Using Tata Photon Max in Janak Puri, New Delhi
This problem started exactly 3 months ago. I've been calling the customer care ever since. All I have been told is that due to the increasing number o[censored]sers in my area my speed is getting hurt and that the technical department of the company is working to fix this problem permanently by upgrading their servers. 3 months gone and the issue still persists. Also, the people over at the call centre tell me that no ETA regarding this issue is available to them. Last month this problem was somewhat fixed temporarily. But ever since the start of my bill cycle this month, i.e 13th December 2015, I have been getting speeds under 50kbps (Used speedtest.net to measure). I'm seriously fed up now. I'm unable to download/watch anything. You see I've been paying full amount of bill for last 2 months but the services that I have got are not even worth 50% of that amount. I'm not paying for 0.5mbps for godsake. All I want to know is will this issue get fixed by the end of this year or do you want me to go to consumer courts. I think that'd be the most logical move on my part as I feel I have been cheated for 3 months. On top of that, during all this speed crisis your company hasn't even been kind enough to provide some amount of relief on the bill. Do you want people to quit using your serivices in order to balance the speed utilization or have you taken this issue seriously and are actually working towards fixing this? And why won't the customer care correspondent forward my complaint regarding this issue? Are you guys even aware of the problems we are having? This policy will hurt you in the long run. Extremely disappointed in Tata Docomo right now.
