    The tata DoCoMo post paid sim card has no signal whenever I try to make a call or use it ...tried all suggestions and reviews ..I end up paying 400 bugs which goes unused ...I want to deactivate it or want it to be made into prepaid sim card

    I using Tata docomo photon past one year, i paid the amount regularly, but the month of November i am paid intime due to i am hospitalized, in the month December flood, my house behind the Adyar river little mount saidapet, , all things are totally damaged along with system. in mean time your company raised bill December month. but i am not using the data card and personally went to tata docomo office to submit the complaint but that little mount office shifted. then later your collection person visited my house and physically verified and spoke to manager and finally he say paid bill amount in the month of november due, December bill exempted if continue service later with in 6 months time monthly service charges only applicable. that is minimum charges. but i facing lot of problem in your side your fees is due, every time explained your caller i discussed with manager. please cancelled the data card connection. i am not able to pay the amount because i am not using the data card. further details please contact williams_gv.[protected]@yahoo.co.in

      *pathetic service from tata docomo call centre*


      Hello,

      Iam writing this mail to inform you that the kind of service i received from your managers at tata docomo call center was pathetic.

      I did a mobile recharge of my phone on 30 jan-2016 through paytm.

      Time of recharge 13:53 pm

      Mode of payment - paytm

      The recharge did not happened successfully but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I immediately reported the incident to call centre but as it was expected they made me fool by giving false expectation that i will get my refund back (Which is expected from the call centers of tata docomo they are good making fool)

      Today i called again in call center 31-jan-2016 21:20 time and this time i spoke to manager of call center.

      Very bad and pathetic way of handling customer issue and no sign of taking ownership rather then re-directing me to contact paytm for refund. And n that manager disconnected my phone when i asked him to give me the complain number he did not even registered a complain

      Check the call records from my number and see how your service team behaved.

      Is this the way tata dcomo gives service to customer??

      Shame shame

      I believe your posters for quality service is just to make people fool and take money from there pockets in india.

      Please do not make such claims if tata docomo is not able to give proper service.

      I do not care whether i get my money back or not i will make sure that i will highlight the pathetic behaviour made by the manager of tata docomo in social networking sites, let people know how the service tata docomo provides.

      Shame shame

      No wonder why the consumer are rejecting tata docomo service and migrating to other vendors for telecommunication service

      Tata docomo has worst customer service team in call centre and management level.


      Thanks for a worst service to consumers.

      I will make sure to change my phone service from tata docomo to some other service providers.

      We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records thoroughly on the given number, there is no recharge was found on[protected], as the recharge was not successful due to transaction failure. If the recharge is done through online, however, the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge.
      In case the amount is not credited within the specified time, we request you to check with your bank. If still face any concern kindly revert us with the 14-digit alpha numeric transaction ID (For Ex.ASMP[protected]) or with the bank statement from the date of recharge till date for further assistance.
      I, once again, request you to always recharge through our official website and refer www.tatadocomo.com only for all the latest offerings to avoid such instances in future. You can also dial 52222 or *191# for latest offers.
      We sincere apologize from our agent end, we can assure that and the same will never be repeated again in future and the feedback will be shared to the agent.

        I did first time porting on 28th december of 2015 from Tata Docomo to Airtel but after 15 days it was not completed by Tata Docomo and I asked to Airtel customer about this matter and they said once again submit your document to Airtel store and I did it by once again porting my mobile no [protected] by porting code on 14th January but it is also in vain.Now when I am going to contact with Tata Docomo customer care by dialing 198 call has been dropped by Tata Docomo. After two times porting it is not being succeded by only Tata Docomo. I asked to Airtel customer care they said until Tata Docomo left me they can not do anything. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I ported my airtel number [protected] to tata docomo on 29th. The new sim was activated on 30th Dec 2016. But I am not getting service. Sim is not working. I talked and mailed to company but there is no action till now and the reply from customer care is simply "your sim is active". when I am unable to use the sim and for that they have no reply or direction what to do. Very much disappointing from Tata"s company. When Customer care reply that they can not do anything then where to go?
          Customer care must be able to do needful to resolve the matter by taking up the issue with concerned.
          It seems I have done a big mistake of porting for which I am paying now.
          Tata docomo should look in to and do some thing such that a customer when approaches customer care it should be addressed and resolved

                I am requesting for deactivisation for the last one month and requested 4 times . But your customer care personnel are not carrying out my insyructions and keep on generating bills every month.As per advise of customer care I have already pay the bills on17.12.2015. In spite of that you have generated bills for january which is due to irresponsibility of your personel and I am not going to pay that bill since I am not using the facility for the last 2 month and instructed you to deactivate the connection.

                Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number is barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection happens on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. The number gets permanently disconnected within 15 days. 4. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 830/-. 5. Your billing cycle is 17th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable. 6. We request you to keep your number in active status for retention call which can happen in three days of time after service request registered.

                    I am Nataraj using Karnataka tata docomo no [protected] . i have activated sms pack on 29th dec '15 of Rs19 through online and benefits will be 250 sms free all local & national for 14 day, after sending 70 sms amount start getting deduct from my main balance . i called customer care and spoke to Mr prashanth( executive ) he said after 100 sms will be charged 1 rs per sms its a TRAI rules and he hold the line for 10 min and disconnet the call with out proper response ..okay am agree with that but i have sent only 70 sms and i have not got any communication sms saying after 100 sms amount will be detect from main account. on 30th dec'15 again i called customer care and sopke to supervisor Mrs Bhuwaneshwari she also not respond properly and amount will not be refund which is deducted she is also disconnect the call without responce ...

                    pls tell me why it not update saying that only 100 free sms can be send per after that charges will happen. and how its update 250 sms free for 14 days...

I dont know who give you the right to deduct balance when data balance show in the account.no one telicom company doing such thing .
                      Your executove say that after 20 mb data charge is aplicable .i am also ising idiea in which i get data loan of 20 in which i can run many application no any data charge apply until data balance zero so how your company make this stupid policy which is aginst coustmer . This is totaly scam customer thing that data is avilable but you apply data charge

                            We hold a GSM connection bearing number [protected]. The number was not under use for a while, and today when I tried to use it, its already in deactivated state. Upon contacting the customer care, I came to know that the number is allocated to someone else.

                            There was no communication in regard to disconnection of my sim. It was a shocker for us to know this news.

                            The same number is communicated to many of our clients. and also on our business websites. Now the team is saying it cannot be possible to get the same number back.

                            I need an immediate attention and action from Docomo to resolve this issue.

                            We would like to inform you that before disconnection of the SIM SMS will be sent to the customers regarding non usage prior 1 week itself.
                            Kindly note that the services of the mobile number is permanently disconnected in prepaid on dated 28-NOV-2015 10:02AM due to Non Usage for greater than 180days, as there is no balance of Rs.20/- and I am unable to reactivate the same number.

                                I had recharge on this no but some typographical mistake & recharge gone on [protected].
                                So, I request to you give me my recharge refund.
                                Recharge is 127 rupees.
                                I was call Ahmadabad customer care but he said recharge will not refund, I was asked him why? But he was not give me any reply

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am a resident of Lucknow. I had purchased Tata Docomo sim card on 24th January, 2016 and submitted all proofs required on that very day and was assured that my card would be activated till 26th ofJanuary but nothing of this sort had happened.
                                    It has been 3 days and I have not been able to use the service.. I had purchased it for Rs 70 but now I feel its of no avail. Please Take some serious step and look into this matter urgently.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    We would like to inform you that as per our records your number is in suspended state since tele-verification is pending on your number, due to which your number has not been activated yet. Kindly note that post documents are updated in system. You will receive a SMS post which you need to call 59059 for tele-verification of your details when network latches on your number to activate the account. Kindly note that tele-verification has to be done from the home circle.
                                    Kindly note that the activation process takes 4-5 days and post positive verification card will be activated in 30mins & in case verification is done negative, however, you have 2 more attempts for positive verification and the tele verification has to be done from the home circle only. If the tele verification is not done within 30days from the date of documentation hence the number will be disconnected permanently.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      We are using the Tata docomo GSM SIM with [protected], they are not providing the details as requested that, the speed for 3G as per TRAI norms and as mentioned of capping, the speed after reaching the capping and the same is as per TRAI norms.

                                      This, we are requesting past 2 years, but they don't want to provide.

                                      It is requested to do the needful.
