During my journey from trichy to thanjavur dated[protected] in bus no tn 45-n-3805 (Trichy - velankanni via thanjavur) between 5 om to 6pm, few people n myself were treated harshly by the conductor for asking the balance amount more than once. He yelled at us without any respect.in addition to this, driver was smoking in the bus while driving. Kindly take appropriate actions towards their behaviour concerning people's safety and convenience.

    Conductors in and bus no. Is tn 01 n 4963. The conductor is behaving harsh and saying 10rs coin is illegal and returning it to me. The reason being asked, the conductor is behaving harshly without any proper reason. Kindly take necessary actions against him, this is not the way to behave in a public transport. The conductor accepted 10₹ coin from a lady and since i'm a guy it's been refused. The lady even asked the conductor same, but the conductor refused to reply.

Saturday. You guys are not educating conductors. What will be the situation if I don't have any money apart from that 10 rupees coin. Without knowing rules and regulations how come our govt having conductors. U r paying them or not. Request you to take serious action on this kind of nonsense behaviour..

      Dear sir/ madam,
      This is umashankar. I traveled in tnstc, bus number tn 32 n 4137 which was started in chidambaram 12:30 am and reached in perungalathur at 4:30 am.
      All the muffsal buses are going via tambaram but this drever refuse to go tambaram via as well he abused me. The same time mtc service also not yet started. We ware around 20 passenger standing in the same situation.

        Respected sir/madam,
        My name is arjun rajasekar and i hail from coimbatore, today (26/06/2017) i had visited thiruchendhur along with my father and after our temple visit we were supposed to go to tuticorin but from the temple bus stop we were not let to enter a bus which was going via tuticorin to another destination (Tn 72, n-1906) the bus conductor and driver argued with us that they will give first preference to madurai going passengers and then only tuticorin.. The bus conductor almost pulled me down when i got in.. This is clear atrocity which must not go unnoticed and the bus driver was mocking me when i was taking a photo of the bus number plate.. Do look into the matter and do the needful..

        The conductors are not providing proper change for the amount given. The money is either torn rupees note or a very old note. And they are also not getting it back for further tickets if we give them back the same rupee more. Kindly see through this. This happening in setc bus from tirunelveli to thoothukudi and then to Chennai.

          24th june 12.15 a. M bus number tn-21 n - 1739 started from koyambedu saying 188 rs. Fare for each passenger seat and for children quota and pass not allowed.. But while traveling started. The conductor used to stop and carry passenger as his wish. Which makes our family depress. Bus conditions is not good oil smell thought travel. This make unstable ruling government is useless. Which is not take review or proper implementation.

            Me and my mother travelled from chennai cmbt to trichy at 11.50 pm ultra deluxe bus on 24, June, 2017. We booked through tnstc online booking service. No seats were good. Seats were constantly shaking. Glasses were also shaking and making noise. And my seat (seat no.10) was tilting towards left side.Not able to sit for even half an hour. It was troubling too much. I saw the front seat also. it was also shaking. When front seat passenger lay on the seat after setting to the last push, Seat was coming above the limit of pushback. That travel was horrible. We got back pain . My mother (age 55) affected a lot.

              We 55 passengers from chennai started from koyembedu in tutucorin bus on 23/6/2017 @ 9.30 pm. At morning around 9.30 a.m. when bus was on moving near melur, Madurai it started to smoke and suddenly got fire in engine. Fortunately all passengers are safe. But we are very much disturbed physically and mentally by the incident happened on this day. I request the transport department to have a good maintenance on buses, because it involves human life.

                On january 2017, our client from niepmd was travelling from chennai to nagaipattanam, and at mahabalipuram the conductor asked them to get down as they didn't purchase ticket inspite of having a disablity bus pass.
                We already sent you 3 letters to villipuram ptc office but nobody accepted it and no necessary action was taken and simply they have been misguided to go to ptc kumbakonnam.
                Request you to kindly take necessary action because disabled should be accepted and more prevelieged but i don't know why the conductor have treated them like that.

                  I am travelled from chennai to varadaiahpalem in 200 bus on june 17" at 9.30pm. Bus no tn 21n1325. Actually charge to my place is 64rs. But conductor charged me 130 rs (Tirupati). When i raised question he asked me to get down as i am girl and asked him is this humanity. Not only for me he charged the same price to all intermediate stop passengers. This is very commonly happening in 114 and 200 buses. They ask to stand and will not allow into bus intermediate stop passengers till bus has filled with last stop passengers. They speak very rude even with ladies and students if they sit in bus.

                    I would like to lodge a complaint against coductors working with tnstc for not accepting 10 rupee coins. While travelling in a state owned bus (Tnstc) on 18.06.2017, a conductor returned the coin to me and told he won't accept 10 rupee coin. Even some times they are yelling at passengers who is giving the coin. Can some one help to understand what is the issue with tnstc and 10 rupee coins?

                      I have been travelling in gov town bus from atteblle to hosur.in most of the times girls are being harassed in these busses by drunk people which even doesn't give option for those girls to escape and they has to go through this hassel each and every day. I kindly request you to make some space in front side till the front door for the girls to sit and stand. I request u to give atleast the space allotted for them properly.

