I am receiving emails from backend almost twice a month asking for overdue on January 11 for INR 3432. I had already made payment on December 12 of INR 1716 (monthly bill) so there could be overdue of INR 3432. As I am abroad, I cannot afford to lose Internet connectivity, I still made the payment on January 18 3081. I again received invoice, I again paid on January 27th, and again invoice of overdue - I paid again on Feb 01 1716.
For three month the total amount comes to 5148 for December, January, and February. During these three month, the total payment made by me is 1716 (Dec 12)+ 3081 (Jan 18)+ Jan 27 1716 (Jan 27) and 1716 (Feb 1). The total payment done is INR 8229.
I have again received an invoice showing dues of 3432. I have been following up with them for one month and also posted the complaints on their Facebook page but there is no action. I have correspondence with me through emails and evidences such as Receipt of payment and credit card statement (Sent to them too by emails). They are budging at all.
My question are also on who pays for loss of Internet uses causing serious handicap to my work due to disconnectivity.
TAT DOCOMO has to be severely penalised and asked to compensate for humiliation that I had to go through for disconnectivity due to non-payment.
Further the Internet services are very irregular. Most of the time, it does not work and I have made several complaints about it and I am sure these are on their record too. Even if the Internet is not working, we have to pay and involve a lot of follow up. The speed that they promise never provided. There is need for investigation of their systems to provide justice to all the consumers. I am sure that are somehow indulge in cheating customers.
