I have tata docomo number [protected] and i want to recharge it with 119 rs. but by mistake the recharge has been done to [protected], the shop keeper told customer care for refunding the balance for wrong recharge, but customer care said that, it is not possible, so i was paid again 119 rs for same recharge.
so pls refund my money to my number [protected]...

My postpaid tata docomo number [protected] has been barred from yesterday as it is postpaid connection i cant able to know the reason for it.please do the needfull to reactivate my number....

Exorbitant bill was raised for the internet connection. Though it was a limited broadband plan only, the bill amount exceeded the credit limit by huge margin....

I have done recharge of 61 on jan 21st which is 1p/2sec tariff, but now my per call deducting 25ps.
I want to cancel other tariff which related to call charges and want rate cutter tariff of 61.

An amount of Rs. 28 and Rs. 5, has been deducted from my moile no. [protected] today. While I haven't subscribed for any of these. I got sms message regarding subscription and immediately I called 155223 to deactivate the service.

This is not the first time its happening. Previously they charged as vas ussd. Now this.

Please do the needful and refund the money deducted.

2) above no was activated by sales team and never given to me but on my name
3) in august only I reported to stop number but still bill and recovery agents call I recived
4) I have given 1000 rs which is not refunded by tata and they refused

for mental agony I want 30000...

Rs. 99 is deducted from my number.
So I request you sir/madam that please deactivate any service which is activated without my knowledge and refund the deducted amount to my number.

On 03 February 2016, I made an online NET PACK recharge of Rs.197/- through my State bank of INDIA VISA card.
The recharge was not successful. However, amount of Rs.197/- deducted from my SBI Account.
I received a SMS from TATA DOCOMO that amount Rs.197/- will be refunded within 3 work days. Still, I have not received the amount.
I want my money....

They do not informed about the data finished alert and their executive informed wrong about service even after asking by me again and again . which clips maybe recorded by the tata docomo .. and now they charched me 3300 rupees for the data usage even my billing limit is 800...

This is the worst service from tata docomo. I have already given all the documents related to pre to post connection to the executive but still they are continuously deactivating my number. They activate it after contacting with customer care 121 then after 2 days again deactivate the number by telling me verification is negative.
If you people are not able to handle customers satisfaction then dont offer them for postpaid connection.br...

Contrary to my repeated instruction to deactivate my tata photon no [protected], you are generating bills inspite of non usance of the facility month after month. As per our earlier discussion on the subject with your customer care rxecutive, I have paid upto bills generated on 17.12.2015 .Any further generation of bill, will be at your responsibility and I am not going to pay any further payment....

Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am rahul priyadarshi mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But today i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before my balance was 120rupees. But today 99.00 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services....

I am using Tata Photon Plus (CDMA) dongle since a long time (around December, 2013 if I remember correctly), the number is [protected]. However, I haven't recharged it since many months. Today when I tried to recharge it by visiting the Docomo website, I was told that the number was not valid.
Can you please let me know the status of my photon plus dongle? If possible, can you also activate it if it is not done...

i used tata docomo GSM (Hyderabad) unlimited 899 plan past some years up to November 2015.after that same number switch to airtel postpaid (bangalore) with help of MNP facility.

Now am using past 3 months air tel network meanwhile i enquired to tata docomo GSM customer care Hyderabad about my refundable850 rupees money but they are not responding properly.

The tata DoCoMo post paid sim card has no signal whenever I try to make a call or use it ...tried all suggestions and reviews ..I end up paying 400 bugs which goes unused ...I want to deactivate it or want it to be made into prepaid sim card...
