I am Pradeep, working in Bangalore.
On 14/07/2010, I travelled with my family (wife, 10 yr old kid & 1 yr old kid) from Theni, Tamilnadu to Dindigul in the Government Transportation Bus (TNSTC, Madurai, Bus No : TN58 - N 0510)
The Bus started at 6.30 PM from Theni. When it reached Periyakulam, the bus broke down.The driver took the bus to the nearby Bus depot, and started correcting the problem. I had booked my train from Dindigul to Bangalore for the same day[protected], Train No:6731, Ticket PNR No :[protected], Departure time : 9.25 PM) through TATKAL booking.

Since it was becoming late, I approached the bus conductor and enquired him. He replied back that the bus will be ready in another 5 mins. Later, after 10 mins, still the bus did not start. Once again I informed him that I have to catch the train at 9.20 PM and requested him to give back the money, so that I can catch another bus and I would not miss the train. He replied again that it will be ready in 5 mins, and that he will pick up the speed and reach Dindigul on time.

Later, the bus started after 10 more minutes, and it went very slowly and reached Dindigul only by 9.30 PM. We took an autorickshaw and rushed to the Railway junction.
But the train had left the station already.

I had planned to reach Bangalore the next day early morning, so that I can attend my office meeting with my client which was very crucial related to my career. But since I could not catch the train, my plans were collapsed. I had a very bitter experience carrying my small kids in another bus to salem and then to banglore, and suffered a lot that night without sleep. Since I reached Bangalore very late next morning, I missed that important meeting at the office too.
Also, since the train was booked in Tatkal scheme, I could not cancel the ticket and there was no refund given to me.SO WE UNDERWENT BOTH FINANCIAL LOSS AND MENTAL SUFFERINGS.ALSO MY BABY FELT ILL NEXT DAY BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS DAYS CONTINUOUS BUS TRAVEL.BABY IS STILL SUFFERING A LOT.

I request the authorities to take stringent action for this incident, and grant me a solatium of Rs.20000 for my financial loss (No refund for train ticket, extra charge paid for the bus to travel from Dindigul to Bangalore) and mental & physical sufferings.

    I want to share an incident which happened couple of weeks before in my
    life.
    I went to my native to attend a marriage and after attending it, me and
    my brother were returning back to bangalore. It was Tuesday so buses are
    free and I didn't book the ticket. We got a ticket in an Ultra Deluxe
    bus.The fare is 175 rupees per person. I bought 2 tickets by giving 400
    rupees. The conductor didn't give me the balance amount of 50 rupees and I
    have asked him to return it back, but he refused and he started arguing with
    me and literally told me that you cannot speak rules and at last he had
    taken the ticket and gave 400 bugs back to me as if he is the owner of the
    bus. That poor fellow didn't realize that he works for public.
    I was shocked and I don't have any other way, so we have accepted it and
    gave Rs 400 to get the tickets back. but some thing was hindering me. I
    thought to do something about it and surprisingly I saw a phone number
    written inside the bus, where we can place our complaints. I called them and
    shared this incident. They told me that they will call me back in 5 mins.
    After 3 mins the conductor came to me and had given me the remaining
    amount and asked me to call them back. I felt really good and I started
    sleeping.
    Around 2:30 AM two checking inspectors entered in to the bus and they
    found that the conductor was cheating like anything. He has given old
    invalid ticket for 5 passengers.
    Rs 1000 he was cheating on that day. Just imagine if he continues this for
    years, how much will be the loss for government and public.
    Last weekend again I went to my native and heard from my uncle that SETC
    has started checking the tickets and conductors rigorously in reservation
    buses. When I heard this I really felt that I have done something for the
    society.

    i travelled on 5/2/11from bangalore- tinelveli by 873 ud bond to udankudi. when i gotdown at tinelveli i missed my vallet containing ATMcard, bus ticket, money. And im on myway to nagercoil, i suffered a lot&till now i dont know how to lodge a complaint with setc officers, regarding it. pl help me out.feel free to call me on [protected], [protected].i will be much thankfull if i get it back.

      Hi,
      Right now manual booking only available in Karur for SETC. If online booking is introduced, it'll be very helpful for SETC passengers. So that we can book from Chennai or Bangalore, etc. We can book from other places too.

