Irresponsible customer care

When I asked about the reason behind it, Customercare was not able to explain the error...they were simply asking about the balance and my recharge details..from my docomo SIM I was not able to connect my family's Airtel number in kerala since 15 Jan 16.further I tried from my friend's docomo number, problem was still there..my phone number is [protected]...

Now they are not converted my number and didn't even refunded back money. Tata are always known for honesty but this has changed my thinking shame on you agency who are spoiling tata docomo brand. I Have postpaid docomo tata photon internet connection. The billing cycle is from 21st -23rd and the last day of payment is 9th of evry month. For dec 2015 tge payment was delayed by 2days and i had paid the amount on 11th jan 2016. The services on my number was barred on 11th Jan. After paying my regular bill of Rs1305 on 11th Jan. I have paid Rs.500 on12th Jan as late fees. Even after paying all the bills the services are being barred....

Am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings Message Disable Service...

Tata docomo postpaid billing issue

I have taken TataDocomo connection in Nov 2015 (Relationship #[protected] and don't have any issues in service and monthly the bill amount is Rs. 500 only, but when I receive last month bill there is Rs. 1, 500 charged extra. when I inquired about the bill details they mentioned that there is a 800MB data internet has been used so the bill amount comes around Rs. 2000. and the way they treated me is very worst and without any information...
