Today(18/03/2022), I tried to book 1 ticket from nagercoil vadacurry to Hosur in SETC. Amount Rs.710 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB16484644. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I am from paragipettai, cuddalore district. I am a college student. I go college by using government. But that bus not come everyday.. It absents 3 days in a week..
