On 14th Jan 2015 recived call for bill payment of Rs. 1450 and discount allowed of Rs.350. Final amount was 1100/-. But again showing outstanding payment is 350. My account no. Is[protected] & transaction id is [protected].

Need solution as soon as possible, otherwise no. will be disconnected.

    Hi,
    I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (Lenovo A6000 ), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help.

      We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However, you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service.

          I have tata docomo number [protected] and i want to recharge it with 119 rs. but by mistake the recharge has been done to [protected], the shop keeper told customer care for refunding the balance for wrong recharge, but customer care said that, it is not possible, so i was paid again 119 rs for same recharge.
          so pls refund my money to my number [protected]

                Inspite of my several instruction in your toll freenumber[protected] to dectivate my connection since december and refer to mycomplain number 1220058 and 1220733, I observed that you have not deactivated my facility and keep on generating bills month after month with a ulterior motive to extort money from me unlawfully though I have paid the bill dated 17.12.2015 as a good gesture as per your advise over toll free number .Under the circumstances I have no other alternative but to prefer my case to consumer redressal forum.

                  I refer to my several instruction to dractivate my photon no [protected] permanently over the toll free no[protected] since december and refer to my online complaint no 1220058 and 1220733, but I have noticed that you are not going to comply my instruction over irrational pretext and extorting money unlawfully by generating bills month after month. As a good gesture and as per your advise over telephone by your customer service executive I have paid the bill generated on 17.12.2015, but still you are generating bills inspite of my clear instruction to deactivation permanently and non using the facility since novrmber. I like to inform you that under the circumstances I have no other alternative but to prefer my case to consumer redressal forum .

                      An amount of Rs. 28 and Rs. 5, has been deducted from my moile no. [protected] today. While I haven't subscribed for any of these. I got sms message regarding subscription and immediately I called 155223 to deactivate the service.

                      This is not the first time its happening. Previously they charged as vas ussd. Now this.

                      Please do the needful and refund the money deducted.

                            On 03 February 2016, I made an online NET PACK recharge of Rs.197/- through my State bank of INDIA VISA card.
                            The recharge was not successful. However, amount of Rs.197/- deducted from my SBI Account.
                            I received a SMS from TATA DOCOMO that amount Rs.197/- will be refunded within 3 work days. Still, I have not received the amount.

                                This is the worst service from tata docomo. I have already given all the documents related to pre to post connection to the executive but still they are continuously deactivating my number. They activate it after contacting with customer care 121 then after 2 days again deactivate the number by telling me verification is negative.
                                If you people are not able to handle customers satisfaction then dont offer them for postpaid connection.
                                This is worst service i have seen.

                                Still I am not getting any response. And my number is still deactivate.
                                No response from tata docomo I visited their outlet and discussed about the issue. They ensure me with selected plan and will activate the number. But still it is deactivated. How much time they require to just activate the number. And they dont even have perfect reason why it is deactivated. Different people giving different reasons along with customer care also.
                                I suggest all the customers not to go with this low class telecom service. Dont rely on this service.

                                  Contrary to my repeated instruction to deactivate my tata photon no [protected], you are generating bills inspite of non usance of the facility month after month. As per our earlier discussion on the subject with your customer care rxecutive, I have paid upto bills generated on 17.12.2015 .Any further generation of bill, will be at your responsibility and I am not going to pay any further payment.

                                  Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number is barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection happens on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. The number gets permanently disconnected within 15 days. 4. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 830/-. 5. Your billing cycle is 17th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable. 6. We request you to keep your number in active status for retention call which can happen in three days of time after service request registered.

But today 99.00 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated LDR Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.99/- has already been credited to your account with the vide docket number PSG[protected].

                                      I am using Tata Photon Plus (CDMA) dongle since a long time (around December, 2013 if I remember correctly), the number is [protected]. However, I haven't recharged it since many months. Today when I tried to recharge it by visiting the Docomo website, I was told that the number was not valid.
                                      Can you please let me know the status of my photon plus dongle? If possible, can you also activate it if it is not done already?

                                      Thanks for the reply, but there seems to be some mistake, I've never raised any service request to disconnect, and nor do I receive any bills (mine is a pre-paid dongle). Please check your records and activate my dongle if possible.

                                        i used tata docomo GSM (Hyderabad) unlimited 899 plan past some years up to November 2015.after that same number switch to airtel postpaid (bangalore) with help of MNP facility.

                                        Now am using past 3 months air tel network meanwhile i enquired to tata docomo GSM customer care Hyderabad about my refundable850 rupees money but they are not responding properly.
