Since November im facing call breaking problem. tata docomo service center is not bieng able to solve this issue me being a post paid customer has been forced to pay full rent even though im not getting service as they have promised

    9th of Decemeber only I did a recharge of 398 which has full talk time with 1 GB 3G data for a month. But in my observation whenever we have huge balance DOCOMO is stealing the money like anything. Where almost 200 Rs got detected for mobile data usage. I want my 200 Rs money back.       I had recived your company message regarding offer on 3G internet for RC151 = 1.5GB 3G Data Valid for 30 Days. On 15 dec 2015 i had did the recharge but it came 2G Data.Now tell me what i should do for this inconvienience your company had did to me ? Either i will port my sim or i will go to media.I have sent you a snap shot of your company message.kindly take proper action regarding this incidence.

        Hello, I purchased Tata Photon Max Wi-fi connection from Tata Docomo shop online. I received the device on Monday i.e 14.12.2015 and also submitted all the required documents to the representative who delivered the device. It's been more than 48 hrs and no one even bothered to call me or activate my device. I tried reaching the Customer Care but without the docomo phone number, it is not possible to speak to them.           I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.

            For unnecessary VAS, not subscribed by me, Tata DoCoMo is cutting balances, [protected]. Till now I lost nearly around Rs.300/- in such cases. Y a company like Tata doing such cheating and looting the customers? Sending flash message to all people, upto 60%of illiterate people would lose their balance and hard earned money.

              Dear Sir, I m using Docomo no [protected] frm last 6 years almost. although me being a loyal customer, the company usually plays pranks on me. Just now ₹ 21 deducted frm my bal without any reason. secondly, ..every time I go for a internet recharge, every time it says "invalid amount". although that particular recharge amount is valid fr my mumber. this is so harassing. its my request frm Docomo personnels, , if the company cant give me even the right attention, (forget about special).. then plz forward me the details to port my no to some other vendor..                 On previous year from october 2014 to december 2014, tata docomo ne mera mobile postpaid bill double krke mujhse payment liya gya ta. jb maine bill ka e statement check kiya to uske baad maine phone complaint kiya ta but av tk na to mujhe paise refund hue ar na hi koi solution. & mujhe aaj k din extortion bhare call aa rae h docomo ki taraff se.ki mera bill payment ni hua h. mere paas pure bill ka e-statement h.
                Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face.                   Hi, I have a Tata Photon wifi device with me. while purchasing they had promised me minumum 7.2 mbps. But now sometimes i am getting 2kb speed. But the worst part, i called their customer care, and they tell me to do online speed test, there i got 2 mbps, and then the Customer care executive is telling, sir be happy you are getting that speed. I mean if they cannot give the guaranteed speed, why tell that while selling. Thanks and Regards jitendar

                    We would like to inform you that, usually there are multiple data sessions/applications are running in background at the same time, because of which you might be experiencing slow speed. I request you to kindly, 1. Delete Temporary internet files from browser. 2. Clear cookies and Cache 3. In case if you are using Smart phone, free your phones memory by moving apps, pictures and music files to External SD card 4. Restart the phone after doing the above.                         Tata Docomo- Irresponsible dealing of your Employee on SIM activation Application for porting of my phone number ([protected]) from Airtel to Docomo given on 18.11.2015 to M/s Surabhi Stores (POS Agent code:[protected], Market Road, Eloor, Cochin-683501. I received SMS from DOCOMO on 18.11.2015 that your request for MNP is registered successfully 17833556. MNP porting code is AL 931348. On receipt of my application, my agent informed that the SIM will activate within 10 working days. I think, the name of Docomo representative who collected my application is Vishnu. But, the SIM did not get activated even after 2 weeks. Despite repeated requests/follow-ups made by Agent with Mr Vishnu, he informed that the application has already been handed over to the officer concerned. Since no SIM activation done, one fine day, I asked Agent to return my application immediately. The matter was communicated to Mr Vishnu and for which he informed that the application was misplaced and due to this, SIM activation was not done. He also told that he will inform to the officer concerned for expediting the SIM activation. But, it is known that neither the SIM activation was done nor the application was returned. After a week, I approached my agent again and told that I will complain against Docomo employee for his irresponsible dealing and asked him for informing to Mr Vishnu to communicate to the officer concerned. But, nothing has happened for SIM activation and I am disappointed about Tata Docomo's service. Please note that I received back my application after making follow-ups only on 10.12.2015, nearly after 22 days. The scanned copies of my application are attached here for your perusal. I would like to request that the concerned authority to take an action against the employee concerned or warning him so that people like us don’t have to through this kind of thing and situations again. Name of DOCOMO will also not spoil. Would be waiting for your revert on the same

