I rupesh mahadeshwar. Using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [protected]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i had lost my mobile phone and didnt able to make compliant and take another. My sim has been deactivated. As my alll the information like bank, passport and adhaar and all my accounts i please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.
Please let me know how to reactivate my sim card

    My mobile no. Register failed and i have no idea about this what has happened how it got unregistered in the first place. It was my working mobile no. My bank account is linked with it and now suddenly its showing ur mobile no is not registered and all my work has been stopped and i dont know what to do pls help me getting this issue resolved pls help me

      My Docomo mobile [protected] is not active. But when I call to customer care they tell us that your number is active. Hence, I need further solution for this problem. As I have given this number for all documents. Hence, it is very important to resolve. I bought this sim in 2008 and I was staying in Banglore and I had residential proof of banglore. But now I am in Davangere and got residential documents here. once I enquired in docomo center they told that you should provide the same document proof, which is not possible because i dont have the same proof. So I need the further solution.

      I was using Tata docomo sim i was unable to get otp on my mobile since 4hrs i was in emergency on the date 30/07/2019

          [protected] this is my docomo mobile number and it's decativated in one year back. Above number i given in my epfo account now without this number i can't take my epfo amount.

          Next month my brother marriage fixed. So i need money. So kindly do the need full on top priority.

          Kindly help me to get above same number duplicate sim. Plz plz do the need full

                I am in canada for a leisure visit and wanted to make a paytm transaction which has docomo phone number. But i am not getting any otp message for the same. I have been in call with the customer support and they asked me to activate international roaming, which i did but my problem still exists. I called the customer support and they keep repeating to manually add the network operator but i keep getting the error "cannot connect to the network. Try again later". Please look into this issue as i am unable to make any payments. The complaint id is : [protected]

                That is my complaint and my Docomo mobile is my permanent no so that's why is very important for my information or data so please start my Docomo SIM card

                  Hello team

                  In my mobile there is a tata docomo sim card: [protected] in which I'm getting "m-check tata docomo processing" message is coming very frequently. I'm facing this issue from 1 month onwards suddenly and not sure what's wrong.
                  I want to stop this message .

                  So please deactivate the same for the no. [protected] and do the needful.

                  even Airtel sim is also not showing network.

                  kindly help what to do now.
                  Sim showing roaming mode .

                    I am not receiving messages on my [protected] no.
                    This is a tata docomo card and using since last 10 years.

                    Now i am facing big trouble on this card.

                    Since last 2 week i am facing problem of not receiving of massage.

                    Please guide me what have to do to solve this issue.

                    This is very urgent for me as this is my permanent number and all important massage was receiving on this no

                    So please do needful on priority basis.

                    Why it is showing resolved??? Still it is not resolved
                    Please help me to unlock my SIM with the PUK code. Nobody around me is using a Docomo SIM... Please help asap... It's an emergency
                    Docomo just discontinued their service and didn't transfer my number to Airtel provider. Now i am stuck and sim [protected] not working.

                    Is this the way they behave to costumers when leaving the company.
                    I was out of India but my mobile number [protected] deactivated in the month of Feb 2019. I got to know that it is permanently deactivated. I have visited the Tata Docomo Store, Ratanlal Nagar, Kanpur several times to get it issued to me but till date the number is not released.

                    Please help me in this matter.

                        I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                        Today in did recharge of 36 rupees from phone pay app and 23 rupees from ptm but still my Docomo balance is showing 0.01rupees when I check and amount is debited from my account

There's no network problem here and even my phone is also working fine. I have not contacted customer service yet though.                             Can you please reactivate it, all my bank accounts and other important accounts are linked to that number and i would need for accessing them.

                              I have been using tata docomo sim card since last 7 years. I am not able to receive any text messages since yesterday. I am able to send messages though. I have already cleared the inbox and outbox from my phone, it is not helping. I am not able to make any online transactions, cannot receive otp. Please help as soon as possible. Do i have to change the message center?

                                My sim had been deactivated from last 1 or 2 months. Earlier when it was working it had no network coverage. And people please reactivate my sim sooner as possible because my college institution is having this number. So they would not be able to contact me. After another call the said me to dial this #35*1234#. Still no solution, now when i cal them its says customer care executives are busy. And call disconnects.                                     I am not able to proceed any transaction online as I am not getting OTP on my docomo no. I tried many times but I am not getting OTP on my no. Can you please look into the matter.. Its very difficult for me to transact online.. M trying to get OTP from last 3 days but m not able to get OTP.. My payment through various app like swiggy and flip kart got rejected as I didn't recvd any OTP