      Also, one more request. In Karur SETC booking counter, ticket resevation person is not available on all times. As his home is near by bus stand, he used to go home in office timings too and so we need to stand in the reservation counter for more than 1 hour. Please take necessary action on this. It'll be very helpful. Because for the purpose of booking tickets, our parents leaving their work and coming for reservation counter. Hardly it will take 1 hour to reach karur bus stand from my native, so totally 3-4 hours they are spending and also they lost salary for that 4 hours. If we ask means, they are replying us very irresponsibly. If you introduce online booking, so that we can book from Chennai, Bangalore, etc.. Our parents also no need to wait in queue for long time.

      I request you to consider it in high priority.

        i would like to highlight the bad experience i had from the night enquiry counter staff member AT SETC PONDICHERRY OFFICE AT 10PM IN THE NIGHT ON[protected]THURSDAY). I HAD BOOKED MY TICKET FOR NIGHT 9.45 PM(1/7/2010) SETC UD LUXURY BUS TO COIMBATORE. SO EVEN AFTER 10 PM ON NOT SEEING THE BUS AT THE STATION I ENQUIRED WITH THE ENQIRY COUNTER PERSON. HE SHOUTED AT ME SAYING THAT CANT U SEE WHEN BUS COMES. I POLITELY ASKED HIM WHY BUS HAS NOT COME HE BEHAVED INDIFFERENTLY. BUS WILL COME THEN U CAN BOARD NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR BUS BEING LATE OR ANY CLARIFICATION. SO MY FRIEND ASKED HIM WHY UR SO IRRESPONSIBILE. HIS REPLY WAS I AM A GOVT, SERVANT I[censored] WANT U GO AND COMPLAIN ANY WHERE U LIKE I DONT CARE. FINALLY ON SEEING THE CROWD AND HEATED WORDS A PONDICHERRY POLICE MEN CAME AND PACIFIED US HE GOT US INFORMATION THAT BUS WILL COME AT 10.15PM. I REGRET TO SAY THAT SUCH USELESS ARROGANT STAFF SHOULD BE REPLACED FROM ENQIRY COUNTER

        Yes, same experience with me also. I had booked my ticket from Tambaram to Karaikudi in 133 UD - Ultra delux bus on 12th Apr 2012 through TNSTC.COM. The bus time is 9:30 at Tambaram. I was waiting there from 8:30 at Tambaram SETC bus stop. Whenver i asked the guy in enquiry dept, he used to say the bus coming, or traffic it will take time, etc... He is interested in announce in Phone but no response for me... it already reached 11:30 pm... i asked again and told him that all buses after 9:30 timing left but my bus didnt come... Then he asked someone from CMBT and Perungalthur and he said because traffic the bus has not come but it is going via Perungalthur like that. Then, he asked one conductor in Trichy Bus to drop me in Perungalthur and he said they will arrange ticket in other Karaikudi Bus. When i went ask the Guy in SETC reporter in Perungalathur, he said he is not responsible... I was asking many times politely but he was not at all listen to my words. Finally i shouted at him and caught one private van and travelled to karaikudi. I have been to Bangalore, mumbai, pune and at all... i have never seen this kind of poor service ever... So Tamil nadu Government is very poor and they are thinking like they are the god... There should be something to be done in correct this kind of people especially SETC employees... If there is any Government website register the complaint we can do it but they are not having that also. So dont ever book online tickets inTN government. instead of that it would better to travel by Private buses. Government should take necessary action on these people...

          Tickets of the Chenganacherry- Chennai SETC bus are sold in black market.

          Since there are no reservation facilities for this bus, only seat reservation coupons are issued 45 minutes before departure of the bus. It is mentioned that only 2 coupens per person will be issued.

          Yesterday 27th May 2010, I stood in the queue at the counter by 1.55 pm for the bus (TN 01 N 8103) which departs at 3.pm. The counter was opened at 2.40 pm and coupons were issued to only 5 persons and it was declared that the seats are full. Neither the conductor nor the drivers issued the coupons. It was another person wearing a ‘lungi’ and a shirt, issued it. As per the number of coupons issued the passengers should not be more than 10 in this 35 seater bus. But the bus was full and many passengers were turned away. Later this ‘lungi’ clad man told me that one passenger has not come and he can spare that seat to me for a consideration.
          How can a person who has taken the coupon hardly 20 minutes back cannot turn up?. This clearly shows that that the coupons were sold earlier.

          Another matter of corruption is that in the display board the amount of seat reservation coupon is purposefully erased.

          Why can’t SETC start reservation for this bus?

