New sim not working

I ported my airtel number [protected] to tata docomo on 29th. The new sim was activated on 30th Dec 2016. But I am not getting service. Sim is not working. Sim not provisioned mm#2

recently I am getting sim not provisioned mm#2 for my tata docomo prepaid which i already have nearly 700INR.

It was working fine till 2 days back suddenly i got this message. Currently i am in international roaming not sure how to reach tatadocomo.

Someone used my number as an alternate number for registering his two postpaid connection, now all bill related calls and notifications coming on my phone, I had told them many time that I dont know anything about this jasvinder singh; but still they are calling me and harasing me for the same, Please notify them about this issue if possible otherwise I will register a fir as this is not a small issue.

For balance deduction

Sir my mame is vikash.and my n.m is [protected], yesterday Rs 80 is deducted from my accout while in my accout alrady data balance is avilable in my account . I dont know who give you the right to deduct balance when data balance show in the account.no one telicom company doing such thing .

We hold a GSM connection bearing number [protected]. The number was not under use for a while, and today when I tried to use it, its already in deactivated state. Upon contacting the customer care, I came to know that the number is allocated to someone else.

There was no communication in regard to disconnection of my sim. It was a shocker for us to know this news.

Wrong recharge

Respected sir,
My Docomo no is [protected].
I had recharge on this no but some typographical mistake & recharge gone on [protected].
So, I request to you give me my recharge refund.
Recharge is 127 rupees.
I was call Ahmadabad customer care but he said recharge will not refund, I was asked him why? But he was not give me any reply

Sim card not activated

Dear sir,
I am a resident of Lucknow. I had purchased Tata Docomo sim card on 24th January, 2016 and submitted all proofs required on that very day and was assured that my card would be activated till 26th ofJanuary but nothing of this sort had happened.
It has been 3 days and I have not been able to use the service.. I had purchased it for Rs 70 but now I feel its of no avail. Please Take some serious step and look into this...

Internet capping details

We are using the Tata docomo GSM SIM with [protected], they are not providing the details as requested that, the speed for 3G as per TRAI norms and as mentioned of capping, the speed after reaching the capping and the same is as per TRAI norms.

Fake recharge

I did a recharge for 255 on 26 jan 2016
Via online rechange my tatadocomo app, there it shows 3 gb for 30 days . But after rechange I got only 1.5 gb
There was no * (condition apply ) shown near the offer amount
Called customer care and I didnt get any proper response .

Please refund my money back or provided me with the promised data volume...
