Dear sir,

There is no proper bus service from aruppukottai to tuticorin and tiruchendur. When we tried to ask the time keeper they simply says that " we can't say exactly whether the bus will come or not" all the buses from madurai towards tuticorin direction is goes through bypass only, they never come inside the city and even they doesn't stops at aruppukottai bypass bus stop peoples are facing a lot of trouble by the sudden stop of the bus service without any intimation . By this uninformed stoppage of service everyday peoples are struggling a lot please take necessary action on this and let us know about from when the service got disturbed

This is a suggestion, from periyar bus stand(Madurai) to Tirumangalam numerous buses are there, all the buses passes through Thirunagar IIIrd stop. Few buses available to passes through 4th to 8 th stop. Those passenger like us bypassed in the bus stops while Thirumangalam destination bus are stopping in the bus stop, let the Thirunagar inside going bus may stop in the bus stop to avoid inconvenience to the waiting passengers.

Please look into the matter, to do the needful.

Chennai - tiruppur 9 o clock A/c bus conductor forced me to get down from the bus even after getting tickets. He told me to allocate a seat when perungallathur comes..but before perungallathur itself he forced me to get down from the bus after surrendering the ticket since I asked balance amount from him..

I have given 10 rs and he did not return me balance 2 rs.
When I asked him the change at last bus stop.
He said he has already given it and speaking indecently.
No idea how to prove that he did not give me change.
So raising the complaint here.

i traveled from royapeth to chennai central... Ticket charge is 5rs i give 20rs but unfortunatelly conductor give 5rs only instead of 15rs..i asked to conductor where is my remaining 10rs suddenly conductor argue with me you given 10rs only and misbehaviour with me in front of all passenger even denial to speak with me after argument ...Kindly take necessary action that conductor as soon as possible...

Today in Cuddalore - we are passengers above 100 waiting for bus to Chennai via ECR from 7 A.M Till 8 A.M.

No bus is operated to chennai in ECR route, normally in this route we have 3 buses operational. It happens more than 3 times in two months.

Please someone take immediate action - get it resolved at least on Monday's. Lots of office going people & suffering due to these kind of inefficient operations by the transport department.

My wife, mother and kid traveled from bangalore ( silkboard ) to vellore on 27 june 2017 @ 10.45AM 444 Bus, While travelling they found that the jewelry bag got missed, If any body found the jewelry bag please call me immediately .

I Had Boarded On TNSTC kumbakonam Super Deluxe and the bus conductor charged Rs 230 against the usual Rs.200
.As Of My Knowledge is Concerned i don't see any kind of hike in the rates of super Deluxe hence it was absolutely unfair.
When i asked for the explanation from the conductor he came hard on me and wasn't able to convince me on the unfair charge.Moreover He behaved in Really rude which no passenger will accept.
Adding to the issue the conductor refused me to give me ticket to perungaluthur which I was supposed to reach instead he gave me ticket CMBT. A Huge lot of Disappointed i had to face for asking my rights. Hope Strictest of the action will taken against those who are behind this unfair charges and guess this sort of things not get repeated in future.

Iam travelling madurantakam to perungalthur normal ticket fare is 26Rs but collect amount is 41 Rs giving ticket is 41 what is reason asking conductor that person saying express but express ticket is 35 Rs very worst service in TNSTC I want refund of amount vechille no is
TN 25 N0138 TVM DEPOT.
Bus is very worst condition

Today am travelled (July 2nd 2017) from no1. Tolgate to central bus stand and bus fare rupees 20 for each (2 members) and tickets numbers are 054044 & 054045 and villuppuram limit.

I have travelled 5 years from here and maximum 10 rupees only.. But he informed its premium bus... I don't happy with this.. Very worst service from tnstc..

Also till i give 10rs note he is arguing me saying in their depot bm has told strictly instructed to him he should not collect the 10rs coin. Iam wilson from chennai, i was travelling nagercoil to chennai on 26.06.17. My boarding place nagercoil vadasery bus stand my pnr number t20995741 & bus id-e-2742 form trivandrum to chennai bus. At time of boarding i'm showing my message and ticket soft copy through mobile. But driver asking why you are taking a printout for this ticket are you educated or not?? After that he allows me to board the bus. After starting my journey conductor came near by me he is asking me to show your ticket. I shown him my mobile he is saying this is not a valid ticket you need to take a printout of your ticket after that he is using some rude languages. I hope for saving trees only every one using e-ticket. Please take an action against conductor. Even though he is not stop the bus on my dropping point. He said we will stop only koyambedu... Here after i will suggest please avoid tnstc bus travel...

We have shown the Aadhar card of my child for his age proof.My child is below 3 years.But, the conductor didn't accept and force us to take ticket.Due to my duty time am not able to talk. That's y, I buy the ticket.But, this is not fair. Please, do some action against that conductor.We are traveling from Madurai to Palani at 4.15am bus .

Actually i am a college student due to continuous leave i chose to go today that is tuesday the bus is very delay. The bus number is ud629 the acctual time of the bus at tenkasi is 9.50pm almost the time is 11.00pm still now the bus not yet reached at the bus stand if like this how we will reach at the correct time. So the government should take strict against this event. Please take action against this matter. Really everyone o[censored]s are getting suffered due to this matter.

