    I did a recharge for 255 on 26 jan 2016
    Via online rechange my tatadocomo app, there it shows 3 gb for 30 days . But after rechange I got only 1.5 gb
    There was no * (condition apply ) shown near the offer amount
    Called customer care and I didnt get any proper response .

    Please refund my money back or provided me with the promised data volume

        As per i got messege from Tata docomo. On[protected] I had done recharge of rs.93. In which I will get 1GB 3G data and 30days validity. But after I have recharged, I got only 7days validity. I am very much dissaponted now. I will never do a recharge of anything and I also I will PORT this sim . such a fraud I cannot tolerate. I really hate this company. And also I will tell to my friends to do not buy, this sim services.

          I am Suhas Anand a customer of Docomo mobile Sim I noticed an offer of Rs.155 for 1gb data for 30days by dialing *141# in power data section and now I had got only 650mb data. I did not get any good response from customer care representative when I asked him about the matter, is this the cheat u people do to earn money.

            I am Jyotshna from Lucknow, I was using one post paid device from tatadocomo but now I wanted to change it to prepaid. I have submitted documents and everything on Saturday 8th of January 2016.They( Ms Sonal yadav, mithai vala chauraha, gomtinagar Lucknow-226015) said they will do in two days. I gone there again and I asked they said it will b done with in 24 hrs I again gone there and enquired again she told me something likewise I gone there for 10/times and again and she tell like this. One more person Mr Sandeep from the same customer care unit he said he will do that but he is also not responding. Now they have taken my device and not giving that back.please I really don't want your connection I want my device back or want my Money back.

              I bought the mobile no of tatadocomo last year 2014.since then I m facing problem of signal and internet speed problem. again again I complain but company unable to resolve the issue and at the last of reply they said that they are doing to expend the breandwith.so on. my conversation with DoCoMo company and appeatite I have posted.

                Dear Sir,

                This is a complaint in with reference to my Tata docomo number +91 [protected].

                As a part of retention the backend team offered me a waiver of 300 and assurance of activation of 351 plan from next billing cycle. For this settlement to take place I had several discussions with the backend team, I called more than 15 times to customer care. But at the end I was satisfied with is offer of backend team. In that 351 plan I was supposed to get 1500 minutes free per month.

                Around a week later I got a call from the Customer care. They said that this plan cannot be activated in my account as this plan is not applicable to my segment. After a long discussion I finally came to know from Javed—the supervisor—that this plan was meant only for retail customer and not for corporate TCS employees. Later I raised complaints through consumer forum and through customer care. In my customer care complaint I also provided the phone number of the backend team who called me and offered the plan.

                Again after some days, which is today, I received a call from Customer care saying that my complaint has been resolved and they are ready to provide me the plan as promised. I told her about the segment thing and she said that it was not the problem and the problem was actually that the play needed to be activated from the next billing cycle. I once again confirmed that whether is it the same 351 plan which has 1500 minutes free. She replied that it is not the 351 plan it is the 350 plan which has 500 minutes free. She claimed that I had requested for the same plan. I asked her not to fool me anymore as I had been already fooled several times. I said that I never made any such request and asked her as to why they are making such assumption on my part. She went to tell me that the 351 plan is not applicable for Karnataka circle. I categorically asked her not to close the complaint and not to make any change in my bill plan other than the 351 plan. But, to my surprise, I received a SMS from Docomo saying that the complaint has been resolved.

                Kindly simply let me know if the 351 plan(which has 1500 minutes free) would be activated in my account or not. I has already spent several hours talking to customer care executives, I don’t wish to spent anymore.

                  I am using your Tata Docomo Photon Plus from Dec 2011. Tata Docomo no - [protected]. Tariff plan was unlimited 5 GB @ Rs 950/-
                  Recently i was browsing your website their it was mentioned unlimited 5 GB @ Rs 750/. Through internet i came to know that from *July 2012 "Tata Docomo slashes Photon Plus tariff plans up to 60%" *that means company was charging Rs 200 plus service tax extra from last 30 months (July 2012 - December 2015) from us. Being a loyal customer is this a way to cheat the customer.

                      A problem happened to me. i received a msg from tata docomo that my balance Rs28.29 has been deducted for movie world. All my money in my account tata docomo just take away for that stupid movie world activation. This activation was not done by me . I just want my money back that is Rs 28.29

                        this is my docomo number [protected] of billing card...15 days before i had recived called from one person of docomo...He told me that pay u r undue bill i will give u r number

                          I was an existing tata indicom CDMA customer when i went to change my connection form tata indicom CDMA to tata docomo GSM prepaid the executive from tata store provided me false information and converted to tata docomo post paid . BUt when i get the bill it was 1300. He said 600 mins free local & roaming but they charged for all.

                                I have been using a tata Docomo number for about 2 years. Two days ago, the sim stopped working. Not able to place any calls as I am always getting a network buzy error. On trying to call to the sim from a different number, the message is switched off or buzy even though full range is shown. I tried contacting Docomo customer care. The toll free number is also not reachable from the defective sim. Tried registering a complaint by calling from a different tata Docomo sim, they declined stating the call has to come from the defective sim. Please advise on this asap.

                                  I have raised complaint for broadband connection but not resolved at all. Very very poor service and worst service. Even I can suggest don't go for it at all, they will treat you as slave of them. No response and no resolution. Don't trust.

                                    First when I bought this device the plan was 20gb for 999 but later its just 5gb for 999.
                                    Where is 20 gb and 5gb
                                    They said that the speed would be upto 6.2 mbps but the average speed with which it goes is 150kbps.
