I was interviewed on 24th June 23 for Mumbai location. I got call in first week of July and I submitted all the documents. After that HR called me that there is process change so she needs time for offer letter. Till today 1st aug 23 I haven’t received my offer letter. I have emailed to career Tcs multiple times but still no solution. I want to ask my documents were asked in hurry when there is so much delay in offer letter...

I am trying to log in to the portal for the last 2 weeks but it's not happening. Raised 5 tickets for the same but no response.