          It is high time that SETC look into this issue and find a solution to curb this corruption.

            non stopping of bus

            This is manoj from coimbatore.I sent this complaint regarding of non stopping of bus(route no-56)
            Bus-56,is plying from ganthipuram to poluvampatti,via thondamuthur.On june 10 i show my hand to stop the bus at park gate stop at morning 5am.But the bus havent stopped.Even the bus driver listned me.But he concentrate only to drive the bus.
            So i request you take a proper action on this complaint.This is the 1st bus...

            Sir,

            Today (07/06/2010) I have travelled from Trichy to Salem in the TNSTC bus. Bus no.TN45 3009. Bus started
            from trichy at 8.55 AM and reached Salem by 12.50 PM. Actually, this is Express and PP bus. They are charged extra money and they took nearly 4 hours to reach salem. All other private buses taking only 3 and half hours and they are charging normal fare. But TNSTC charging extra amount and taking nearly half an hour more.... and driver and conductors using bad words if you enquire about the delay. They ask us who told to get in TNSTC bus.
            That is why the people are not preferring Govt. buses.

            Another beauty is, I travelled the bus bearing No. TN 45 3009 and bus number printed in ticket is TN45 N 1875. HOW IS THIS GOVT ORGANISATION WORKING ??????????????

            TNSTC Kumbakonam — waste the time

            iam in ammapatinam pudukkottai(dt) all buses are running very dead slow only ammapattinam to iramnadu 100km busses are running 4hours or 6hours how u r develompent tamilnadu pls release new bus and should be fast bad smell also the bus how we journey pls take action
            dont torcher the workers always...allow them to work freely...because they are showing their frustation towards us...
            sir, as iam travelling from gandhi marget to tiruverumbur by townbus noTN45N 2885 afternoon with 5KG VEGETABLES the conductor mr.P.MARIMUTHU ASK MEtogive the luggage charge of RS1 AND HE GIVERS2.50 AND TOLD I dont have one ruppe ticket thats reason give 2.50 try to tiruverumbur tick rs4 but myluggage charge 2.50 i argue with him he told that the general pass give to all the people after the election what is this? why he unessaryly speak election and all pl advice him to polite all the people whoare travelling in bus gandhi mar get to trv tkt noRHI89 003517 ANDLUGGAGE TKT NORHZ18 004341
            The officials of TNSTC are collected money from suppliers and private operators. They do not travel in TNSTC buses. But they travelled through Jeep which was given to them for official work. Butthey used only for their personal use. First of all the Jeeps may be withdrawn and ordered tocome all officers through bus only.

            A TNSTC bus TN 45 N 2458 runs from Kumbakonam to Ariyalur via Suthamalli at 7 A.M. This is the only bus running on this road almost covering all villages. The bus conductor and the driver will stop the bus at Kottiyal village for their breakfast.
            They won't mind the passengers inside the bus in a hot environment. The passengers include school going children, teachers, office goers and Staff nurses. They stopped this activity for a month after a complaint was sent to the Managing Director, Kumbakonam about this issue. But they started this non-sense again now a days. They didn't even care about the students who wrote their public examination last week. I don't know what to do.

              Conductor refused to stop the bus in "Irungattukotai" bus stop. But he has given tiket in the name of "Irungattukotai". He asked me to step down in toll gate speed Braker (which is before "Irungattukotai"). He said "Time delay" as the reason for non-stoppage.

              I am coming from vellore to irungattukotai once in a week. But every time i have to request the conductor to stop the bus in irrugattukotai inspite of bus stage is available. Most of them will not stop in bus stop. Due to the above, i have to suffer "Additional transportation for Auto fare" and time delay.

              Will concern personal take action to regulatize these kind of passanger disturbance? If so, Thanks in advance.

                Sir,

                I booked 3 tickets from Tirupathi to Madurai thru State Express Transport Corporation AC bus (7.20 pm) for me, and my parents on last friday (20th May). My seat did not have push back facility when asked about it to the Conductor, he said the spring was not working and got damaged by a passenger with a smart smile. And the AC is also not properly working and the answer from him is do not expect more than this.

                For a AC bus, there is no blanket or water bottle given. And standing passengers were taken from Vellore to Madurai (even 2 ladies allowed in the cabin of the Driver). As the AC is already not in full flow and the capacity of the bus is more than that of allowed it was very congested within the bus.

                I am deeply disappointed with the service.

