On 03-Jan-2016 i have tried to activate the Internet pack&received the acknowledgment message "will be informed within 05-Jan-2016".On 05-Jan-2016 received the message as "Your Request is closed".No acknowledgement for internet pack activation.Till now i unable to connect internet at all but i can connect with other provider sim. All my browsers &App shows "No internet Connection".In this Case how my number billed for the net when docomo did not let me connect to internet.Need complete Refund

    We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service centre better assistance regarding the same.

    Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face any concern kindly check with any handset service centre for better assistance.

        Date of connection : During the month of March 2015

        This was a four month advance payment connection of 50 Mbps at about Rs. 16000/- approx. the connection worked fine for first 20 days and there after the speed had dropped to about 2/3/4/5 & 7 Mbps connection. ON repeated calls to the service people of Tata Docomo the connection use to restore and fall back to the lower speed .This almost continued for 2.5 months when i had to reach out to the Nodal Officer Mr. Saurabh Datta in Kolkata and also had complained about the same to all the necessary Complain nos. I am sure if you check the dell history all the service calls will be recorded . They were all aware of the problem in the connection and had accept that for another few months the connection will not be restored back to 50 mbps.
        All the necessary communications and email are there with me and if required will place them in front do the concern person.
        I was already and still running Airtel 8mbps connection in my office and that usually use to give me 7mbps /8 mbps speed. I had only opted for the tatadocomo connection for the 50 mbps connection. But after seeing the result i had connected the service people and the nodal office to give me compensation for the same as it is of no use to me. Mr. Saurabh had also assured me that he will get my prepaid amount of approx 16000 refunded as the connection was not satisfactory.
        After my repeated emails and phone calls i had only been given date and more time to get the refund processed. But till date i have no received any refund.
        Mr. Saurabh's no is now out of reach and no one in the office seems to pick up the landline.

        So here i am trying to put my case forward for justice. Looks like tatatele services is cheating people with their services.

        I would still take a 50 mbps connection from Tatadocomo but not before the my previous case is resolved.

        As Discussed, your 50 Mbps connection speed is giving me 1, 2, 3, 4 till 7mbps connection for the past 2.5 months . For the intial 20 days the connection speed was constant.
        But I am now tired of complaining for the same for the past 2.5 months.

        Since I have paid 4 months advance rental before taking the connection. I want compensation for the same.
        Either in 7 days as discussed with you, my entire money will be refunded or you will give me extra 4 months of connection without any charges.
        Please also keep a note that if this continues and my billing cycle falls after the 4th month I will not be paying any bill amount by tata docomo.

        A line of confirmation and your agreement on the same is required.

        Hi,

        please explain me how have you come to this conclusion of waiver adjustment without even talking to me.
        there has been no communication from Tatatele services on this regards since i had posted my case.
        I want a full refund and just not 4122/- refund.
        when i can trust the service by paying a full 4 month rental in advance. I believe i can also trust the company to do equal justice if the customer is not satisfied when you don't deliver what was said and committed in the first place.

        I have been using the same fibre optic connection as your good self and suffer the same fate. They seem to send their bills on time but I pay for a 50 mbps and i barely scrape past 10. On some momentous occasions i am lucky to see 2 mbps, yet when I call and complain their customer services is as good as a bucket of apples. They keep making excuses about they had issues in the server and it will be resolved shortly but it barely has.. i have seen no internet in my house for the dates.. 21-24th may, 27-28th may, 31 may -5th june, yet without fail they charge me for a 50 mbps connection bill. The latency is even abysmal and when their service engineers come and speed test and it shows 1-5 mbps they claim that speed test is broken and they keep showing me preferred results on thier own software. Some days i get 15 mbps.. which is NOT 50, and their engineers tell me that is natural since im not a dedicated user and that the bandwidth is shared.. then why take 6 months advance from me when they launched..I dont know what my next step will be since this no internet yet constant billing hasnt happened just this month but has been happening month on month ..

          Tata photon internet had been stopped on 11/10/15 and last bill amount Rs.984/- .This due amount paid within time .Every month they had requested extra money, now this the company had claimed Rs.456 on a/c[protected] .also I had not connection with tata photon from till closer to date.but they had still demanding money.

            I have Tata Photon Max Wifi connection, supposedly the most premium of the offering from Tata Docomo, and its speed in my house is less than 0.1 Mbps!

            After several complaints, Tata Docomo has no resolution to the complaint. I am planning to surrender this number in a month's time if the services in my region do not improve.

            P.S: I live on the 11th floor and have full network.

              Sir,

              I the user of Tata Docomo no. [protected] had lodged a complaint no.[protected] with customer care on 15th Jan 2016. The complaint is as following.

              I had purchased the device from Saurabh (+91 [protected]) and Meenakshi (+91 [protected]) on 19th June. I paid Rs 2000 for the device and Rs 899 as security deposit. They assured me that I would receive an invoice and a receipt via post for the payment I made. I haven't received those yet.
              I continuously followed with them for the same. And I have called them so many times now, that they have stopped receiving my phone call.
              So I turned towards Tata Docomo Customer care for help. And I gave them the same information.

              And they 'resolution' they provided me is that they closed my request because they dont have a receipt no.

              And its not just this. I had lodged another complaint over 2 months back, that the device has connectivity issues, due to which I am no longer able to use the device. I have to stand near the window. And the call drops every 15 mins.

              You can verify the records to check if any calls have been made from the device in the past two months.

              Now the last thing I can do is to request you to find an appropriate resolution for where I will pay the outstanding bill minus the security deposit.

              If such a resolution is not provided, I have no qualms in stating that I will not make the remainder payment.

