Dear all, I got a message this morning (19/12/2015) stating that your outgoing facility has been blocked(postpaid), when i called customer care service they said my credit limit crossed. when i asked them details about the credit limit usage, they insisted to provide those details and asked me to pay 1000rs inorder to continue service. I want to register a complain against th frauders the tata docomo... They deduct 170 rs from my accout unnecessarily... I was having 2 mb of data left in my account but then also they deducted rs 170 from main balance acount instead of deducting the remaining data...