                  Respected Sir,

                  On 10th May’10, when I was traveling (unreserved) from Kovilpetti to Hosur by SETC TN-01 N7746, front seat allotted (near driver seat) for me by driver cum conductor. Bus has breakdown at beside Tirumangalam and corrected within one hour. After that I had known that the above person for sleeping purpose only occupied two seats. Already one seat eligible for them hence I went to ask them with soft but they had not agreed hence I had seated on the same (one seat) suddenly they had stopped the bus and instructed to all like “If he will not get up from this seat, we will not take the vehicle” immediately one or two person (selfish) were argument with me regarding already bus one hour late so they were thinking again it will take so many time based on that I thought no one will suffer by me hence immediately leave from the seat and went to the earlier seat with fatigue.

                  My bus ticket #21705 – Rs.200, #19116 –Rs.70, #06648 –Rs.5.

                  If you will take necessary action, not only me every one will satisfaction with hope full in our road transport corporation.

                  I was traveling from Coimbatore to Bangalore every week end in KSRTC with the same cost as SETC their timings, politeness of driver and conductor is very good . But In SETC only dogs can travel

                  This week I was traveling in a busTN 01 N 7441, from coimbatore on 13/11/2011. Only driver and conductor were sleeping.Nobody in the bus slept.

                  Full of bugs, I cant close windows, driver and conductor are not at all polite and they are not at all switching off any lights but driver and conductor were sleeping and using cell phones full night

                  Finally I am telling IN SETC only dogs can travel human beings cant travel

                  driving problem and wrong root

                  TN 32 N2779 chengam to thiruvannamalai main road Accident place: kolapadi in this bus drivers come to wrong way Accident for two wheelers damaged. if you ask? why come this wrong way the driver using bad words.

                    worst motels they stop at

                    I am one who keeps on travelling as my proffesion is as so . I regulary travel on TNSTC ( tamil nadu state transport corporation ) a government of tamilnadu undertaking SETC ( state express transport corporation) most of the long running buses stop only on certain MOTELS where the standard of food is not up to the mark whereas they charge Rs 45 /- for limited meals and the mineral water they sell do not have an expiry date at all the rates...

                    I had possibly THE worst experience of my life with SETC service on 30th April/1st May.

                    I had reserved a ticket on route no.:794UD (from Chennai to Trivandrum), at 9pm on 30th April..
                    The Corporation claims the journey to be of 17 Hours.

                    The Bus did not leave the CMBT terminus till 9:30pm on 30th.
                    I reached the destination at 5pm on 1st May, instead of 2pm, as claimed.

                    THREE hours extra???
                    Whatever for???

                    There had been a LOT I had planned for that trip.. ALL of which got canceled just because of this single abysmally stupid event.
                    Not happy with this at all.
                    Having said all this doesn't rid me of all the disgust I've developed.. I'll never be able to completely vent it out.
                    But, am here because I don't want all this to go unnoticed.

                    Passengers have enough to deal with, notwithstanding such uncanny and erratic activities.
                    Hope the authorities wake & wise up to understand this and keep a check on it.
                    That would be a request.

                    This was my first trip to Kerala. And am SURE that it would be my last by the SETC, no matter where my destination.
                    Enough anxiety and grievance to last for a lifetime.

                      I have been using public transportation for more than 4 years from Bangalore, Chennai & Pondicherry. The worst transport service ever seen is TNSTC/SETC.
                      1. TNSTC has different category of buses like normal & express buses and there is a difference in charge accordingly. But both the buses have a speed limit set in the buses. There is no difference in journey time.
                      (I personally asked one of the conductors when travelling in Express bus he said though the bus manufacturers insist not to have any kind speed limit set as the buses reaches concern depot first thing is to setup speed limit for buses. If the bus drivers are not able to control the mileage then they will be sent to training) they are not ready to drive faster as it might be a black mark in their carrier.
                      My point why do you want to pay extra for travelling in a express bus and gain nothing.
                      Journey time between Chennai to Pondicherry is always 4.00 hrs for past 5-6 years which has never improved.
                      2. SETC bus drivers do not have the courtesy to speak properly/patiently if you ask them some question like when it’s going to reach or route they always shout at you.
                      3. SETC always stays behind when compared to any other state transport corporation
                      • Online reservation.
                      • Volvo service/Air conditioned bus service.
                      • Hospitality.
                      4. Volvo buses which are operated between Chennai – Villupuram, Pondicherry has the worst seating. Those buses are suitable only for local transport.
                      Because of all this things people do not prefer SETC/TNSTC

