I have taken TataDocomo connection in Nov 2015 (Relationship #[protected] and don't have any issues in service and monthly the bill amount is Rs. 500 only, but when I receive last month bill there is Rs. 1, 500 charged extra. when I inquired about the bill details they mentioned that there is a 800MB data internet has been used so the bill amount comes around Rs. 2000. and the way they treated me is very worst and without any information they cut the call. I asked them why there is no notifications sent to me regarding over usage of internet they simply replied its your carelessness in managing your data plan. Before I bought new smart phone I have informed customer care that I may require any other data plan and they mentioned that you don't need any other the current plan which I having is the perfect for your mobile. now they not even consider my request and simply said you need to pay the full bill amount. Kindly help me to get this issue resolved and reason why they (Customer care) treated me very bad. Regards, Joseph Lenin

    Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G 3), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting?

      While giving connection they didnt mentioned all hidden terms and connections, they told secruity deposit will be 850 rs and after giving connection for 15 days they disconnected it again sating that i have to pay 1000 rs more as i stay in pg (which was not cleared before ), and now i have already spread my new number but am struck as they have disconnected my new number . please help me out .

        Hello, In August mid 2015, for 1-2 week the internet stopped working and after regular reminders to Customer care with usual response of "We are working on that ", lastly we cancelled the connections. After that our nightmares began with regular calls from Docomo stating that we should pay our last bill which is postpaid connection for August month . We reminded them that the half of the month it never worked and still they are pressurizing us to pay the whole amount without any waiver. Let me know what should be done in this case and they are threatening us with legal notice if not paid sooner. Thanks

            Rs 132 ha been deducted from my balance saying call charges for 543213 for i which i didnt call nor is it in my dialed list and am come to know this while inquiring last five call charges.

              Respected Sir/Madam This complaint about my balance. And docomo customer service center.. First every time my balance is detected without any information which is not fair.. And I has to cal customer service they have to tell we are not responsible for that and all but they have to refund it..buy on 11 Jan I saw BAL in my mobil a.c Rs 84 but at the night when I went to call someone my balance was zero was shocked so I called a customer care for information but one women picked my call I said my problem bt first only she refused by saying that when u used Internet it has been cuted but I don't have any information about that.. Without askg she refused to refund and all.. In between she cutted my call without any information.. My complaint is without any information how can any one cut our balance

                Respected sir / madam my name is munna das sharma this is my docomo mnp number which i had ported from idea to docomo [protected] complaint is against salesman and tm for careless work done by them i had ported my idea connection to docomo from one retailer at wadala he had taken my request 1 and half month before almost 50 days has been passed retailer has given me proper sim card...But sim problem is from distributor end and tm mistake...So they had accepted thier mistake...And tm had swapped the card from his end...And again the sim was not active...Total 3 time tm had swapped my card but no end from docomo also, , , , , , everytime i m going to retailer shop...Retailer is calling tm and he is not responding to retailer..And me unfortunately retailer is my friend, , , , , , , that is why i had keep quiet for 50 days...But now i will not keep quiet the water has gone above my head... Mistake is from salesman, distributor and tm everyone is involve in that...                     I have receiving bill of 2700 n change every month, I had even complained against the same have not paid the bill also for the same, you had barred my outgoing calls and I have not even used a single call thinking it is barred but now again I have received this month bill amount of 2700, I kindly humbly request to cancel my connection immediately, your the ugliest baddest operator I have never come cross, all hard eran Money cannot be wasted by paying you bill which I have not used, have some courtesy to resolve my problem and cancel this connection immediately to the MOBILE NUMBER [protected]

                          I just purchased [protected] number yesterday and today it is activated. it is 3g number. i recharged this number with 93 rs for 7 days and i got 1 gb 3g data. The 3g service is very poor. Even airtel 2g speed is better than this 3g. please solve this problem as early as possible other wise i will go to consumer court. My this number is in wi-max dongle. so if you want to call my alternate number is[protected].

