    I have travelled from the bus from thanjavur to mariammankoil on 23.12.2021. I have no change I have only 100 RS note I have asked the conductor for ticket he asked me to get down of the bus after half kilometer of journey even though I asked give me ticket for VELLANKANNI I will get down in mariammankoil that's my wish but he denied and get down from bus due to this I personally affected and made me problematic by again traveling to bustand with so much luggage.kindly look in to the issue.

          Today while I am driving to my work place(Vadakadu), bus heading towards Gandarvakottai from Pudukkottai Route no. 66, bus driver ride that bus like no one in that road will drive. While I am following him he almost hit a girl if that girl is not get off the road. After overtaking him while he made stop at vadakadu, I stand in my work place seeing he is over phone with someone wearing headphone. Is this the way TNSTC giving training to bus drivers. Are you serious about the passengers or not? This is unacceptable behaviour of that driver as well as his monitors. You may not don't care about people but we do have family, if that per make any accident or suppose if he hit that girl will TNSTC gives her life back. I request TNSTC take proper action against that particular driver.

            On 19/12/2021, I tried to book ticket from Vellore to Tirunelveli in SETC. Amount Rs.640 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. Transaction ID:[protected] Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. [protected]@gmail.com

              Im traveling from Chennai to Pondicherry.. this is a point to point no conductor bus, number. TN 32 N 4457.. this bus is suppose to go via maduravoyal bypass from cmbt.. but don't know the reason in this peeke hour driver is taking inside the city.. bus started by 7.10 from cmbt.. it's 8pm now.. still in Ashok nagar. Require action on this.

                  The bus conductors and drivers of madurai government bus to be departed from the singanallur bus stand in coimbatore misbihaved to the public approximately 25 members who were to travel to dharapuram: stopping them from getting in the bus and quarelling not to because they wanted madurai travellers to first occupy stating the reason that they need to show revenue and cannot drive the bus without passengers from dharapuram which was absurd. We tried to get the issue resolved with the higher authorities present there the transport inspectors who acted so wierd that they escaped the new buses with madurai travellers and asking the old bus driver to take the dharapuram travellers which escalated the issue. The officers and the driver of the bus got into a quarell on why should they take all the dharapuram passengers.
                  Hereby i also would like to let you know there are no proper transport facilities to dharapuram even from tiruppur where we find similar situations with the palani bus drivers and conductors it would be more helpful if some action can be taken towards it by increasing buses for dharapuram from the districts and cities in vicinity.

                    Some of the Buses are not stopping at our bus stop.. so, we are not able to go for Schools, Colleges and Work Office in time. So, please consider to stop this inconvenience. We have to wait for 20 minutes for next bus.

                      This brings to your attension on 18/12/2021 vehicle number TN-01AN2145
                      we are from T nagar on the day we where waiting at CIT nagar bus stop at arounf 9.35 am for the bus of 154 to Porur bus came on but not stopped slowly its running since my wife was 8th month pregnant she trying to gen in bust at the time suddenly he take on the bus and we were trying to catch again on next metro stop he didnt stopped and not even waitied for 10 seconds inspite of we are signing hand again to hold, while getting into bus he take ont he vehicle and runned then we catched them on St. mount when i asked why you not stopped and waited atleast for 10 sec he is rudelay answered and i disputed him but he verbally scolded me and my wife with inapproate words including conductor they were grumbled till at porur stop.

                      1.Not even waited for 10 seconds in stop THIS NOT THE FIRST TIME SAME WEEK THEY DID ANOTHER TIME
                      2.Who is responsible if the lady was falled out of bus when stepping into bus (2 times )
                      3.Who gave authority to use inappropiate word to consumer
                      4.No mask and PPE equipements at work both drive and conductor at this Corona/ingram pandemic
                      5.No ID card Not even sense of Public service worker
                      6.Rude attitude towards of questing them.
                      9.Harrasment of Pregnent female by raising their voice and using local influence.
                      10.both of them has to be terminated with immediate effect

                        I need to file a complaint on bus conductors of tnstc who are working with interstate bus service (palakkad - Coimbatore route) .

                        They are not allowing the passengers to get in the bus who are traveling inbetween stops like pudussery, kanjikode, attapallam (local stops in pallakkad ) . They are only allowing the passengers who are traveling to Coimbatore from palakkad . Other persons like me are waiting outside the bus and watching the seat filled .

                        they are only allowing the passengers get in the bus after the bus starts and ask passengers who are taking nearby stops to leave the seat and travel by standing when passengers take tikets to Coimbatore

                        This incident happened to me today[protected] Tuesday evening 5.30 pm

                        One more incident happened to my friend who is send out of the bus inbetween a stop where there is no stop is there

                          I am vinodhan residing at sembathiruppu working in IT sector bangalore due to covid doing WFH.
                          I am frequently travel here to Mayiladuthurai and here I noticed bus driver Mr.sasi is rudely speaking towards passenger and not stopping in bus stop

                            I am a regular passenger of Tenkasi to Tirunelveli Route
                            Nowadays buses are using Audio systems with very high volume.
                            Couldn't able to travel peacefully.
                            It's affecting our hearing system too.
                            Whenever I'm traveling most of the buses using such audio system.

                              Town buses are not stopping at designated bus stops if only ladies are standing. Have complained about the issue to the transport authority couple of times. They took action but again drivers are not stopping. My mother is a government employee, due to this issue she is unable to attend office on time. Please take action.

                                While I travelled in M51D on 20/12/2021 bus number:TN01N5586 Here in this bus people rushed to stand inside, there isn't enough space too, So I stand in the 2nd step, the bus driver told me to get inside the bus for two time, since there is no space I stood there itself, suddenly the bus driver stoped the bus and came and slapped on my right cheek, by this action he violated article 21 of Indian constitution, this happened by 1:50 pm After crossing Velachery railway station, I don't know how to approach and where to approach so I complained here, pls resolve this issue and let me know.

                                In the video you can see me wearing rose coloured shirt standing in the 2nd step and can see the bus driver wearing blue uniform on the mirror, thank you.

                                  Conductor name-Gurusamy

                                  Conductor handling all the passenger to very rough and not give response to rural ladies...
                                  I saw he expecting correct ticket amount only from all passenger... If they give 100 Rs for 40 Rs ticket also he asked leave from bus and saw lively there are few passengers he asked left from bus right away for they not have exact bus ticket amount...

                                  Pls instruct this bus Conductor to keep the change amount from him itself, don't trouble to rural and un educated people's hereafter requested...

                                      Yesterday I travelled in 66A Kundrathur to Hasthinapuram bus from metha nagar to anakaputhur he gave me a 5 rs ticket after reached anakaputhur this stage was closed after that another 5 rs ticket you buy Unknown passenger s how they know stages conductors only guide passengers properly that s the only duty for them kindly take action about this