                            On call to just dial a person by name hit ender ([protected]) called and collected docements and amount of INR 300 for pre paid to post paid conversion. 2 days he sent a sim card with other person and said it will be done in 2 days. Even after a week now call from customer care or jitender. On call to the person who gave the sim card forwarded my number to his owner Mr. Shri. ([protected]) called and said that person was making issue and he said it will be done in 2 days. It's already 2 weeks passed that even this person shri stopped picking the call or message and still e vbb end after 2 weeks no call from tata for the conversion. People like this are really wasting time and not even bothered to take the responsibility for what they are.

                              Docomo has deducted my main balance and not intimate me this is my mobile number [protected]... Docomo company has deducted rs 250 balance from my main a/c...After having internet balance also... I had just recently port in from idea to docomo this card was in idea more than 10 years... Still i had ported in docomo ...Because i trust docomo than idea... Because in my family all are using docomo total connection in our family is 18 all are prepaid... And unncessary company has deducted rs 250 from my main balance plz it is request to u refund back my balance of rs 250 which was deducted from my main a/c i don't have balance also to talk from my number... It is deeply request to docomo plz refund back my unncessary balance which was deducted

                                This is istiyak raj I m using Tata docomo last 6 years, but now I fell worst service provider by Tata dococmo.Because I use the plan of 899 but now currently I received my bill amount 1990 I think it is cheating by tata.I live in Maharashtra when I purchased the service provider say u use this accords mumbai and goa without any roaming charges.But now I m really socked to see my bill amount, i already go kandivali tata office but there no one help me.I m also employee of Hindustan Unilever and I know very well how to provide service.I live in nalasopara and I m really shocked my area roaming.But I want to tell u last April I shifted there and I pay your bill amount without roaming charges, then how to I pay this month.If I m roaming my mobile alert also but I never saw R, when I used it in roaming.I think this is only cheating by customer.I used 20 sim card in my call center circle.I request you please look at this my matter and solved it.Because reliance customer executive daily came at my office and offered me to convert it the plan 599.I trust u so please trust me.Your tata number-[protected].Please contact my number.[protected] Regards Istiyak

                                I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.

                                  Yesterday I have recharged my no. [protected] through 3g option from your *141# for Rs. 136. I had gone through option for 3g only but after recharge I have got message showing that it's a 2g service and not 3g. How it is possible to render me 2G, as I 'v gone through 3G option & the message prior to recharge was, for 136, I will get 500mb for 50 days.its too annoying to give such a rubbish service. I want my service to be for which I have paid the amount.

                                    Today 14-12-15 at 1.26 on my Docomo no [protected] I got I msg that "my talkies is activated at Rs 19.83 ... but I have never subscribed for it, in fact I have DND activated on my number. If I didn't get the balance back I will take some actions against Docomo.

                                        My dell no is [protected] Internet services were disrupted on the 13th of sept and till 21st I got no service. Inspite of giving regular complaints at the call centre, I was told that the service was active and running 'from our end' However at the site, I did not get any service. The local linesman, engineer and the salesman all knew of this problem throughout andkept on saying that there was some line problem nearby. Service was restored sporadically on22nd, normal on 23rd and 24th and 25 again was disturbed. Between 13th to 21st there was no service and I got the bill for the whole month. Why should a customer pay for 30days when service was given for 20 days? Furthermore service was discontinued on 25th November completly and is still to be restored This is even when I paid the entire amount for the month of October. When a customer can pay for months before and after this incident, does tata Docomo company think that just for 10days non service, a customer will lie? The officials are unable to help and mostly, do not even attend the phone calls. It is unfair to pay the entire amount when I never got service.instead of looking into the matter, my connection has been trerminated. This issue has continued from 25th November and now I'm harassed by this approach of tata Docomo. Please help