                            I purchased a tata docomo sim card on 8 January 2016. i was not aware of any scheme related to the issue by the retailer. On 9 January 2016, i made a special recharge of 196rs through which i got 1 GB data balance and 75 rs talk-time. I never turned on mobile data as i did the recharge solely for my office work. on 10 January, i checked my balance at 10am in the morning, my data balance got deducted to 400mb. i contacted the customer care, they dismissed my complaint saying their company had made a recharge which overlapped my previous recharge which i was not informed of. My data balance is gone. tata docomo has fraud me by this and made a deduction for no reason. i want my recharge back or my money. i am a middle class wrking man . i hope u understand and have a stand with me for this

                              Sir, i was in roaming from yesterday evening, i used spme data on my phone in roaming and all of my balance got deducted from 40 to zero.Now there is no where mentioned in terms and condition of docomo that they charge u in roaming if anyone use data there.I called customer care and requested them to mail me the terms and condition if this thing is mentioned somewhere and they denied to do that.                               We would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.46.20/- usage of (4542KB) for browsing as you have latched with Reliance and Aircel networks and while you are under roaming on dated[protected]:01PM to 10:03PM, hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). I request you to check with the attachment.
                              I request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.46.20/- has been credited to your account with the docket number ABAL[protected] as a onetime goodwill gesture.

                                Even after settling the bills and closing the connection. Recovery department posing as lawyers giving threat calls and warnings. Threat including life threat, arrest warrants will be issued, threat to recover money more than the bill amount.

                                  Hello, [ The Issue ] I made my Tata Docomo Phton Max Wifi data card recharge using Tata docomo official android app (http://bit.ly/1ZaRgD5) on date 08-JAN-2016. I made 2 recharges (₹655 each) for my datacard ([protected]). The both of the recharges debited the money from my bank account (Punjab National Bank) but only 2nd recharge was successful. I report this issue to the docomo customer care and they told me that the recharge was successful and credit was given to your docomo account. But they are only talking about the second recharge. I told them that i also made the first recharge but then they are asking me the transaction ID for the first recharge which unfortunately i don't noted down. I send them my bank statements but they are not accepting those. I also ask them to check out for the records in there data base for the transactions made between 02:11 AM and 02:55 AM on date 08-JAN-2016 for the registered data card no [protected], But they didn't do anything. [ First Recharge ] For The First Recharge (₹655) I made using docomo android app, Here is the bank statement about the transaction http://bit.ly/1mL9mza In the above bank statement it is noticeable that the transaction was made on 08-JAN-2016 at 02:11 AM and the amount ₹655 was debited from my bank account. The balance left in my bank account is now ₹5631. And i didn't receive any Recharge Credit into my data card from the tata docomo. And i don't have the Transaction ID about this transaction which tata docomo officials are asking for. I also contacted the Punjab National Bank about telling me the transaction Id but i didn't receive any email from them. [ Second Recharge ] For The Second Recharge(₹655) made again using the docomo android app, here is the bank statement about the transaction http://bit.ly/1mLafHZ In the above bank statement it is clear that the amount ₹655 was debited from my bank account and the balance is now ₹4976 which was ₹5631 before. This transaction was made on same day at time 02:51 AM. This transaction was successful and my datacard was credited with the Internet data. Here is the confirmation message i received from the tata docomo regarding this transaction http://bit.ly/1Jzf9SR It is noticeable from the image above that the recharge which was successful was the second recharge made at 02:51 AM not the first one. [ The response from the Tata Docomo about the issue ] http://bit.ly/1K2SyJa In the above image about the response they told me that my datacard was credited with the data for the recharge amount ₹655. But as i told earlier this was the second Recharge i made not the first one. And also they are asking me the transaction Id which i don't have for the first transaction. [ What i want from the Consumer Forum ] I want help to get my photon datacard ([protected]) gets credited for the first Recharge As well. Thanks you so much for giving me this opportunity.                                     Hello, I received an message of special offer that is 1 GB 3G net in 129 Rs. For 28 days, but when i recharged then i am not getting this benefit, 109 rs credited in my account. What the hell of this. I want clear answer on this and want the Data pack benefits in any case. I have screenshot of this offer. Please do this ASAP and reply me, i will apply this case in consumer court, how the tata docomo doing this type of work. Please take this as a higher priority. a higher priority.

                                      I had recharged form my own mobile and of rs46 ..the offer was 300mb net balance for 28days...but now compnay said thid is night internet pack balance and you can only use it in th night from 11 pm to 7am..i am very tired up now..and go to consumer code

                                        Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am Roje Jose mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But today I got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And I haven't subscribed for any of these services. So I request you sir/madam that please deactivate this service and refund the deducted amount to my no and help me out with it.                                         The money was credited back to my DOCOMO account within 3 days of raising the complaint here. Also, the unsolicited service which they started was stopped by them.