                As per the conversation had with our team, your request has already been already registered with the docket number[protected] on 21-JAN-2016 at 09:42PM. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number is barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection happens on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 0/-. 4. The number gets permanently disconnected within 15 days. 5. Your billing cycle is XX of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable.

                  I have been calling Tata DoCoMo customer support number from last two days but the call is not been diverted to executive.As she is saying that you seem to have select the wrong option. I am fed up of the wrong procedure of Solving issuses.
                  My Complaint is that i from last three days there is a problem in Tata Docomo Network as i'm not able to get any calls and moreover its showing a message that you have following missed calls.

                    I am using tata DoCoMo number [protected], every month I got some unwanted messages regarding some subscription to any unwanted service,
                    however I don't apply for any of subscription and after that I am getting charge in my bills, for same I raised the issue with company but no one even replied to my email, request you to kindly help me with the same as I will not be paying anything for these fake services.

                      I have taken TATA DOCOMO postpaid in the month of sep'15. but due to lack of signal in my area i asked them to cancel my connection and payed the bill. but they called me and said they are installing boosters and asked me check for two days, even after that i have a signal issue.so i called customer care and asked for disconnection, then they said me that they will send a executive home and asked me to pay the due amount and they will disconnect it.. i repeatedly called customer care for 4 days for their executive but he did not come.upon my work i got busy but from then they are calling and asking me pay outstanding amount, when i ask them why dint you take my request they simply saying no update for us.. sorry !
                      Now they keep mailing and calling me almost every day for the bill payment which i am not using from month of oct'15(can check that upon request). please help me. i am having all the mails when i launch a compliant. REGARDS

                        I am Prof. sachin wadekar have taken three tata docomo prepaid numbers from one shop.Company was giving the average service but from last seven days range is not their for all the three cards.
                        When i visited to first Tata Docomo outlet in Manikbaugh, sinhagad road, the Receptionist in that outlet were very arrogant with me as well as said that its companies problem not my problem. we cant do anything system is not giving any detail.
                        name of he shop is "Shreed Communication" and the name of the owner is Shekhar deshpnde .they couldnt able to solve my problem.
                        Then i went to sinhagad road shop where the person was really smart and he has given me exact guideline.
                        as per that person the system was giving the reason behind disconnection of service is "Resource disconnection".as per him we have used that number for tellecalling or for other purpose because of that it has disconnected by company.
                        he said that all three numbers cannot be activated again.
                        its very hectic for me that company is not going to activate these three number again.
                        Must answer my following question immediately on urgent basis-
                        1.how could you discontinue the service without giving us prior notice?
                        2.who the hell are you saying that we wont activate numbers once again?
                        3.why your not giving perfect reasons for deactivation?
                        4.What about the recharges that we have done on these numbers?What about that amount?
                        5.why your outlet employees are not giving exact information?why their behavior is not appropriate and cheap?
                        6.Why your providing this kind of cheap and third class service?
                        7.What about that loss which I am bearing in my business because of disconnection of service?
                        8.What about my mental harassment because of all these things?

                        *Answer this question very immediately or else i will make complaint in police station as well as i will give all the case in consumer forum and in Media.

                            INR 192 has been deducted from my phone number [protected] towards call charges for 543213. When I checked my call logs, I did not find that number dialed from my phone. Though I have raised a complaint, I have not received any response so far. Its a disappointing news that I am not the only customer who is a victim of this incident. I just noticed the same issue with the above ticket. Is this a scam happening with TATA DOCOMO ?
                            Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount. Otherwise I am going to take necessary actions.

                              I've had the most horrible experience with Tata Docomo broadband internet service. I have been their broadband customer since January 2015, and pay Rs. 1300 every month for unlimited 1Mbps plan.
                              Right from the first month, the Internet used to be down for more than 4-6 hours in a day. Every single month till January 2016, they have had disconnections every month . It is so pathetic that they do not even take action against it. I have mailed each and every person in tata docomo, they are senseless people. I have asked for a bill waiver and that also they are saying they will take 30 days for a resolution. I plan to approach the Consumer court really soon. I have all the proofs with me.

                              Along with cheaters you guys at tata docomo are liars and frauds as well and number 1 in fooling customers.

                              I have paid 1300 every month from January 2015 and every month your internet has been down for a minimum duration of 6 hrs till 24hrs.
                              This month january 2016, 4 times your internet was down i have all emails as proof.
                              You must be joking, Are you giving me rs. 180 to buy 1 kg of peanuts??????
                              Forget all that, as i said you guys are number 1 in fooling customers i have not recvd any waiver also, no email or revised bill also.
                              Now in front of everyone i am telling you guys, i will use your internet till the time i want and then replace with another service provider without paying your bills within 2-3 months.
                              Tata's used to stand for ethics, this is big time fraud.
                              i work too hard to live with a cheating wife. As soon i saw the signs, i was able to get a PI who recommended me to remote servers network who helped me hack my wife internet habits. she hacked my ex-wife email, phone calls, text msg, icloud and dating websites and found the truth about her.                                 I have used Tata Photon and called them on customer care and asked them to cancel the connection but they refused to do it. Instead of doing they asked what is the problem you are facing..I clearly told them on the 1st call itself to cancel the connection. But, they have not done and arranged a service call to troubleshoot the issue.

                                Finally I asked them to provide the bill on prodata basis for 2.46GB which I have used with the quota of 10 GB and they sent full monthly rental amount. I refused to pay. Now they sent an SMS stating that case has been filed in Lok Adalat and need to present tomorrow. Also they have mentioned summon copy sent to my home address and i have not received till today.

                                How to handle this issue?
