I am in canada for a leisure visit and wanted to make a paytm transaction which has docomo phone number. But i am not getting any otp message for the same. I have been in call with the customer support and they asked me to activate international roaming, which i did but my problem still exists. I called the customer support and they keep repeating to manually add the network operator but i keep getting the error "cannot connect to the network....

In my mobile there is a tata docomo sim card: [protected] in which I'm getting "m-check tata docomo processing" message is coming very frequently. I'm facing this issue from 1 month onwards suddenly and not sure what's wrong.
I want to stop this message .

I am not receiving messages on my [protected] no.
This is a tata docomo card and using since last 10 years.

Now i am facing big trouble on this card.

Since last 2 week i am facing problem of not receiving of massage.

Please guide me what have to do to solve this issue.

This is very urgent for me as this is my permanent number and all important massage was receiving on this...

I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and when i came back found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network,...

Since last few days it is showing roaming on my number. If you call from some other number on my number it says "your dialled number might be incorrect".. There's no network problem here and even my phone is also working fine. I have not contacted customer service yet though. I don't know it's happening with my number only or everyone is facing the same in my locality!!
Please help..

My docomo sim has been de-activated since i was out of station for a whole.
Can you please reactivate it, all my bank accounts and other important accounts are linked to that number and i would need for accessing them.

I have been using tata docomo sim card since last 7 years. I am not able to receive any text messages since yesterday. I am able to send messages though. I have already cleared the inbox and outbox from my phone, it is not helping. I am not able to make any online transactions, cannot receive otp. Please help as soon as possible. My sim had been deactivated from last 1 or 2 months. Earlier when it was working it had no network coverage. And people please reactivate my sim sooner as possible because my college institution is having this number. So they would not be able to contact me. I am using tata docomo [protected] from morethan 5 years.
All my out going calls and messages are barred from my number without my request.
This is ridiculous.
When i called customer care, they say i requested for call barring which i have never done. I do not get proper response from the customer care, they act so irresponsible.
I want port my number to other network which provide better service.br...

I am getting an error pop up from so many days.
It says WOW-dive in error. when I open message, it say Proactive SIM command error. I tried to connect with customer care from mobile number but trust me it never helped me to connect with customer care. it is TATA DOCOMO sim card.
Let me know why this error message is popups. and how you will help me to resolve this. I have attached incident photo as well....