                        I'm traveling from trichy to neyveli in cuddalore bus. On way rain started and the full bus leaking and the rain water fully pouring inside the bus, all passengers were standing and wet inside the bus. This is worst bus services i never seen like this in other states of india. All over tamilnadu government buses are like this. We playing the taxes, paying for the tickets for traveling, but nothing changed in buses and roads. Bus number tn45 n3114, ticket number 052970

                          This is the back side of the seat in a bus plying from thiruvarur to mayiladuthurai. The bus number is given above.

                          This photo was taken today[protected] morning. One can see the rusted iron protruding from the seat posing danger to the passengers.

                          Almost all the buses in this town are like this and there is absolutely no value for your life in these buses.

                          Conductors and drivers are least bothered and it seems they are also helpless. Don't know what the authorities are doing and where the taxpayers money is going?

                          I had to pinch myself and realize that we are living in world of 'technology', but still living with all such nonsense.

Here the bus frequents are very low fr madippakkam route.. we have 3 busses only.. in the morning time 8am to 9am school students and work ladies are suffer to this bus problem. Pls kindly recover our problem immedietly. We want mrng and eve frequent buses. Thank you sir.
                          Sir B2 bus at bhavani to perundurai via kajikovil route that bus 1 trip on bhavani to perundurai on time 5:35 but today and many days early morning trip that bus is not coming so passenger are faced on problem that's issue come for weekly 1 or 2 days bus not coming early morning trip so why not working properly ?

                            I boarded today early hours at 00.40 hrs (10/06/2017) at chennai koyambedu in polur bus -148 exp. I asked for a ticket to maraimalai nagar. They have a stage at maraimalai nagar. I travel often. But the conductor the refused give ticket to stop at maraimalai nagar. He issued me ticket till tambaram/perungathur only. Though they have stage the they are not stoping at stages.

                              I have travelled on 09/06/2017 at bus number tn 25 n 0254 which was en route to tiruvannamalai from chennai doesn't stopped at government canteen which is being located in mamandoor instead they have stopped at some private canteen where price were over rated and not affordable. Kindly take respective action on this issue. Most of the buses are doing the same.

                                This complaint is regarding about the tnstc conductur (Coimbatore to ponamaravathi route - time 9.30 pm - date 09/06/2017). He forced us to keep our 8 years old son in our lap for buying half ticket or otherwise buy a full ticket if we want a separate seat. How can we keep 8 years old boy in our lap during 6 hours of travel. If tnstc is not allocating seat for half ticket means why are you charging half ticket?... We are travelling with another 2 year baby in our lap we are not able to keep this 8 year old boy in our lap and we paid for full ticket for this journey. Please take nessasary steps to clear this problem.

                                  In cuddalore, panruti temporary​ bus stand an 12.30 a. M on grivalam officer use bad words and i enqurie about chidambaram bus they told this coporation only for us not for you. Then they beat me with all the public and bus driver and conductor and broken for my phone worth 20, 000/ if i take necessary action and replace my cell phone is or otherwise i going to court with all the evidence.

                                  I join the complainant with a similar experience in the area between Neyveli - Chidambaram (TNTDC Route Salem - Chidambaram)on the night of 29 May 2017. A commuter screamed having been pick-pocketed of Fifty thousand rupees. The Driver was playing music system amidst which the scream could not be heard - questioned by me. The conductor came and created a scene questioned me threatening with hands at my face. Caused injury at my left hand. Ticket No. 442439 for rs.27/- by TN32 N4174.

                                    As iam travelling frm sundakamuthur to town hall (Coimbatore), conductor charged me extra fare for my newly bought printer, even though i carried it, doesn't need much space. This is not fair, conductor collecting it for his own use. I am very much disappointed. I have attached photos, so please take disciplinary action towards the conductor.                                       I'm working for a private company in chengalpet. i use public transport to go office and i use the same to return home. thing is yesterday while returning bck to i waited in sp kovil from 2 hours between 5pm to 7 pm and there is no buses to go back tiruvallur. this is often happening. i'm sure bus drivers are so careless and they not keeping up the time to start bus as their wish they starting bus. public suffering a lot due to this problem. please take necessary action

                                        Dear officials,
                                        I am traveling from salem to chennai, 5-6-17-time:-9:45 pm today. Kindly take this compliance as feedback, the conductor behaved rude.
                                        When we have online tickets and mentioned its valid for the journey day, but the conductor early ask me to take hard copy ticket, and online ticket it won't be sufficient proof for journey.
                                        Even i asked i will accept the fine, if my phone battery down or my phone lost, he blankly blammed me u should take printouts it mandatory, i won't help u with online ticket.
                                        And i pay another 10 rs in counter for hard copies of my ticket.
                                        My sincere request already we are paying more amount than getting tickets from the tv counter and this charges for no reason.
                                        This poor reasons why people not paying attention to government body.
                                        So give advice to conductor from now not to behave rude with people traveling.
