In both situation no conductors are returning the balance Rs 2 for any passengers
Note: yearly am loosing revenue of Rs.1200 on daily Rs.4 basic
Kindly look into this and take an action
Many are loosing theri income of this bad transport management system

    I got down in ERODE at 2.30am from Theni. I am working in bank sector near by avinashi and I have to joined on morning duty on today 05.01.2022, I asked the 2 bus conductor M SENTHIL KUMAR will stop for avinashi but he said that there is no stop there. Bus number TN 29 N 2952. His answer is not satisfied to me. Why midnight covai buses were not stopped in avinashi?

      I am Aishwarya.. I have travelled from Thottiyam to Namakkal Bus No : TN 45 N 4132.. Conductor standing behind me..He hit me at back head for more 5 times.. I told to move little bit sir it hurting me a lot.. He said its my fault i only to sit here... And punch my shoulder with his hand and hurted my leg with his slippered leg and use some bad words to scold me...Its very bad

        Respected sir,
        Today 4.02.2022 morning i strated journey perumgalathur to cuddalore during the journey bus was toped at one motel near thindivanam that time without check the passenger counts bus was strated the journey again this kind of activities very harmful. Myself going to operation at cuddalore GH hospital along with surgical instruments .some one helped me by bike to catch the same bus that time driver and conductor not responding properly kindlydotheneedful.           The bus I was traveling on from
          Salem to Chennai (14.11.2021) last Sunday was in a very bad conditionbecause
          the roof of the bus overflowed when it was raining, so I had a lot of trouble
          and my intention was toavoid traveling on government buses anymore, so this
          happened to me. I ask that you give your due responseto the worst situation
          and another excellent result...

            I'm a woman i m traveling in free women bus
            Salem junction to new busstand at (02/02/2022) in 3:40 to 3:50am bus number is 13. The conductor extorted money from female passengers by not giving them free tickets.he charged 12rs for every passenger bur the actual bus fee is 6rs. He is behave rude to every passenger and he hide is name badge.

              Sir iam shankaresh. R iam traveled from virudhachalam to Karuveplankurichi in the bus ( TN32
              N. 3702)at yesterday[protected] mrng 8:45 am...iam given 10 rupees coin to get the ticket but the conducter... Is not accepted the coin and he told me get out of the bus... I don't know who told to not accept the 10 rupees coin... Luckily I have bought 100 rupees note... Otherwise what is the situation will be happened to me... So pls take the action immediately sir...

                My name is t.venugopal. before entring to bus I ask conductor whether the bus is going to tirchy he said yes. But when I seated in bus and asked for ticket conductor given me ticket upto Perambalur.wheni ask the reason he is saying bus is going upto Perambalur. This is second time I am facing same problem same conductor. Kindly take action against him.bus no TN 45 N 4140

                  Hi, few minutes ago I tried to pay my bus ticket fee to tnstc through google pay.My transaction was successfuly completed but my bus ticket was cancelled.so kindly refund my money to my bank account respectively.thank you.

                      I booked a ticket from Nagercoil to Bengaluru
                      (route number :888UD),
                      (Bus ID no: E-2216)
                      through online mode
                      (Bank txn no:WSM[protected]). (Journey date:17/1/2022).
                      (Journey time:18.30Hrs).
                      I paid using debit card.I didn't make the journey.I tried to cancel the ticket.But it couldn't be processed and I contacted the toll-free number provided.They said they couldn't sort out this issue.I kindly request to look into my problem and help me receive my refund as earlier as possible.

                        Bus no. TN 23 N 2594 I lost my Red Aristocrat VIP bag while travelling from Tirupattur to Chennai on 26 January 2022. Was last seen at Vaniyambadi bypass, and went missing when bus stood at Ambur bus stand at around 12.40 pm. The bag contains books and college records with info about college and address.

                          24/01/2021 Morning 8:20 Am I was gone a 70V Avadi bus.ladies free bus I am sitting in front seat. I was waiting for ticket. More times I look back over the conductor. He could not came infront. He couldn't do his duty. He sitting back side. Then after long times more stops after. 2 gents came in front that time he came. I said I need one ticket. That time he behaves like a rude and irregular behaviour. He ask which stop you came in bus. And he using bad words.he could not do his duty.

                          First of all he couldn't not do his duty properly.Please kindly request you to please give a proper training after taken a good conductor. Don't behave like this.

                            On 22/01/2022, I tried to book 4 tickets from Tirupati to Trichy in TNSTC app . Amount Rs.1960 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB16166007 . Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                  The bus TN67 N0932 which belongs to Madurai Transport corporation routes towards Ramanathapuram from Virudhunagar. I travelled from Virudhunagar to Aruppukkottai on 19th Jan 2022 around 6.15 a.m. with my wife and 3year old daughter. The conductor had charged for 3 FULL tickets which costs 54 INR. I asked why he is charging full fare for 3year kid. He was so rude and collected the money.

                                    I was travelling by no 87 route from pondicherry to chennai ( ticket no. 083625) - AM86.
                                    I understand the government announced to run buses with 75% capacity, but bus was full with few standing and conductor was not wearing mask properly, and many passengers in the bus was not wearing mask. Conductor was not insisting the passengers to were mask.
