            Hi Sir/madam, I bought a tata docomo sim on saturday(19/12/2015) in which i got rs251 talk time and 3g data of 1gb.Just after 5days, checked my main balance was 0rs and data was 0kb. Called to tata docomo customer care, they told as your data used by multiple user, it got finished and after that we charged on your main balance. But i was using the sim through my dongle in which i can not share to others, muliplte user can not access my data. Even i am sure as i had 1gb data, as per the network speed it can not be finished withing 5days. Please take action on it and try to refund my money and data. I have wireless in my home so i dont want to use mobile data and i have turned off the mobile data option. still many times in a day money getting deducted from my mobile currency saying data usage charge. i am really frustrated with this kind of service.

                  We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that your balance of 0.90/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on[protected] to[protected] used 9KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not be charged in the future.

                    My number is [protected], few days ago on 16th december night...i had near about 427rs as my main balance...i even had a gprs pack activated on my no.which is valid till the midnight of 16th December...i was surfing internet...nd unluckily i got slept around 11 pm without disabling my Mobile data... Then around after 1.5 hours when i woke up.. My balance reached to just Rs 2.. About 425 rs deducted from my balnced...even while not touching my phone not surfing anything further...moreover my internet pack was also left till midnight...which means in a half hour this my 425rs deducted...this is seriously UNACCEPTABLE...when i called customer care before, they didn't look much intrested in solving my problem...today i also called docomo customer care...then they said their is some technical problem pls call after 24 hours...what the hell is this...i fed off from ur poor service...plz look after my problem soon...

                      I recharged for rs 1100 my prepaid mobile no [protected] for data and talk time .comp tata docomo .did not give data but given talk time .for rs 95 neither data nor talk time was given . i was on tour .co deducted 662 rs and closed the mobile .they charged 662 RS FOR 68000KB .IF COM HAS GIVEN DATA ON RECHARGE IT WAS TO BE LESS THAN RS 100 . I COULD NOT CONTACT MY DRIVER .HOTEL.AIRLINE . I FACED LOT OF TROUBLE I WANT RS 20000 COMPENSATION FOR THIS MENTAL TROUBLE ..

However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.400/- has been already credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected]. Further, we request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if the selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB.

                        Hi, I have requested to change my Tata docomo number 92xxxxxx84 to another operator. I have several times called and only answer given was it will happen by 27th December 2015. They never told if there is any issue for releasing my number. Now I am unable to raise complain on 198 as Tata docomo is disconnecting my call and asking to visit nearest outlet. If there was any issue then they should have informed earlier but they didn't. Please look into.

                        As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that a request regarding MNP (mobile number portability) concern which was registered vide docket number PMRS[protected] has been closed stating that your MNP request was cancelled due to system time out. Further, we would like to inform that in order to port another cicle you have to generate UPC (Unique Porting Code) from your handset. UPC code is the unique porting code mapped to the mobile number and is required for porting process. Kindly follow the given procedure to generate UPC Code; - 1. Send an SMS “PORT your mobile number" and send it to 1900 (charges as per Tariff) from the same mobile number and you will receive a code via a SMS. 2. UPC will be valid only for 15 days. 3. UPC code is 8 digit Alpha numeric code. 4. UPC needs to be generated from the same number for which the port out request needs to be registered. Further, kindly visit any of your nearest Tata Docomo Outlet (Kerala) and submit UPC code and Please carry the following documents (which belongs to Mumbai circle) mentioned below: a. Photograph -1 b. Proof Of Identity - (Passport/ Photo Credit Card/ Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Arms license) Proof of Address - (Credit card statement (last 2 months)/ Passport/ Property Tax Receipt/ BSNL Telephone / Electricity Bill (last 2 months)).

                            Hi Buddies, Pls. don't prefer Tata Docomo: Am not sure about prepaid. Am sure Postpaid is all about looting money from their end. Number : [protected] Reason : As per manual 24*7 support available. In real 08:00 AM -10:00 PM IST only support available from their end which means you have read only access till 10:00 PM IST but not exact details. I have an automated voice call stating my bill amount is 303 Rs. & Also have an record of customer care executive Sathish Kumar(Employee ID : 114526) from Hyd. stating 2.6k my bill amount in fraction of minutes (hardly 5 minutes) dated 28th Dec'15 02:00 AM. But my bill date would be 24/25 (not sure since support executives are not sure). After 3 days also they are not clear about my bill amount. I haven't got mail/post/message notification stating my bill amount from them. Last month i called them and paid my bill but am not sure how they calculated and why am being charged. No proper mail/post available. I request you all to go for better connection either IDEA (with better support) or AIRTEL (support is too good). Thank you! NOTE :I can pay the bill but i don't wan't others to get cheated like me. Loss of 1 is 2.6k & Loss of N=? how many?... Think yourself & act smart. Regards, Kumara V

                                I have given 10000 cash to country vacation on this 24 th december 2015; their sales person Pratik and Ankur Patel commit that i have not to read the agreement as so much points he said but the company cannot print all the things as the agreement would become 30 pages. So you need not worry; if any help you want ; we commit to give you. Evenif we will sell your membership; not useful yearly vacations;country club memebership ; free air-tickets;free 2 N-3D stay in Dubai and so-on if youwant to go in a group; all othermembers could stay in the same hotel for only paying taxes. But all this things are nop atall mentioned in agreement;. When i told him to show mw all the details in agreement; he also cannot find in 10 minutes. I want to cancel my membership and want the full refund

                                      I had got new broadband wired connection in September 2015 which was activated on 10th September. Phone no. is [protected]. I got this connection by paying 4 months advance bill. I paid Rs.4674 through SBI check no. 939449 for the plan 20GB @1099. At the time of taking connection I was told by your executive that I can upgrade/downgrade plan any time and amount will be adjusted. After 2 months i.e. in November I changed my plan to 10GB @799 by talking to your customer care. Now I have received the bill for this month by looking at which I was really surprised. I already have paid the bill in advance for 4 months why would I receive a bill?. So I called up your customer care and no doubtfully first executive disconnected after hearing my problem because she did not have resolution. I called second time and I was told that I was billed because I had changed the plan and so your advance payment is gone. This is really ridiculous. Neither I was told at the time of taking connection (by your sales person) nor I was told while changing the plan (by your call centre executive) that my advance paid money will be gone. Why the hell I would change plan and throw away my money if I would have known. It has also not been mentioned in any of the documents also. This is really a frustrating. Please look into it and resolve this ASAP and adjust my remaining amount(Rs. 2337) to the next bills. I have also raised complaint. No. Is[protected]

                                      As per confirmation received from concern, informed customer that account has been credited of Rs -2596.87 as per applicable waiver & same has been posted into the account, Also it will reflect in the next bill. Now current outstanding amount is Rs -2596.87/-.

                                        I have recharged 3GB of 3G data but the internet speed is very slow, and also on my iphone 6 there is no 3g sign which means tata docomo is not providing 3g data. Please resolve at the very earliest. I am using the service in Mumbai in Kalba Devi.