                      Tamilnadu government should also have this department as a leading role model for other states. Tamil Nadu govt has failed to do it

                      SETC — SETC/Tnstc

                      Bed bugs are plenty. after 11pm TV trouble is more in TNSTC.
                      am a regular passanger travelling in a bus from chennai to tuticorin ( once in a month)
                      i think there is no 4 way track road on or before 2008, but that time every setc bus reach the target with in that time ( from chennai to tuticorin 12 hours journey), so lot of pupils used the setc. but now a days the road facility is very good, but no bus is going with in the timing.so lot of peoples are going by private busses. yesterday (28.10.10) i came from chennai by setc, the bus started from chennai sharply at 9 "O" clock in the night, and today 1"O" clock after noon thebus reached tuticorin.
                      pls think how much time is wasting. and we (passangers) were ask the driver about the delay and he answered, nothing in my hand, the pump has been locked by depo.

                        Bus conductor mis behaves with the passenger.

                        it was vizupuram controlled bus Red colored hosur to chennai,bus no 303 starts. it was around 10:30 night on friday 10 th april. Conductor refused to take passengers of vellore. he wanted only chennai passengers,
                        i asked him WILL IT STOP AT VELLORE, HE SAID NO. BUT IN THE NAME PLATE IT WAS WRITTEN, IT WILL GO VIA VELLORE TO CHENNAI. I again insisted him but he started abusing me and he was dare enough to say note this bus no and lodge a complaint against him.

                        i made a complaint at the hosur depot, they said it under vizupuram control, they are always like this.
                        even depot checking ispector was unhappy about vizupuram transport controlled buses.

                        i myself facing this misbehaviourin attitude with vizupuram bus conductors many times.
                        is really Vizupuram transport corporation gives this much liberty to the bus conductors?
                        are they only concerned about the collection money?

                        i have already lodged a complaint for the same. now i am going to RTI act and wanted to know about the actions they have taken.

                        i would require progress for this complaint also.
                        i am ready to attend any calls to my mobile regarding this complaint

                        Conductor miss behave with me
                        I ask to sethiyathope cross road ticket for me. The conductor said bad words and said go back any other private buses
                        root no. 399 is non stop chidambaram to chennai bus no.TN21 N1440 time at 7 pm in out of chidambaram bus stand of way pulled down me and other 2 passengers from the running bus. Take action immediately to the conductor.

                          Hi

                          I travel from Tiruvallur to Chennai everyday to office, I come by Tamil Nadu State Transport corporation. Today I travelled by a bus from Tirupathi to Chennai (bus number 201). The bus came near the Koyambedu bus stop and the driver stopped the bus before it entered the station. For 15 mins it was standing at the same place, when asked y is it, he told the conductor went to buy the breakfast for them. This happens regularly, the buses come near the koyambedu bus stop and they go for breakfast and come after 10 or 15 mins.

                          Can action be taken on this, please let me know.

                              lack of bus services from kanchipuram to chennai during full & No moon day, since diverting all buses towars tiruvanamali & malmalaiyanur as special service. for example: on 15 march from 6.30 to 7.30 not even a single bus to chennai in all different routes(76b, 76c, 79). Only MTC 576 & Vellore depot 276 or 130 available with huge rush.
                              people are facing more dificulties, please take necessary action.

                              I hope transport service persons doing well-job. eventhough i want to convey my suggestions and request to transport service.
                              1st thing is they should be response properly when public ask any questions that regarding bus departure and arrival.

                              2nd thing is i m in nigh-shift. i cant catch 12'0 clock of 130 bus that goes from koyambedu which towards kanchipuram and cheyyar. so, 2nd thing is my selfish only. but so many public was waiting still early morning which if that 12'0 clock bus miss. so, i m requesting that plz change that 12'o clock bus timings to 12.45 to 1'o clock. and also i m kindly requesting that for kanchipuram u can leave bus for every 1 hour which its necessary for public and also u can appoint drivers only for that night shifts means drivers can work also shift basis. again i m requesting transport service persons doing good job. i m just requesting to solve our problems also. bcoz i cant able to catch 12'o clock bus, so here what i m asking arrange alternative for that which not only for me also it will help all the public.

