We have requested to cancel/disconnect our a/c number bearing[protected] multiconnection..we have given a letter to chennai office and acknowledged ..but still we are getting phone call from the people of tata docomo to make payment and they say we can not cancel the connection..we here by inform that, as we have already submitted a letter for the cancellation of the all connection, we are unable to pay any single amount, any thing else we will take action as per legal rule.

    MY mobile no. is [protected]. I am using this no. as prepaid. Last week ur marketing person fm kandan chavadi, Chennai contact me explan few plans & ask me to change to post paid connection. I also agreed for it & send proof for my residential address. Request no is GPPM[protected]. before I receive my new sim for post paid, my old sim get deactivated from yesterday evening. Whn I contact tht marketing person, she inform me tht sim was send through speed parcel & ask me to go post office to collect it.Time is around 6.30pm. Doc no. ET[protected]IN.since it is 6 PM postman was not available in post office & ask me to come Monday morning after 9 am. I am using old sim for business contacts& since it is deactivated, I am facing lot of problems in the business. HOW THE CO DEACTIVATED MY OLD SIM BF I RECEIVE A NEW SIM.also I am not available in home town on monday. So I can fix a new only on Tuesday. SO TAKE STEPS TO ACTIVATE MY OLD SIM UNTIL THEN - elangovan

      I am a Docomo customer for past four years, ( Number [protected] ) Off late i had to move Karnataka due to official reasons and all my important things are linked to this number. On moving Karnataka last year due to unavailability of Docomo service in my locality I was not able to use the same number. I am caught in a fix as i unable to use this number on coming to a place with Docomo coverage and I learned the number has turned invalid ( unable to recharge or connect network).Please inform me what needs to be done from my side to activate the sim.

But night time not available network coverage and data very very very very very very very very bad or slow. I already this feedback not reply.

        I using uc browser but your network not support this app. Because your network very bad, I catch trash delete and all steps done. But your network not sure and email updates not working, so your network very slow. Prof available I screenshot here.

        Move to some area but not fully network coverage and trichy fully some area's not fully coverage. My area kaja pettai and city trichy my house no:1 a/1 this area very slow internet.

          I have talked with your representative... Regarding wrong/extra Billing

          while talking with your 3 customer service no body is able to answer my
          question... they just say this is Tata Docomo's Policy.

          I am your post paid customer since last 10 years
          from last 7 month i have activated internet pack on my phone...


          But your CS says you have used extra net

          1) why you don't stop internet when my pack is over ?

          2) Why you don't send email when my pack is over ?

          3) How can your customer will know that their internet pack is over ?


          Why you Corporate Tata Docomo Company is cheating your old post paid
          customer like me ?

          Does Shri Ratan Tata, Founder of Tata Docomo Company is know about this...
          that Ratan Tata's Company is cheating his customer very smartly...


          In short... If Internet Pack is expired... You should stop Internet
          serviced immediately or You should at lest send a SMS that your internet
          pack is expired... if you used internet you will be charged extra...

          (You normally sends lots of SMS daily... but you don't want to send about
          expiry of Pack... and don't stop internet service... and want to earn more
          money illegally by giving internet to customer at extra cost. its not
          affordable to your post paid customer.


          Note - Your customer service personal says... you have to pay... what is
          billing... but why should post paid customer pay extra internet which he
          don't want.


          Anyway I don't know who will listen to my question... or I have to write to
          Ratan Tata about this wrong practice to cheat loyal post paid customer.

            Recently I got internet data offer from respective company(Tata Docomo), which was read like this
            "3 Ka Dum !! 1)Payiye Full Talktime At 30, 2) 750mb 3g At 75 Pure 28 Din, 3) Sabhi Mob Calls @25p/M, Pure 28 Din @ 22. Extra Benefit 48 Ghante Mein. Tata Docomo."

            so I did second recharge of 75 which was for 3G but currently the internet speed which I'm getting is I would say even slower than that of they are giving for a 2g data pack.sometimes it is maximum upto 12kbps to 15kbps.well that doesn't look like 3G, and that too didn't work you have to wait for some time (actually a lot of time) till it gets active after making Data connection on.really frustrated.

                  I made a transaction to charge my prepaid photon on dated 7th January, 2016 but the it was failed due to technical problem or net problem. The amount of a sum of Rs. 399 /- has been deducted from my account reference no. ECOM589640DOCOMOPREP/DO at 11:11:45am.
                  I contact to docomo help line number and registered complaint no. PRRGA2915551 but with out any solution they closed the complaint.
                  I again registered the complain no. PRRGA2919861 on dated 18 feb, 2016

                    with due respect this is Faruq Sheri I am holding Tata Docomo number [protected] recently i have ported this number from airtel but sir 2 time my address verification has done after that also i got message that they are unable to contact me on revisit but i am holding that carbon copy of visit form and Mr. Murli singh has came to verify my address and 2 time my all calls has stooped my I know why this happening again and again. This is not my problem that my address verification form has not submitted by your executive.
                    And while porting my number your executive told me that in my number i can make free unlimited call to my other number which is my alternative number[protected] this number also Tata Docomo post paid number on my name only but still now I have not received that facilities and i called customer care they are also saying that this facility is not available in my number may i know why you people are making fool to customer if you are not able to give any facilities ..

