I have travelled from madurai to sattur and I was taken my laptop from my on tirumanglam due to offical reports to send immediately basis, but same time while opening my laptop conductor came to me asked for ticket I have informed I was taken ticket form madurai mattuthavani, he said I asked for lap top lauggege ticket

I asked him those products not then 5 kg above why u asking me for lauggaege ticket ( even I have used mini laptop which is 1.800 gm )

He not at explain any thing, but saying that to get out of from bus orelse take ticket

I have request to explain what is the process & procedure but he keep on telling that get out from bus

Am not noticed bus number & because lots office call in bus, , here I have to metion this also as per his said electronic materials not to take in bus ...then what's abt mobile he said that also not to take ...I said then all r using mobile now days ) how would able to charge for that

Finally I have more disappointed and relaxing my self and sir, go and see as ur duty am not take mobile also

Note :- due to my offical reports I have opened my laptop within 2 min this above explained happen

Note 2:-- if gov conductor following roles properly ... conductor not weard ask

And while giveing tickets he used to touch tongue taking out every tickets ??? Am not ready take video at the time

Still am from them they aksing rules and regulations am following already mask, social distance etc ..
I will capture all without mask conductor and make file and give justice court

    Dear TNSTC Management,
    I am travelled Thirumangalam to sattur in thirunelveli bus.My co-passenger is using his laptop and conductor is noticed if you carrying using laptop also chargeable. He showed me a rule book mentioning luggage charges for computer, monitor, keyboard n other accessories. I explained him clearly that the computer meant a desktop n not a laptop. He refused to accept without any reasons.I need clarification about I am wrong or the conductor is correct.

      Dear sir,
      The pollachi to kovai buses are not stoping sidco bus stop. Sidco is a more than 1000 of small and large scale industries provided area. More than lakhs of workers are working in various shifts. Pollachi and than surrounding area people's are mostly working in sidco. The buses are stoping only morning time. So other shift workers are more struggling for transportation.
      Bus fare for ordinary bus is Rs 22/- and Express bus is 30/-.
      We are kindly request to you solving the problem and help the people.

        Hi,

        I have booked a ticket on tnstc app on 2nd Jan. Payment has been done through upi id but amount is deducted and ticket is not booked. Also, the app is full of bugs and looks to be scammers group who own this. Attaching documents for the reference

          Vide PNR No. T33884795 dtd 26/12/2021 my niece and her friend were travelling from Tuticorin to Chennai in SETC - TNSTC bus.
          Bus, with Regn. No. TN01AN0977, on arrival for boarding at Tuticorin had the Route Board as 170/A instead of 170 UD given in the e-Ticket. On checking up with the SETC staff it was advised to board in this bus. Journey was performed by the passengers in this bus.
          Please clarify the following:
          Whether it was a mistake in the Route Board or Wrong Bus was allotted against the 170 UD bus, if so Refund if any may be given.

            Dear sir I was waiting for bus to travel to tuticorin from narippaiyur today early morning around 1.45am but 2 setc bus 1 tnstc bus not stopped I don't know who give the rights to the driver cant stop in a station I am totally upset I am going to file a complaint pls take necessary step

              The driver of madurai to kumily route bus starting at 11.45 pm from madurai have very bad temper. He behaved rudely and even verbally abused just for asking him whether I could sit in front seat which was free at that moment. He asked me to get down from the bus and said he will not allow me to ride that bus. He was giving death threats and verbally assaulting me.

                Bus no: 20 amorpalli bus 31/12/2021 time 3:25pm at vellore bus stop. The passengers are waiting for the bus but the bus didn't stop at the standing and we ran to the next stopping near a the vellore fort stop using the bridge. And the we asked the conductor about the incident he didn't respond well and also blaming us. Also behaved irrespective, he was wearing a light blue shirt and dark blue pant

                Even before 3weeks the bus was late for half an hour during our exams

                When we asked about the issue of time with the same conductor he did not responded well and scolded us to go in different bus

                As we women's are traveling freely he is treating us very very badly

                Not even stopping at the stop sometimes when girls r women's was there

                He was wearing a sky blue colour shirt and dark blue pant.

                Please do the needful to the passengers and they need justice and also kindly reply to this complaint

                  Sir,
                  Today 31.12.21 my purse went missing while travelling from Tiruverumbur/Trichy to Thanjavur. The bus is stopped near vallam due to clutch problem and the passengers are shifted to other buses. My purse contains important cards and money. It would great help if my purse is located.