                                I am Ram Kumar Maity. I work at Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research at Kalpakkam. I am a resident of Pondicherry and travel by TNSTC every Sunday evening from Pondicherry to Kalpakkam via ECR. However every Sunday evening all the buses are reserved for Chennai passengers, forcing all the passengers travelling to places like Kalpakkam, Mahabalipuram etc. to travel standing in buses. I find this grossly unfair as there are no other buses other than Pondicherry Chennai buses to make these journeys. Therefore either there should be some buses earmarked for carrying passengers to intermediate destinations on ECR or there should be a quota in each bus for such passengers.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I would like to log a complaint against the conductor on the TNSTC bus from Salem to Chennai on 21st Feb 2010 night.
                                  Even though I asked specifically for a ticket to Tambaram, he gave me a ticket to Chennai which costs RS.9 extra. When asked why, he just said 'appadi thaan' meaning 'thats the way it is'.

                                  The reason I want to log this complaint is not because I can not afford the RS.9, but there are a lot of people (for example my parents who do farming near Mettur) strive very hard even to earn 1 ruppee and even if government employees take away the money like this, where is honesty and justice?

                                  The bus number is Salem 0878. My ticket number is AJ61658 (issued at 21:00:02 hours on 21/02/2010 from SALEM to CHENNAI). I did not notice the conductor's name, but he wears a spectacles and is a middle aged man.

                                  I would like to know if this is acceptable.

                                    I was travelling from Villupuram to Chennai in my car on 14 Feb 2010. I started at villupuram by 5:10 Pm and reached Vikrivandi Toll Plaza at around 5:30 PM. When i was to enter one of the way to the counter a TNSTC Bus (TN 32 - 2871) Side No. 19/VPM, Thittakudi to Chennai bound, crossed on my way suddenly without any horn or signal and entered in my way to counter. I have to apply my brakes at full swing to stop my car. That driver does not mind the speed breaker also. He is not aware that he is responsible for the life of all the passengers throught the journey. This negligence and carelessness of the driver irritated me, even the executives at the toll plaza was shouting at him. But that Driver was cool and said in tamil "Naan appadithaan ootuven" (meaning: I will drive like that ony!!!!). After that i noted the number and made a complaint with the Time Keeper at Thindivanam. I was willing to give a written complaint but the time keeper was refused to get that and promised me that he will take necessary action against the driver.

                                    I dont know what action he took? but I would like to bring this rash driving and negligence of the driver to the following persons:
                                    1. The Managing Director , TNSTC Villupuram
                                    2. The Branch Manager, TNSTC Thitakkudi

                                    An humble request to the drivers of public transport: DONT PLAY WITH THE LIFE OF PASSENGERS ON BOARD AND OTHERS ON ROAD!!!!!!

                                    TNSTC-Villupuram — Request from a Passenger

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Most of the TNSTC Buses from Pondicherry to Chennai and Chennai to Pondicherry never stops at valid bus stops even when there is enough seats availability. But they never fail to stop at hotels at Kadapakkam/ Marakanam/Kovalam for more than 15 Mins, since they (Driver/Conductor) get free food and etc. These hotels are not so hygienic at the same time they charge heavily from the passengers.

                                    None of the passenger likes to stop the bus at these hotels.

                                    There are many passengers & working people who use these buses for going to office, are suffering every day. Hence I request you to look into this issue and help the passengers.

                                    Dear sir, I am narayanan on 10.5.14 I boarded the bus no.TN 32 N 3798 TNSTC villupuram chennai puducherry bus at Mariamalai nagar bus stop at 4.32 pm. Since I don't have change I gave rs.100 for ticket to koyambedu and requested him to issue ticket. He scolded me in unparliamentary bad words not considering my age and not gave change and challenged me if you have guts get the balance from anybody. He has signed in the backside of the ticket. I am very much pained and suffered severe mental agony due to this.                                     Psychological Stress is one among the factor that causes cancer and other health disorders.

                                    I am one among the sufferer who gets anxiety when we have to travel from pondicherry to chennai via tambaram in the monday mornings.

                                    the anxiety develops for us right from the beginning of the weekend that whether we will get a seat to travel on monday morning. The reservation for ECR is wonderfully done but for passengers travel via tambaram they have to fight to get a seat in the morning.

                                    I request to provide reservations for travelling atleast on monday mornings. I have seen people quarrel in bus from the beginning till the end of journey.

                                    there might be reasons for not availing reservations but troubling the people to start their week with a frustration and irritation is a pathetic state in our country.

                                    I know government corporations take these issues very light. The incidents of quarrel and fight to get a seat among passenger happens every monday, a quick action is the need of hour before serious crimes occur.