May time I contact to customer care they said we will send internet setting and set manual network or restart your mobile but my problem still not resolve I have 3G plan but I get approx 3-4kbps speed can't do whatsapp call and maximus time when I turn on net it show connection is unavailable.                         i have purchase tata docomo cdma phone at your kalanala, bhavnagar location dealer. As a post paid connection but after completion of 3 month service i duly converted the same number in prepaid for which i will duly fulfill all the procedure & all past bill duly paid by me.

                        Now a days there will be problem in my phone regarding no incoming or outgoing facilities in my no [protected] & for which i will made complaint with your authorized dealer at kalanala bhavnagar & duly on toll free no but they are not resolved the problem, so, my phone will be inactive since last 10 days.

                        Your authorized dealer says that they mail your technical team & whenever your technical team resolved the issue he can inform me that type rubbish answer will be provided by your authorized agent.

                        Sir, we are purchased the tata company phone on the basis reputation of your company. However we are not satisfied with service & communication made by your authorized local delear at kanalana bhavnagar, gujarat.

                        Sir, i am chartered accountant and due to inconvenience from your company & due to inactive of my phone since last 10 days my prestige is down.

                        So that if the problem is not resolved quickly i will go for grahak suraksha foram & duly filled complaint against your company.

                          I had given request to convert my TATA CDMA postpaid number to GSM Postpaid number on 4th Feb 2016 at TATA Gallery ( Pune, Fatimanagar Office ) along with my documents.I was told that my number will be converted to GSM postpaid within 7 days. I called customer care @[protected] on 8th Feb they told me that on 4th Feb i got call from there retention team to check the issue & why i wanted to change from CDMA to GSM but i did not receive any call from TATA . On 12th Feb I was told that my verification is negative because they were not able to locate my address( again wrong information from TATA verification team) because on the same day evening my verification was done at my address & they have checked all documents. After successful verification on 12 Feb i spoke to Pune (Fatimanagar Office executive ) for the activation of my number & he promised me that number will be activated by 16 Feb 2016 . Till now my number is not activated.

                          Very pathetic service provided by TATA DOCOMO i am using tata docomo number from last 5 years. I will never recommend TATA DOCOMO to any one.
                          I am registering this complaint because i want consumer complaint department to take strict action against Docomo ( Specially against Fatimanagar, Pune office )for doing this mental harassment.

                            My Mobile number is [protected], I have got 2 complaints against Tata Docomo.

                            I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 148/- where in i have got Rs. 135/- Balance and 500 MB Data to use. but after some days my balance arround Rs. 100/- deducted because i have used internet in roaming. I belong to UPE & was roaming in UPW, could you please let me know how can you deduct my balance when i am having my data pack activated on my number.

                            I have recharged my Mobile number [protected] for Rs. 54/- after checking the offer on my mobile by dialing *234# on 12/02/2016, which was stating that on a Recharge of Rs. 54/- i will get 500 MB Data to use i have get it rechaged thru retailer after checking it with his retailer sim he also told me that it is showing 500 MB data as an offer for your number, but after recharging my Mobile with Rs. 54/- i get an sms that your 300 MB data has been credited into your account where in i was supposed to get 500 MB data. when i spoke to customer care they have told me that this scheme is not applicable for your number and you will get only 300 MB Internet.

                            If customer is getting only 300 MB data on Recharge of Rs. 54/- then why Tata Docomo is making fool of its customer showing the offer 500 MB Data.
                            Tata Docomo is cheating its customer by giving false information on its USSD *234#, i am also a victim of this fraud.

I do remember like any other responsible citizen, mobile phone user in India, I had submitted my father's ID when I purchased the SIM card and since its been quite sometime since I am using the card, I would like the number to remain with me.                                     I am receiving emails from backend almost twice a month asking for overdue on January 11 for INR 3432. I had already made payment on December 12 of INR 1716 (monthly bill) so there could be overdue of INR 3432. As I am abroad, I cannot afford to lose Internet connectivity, I still made the payment on January 18 3081. I again received invoice, I again paid on January 27th, and again invoice of overdue - I paid again on Feb 01 1716.

                                    For three month the total amount comes to 5148 for December, January, and February. During these three month, the total payment made by me is 1716 (Dec 12)+ 3081 (Jan 18)+ Jan 27 1716 (Jan 27) and 1716 (Feb 1). The total payment done is INR 8229.

                                    I have again received an invoice showing dues of 3432. I have been following up with them for one month and also posted the complaints on their Facebook page but there is no action. I have correspondence with me through emails and evidences such as Receipt of payment and credit card statement (Sent to them too by emails). They are budging at all.

                                    My question are also on who pays for loss of Internet uses causing serious handicap to my work due to disconnectivity.

                                    TAT DOCOMO has to be severely penalised and asked to compensate for humiliation that I had to go through for disconnectivity due to non-payment.

                                    Further the Internet services are very irregular. Most of the time, it does not work and I have made several complaints about it and I am sure these are on their record too. Even if the Internet is not working, we have to pay and involve a lot of follow up. The speed that they promise never provided. There is need for investigation of their systems to provide justice to all the consumers. I am sure that are somehow indulge in cheating customers.
