I'm traveling from trichy to neyveli in cuddalore bus. On way rain started and the full bus leaking and the rain water fully pouring inside the bus, all passengers were standing and wet inside the bus. This is worst bus services i never seen like this in other states of india. All over tamilnadu government buses are like this. We playing the taxes, paying for the tickets for traveling, but nothing changed in buses and roads. Bus number tn45 n3114, ticket number 052970

This photo was taken today[protected] morning. One can see the rusted iron protruding from the seat posing danger to the passengers.

Almost all the buses in this town are like this and there is absolutely no value for your life in these buses.

Conductors and drivers are least bothered and it seems they are also helpless. Don't know what the authorities are doing and where the taxpayers money is going?

I had to pinch myself and realize that we are living in world of 'technology', but still living with all such nonsense.

I boarded today early hours at 00.40 hrs (10/06/2017) at chennai koyambedu in polur bus -148 exp. I asked for a ticket to maraimalai nagar. They have a stage at maraimalai nagar. I travel often. But the conductor the refused give ticket to stop at maraimalai nagar. He issued me ticket till tambaram/perungathur only. Though they have stage the they are not stoping at stages.

I have travelled on 09/06/2017 at bus number tn 25 n 0254 which was en route to tiruvannamalai from chennai doesn't stopped at government canteen which is being located in mamandoor instead they have stopped at some private canteen where price were over rated and not affordable. Kindly take respective action on this issue. Most of the buses are doing the same.

This complaint is regarding about the tnstc conductur (Coimbatore to ponamaravathi route - time 9.30 pm - date 09/06/2017). He forced us to keep our 8 years old son in our lap for buying half ticket or otherwise buy a full ticket if we want a separate seat. How can we keep 8 years old boy in our lap during 6 hours of travel. If tnstc is not allocating seat for half ticket means why are you charging half ticket?... We are travelling with another 2 year baby in our lap we are not able to keep this 8 year old boy in our lap and we paid for full ticket for this journey. Please take nessasary steps to clear this problem.

In cuddalore, panruti temporary​ bus stand an 12.30 a. M on grivalam officer use bad words and i enqurie about chidambaram bus they told this coporation only for us not for you. Then they beat me with all the public and bus driver and conductor and broken for my phone worth 20, 000/ if i take necessary action and replace my cell phone is or otherwise i going to court with all the evidence.

As iam travelling frm sundakamuthur to town hall (Coimbatore), conductor charged me extra fare for my newly bought printer, even though i carried it, doesn't need much space. This is not fair, conductor collecting it for his own use. I am very much disappointed. I have attached photos, so please take disciplinary action towards the conductor. Dear sir/madam,

I'm working for a private company in chengalpet. i use public transport to go office and i use the same to return home. thing is yesterday while returning bck to i waited in sp kovil from 2 hours between 5pm to 7 pm and there is no buses to go back tiruvallur. this is often happening. i'm sure bus drivers are so careless and they not keeping up the time to start bus as their wish they starting bus. public suffering a lot due to this problem. please take necessary action

Dear officials,
I am traveling from salem to chennai, 5-6-17-time:-9:45 pm today. Kindly take this compliance as feedback, the conductor behaved rude.
When we have online tickets and mentioned its valid for the journey day, but the conductor early ask me to take hard copy ticket, and online ticket it won't be sufficient proof for journey.
Even i asked i will accept the fine, if my phone battery down or my phone lost, he blankly blammed me u should take printouts it mandatory, i won't help u with online ticket.
And i pay another 10 rs in counter for hard copies of my ticket.
My sincere request already we are paying more amount than getting tickets from the tv counter and this charges for no reason.
This poor reasons why people not paying attention to government body.
So give advice to conductor from now not to behave rude with people traveling.

Hi sir/madam I am from North Chennai. Main dipo was vyasarpadi and bus stand was kannadasan nagar. Bus no :116 - route from kannadasan Nagar to Broadway. But few days most of the buses were made as cut service till vallalar Nagar at peak hours. So daily we are shouting to dipo officer and it's very much frustrating to all the passengers We can't able to reach our work on time sir. Need your help and take action to stop cut service at peak hours.

We are humiliated by the conductor and mentally harassed. The same as been escalated to gm from villupuram (Mr. Titus) but we do not see any action taken against this.