During my journey from trichy to thanjavur dated[protected] in bus no tn 45-n-3805 (Trichy - velankanni via thanjavur) between 5 om to 6pm, few people n myself were treated harshly by the conductor for asking the balance amount more than once. He yelled at us without any respect.in addition to this, driver was smoking in the bus while driving. Kindly take appropriate actions towards their behaviour concerning people's safety and convenience.

Conductors in and bus no. Is tn 01 n 4963. The conductor is behaving harsh and saying 10rs coin is illegal and returning it to me. The reason being asked, the conductor is behaving harshly without any proper reason. Kindly take necessary actions against him, this is not the way to behave in a public transport. The conductor accepted 10â‚¹ coin from a lady and since i'm a guy it's been refused. The lady even asked the conductor same, but the conductor refused to reply.

The govt bus conductor not accepted the 10 rupees coin.. Route Chengalpattu to chithanakkavur. 7 series. Bus no. TN 32. N2432. Kanchipuram district. Time 12:50pm. Date 9th December 2017. Saturday. You guys are not educating conductors. What will be the situation if I don't have any money apart from that 10 rupees coin. Without knowing rules and regulations how come our govt having conductors. U r paying them or not. Request you to take serious action on this kind of nonsense behaviour..

This is umashankar. I traveled in tnstc, bus number tn 32 n 4137 which was started in chidambaram 12:30 am and reached in perungalathur at 4:30 am.
All the muffsal buses are going via tambaram but this drever refuse to go tambaram via as well he abused me. The same time mtc service also not yet started. We ware around 20 passenger standing in the same situation.

My name is arjun rajasekar and i hail from coimbatore, today (26/06/2017) i had visited thiruchendhur along with my father and after our temple visit we were supposed to go to tuticorin but from the temple bus stop we were not let to enter a bus which was going via tuticorin to another destination (Tn 72, n-1906) the bus conductor and driver argued with us that they will give first preference to madurai going passengers and then only tuticorin.. The bus conductor almost pulled me down when i got in.. This is clear atrocity which must not go unnoticed and the bus driver was mocking me when i was taking a photo of the bus number plate.. Do look into the matter and do the needful..

The conductors are not providing proper change for the amount given. The money is either torn rupees note or a very old note. And they are also not getting it back for further tickets if we give them back the same rupee more. Kindly see through this. This happening in setc bus from tirunelveli to thoothukudi and then to Chennai.

24th june 12.15 a. M bus number tn-21 n - 1739 started from koyambedu saying 188 rs. Fare for each passenger seat and for children quota and pass not allowed.. But while traveling started. The conductor used to stop and carry passenger as his wish. Which makes our family depress. Bus conditions is not good oil smell thought travel. This make unstable ruling government is useless. Which is not take review or proper implementation.

Me and my mother travelled from chennai cmbt to trichy at 11.50 pm ultra deluxe bus on 24, June, 2017. We booked through tnstc online booking service. No seats were good. Seats were constantly shaking. Glasses were also shaking and making noise. And my seat (seat no.10) was tilting towards left side.Not able to sit for even half an hour. It was troubling too much. I saw the front seat also. it was also shaking. When front seat passenger lay on the seat after setting to the last push, Seat was coming above the limit of pushback. That travel was horrible. We got back pain . My mother (age 55) affected a lot.

We 55 passengers from chennai started from koyembedu in tutucorin bus on 23/6/2017 @ 9.30 pm. At morning around 9.30 a.m. when bus was on moving near melur, Madurai it started to smoke and suddenly got fire in engine. Fortunately all passengers are safe. But we are very much disturbed physically and mentally by the incident happened on this day. I request the transport department to have a good maintenance on buses, because it involves human life.

On january 2017, our client from niepmd was travelling from chennai to nagaipattanam, and at mahabalipuram the conductor asked them to get down as they didn't purchase ticket inspite of having a disablity bus pass.
We already sent you 3 letters to villipuram ptc office but nobody accepted it and no necessary action was taken and simply they have been misguided to go to ptc kumbakonnam.
Request you to kindly take necessary action because disabled should be accepted and more prevelieged but i don't know why the conductor have treated them like that.

I am travelled from chennai to varadaiahpalem in 200 bus on june 17" at 9.30pm. Bus no tn 21n1325. Actually charge to my place is 64rs. But conductor charged me 130 rs (Tirupati). When i raised question he asked me to get down as i am girl and asked him is this humanity. Not only for me he charged the same price to all intermediate stop passengers. This is very commonly happening in 114 and 200 buses. They ask to stand and will not allow into bus intermediate stop passengers till bus has filled with last stop passengers. They speak very rude even with ladies and students if they sit in bus.

I would like to lodge a complaint against coductors working with tnstc for not accepting 10 rupee coins. While travelling in a state owned bus (Tnstc) on 18.06.2017, a conductor returned the coin to me and told he won't accept 10 rupee coin. Even some times they are yelling at passengers who is giving the coin. Can some one help to understand what is the issue with tnstc and 10 rupee coins?

I have been travelling in gov town bus from atteblle to hosur.in most of the times girls are being harassed in these busses by drunk people which even doesn't give option for those girls to escape and they has to go through this hassel each and every day. I kindly request you to make some space in front side till the front door for the girls to sit and stand. I request u to give atleast the space allotted for them properly.
