Hi,

I am getting an error pop up from so many days.
It says WOW-dive in error. when I open message, it say Proactive SIM command error. I tried to connect with customer care from mobile number but trust me it never helped me to connect with customer care. it is TATA DOCOMO sim card.
Let me know why this error message is popups. and how you will help me to resolve this. I have attached incident photo as well.
Many times I face issue with network connectivity as well. This is really irritating me.
Sometime I feel to port the SIM card with other company. but having enough balance in SIM card I am not porting it.

Please solve it ASAP. need your attention towards it.

    I am not able to make any incoming or outgoing call from my tata docomo no. I am also not able to send or receive any messages. Is there any basic recharge for monthly to start service. Please advise. My tata docomo no is [protected] this no is of rajasthan but i'm staying in maharashtra.

      I am Naman Agarwal, my sim card got deactivated on 20th may 2019 due to non usage, I contacted the customer care and was told that the number has been disabled and will go into a lock-in period for 3 months after which it will be floated in the market as a new number. I waited 3 months, and in between the docomo merged with airtel, on August 21st i contacted docomo's customer care which transferred me to airtel's customer care. They said they couldn't see any info regarding my number [protected] and asked me to visit the store. I visited the store and they also couldn't find any info regarding the same. That is an old number of mine and extensively used for registration of various services, hence, i cannot afford to loose the same. please resolve this, issue that number as a new connection, if that is an option.

      My self sangram sethy, continuously 6 year I have used this number ([protected]) . Before 3 months that number shows some network problem so have mistakenly not used but now the number showing deactivated .I want to reactive the Tata DoCoMo number because this number is very important to me.My alternative number is [protected]

        I had bought tata photon max dongle for rs2500. I want to return it back, they had told be they would return back the money if i would return the device. But i'm the store where i had bought this device is not present. I'm not able to find any stores to sell also. So it would be better if the company helps to to find there store and return it to them.

            Dear tata docomo, i was using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [[protected]]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. Please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible. As it's very important for me.
            Please let me know how to reactivate the number. As you yourself stopped out going call then incoming as well. I hope my issue will get resolved.

                I have been a user of tata docomo since 10 yers and 2 yars back i have ported to vodafone as i heard that docomo is shutting down their service soon. I was in out of country last one year and now came back to india but found that number is disconnected. When i approach vodafone they said it’s gone back to docomo itself and approached airtel they says it’s to possible

                  I have been using one tata docomo number. After that i not using that card for few months and when i inserted that card into mobile i found my sim number is showing as invalid and i have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service and when i m trying to call customer care i am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

                  My tata docomo sim just stopped working abruptly. The sim is quite old about 6-8 years. I tried to call customer care but the number is not valid.

                    Sir/madam i have not used my tata docomo number for a long time and hence it has deactivated i use my whatsapp, bank aadhar card, pan card, passport etc with that number so its very important so it would be really helpful if you could help me retrieve back my number.                             From so many days i am receiving messages that i am having old sim of tata docomo which is now become airtel, and so i have to take new sim from retailer,
                            For which i visited airtel showroom and they want to send sms from my number to customer care, but sir sms is not sending it is showing sending failed, although my sim is working conditions i am receiving msgs and calls also i am able to make calls also, but the only thing that is not working is sms is not sending i try sim on 2-3 other mobile phones also but it is not working please help me urgently

                                I am trying to contact since 3 days to customer care number for recharge my Dongal but Phone continuously get busy nobody picking up phone. I could not recharge of my old account which was saved in my network. Payment not accepted to the my old number. And all CC numbers are not getting connected. What to do ? how to connect Customer care? i searched address of Tata docomo in pune, but phone number not given. I just wanted to surrender my Dongal and take my money back. I was paid for that Rs 2200/-. If service is not availalbe then i do not want Dongal.

I bought this in aligarh, up.Since 5 years it is on roaming as I have been shifted to delhi ncr from there.Now I have not receiving any call or message on my number since few months . When I m trying to recharge it on any site. It shows invalid mobile number. Please provide solution what should I do.

                                  Recharge 148 unlimited call and 1.5gb net 28days but he given only unlimited call and 3Gb only.
                                  Second problem was networks problem

                                    My sim card is not working for around 3 months now, it is showing "sim card unprovisioned" upon starting my handset. Also the customer service number is not reachable and tata docomo service centre being shut down i'm not able to get my sim started again. All my important otps are sent on this number. I've been facing this issue for quite long now. And i want it to be resolved asap.

                                    I am not able to get OTPs into this number. Please help. However, I am able to receive and send normal messages.I also have the required minimum balance.
