    Dear sir I have a tata docomo number [protected] from odisha. I lost it at my job at DAMAN. When reach to buy DAMAN circle to take sim on same no. They reject to issue because its from odisha sim. I face problem because all my banking transaction service activate on that sim. I' m requesting to you plz change the policy to take sim card which does not matter the city or circle.

      Hi This is karthik from chennai I got a message from Tata Docomo for a special recharge of Rs.7/- When i went to the retailer and asked to recharge, they refused to do so, saying for such small amt they won't recharge Why are you giving such offers, when it cannot be done Need an immediate response Regards Karthik

        Kindly inform you that in December 2015 STV chart given a Rs.97 recharge ( 12, 000 seconds for 30 days ) Pay by seconds...But customer call another number then deduct minutes while this plan is pay by seconds. when i was call on their customer care number then a representative directly said that we don't have any information about it. And they doing fraudulent to their customers.

          My mobile no. is [protected]. I was browsing with my data plan and was having Rs. 227/- balance. When I stopped browsing and checked the balance it was showing Rs. 0.07/- my all balance got deducted but I was having data balance of 1.2 MB. When I called TATA DOCOMO they said to call me back after two hours and register complaint. After two hours I called and call was not getting connected. Docomo Care's worst service is they ask us to call back and will not get connect when we try second time. Please do the needful. Thanks Anil

            I have a 5GB plan active for my number - [protected]. I was informed on December 19 that 5.2 GB was used and hence my speed was reduced. I immediately requested for booster plan for INR 350 for 2 GB data - Request number[protected].

            Within 3 days my connection slowed down immediately. When i inquired today (December 25) i am told that the data consumption until December 22nd had reached 7.2 GB. This clearly means that either the earlier information about 5.2 GB used until December 19 was wrong or the information that I have consumed 7.2 GB until December 22 is wrong as I have by no means consumed 2GB of data in a span of 3 days!!! look at my historical usage pattern and you will realise what I am talking about.

            Tata is the last company that comes to my mind for fraudulent bills. Honestly, I am quite surprised and disheartened by fraud that Tata is doing to hike up bills.

            Request you to audit the system and check and give me correct information in 3 days else, I will be forced to complain to higher authorities and also discontinue the services from Tata.

            I hope Sir Ratan Tata is listening.. If he is not, i will reach him through all possible social media. He is a man of his word and I respect and trust that he will be worried about Tata's reputation which is in hands of a few fraudulent.

              Tata docomo has tie up with unnecessary information alert service providers which deducts main balance without confirmation of the user. These alert service provider gives their advertisements on other sites and some popup window(containing incomplete information) get opened, now if we close the window either using cancel or close button they assume you have subscribed their services and main balance get deducted. This is very bad way of giving paid unnecessary services to the users without user's confirmation.

                Photon no. - [protected] Using Tata Photon Max in Janak Puri, New Delhi This problem started exactly 3 months ago. I've been calling the customer care ever since. All I have been told is that due to the increasing number o[censored]sers in my area my speed is getting hurt and that the technical department of the company is working to fix this problem permanently by upgrading their servers. 3 months gone and the issue still persists. Also, the people over at the call centre tell me that no ETA regarding this issue is available to them. Last month this problem was somewhat fixed temporarily. But ever since the start of my bill cycle this month, i.e 13th December 2015, I have been getting speeds under 50kbps (Used speedtest.net to measure). I'm seriously fed up now. I'm unable to download/watch anything. You see I've been paying full amount of bill for last 2 months but the services that I have got are not even worth 50% of that amount. I'm not paying for 0.5mbps for godsake. All I want to know is will this issue get fixed by the end of this year or do you want me to go to consumer courts. I think that'd be the most logical move on my part as I feel I have been cheated for 3 months. On top of that, during all this speed crisis your company hasn't even been kind enough to provide some amount of relief on the bill. Do you want people to quit using your serivices in order to balance the speed utilization or have you taken this issue seriously and are actually working towards fixing this? And why won't the customer care correspondent forward my complaint regarding this issue? Are you guys even aware of the problems we are having? This policy will hurt you in the long run. Extremely disappointed in Tata Docomo right now.

                  A scam is going on where a person calls you on your prepaid tata docomo phone and offers a post paid sim for Rs. 350/- per month + free internet + 30, 000 secs. If you agree a person comes to collect your docs & Rs. 350/- + Rs. 100 reg fee. They also give you a new sim and commit that it will activate in 24 hrs. This never happens and you lose your Rs. 450/-. The people who called you, or the person who came to you, dont pick your call and simply vanish. Even the Tata Teleservices Outlets do not offer any assistance. Please beware of this scam currently going on in Bangalore.

                            Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (lenovo A6000), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. I called Customer Care and they told me like that they can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting?other wise i have to think for MNP...

                              I had a sim of Tata Docomo which was a prepaid sim. On 10th Dec 2015 i got a call from docomo with some offer to convert my sim from prepaid to post paid. At that time they told me that i will get a free sim with the conversion of this connection and I agreed with them to convert. They also said i would be able to check my remaining free balance. I then agreed to convert. After few days they are saying that I have to pay Rs 199 rental per month for that free sim which they hide previously. then when I tried to check my remaining account balance they are saying there is no such process. I found all this misleading and cheating on me. Now when i am trying to deactivate that free sim which they had told me previously they are not deactivating this and continuously calls are coming from company regarding why I want to discontinue that sim. I had an extra promo recharged on my phone and they said that it will be carry forward on my new post paid connection but that was also a lie and it was not forwarded later. Now when I am trying to call with customer care executive they a putting my phone on hold and not answering to my any question. It is truly a harassment to me. Please help me out. I want to convert my sim again into prepaid connection. Please support me against this injustice and harassment towards me.

                                My Tata docomo accounrt number is[protected] in name of Balvinder Singh Toteja . i have paid for this connection 2733 rs for 3 months & 4th month free however your employee Mangesh Shinde has taken this amount & not deposited to Tata docomo therefore i keep on getting messages from tata stating that your account is overdue please pay on time this is happening for last 2 months i tried in get in touch with him hes not answering nor getting help form his seniors an some one help me in this as i feel cheated & helpless in this matter please get in touch with asap. I have been getting calls from collection department & as customer i am trying to figure out where am i at fault after paying money in advance i keep on getting messages from Tata docomo stating your bill is overdue . Most unprofessional attitude by Tata Docomo no help from any one & no follow up by anyone in Tata Docomo everyone keep pushing me from one person to another as customer i feel i have made huge mistake by taking tata internet connection .                                 I decided to cut my connection from tata, the tata employee came & he disconnected my phone line so that i couldn't go to any other service provider .

                                This is the service i have got from tata what a shame we are living in the world where customers are treated like king in my case i have felt cheated & harassed by tata.

                                      Everytime I make a call they charge more money. For example If I call for 20 seconds my mobile is showing call duration 20seconds but docomo is charging 22 paisa saying that the call duration was for 22 seconds. I mailed docomo but to of no use so I am complaining over here. Please refund back my money.

                                        The tata docomo persons called me to change my network from aircel to docomo with best offer we are providing so sir please come to docomo after that i give my photo and id this happend 20 days before but still they are not sent any sim to me and my old aircel sim is blocked now which i change ... still they are not attanding my phone calls so please aware friend dont go tata docomo network its my humble request if any query regarding this issue call me any time g. raja [protected]
