    Dear Sir, I am very shocked that the retention team is making false commitment for retaining a customer. After several discussion with many executives of the retention team we came to mutual agreement that 351 plan, which has 1500 minutes free calling, would be given to me. But after around a week I get a call from customer care saying that the plan is not available for my segment. But I was very shocked when I discovered what they mean by segment. The plan is only available for retail customer but not for corporate TCS employees. They in turn offered me the same plan with only 500 minutes free, instead of 1500 minutes. I am very shocked to discover this fact that TATA is depriving its own employees from plan benefits and providing better plan benefits to retailers. But while providing the plans to TCS employees they claim that these plans has special benefits only for TCS employees. Regards, Sujoy Adhikary +91 [protected]

      My mob no. [protected], one week ago i opened paytm page to recharge through uc browser, i just entered my number and clicked next & i got message i have insuffecient fund while i had 37 rupees & i stopped other application too from using internet, while entering browser, but just surfing from one page to other cost me 37 rupees, this happened many time before when i used to surf through browser and chat through whatsapp & having internet plan enabled.Then, when i use to ask this about customer care they use to say you need to open one app at a time. But this time i just got angry & i didnt recharged my phone from that day. I dont know but the costing of docomo is very non reliable.

Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not charge in future.

            Heloo to all.. m pre paid customer to TATA DOCOMO n from last three days my main balance was continuously deducted for some recharge which was not done by my end. i call to customer care they ans same mem ur balance is deducted by this recharge i said that this was not done by me but they cant understand. then i visited nearest out late n same representative told me i mail your problem to our senior authority wait for 1 day n from there i recharge again and next day same balance was deducted again.. now what should i do..please help me.

              I have got a problem in Tata docomo network. When I asked about the reason behind it, Customercare was not able to explain the error...they were simply asking about the balance and my recharge details..from my docomo SIM I was not able to connect my family's Airtel number in kerala since 15 Jan 16.further I tried from my friend's docomo number, problem was still there..my phone number is [protected]

                  I requested to disconnect my Tata Docomo WiFi service in November 2015 as I was not satisfied with it. Even now I am getting the bill and the employees are asking me to pay the bill of December and January only then they would disconnect my service. The employees are even not afraid of Consumer Court and say 'Go where you want to go Do what you want to do.' Please help me. The Head of office at Hazratganj Lucknow accepted the cancellation request on 09/12/2015 but he resigned and now no work has been done. My cancellation request number is 91622053. Why should I pay for the service which I didn't get ? I said that I'll pay for the month of November, I had access to their service till November only. Why will I pay for the nuisance and lag of the Company Employees.

                    We are facing Slow internet problem. We are in 8 Mbps connection for which we are getting only 0.1 Mbps. We made a complaint regarding this with customer care. They said that problem will resolve in 2 days. But still problem persist. Its already 5 days passed. No one is concerning about the problem. Please help regarding this.

                      We would like to inform you that the Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) for your Tata Docomo mobile number PUK is 08413058. Post entering PUK number than enter PIN Number: 1234 or 0000 Device will ask to confirm the PIN again re-enter again the same PIN Number: 1234 or 0000. However, the PUK number must be enter correctly, if the PUK number entered wrongly more than 9 times then the SIM will be blocked.

                        Hi, I got call from docomo marketing agents offering me prepay to postpay conversion. I gave 350 rs and my document signed forms etc to agent. Now they are not converted my number and didn't even refunded back money. Tata are always known for honesty but this has changed my thinking shame on you agency who are spoiling tata docomo brand. Please help me in getting back my money and ensuring my existing number will stay with me.

                          I Have postpaid docomo tata photon internet connection. The billing cycle is from 21st -23rd and the last day of payment is 9th of evry month. For dec 2015 tge payment was delayed by 2days and i had paid the amount on 11th jan 2016. The services on my number was barred on 11th Jan. After paying my regular bill of Rs1305 on 11th Jan. I have paid Rs.500 on12th Jan as late fees. Even after paying all the bills the services are being barred. Everyday i have to call the customer care for resuming the account the services are resumed for few hours and again its barred. I have approached customer care around 4 - 5 times and no solution have been provided to my issue. If the connection is postpaid there should not be any limit on my account.                           Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Postpaid internet account suspended-Photon Number-9235666170

                          I Have postpaid docomo tata photon internet connection. The billing cycle is from 21st -23rd and the last day of payment is 9th of evry month.                             Am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings Message Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Regards, onkar

I have NOT subscribed any service. And this has happens 2 3 times. I wonder this is what service tata docomo is offering .                                   I ported from Reliance to Tata DoCoMo. I visited the Tata DoCoMo gallery at Dadar, Mumbai. The executive advised me a postpaid plan. I was open to suggestion. But I had a condition. Since I now temporarily stay in Nanded, I wanted to make sure that the plans of my Mumbai circle, that I subscribe remain active too. The customer service executive ensured that I will have all my Mumbai tariff applicable in Tata DoCoMo, Maharashtra network since Mumbai users have Maharashtra and Goa roaming free. I asked him about this over and over again. And he assured us the same.Then did the port complete on 30th Dec, 2015. The next month when the bill arrived, I was charged Rs. 752 for 7 days usage. I made sure that I was in Tata DoCoMo network all the time by using manual network mode setting. Hence, no point that I was out of my parent network. Now after several complaints and calls to the customer service, they are denying of base tariff in Maharashtra and revising my bill.

                                    Dear sir i am very much dis-pointed to the service of Tata service centre i brought 2 connection of walky set and photon, and also i have tata sky . i use from last 5 yrs but due to poor resonse of XCELLANCE CUMMNICATION HARIDWAR i complaint about to change my hand set 1 month ago but till i cant recived new handset . i want quit both connection of walky Tata sky conncetion and also Tata Photon system due to XCELANCE CUMMNICATION
