I am Naman Agarwal, my sim card got deactivated on 20th may 2019 due to non usage, I contacted the customer care and was told that the number has been disabled and will go into a lock-in period for 3 months after which it will be floated in the market as a new number. I waited 3 months, and in between the docomo merged with airtel, on August 21st i contacted docomo's customer care which transferred me to airtel's customer care. They said they couldn't see any info regarding my number [protected] and asked me to visit the store. I visited the store and they also couldn't find any info regarding the same. That is an old number of mine and extensively used for registration of various services, hence, i cannot afford to loose the same. please resolve this, issue that number as a new connection, if that is an option.
