Hi,
I had a Tata Docomo combo plan (landline + broadband) : Account Number[protected].
I disconnected both the services on 3rd August, 2015.
The refund policy states : "Refund or adjustment of your deposit, if any, will be processed within 45 days from permanent disconnection date."
After repeated follow-ups via email ( [protected]@tatatel.co.in ) and phone, they mentioned in an email dated 29th Oct 2015 :
"We have registered your request with the reference number is[protected] and resolution time is 07-DEC-2015 09:42 ."
But still I have not got the refund of the deposit amount (Rs. 850), it's more than 6 months now!
I have lost all hope to get my deposit amount back, they are experts in false promises.
They actually cheat customer's money.
PLEASE REFUND MY DEPOSIT.
Moreover, I have serious concerns about their policies :
1. The deposit amount should be refunded back IMMEDIATELY after customer disconnects the service.
2. The deposit amount is refunded by cheque. What if someone disconnects the service because they are moving out of that place? Where they will send the cheque?
