My tata docomo sim card is showing invalid sim. It is for more than 6 months. I was out of station during this period. What can i do to activate my sim. What are the procedure that i have to follow. If not can i port this number to any other network. Please provide me the solution.
Is there any support center available in villupuram or cuddalore district of tamil nadu. Or in pondicherry

    Her name is usha devi, the documents proof are submitted and this sim is in use for long time, now it is not working, how can this sim number be given to someone else.

    Who will be responsible for this?
    Please take action against such team, and provide the number back to the actual user.

        I miss my docomo num [protected] last 6 month.. I search any docomo show room and outlet.. Unfortunately all docomo show room closed. I visit another netwotk. They dont do anything. I want my docomo number again. Its very my infortant for all my official uses. My all propose are pending and postponed regarding my sim. Kindly reactivate my sim. Else any other issues inform me asap

          I am a tata docomo prepaid customer having sim/mobile no. [protected], but the same was misplaced by me. Now i want to get new one in lieu of above one.
          Here is no office nor any distributor or dealer of tata docomo. No one of tata docomo is here to resolve the issue.

          So, the issue arise how i can obtain the same?

          Please help me to resolve the issue.

            I've an docomo sim that's been deactivated unfortunately from the past 8months. Now i want to get it activate again. Please help of out of this problem. I tried recharging it online but recharge failed thrice and now the sim is showing as invalid sim. Kindly resolve the problem asap.

              I'm not able to make any outgoing calls. It's just saying call is not allowed. I have recharged with 169 still no use. Thing is i'm getting the incoming calls but outgoing are going. Its keep on saying you are not allowed to make calls. From two days onwards it's been this way. Can you please find out a solution for me to make outgoing calls. I even tried turning off my mobile and switching on and off the airplane mode but still no use. Kindly find a solution this. Thank you

                    My name is Adarsh and I had a Tata docomo Sim card and since 6 months I have not used it and 3 months ago it got deactivated and now I went to Airtel office as Tata docomo is now Airtel and asked about my sim and then they said that your number can't be brought as we have not got any information from Tata docomo company regarding this sim and I can't get the sim

                      We have requested many times, but no one responded on helping for shifting of landline within mumbai city, the tata call center staff is inefficient and not helpful

                      We requested in june 2019, but they never responded, but we get calls for new landline and broadband connection, then why the existing 5 lines we are holding cant be shifted
                      We are following up from last 5 months

                        Mcheck on docomo always pops ups on the display. it is very annoying. the screen gets on automatcally. i do not want mcheck on docomo.

                              My tata docomo sim card is showing no service for the past few months. Sometimes network will pop up for a few moment and then dissappear. I have tried restarting the phone but this helps only the moment phone is restarted and there goes same issue. This sim is pretty important since it's link to everything important. So kindly help me with regards to this problem (No service).

                                3 days before I had recharged for Rs.10 in Tatadocomo online prepaid.. but still now outgoing and incoming calls are suspended. The recharge amount is not added, but my amount was deducted from my Bank A/c.. Now I have lost Rs.10 unnecessarily. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible..

                                    I am unable to receive messages or call as the one trying to call me gets a message saying the number is temporarily off and i am able to make calls.

                                      I was using tata docomo sim card number [protected]. I am from gujarat. But my num was deactivated because of some reasons and than after tata docomo shut downs their telecom and merged with bharti airtel. But now that number was registered with one of my bank and without otp i cant manage my account.. So i want to reactivate this number so i went to airtel store. But they told me when the merger happened those numbers which was active at that time is the only numbers we have but mine was deactivate at that time so they don’t have this and cant reactivate. Now docomo is closed and airtel denied so what should i do.?

                                        wrong data entered in records when sim card was purchased

                                        My data was entered wrong at your end which includes name mismatch, father's name mismatch and date of birth mismatch. The husband's name was entered as the father's name. Because of this i am not being able to get a replacement sim card for my number. As my original correct data in my documents differ with the wrong data entered by your staff. I want an immediate solution to this....