Please refer attached ticket, we were three passengers (Ladies and kids) travelled from vellore to kuduvampoondi on 29-may-2017 time 13:05:24. We were supposed to pay rs.135 for three tickets. However the conductor charged us rs.430.

When we started asking question to the conductor why did he charged extra he was not bothered to answer us in proper way. After multiple question at last he told the remaining charge is for a luggage we accepted and ask him to give us the ticket. But he denied and said i have given ticket to the driver for a luggage. We asked again you are supposed to give a ticket for us not to the driver. Even though he did not responded properly and said that you give a complaint wherever you want to give.

This is to bring it to your kind notice and take a necessary action against him. Hope you will give us the response at the earliest.

Conductor of bus no tn21 n 1581 tat starts at 10.13 am from kalpakkam, behave harshly and disaggrees to give ticket to walajapet. I took bus from kalpakkam and asked for walajapet. But he gives ticket to walajabad. And @ walajabad he denise to give ticket to walajapet toll gate. And even when i asked ticket to kaverpakkam he told to get down at kancheepuram since bus will stop in kpm for 10 mins. So i need proper confirmation whether thus bus has stage for walajapet.

I have booked ticket to karaikudi today 03/06/2017 8:30pm. Now the time is 2am next day. But still bus didn't come. And waiting for it for the past 6 hours. No response from Perungalathur bus management. No response from time keeper. I have called to koyembedu bus stand and they also not responded properly I'm 60 yrs old. Going to raise the consumer case.

Sir, i have booked the ticket and proposed for performing journey from madurai to chennai (Cmbt) dated 04/06/2017 at 9:00am bus no;0900madcheac (Seat no;18). I have paid rs;454 through net banking and credited to your account (Tnstc) but no ticket booked / and blocked in in favour of sri k. Devarajan. I request that the same may please be booked and confirmed. Please convey/ confirm status either through sms or e-mail.

I travelled in the morning5.45am on june3rd where driver showed his worst attidue. I jusy hold my luggage in the front seat to the driver and sit in the single seat as i have my child in my hand.. Also told driver that i move to the other seat once bus stopped on any stop but he compelled me to move when the bus was running. Even after i reminded him that when next comes then i move as i have child in my hand he suddenly stops the vehicle in the middle amd told me to go back.. Even there was no crowd in the bus almost many seats are vacant. He started bad gestures and turn off the bus to push me back.. I am travelled from Bangalore to Thiruvanamalai, driver was rude and not allowed people for their emergency too, he told will put in hotel, but passenger went for bathroom in krishnargi, for the request to stop few seconds till his father back, he is scolding with bad words without any hesitation.

After krishnagri he stopped the bus in one road side stall for some benefits, their no proper toilet, passenger are asked go roadside, particularly ladies passengers suffered a lot .

Kindly take this concern seriously, train driver and conductor to handle good customer service and also obligate them to them stop bus for passenger benefits not for their own.

Dear sir, i'm t. Madhu, travelled in tnstc 201bus from tirupathi to puttur on 1-6-17 midnight. I reached puttur and i asked to stop in common&general bustop i. E, apsrtc busstand, driver said i don't to stop there&only one stopping in puttur i. E, govt hospital, driver said you have to get-out from the bus at govt hospital, i requested him, they don't have courtesy and talking roughly&wolgurely upon me... Please take an action on driver... I am nandhakumar from tiruchengode namakkal district. My father still going to chennai from salem by one tnstc bus, bus no tn 32 n 3694. Conductor and driver of that bus could not stop the bus for passenger's food. My father asked to driver please stop the bus for night dinner, because i am a sugar patient, but the driver said rudely give the order from govt. For stop the bus. I want immediate response for this rowdism.

I was traveling in a car and returning to valparai town from korangmudi, it was a short forest road. Suddenly i found a bus with high speed and covering the full road, there was no room for us to even stop the car. The driver was using his phone while driving. He didn't even stop the bus. He was casual about this issue. There is a deep steep and i escaped in a fraction.in no time i would have met in an accident and it would be a huge loss for me.

Today i am travelling from ramanathapuram to mana madurai in government bus.. The bus conductor angry to one passenger.. Because a poor passenger have a bus pass but a bus pass. Was little old... So the conductor angry about the poor passenger.. I am not accept the bus pass.. And sold the passenger.. So plz take action.. The bus root is rameswaram to madurai...