                    Hi,
                    I have boarded route bus bus from Madurai to Trichy (1 to 1) on 31/12/2021 5.40 AM around.
                    I lost my bag in the bus.
                    I don't know the bus number, but it stopped in Trichy central bus stand by 8.15 around.
                    Kindly help me to get my bag back.
                    Description of the bag:
                    கட்ட பை. Placed on luggage compartment.
                    Inside the bag you can find an two big elephants statues which I bought from Goa.

                      Hi, I am writing this to let you know about rash driving of a bus driver today at Kangeyam location on Coimbatore to Karur road. The bus was going from Ooty to Trichy (The sign boards mentioned it). The driver was reckless and was rashly passing other vehicles, over taking with high speed and didnt mind opposite oncoming vehicles. There were atleast couple of cars and 2 bikes he would have almost hit but it wad their luck nothing happened. People are the place tried to stop but he drove away.
                      Please take necessary action.
                      The incident happened on 30 December 2021 around 5.40pm.

                          Am from valanadu kaikatti, trichy district, . We people are working at valanadu kaikatti and our access to madurai is tnstc bus via kaikatti. But most of the bus es are not entering the service road towards kaikatti. So every day we have to wait for one hour. Today also 28.12.2021, two buses already left without entering kaikatti. One of the bus number is Tn 45 n 4774. Kindly make a solution for our problem

                            I am living in village at Madurai district. Here most of the students and small- small workers are going to some other place to work and study. But the timing bus's are came 1-2 hours late. Daily need to come in 6 trips. But they are coming only 4 trips. Any of the day we will accept, but they are doing in frequently.

                            The Driver and Conductor both of them speak to very bad words. Yesterday my mother also affected. They spoke in very wrong manner.

                              Dear sir,

                              We have travelled from tamilnadu to karnataka in the evening of 26th December 2021. We have arrived at 6.45 PM to Salem, Doctor MGR bustand. We got in to the bus which is named flyover service which will be reached 3.33hours to Bangalore electronic city. But we here's that that particular bus which is starting at 7PM will reach at 11.45PM only. So we got down from that bus. And we were waiting for the next bus. But in the Timing board they have marked at 8 PM 1 to 1 Normal bus but they have placed a AC bus continuesly two bus one is at 7.30 PM and another one is 8 PM. So I have approached to time keeper for the next 1 to 1 bus he said that after this AC bus there is one normal bus. So we have waited till 8.05PM and looking for 8PM 1 to 1 bus Which is not turned at all. So I approached again to the time keeper. But he said that rudely after this only. And the bus came at 8.15PM and started at 8.37PM towards Bangalore.
                              When we have reached Krishnagiri tollgate at 10.55 PM the driver and conductor not paid for the toll. Due to that they did not allowed the bus in toll gate. So they have taken an another way from krishnagiri and we reached Hosur at 12.20 midnight. The bus suppose to reach Electronic city at 12.00am but not reached. And they Collected 235/ Seat due to reaching in 3.33 hour which is not happened. Why this TNSTC people are cheating poor peoples. They are placing board Non Stop, 1 to 1, and will reach in 3.33 hours flyover service. But it is not happened.
                              So please do resolve these kind of problems. Due the above problems from 6.45 Pm to 1.00 am we have suffered a lot with the childrens.The vehicle Number is TN29 N 2827. I know no use of giving this complaint because all government servents are like that only. If anything happens good Thank you so much atleast other people will not suffer like me.

                                I planned my journey from perangalathur to Trichy on 26th Dec 2021 by 8pm with TN government bus(TN 45 N3628), it's the first time to travel in bus with my child..Conductor charged me for full ticket and half ticket for me, but seat not allocated for my baby, really it was a bad experience and still traveling with very bad comfort, my baby cried more than a hour and now sleeping...Kindly let me know there is seat allocation available for half ticket or not...

                                  In TNSTC only seat no 11 and 12 are allowed for lady. It is always booked as only 2 is allowed. If a lady books any other seat other than mentioned seat the next seat should be blocked for same gender but a male member is able to book. How cum a lady can travel with a unknown male member especially n night(ultra deluxe 2 seater). Is it safe. Is this the way a government website works. Conductors trying to sort by altering seats but cant always...

I have no change I have only 100 RS note I have asked the conductor for ticket he asked me to get down of the bus after half kilometer of journey even though I asked give me ticket for VELLANKANNI I will get down in mariammankoil that's my wish but he denied and get down from bus due to this I personally affected and made me problematic by again traveling to bustand with so much luggage.kindly look in to the issue.
