Hello My name is Pavan and I tried booking tickets for Puducherry to Bengaluru for 16th April through TNSTC website today..
But after entering all the details and successful payment I got a message saying transaction failed and booking not confirmed.
So my amount is deducted now But the booking is not confirmed.. Please help me resolve this issue

Hi I booked a bus from Chidambaram to Chennai on 11/04/2022. I booked via UPI Id, money gets debited from my bank account and ticket Booking is Failed. I didn't get the refund of the money( transaction ID: T2204111056160340681757) amount is Rs.290. refund the money ASAP.

Bus is not stopping in my area for asking that driver is behaving rudly to me on the road. The mufsal bus is not stopping in qmy area thanakulam peripalayam highway Chennai 67...

I was waiting for the bus with my mother since 9 PM today.
This Palani to Vathagoundanvalasu town bus was crossed us.
We tried to stop the bus by waving the hands.
Yet the driver didn't notice that.
If there is no passenger for that stop, might be the driver didn't consider this stops.. No issues.

But a passenger was there to get down.
And the bus was stopped far away from the stop.

What will be the condition of the people who are waiting for that particular bus for a long time.

Also he argued with us that we were late and running for the bus.

If he stopped near the stopping, why we want to run after the bus..

I request the department to handle the issue and to warn the driver who was on duty at the above mentioned time.

Please let us know if we are women, don't we have any rights to travel at night time. Don't we come out of the home. Whether Tamilnadu becomes that must worst for women.

We are not asking for the protection.
Instead we are asking for the freedom to roam around the city without any objection and without any negative actions whenever we need.

Went to Board a bus at Tiruppur Bus stand to Avinashi Bus Stand, bus route is Tiruppur to Kothagiri via Avinashi, Mettupalayam.

Conductor denied the boarding saying that Avinashi passengers are not allowed to board, which was so rude. Kindly take some action immediately.

Sir, I have lost my bag in bus . The bus was setc . I am pick the bus in perungalathur and taken a ticket to madurai . But in Villupuram I am going to restroom . That time bus is went away . Ticket charge is 440 rupees. Ticket no is for 400 rupees is42862. Ticket no for 40 rupees is23050. Please help to find my bag

Actually I got bus in silk board. Usually daily I'm travelling in bus from slik board to hosur in tamil Nadu bus only. However, this conductor is charging extra for this from Bangalore silk board to hosur, they should charge Rs. 60/- then y they are charging extra. When we are asking this with conductor, he s laughing.

I am Suveetha VinothKumar working in an PSU Bank. This is to bring to your kind attention regarding the arrogant and inappropriate behaviour of Private Bus Drivers and Conductors. They are not allowing the passengers of general public to board into the Govt Buses which are 5-10 mins behind their schedule. Our TNSTC drivers/Conductors are insisting the passenger's to stand outside and wait untill the private buses are being started up from busstand. We the passengers from general public have every right to choose the bus which we want to travel in. Then why this is being allowed in Dindigul Busstand ? I request the respective authority to Kindly interrogate this matter and take necessary action to stop this behaviour of Private bus companies. This would help to a lot of senior citizens, pregnant women and everyone who wait for minimum ten to 20 mins to get into a Madurai 1 to 1 bus starting from DINDIGUL

I am from salem. As I am college student studing in a government college which is far away from my home.
My home is located in kannankurichi
In which buses come only on time basis.Only two buses were coming on rotation, numbered 5C .Morning at 7.30 i going in that bus for morning class . Afternoon i will come at 1.30 or 2.00,
that bus wont come regularly and on appropriate time.I i ask for the reason, he behave rudely. Me and my friends are suffering a lot because of this . I request you to take kind kind on this.

Many people are travelling in TNSTC buses from Pondicherry to chennai. There is bus stop in Mamallapuram but no one is allowing to travel. Kindly take action.
