Dear Customer,

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that your balance of 18.30/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on[protected] used 1813KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not charge in future.

    I have been a loyal tata docomo customer for more than three years and i never had such a bad experience with the customer care support like this before and never faced such a poor network service like this.Nowadays they are very arrogant and doesnt want to hear to customer complaints.Please take necessary action.

    This complaint is not only for my slow speed but also for the poor customer support service.

    I have a 3g network connection and my download speed is 7kbps avg and my maximum speed is 15kbps maximum for the past three days.I have complained several times from my number and from 3 of my friends mobile numbers but the third rated customer care service doesnt bother to accept this as a complaint and they refuse to register my complaint.If you need their name i can forward it to you.They just ask me to wait and without any reply they will disconnect the call.Do they think that we dont have any other work rather than complaining, If you network is good why should we complaint?Please try to understand your customer issues.

    Should I raise this as a complaint or not?I need you advice.

    Is there any QoS for 2g or 3g network unlike wired broadband connection regulated by TRAI?

    Also I couldn't raise my complaint in your website.

    I dont get any good support from the 198 service and it has become very cheap and treating their loyal customers very bad.

    Mr.Elango Thambiah also moved the president assurance page.This shows how you support your customers.

      We would like to inform you that the Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) for your Tata Docomo mobile number PUK is 46547518. Post entering PUK number than enter PIN Number: 1234 or 0000 Device will ask to confirm the PIN again re-enter again the same PIN Number: 1234 or 0000. However, the PUK number must be entered correctly, if the PUK number entered wrongly more than 9 times then the SIM will be blocked.

        Today deduct my balance rs 100 approx and 1.25 GB data balance. I am using tata before 5-10 years, but today he deducte my balance and data inlegable way.tata service is very pure before 2-6 month.he deducted unnecessary balance 2-3 time.pls slove other then I throw tata and port a new company.

          I am Prakash Kumar mishra my tata photon number is [protected] and last month when i have pay my December month bill and on same day i request to convert my postpaid plan into prepaid and also fill the form for the same in your naraina TATA store .after that i have receive a call from your side and they are saying that they are change my plan which was Rs.300 01GB unlimited and that time they give me surety that my bill not be exceed more than 300 rs + service tax then only i agree to continue to go with postpaid but now they are send me the bill of Rs.854/- so its my request to you kindly look into this because i am not be able to pay the same amount.

            I applead for MNP from docomo to idea on 7 Feb'16. Got UPC. Submitted required documents. Got sms from docomo on 8 feb'16 saying "port in number failed at NIMS". Seeing that, i called docomo customer care and asked about port status. They said it is fine and going on. After that i called idea customer care today. They said porting failed because my documents are rejected. I asked for the reason of rejection but they didn't even replied. What is TRAI doing? The operators are giving silly reasons for rejection. Help me.

              Hello,

              I purchased Tata Photon Max Wi-fi.
              I have already submitted all the required documents to the representative.

              I was promised that the device would get activated today but I have not received any message on my alternate contact number.
              On entering my tata photon number in customer care ([protected]) for activation, the IVR is saying invalid input.

              I don't have any mechanism to contact their customer care representative.

At 12 pm my balance was smthng like 169rs.. after 5 minutes it comes to 67.90 Rs.. i dont know how thats why i call to company and ask them they are saying that ur balance is naver gone up from 100..from the date of 1th Feb.. i dont know wht to do thats why this is the only one thing that i can do...

                  We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that, upon checking thoroughly with our records there are no such discrepancy found on your number you have been charged for calls as per your usage and you can get the all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility which gives you last one month details. Hence I request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.

                    Today morning i recharged for an offer of 92 from my current balance of free tata local calls and an offer of 91 of free data pack has been activated which i dnt require.i was trying since today morning to talk to them but all the time the phone was busy and no response came from their side. after that when i tried calling from another number phone got connected and i talked with the customer care people and they refused to refund or activate the offer i wanted. so this means that it is a mistake from their side and so there wasnt any response.i didnt even got any confirmation email or message when the balance deducted. i want my balance to be refunded or either i want the offer which i chose to be activated.

                          My data pack was off all the time but Tata Docomo deducted Rs 131 from my balance for no reason. Date: 10th Feb 7:00 AM. When I called Customer care (10th Feb 8:50 AM), they said it cannot be refunded. This is a clear case of fraud to earn money.
                          I want the refund of the amount charged deceitfully.

                              Hi,

                              I had a Tata Docomo combo plan (landline + broadband) : Account Number[protected].

                              I disconnected both the services on 3rd August, 2015.

                              The refund policy states : "Refund or adjustment of your deposit, if any, will be processed within 45 days from permanent disconnection date."

                              After repeated follow-ups via email ( [protected]@tatatel.co.in ) and phone, they mentioned in an email dated 29th Oct 2015 :
                              "We have registered your request with the reference number is[protected] and resolution time is 07-DEC-2015 09:42 ."

                              But still I have not got the refund of the deposit amount (Rs. 850), it's more than 6 months now!

                              I have lost all hope to get my deposit amount back, they are experts in false promises.
                              They actually cheat customer's money.

                              PLEASE REFUND MY DEPOSIT.

                              Moreover, I have serious concerns about their policies :

                              1. The deposit amount should be refunded back IMMEDIATELY after customer disconnects the service.
                              2. The deposit amount is refunded by cheque. What if someone disconnects the service because they are moving out of that place? Where they will send the cheque?

                                I had pending pending amount of 1650 for Tatadocomo postpaid and i was getting getting legal notice instead of getting my bill for 1650 and finally i decided to get rid of this and decided to pay when one of the customer contacted me. I had paid 800 as deposit while taking connection so i was told to pay 850 which i did and received NOC letter from him. where it was mentioned that
                                Total Due: 1650
                                Paid:850
                                Wavier amount: 800
                                But now again i am receiving notice from them, Please help me to get rid of them. They are disgusting.

                                  All of a sudden the dive in pop is appearing and it is stopping all my applications like vedio. I see nultiple complaints from others about this but saw no sulution. Its so frustrating.
