpalayam stage).

                                Please take an action on the Conductor (Name: A.Nagur) Bus no: TN 33 2395 & i attached a photo of the bus ticket.

                                  Dear sir.

                                  I was travelling from tanjore to thiruvarur on[protected] in the bus number 103 b (Tn 68, n-0142). The bus is totally in bad condition and the window glass was about to fall on my elbow. When i asked the conductor about this, he was very rude and disrespectful to me and was abusing me too. The conductor was reluctant to tell his name and the bus number (The bus number was not available immediately to me since i was inside the bus and no indication was inside the bus regarding the number).

                                  The bus route is from tanjore to thiruvarur. It is to be mentioned here that most of the buses in this route are in bad shape and pose danger to the lives of people.

                                  Kindly address the issue and save our lives.

                                      Bus route was mysore to salem.. The bus travels through hilly areas, it often rains. While traveling all passengers were suffered alot due to bad condition of bus, there is no proper window, rain water penetrates throughout the bus.. We were unable to sit and also stand inside the bus.. Please make our transport a better one.. Thank you

                                        I reserved a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 15th August. The boarding point was at st.jhons bus stop. I was there from 7:50 to 9:30 but the bus never came. I checked all the Chennai buses which came there. So I had to go in another bus. I need an explanation. I am traveling in a normal bus while I am typing this complaint.
                                        Their coustomercare was not picking up the phone.
