Hi, few minutes ago I tried to pay my bus ticket fee to tnstc through google pay.My transaction was successfuly completed but my bus ticket was cancelled.so kindly refund my money to my bank account respectively.thank you.

      My name is Aabin.S
      I booked a ticket from Nagercoil to Bengaluru
      (route number :888UD),
      (Bus ID no: E-2216)
      through online mode
      (Bank txn no:WSM[protected]). (Journey date:17/1/2022).
      (Journey time:18.30Hrs).
      I paid using debit card.I didn't make the journey.I tried to cancel the ticket.But it couldn't be processed and I contacted the toll-free number provided.They said they couldn't sort out this issue.I kindly request to look into my problem and help me receive my refund as earlier as possible.

        Bus no. TN 23 N 2594 I lost my Red Aristocrat VIP bag while travelling from Tirupattur to Chennai on 26 January 2022. Was last seen at Vaniyambadi bypass, and went missing when bus stood at Ambur bus stand at around 12.40 pm. The bag contains books and college records with info about college and address.

          24/01/2021 Morning 8:20 Am I was gone a 70V Avadi bus.ladies free bus I am sitting in front seat. I was waiting for ticket. More times I look back over the conductor. He could not came infront. He couldn't do his duty. He sitting back side. Then after long times more stops after. 2 gents came in front that time he came. I said I need one ticket. That time he behaves like a rude and irregular behaviour. He ask which stop you came in bus. And he using bad words.he could not do his duty.

          First of all he couldn't not do his duty properly.Please kindly request you to please give a proper training after taken a good conductor. Don't behave like this.

            On 22/01/2022, I tried to book 4 tickets from Tirupati to Trichy in TNSTC app . Amount Rs.1960 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB16166007 . Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                  The bus TN67 N0932 which belongs to Madurai Transport corporation routes towards Ramanathapuram from Virudhunagar. I travelled from Virudhunagar to Aruppukkottai on 19th Jan 2022 around 6.15 a.m. with my wife and 3year old daughter. The conductor had charged for 3 FULL tickets which costs 54 INR. I asked why he is charging full fare for 3year kid. He was so rude and collected the money.

                    I was travelling by no 87 route from pondicherry to chennai ( ticket no. 083625) - AM86.
                    I understand the government announced to run buses with 75% capacity, but bus was full with few standing and conductor was not wearing mask properly, and many passengers in the bus was not wearing mask. Conductor was not insisting the passengers to were mask.

                              Iam travelling in a government bus from Chennai to Salem …
                              Despite the Covid norms ..the bus which I travelled had more number of people than the Covid norms I.e to have only all the seats to be filled ..
                              That was not followed in the bus which I travelled ..
                              Which lead to too much overcrowding and chaos ..
                              The conductor is also allowing more passengers despite overcrowding.
                              This will lead to more spread of Covid variant omicron as it is already at its peak

                                I Book Bus ticket on 09/01/2022 (tnstc Official App) from Marthandam to Chennai, when I Book, payment are deducted from my account but ticket not booked yet some error shows but cash debited from my account.. so I wanted my cash refund to my account.If you see this mail you should reply me.

                                Once you develop the app or completely close the app. This app are many bugs more options not available, They find hard to check there are mobile charger are there or not on bus, ...

                                      Mr.Santhosh a named bus driver who was driving tnstc deluxe bus vehicle No. TN38 N 3685 around 6.25pm at Thudiyalur bus stand. An old person named Mr. Kamalanathan (Rertd forest) who was crossing the road while the above mentioned bus coming on his way. He signelled to slow the bus as he unable to cross the road to be speed. But the above mentioned driver drove the vehicle ridiculously to clash with the pedistrain. He escaped narrowely from the collision. While asking about after crossing the road, he replied in a rude manner which was witnessed by many people at that time, We request you to take proper action against him, We look forward to receiving a prompt reply, Thank you
