    On 11/03/2022, I tried to book 7 tickets from Chennai MGR busstand to Kumbakonam in TNSTC. Amount Rs 2425 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I have paid via UPI in guest mode and my TNSTC Reference Number: OB16421030 Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

      I am from paragipettai, cuddalore district. I am a college student. I go college by using government. But that bus not come everyday.. It absents 3 days in a week.. So we are having trouble because of this.. Government bus is very useful for us expecially for middle class girls..and that bus not keep timing. In morning hour we don't having buses in our place... Please provide bus for us.. To keep study and to keep timing

        Im Arokiya Doss, I booked 8 bus tickets from chennai to velankanni in TNSTC app, got request from state transport corporation in phone pay for payment of ₹3025 and amount debited from my account but My tickets were not booked.my reference number is OB16413292 .I need my money back.please refund it soon.

                  I'm a school student studying at a school in Coimbatore . We often wait at our bus stop for the red bus 19B which comes at 8.30 .The driver is not stopping the bus often even we indicate them to stop by showing our hands .He knows that we are school students he always avoids us to travel in their bus . it's a government bus sir.we are so disappointed.Not only me but also many school students goes late to their school they are treating us very badly sir /mam.I hereby request you to take action against them and resolve this issue .We truly beleive in you sir /mam.Your action will make us very helpful for our daily routine sir.please!!!                     I'm the student of Master Degree in Structural Engineering. On 11/03/2022 the bus driver of the bus TN 38 N 3423 from Pollachi to Coimbatore (4:40pm) was behaving very rudely to me and made me get out of the bus. He was defaming me in front of everyone. If the complaint was not considered the driver and the tnstc will be responsible for the decision I'm taking against my life.

There is no passenger rights in our village there is a busstop but the town bus won't respond to us.They won't stop the bus in the busstop.And there is no buses from 08.00 am to 09.00 am.The only bus is Town bus 82 but that particular bus is doing this activities, How do the public go to work on time .                           We experience that, we don't have sufficient buses in the evening time from Coimbatore Townhall to Sivanandha Colony Route, 4pm - 6 pm.
                          Only one or two buses are running at that time and they are not also completing the route properly. They say that the bus will go until gandhipuram. Everyday we are facing this issue. I'm writing this after I faced the issue more than 3 months. This is happening with the free bus as well as with the paid buses. As a working women we are struggling alot and not getting bus at time to our destination, where the route has are already established. From Gandhipuram to Sivanandha Colony we don't find many buses and if any bus available that to, too rush because of the previous bus didn't complete the route. We kindly request to look into it. Your immediate action is highly appreciable.

                            08.03.2022 evening 5.45 pm Mettupalayam to karamadai to annur vai bus no 25 town bus conductor behaved very rude
                            It was a busy time bus was so crowded
                            Conductor walk in the bus . he is push one lady so she asked don't push me only he scold a lady using badwords and he beat the lady on the head . It's was very dangerous, she cried no one is ask the conductor . Myself I very feel bad . The conductor behaviour is not fair .                                 நாங்கள் தருமபுரி மாவட்டதில் உள்ள அதியமான் கோட்டை ஊராட்சியில் வசித்து வருகிறோம். இங்கு தினமும் இரவு அதியமான் கோட்டையில் இருந்து தர்மபுரி செல்லும் நகர பேருந்து 40 நிமிடத்திற்கும் மேலாக கால தாமதமாக வருகிறது. இதனால் இங்குள்ள மக்கள் இரவு வேளைகளில் வேலை முடித்து செல்லுவதற்கும், குழந்தைகள் சிறப்பு வகுப்பு முடித்து செல்லுவதற்கும் நேரம் ஆகிவிடுகிறது. அதனால் பேருந்தை சரியான நேரத்திற்கு வரவழைக்குமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.

                                    Date : 6/3/2022
                                    Route information: ondipudur to Vadavalli
                                    DRIVER did not stopped the bus in most of the bus stops and very rude to women passengers. The driver started the bus before even the passengers were boarding and continuously yelling to et down during running.
                                    Also the conductor was very impolite and asked the passengers to get down as quickly as possible while the bus is running.he even scolded and shouted an elderly women to not come to this bus again and yelled at her to get down soon.

                                      When I boarded the Bus, the seats was very dirty and not cleaned, I informed driver and conductor to clean my seat, they were very rude and they told me to clean the seats myself .we are paying amount for premium service in TNSTC, but the customer service is very poor, please take necessary actions
