I had been using the broadband services. I had already raised a request to cancel my account in april 2019. I had requested for an acnkowledgement on email but i was told that the telephonic conversation is recorded and that they can't acknowledge cancellation request.

I had used my connection till april 20th, and i have paid the full amount for that billing cycle. I had called multiple times to follow up on the cancellation but i was told someone will get in touch with me after 24 hrs and no one did.

I had also raised this later, repeatedly, on emails where i was asked to pay the next months bill. I have repeatedly intimated that i want the connection discontinued over phone and email, and since i shifted my address in may, i haven't even used the connection, so i would like to know that if the connection was not used and if the cancellation request was already raised form my side but the customer care agents didn't cancel my account, why am i being charged?

    from today(29.12.19) morning onwards my sim card(tata docomo) not working, it shows no sim card and i selected the network manually and it shows your sim doesn't registered to this network.
    So pls. Help to resolve this issue.

      This is prasanna kumar... I informed that my old tata docomo sim card was lost by some reasons. My paytm account has been connected to that sim. My paytm account have some money. If i can withdraw money without old sim card number is not possible.. So please consider my request... And provide new sim card with that number..

        I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

          Hello sir this is mohanambal i want my number to be reactivated my number is [protected] i recently recharge my phone number but i didn't receive it then i released my number is inactive with no signal this number is very important to me because i was not using it for one month due to my exam now my number is inactive even though i recharge my number is not activating i humbly request you active my number.

            Hello
            My sim got deactivated in may 2019
            And since all the tata docomo centers are closed in lko.. I could not get it reactivated.
            Kindly help me with the same.
            Its a prepaid sim
            I hv tried for assistance in all other centres but of no help. Kindly help me resolve this issue as o hv all my accounts connected through tht number.
            The airtel centre could not help me.
            So i dont know how to operate now.

                The lost sim number is connected to my instagram account from which i have signed out, i'm getting reset link on that number, i want the messages to be redirected to my current number. Both the lost sim and new sim are tata docomo sims. I tried calling the number but it is coming no network. So please help me by redirecting from old number [protected] to my present number [protected]

                  If i need to use data it asking to turn on data roaming and showing that you are in roaming area..
                  Some times my money was deducting due to roaming charges

                      I have been trying to reach customer care regarding discontinuation of tata docomo internet, because o[censored]nable to use the internet from the last 2 months. And still, they are sending the bills for the same of rs 825.
                      Thought the internet is down and unable to contact customer care, i would like to register a complaint regarding the same.

                      I am getting an error pop up : "WOW-dive in error and when I open message, it say Proactive SIM command error"
                      I tried to connect with customer care from mobile number but haven't received any resolution so far

                      Hello, I lost my Tata sim and I wanted to block it. I have contacted the customer service but they didn't resolve the issue and they didn't give exact information about the complaint office.                             We are having the landline of tata docomo having account no[protected] from past 20 years. From this feb 2019, the landline is dead and i have not utilised the services but every month without fail the bills is coming i had put this complaint with tata docomo but till date nobody responds neither they are cancelling the no nor attending to the reason for why the phone is dead. Neither there customer care is reachable nor the email gives proper response. But without fail every month the bill comes.

                              Kindly advise if any tata docomo tower installation calls are being made from the no [protected] claiming as main office chennai of tata docomo and giving instructions to give some copies of my id documents so to process for installation of tower at my works.. When asked if you can mail me the terms and conditions, they claim that we cannot do so for security reasons,
                              If the call is true then why cant such a big company email us its terms and conditions?
                              And if this is a hoax, kindly request you to confirm so that we can file a complaint against such calls or reject such calls outrigtly.

                                  I was out of station for a long time, now i see my number is deactivated( signals are not coming). Please reactivate the sim asap. Number : [protected]
                                  I want my Tata Docomo land line to be disconnected.I tried reaching out to the call center number as I find on the net. But it looks as though all the numbers are defunct. I seek your help in this matter. I wish to inform you that I will not be paying the Bill from November onward whether the disconnection is done or not.

                                    Sir i have purchased tiago xz+ on 31st oct 2019 from am motors jammu charged handling charges 5000 for tiago which i read online is illegal first they said that the on road price will be 6, 35000 on the day of delivery they said that it will be 6, 37000 and at the time of delivery when everything was done and we have also financed the car they demanded for 3000 rs said that insurance prices fluctuates means that it fluctuates every hour by 3000 rs 😂 funny. Also the sales person which had promised earlier that they will give mats and mud flaps with car and will try to give car cover also and at delivery they didn't give us anything not even mud flaps, mats or car cover and on demanding manager rudely said 400 rs ka discount toh de diya na i was like depressed like this was they have done with us at delivery what will be the servicing whole day we were in showroom sales person and manager are just focusing on billing and after billing they were not even in showroom 😂 it's my biggest mistake of trusting tata its our first tata car i will sell it within the month and go again with maruti we had wagonr since 2005 and now i know why maruti flop car have higher sales figures than tatas best selling cars actually its it cell propaganda of tata on every online video you will see first comments in the favour of tiago but in reality is something else

                                      I am tata docomo prepaid user and my number is [protected]. Since i am facing trouble with "mcheck processing" messgae and now its constantly showing me messgae "mcheck processing" on my cell screen every 2 mins, which is very disturbing.

                                      I want to deactivate those service as soon as possible. Help me out with it and if there is any necessary steps to deactivate it, then please tell me.

                                        I just came to know that my account has been inactivated for my sim card then a 1 year and i accidentally sent important information on that. I request you to please give access to the sim card for a week or so. So i can get all the messages.

                                        So, like 2 years ago i came aboard and my sim card was working for the last 6- 12 months but somehow it stopped and i tried a lot to restart. I request please i i can get access to my phone number and retrieve all the information.
