When I approached TIRUVARUR to Chennai setc on reservation mr. Kannan not in seat. l 1, 2 and 3 rd April 2022. When I enquired about the reservation details he is replied rudely and also not giving proper response.

Please refer my similar complaint posted on 31.03.2022. Again on 31.03.2022, around 03. 20 pm one bus upto Dharmapuri and another one up to Krishnagiri came in the gap of 10 minutes did not stop at Ramanagar. I want to know, whether above stopping is authorized or not? If not we'll take up the matter to CM Cell to get it approved. Therefore, kindly look into the matter and suitable action may be taken against the driver.

On 30.3.2022, around 9 pm Two buses came one after another did not stop at Raman Nager . Chased upto next stopping then also driver did not stop the bus. Again on 31.3.2022 morning around 4 am the bus upto Dharmapuri did not stop. Chased upto the next stopping but driver did not care. Finally, around 5 am, we got the bus. Kindly take appropriate action against the irresponsible driver.

Hello sir, I'm R.Vanmathi from Ondipudur, Coimbatore-641016. I'm studying final year in Government Arts College Autonomous Coimbatore-18. I travelled in Government bus inbetween from my College to Ondipudur but the bus not going to Ondipudur but infront it has written Ondipudur so stepdown at sungam and I catch one government bus but it hast taken the bus pass and I have buy a ticket . I have travelled at 8.30pm it was too late because there are minimum buses arrived and those are too rush so I wait for tha bus till 8 clock but the bus didn't accept tha bus pass the reson they said that I should catch the bus only on Government hospital stop . My home is located in sub urban area
In which buses come only on time basis.Only four buses were coming on rotation. After lockdown it was reduced
As two. My town area was Rakkiyalayam, Avinashi.That bus name is A7.Morning at 7.10 i go to that bus for morning class . Evening i came at 5.30
That bus will not coming properly .two days that is coming.Me and my friends are suffering so much coz of this . I request you to take kind action on this.

Dear sir / madam., Good morning…. This is for your information. From Aranthangi to pudukkottai we don’t have buses available for 5:05 Am to 6:05Am. Since last two months. Its before we have available one bus 5:20Am but as of now that bus not available. Actually why they canceled we don’t know but that bus was always full.

Some our city people are studying and working in pudukkottai medical college they have first shift starting at 7Am but they are not reach correct time to class and job because of cancelled 5;20 Am bus. Pudukkottai deppo specially arrange one bus from pudukkottai to medical college for medical students and staffs. But our Aranthangi people not catch that bus because of cancelled 5:20 Am bus.

Please our kind request is please again start 5;20 Am bus service. I hope you will make immediate action. Thank you

Night 11 o clock
Bus route :chennai to kattumannarkoil
Incident :I journeyed from chennai to guduvanchery they charged me 40 rupees that too ok Conductor said that he will stop in guduvanchery when bus reached guduvanchery I asked driver to stop the bus suddenly he used vulgar language and scolding me for nothing all of a sudden three passengers from 2nd seat from driver started to support driver and came to hit me those three passengers are friends of that driver it seems
Driver said rrun away else "I will break you apart "
Note :driver wore blue uniform and specs left hand small dial steel watch
Conductor was very young kakki uniform
Please take action because it's a life threatening matter I am in a depression because of poor tnstc service

I have enter the Tamilnadu bus in v.kota to kgf the conductor is using very bad cus words to me which made me feel very bad, he had not asked the ticket and using cus words me me for not asking him
He was busy speaking to someone
Very bad experience with Tamilnadu bus please see it the worst behavior doesn't happen to any other state citizen

Hello, i am a college student from pattur(near mangadu), chennai 600122. In my bus route there more than 20 members are looking for the mini bus(S22-mangadu to iyyapanthangal), but it comes about 7:30 AM . If I waited for this bus, I will be late to college. Some of them wasting their money(Rs.25) everyday. Please consider this complain it will helps more persons.
