Hi Sir/madam,
I bought a tata docomo sim on saturday(19/12/2015) in which i got rs251 talk time and 3g data of 1gb.Just after 5days, checked my main balance was 0rs and data was 0kb.
Called to tata docomo customer care, they told as your data used by multiple user, it got finished and after that we charged on your main balance.
But i was using the sim through my dongle in which i can not share to others, muliplte user can not access my data.
Even i am sure as i had 1gb data, as per the network speed it can not be finished withing 5days.
Please take action on it and try to refund my money and data.
