I got a message this morning (19/12/2015) stating that your outgoing facility has been blocked(postpaid), when i called customer care service they said my credit limit crossed. when i asked them details about the credit limit usage, they insisted to provide those details and asked me to pay 1000rs inorder to continue service. I was given 800 mins usage, 300 sms, 300 mb data usage. I`m pretty sure that i have not talked for 800 mins. after 30 mins of argument, they mentioned it is a unbilled amount and mistake from tata docomo side and services will be activated in 30 mins. after 1 hr i made call again and they said, it will take another 30 mins... then i waited for 2 hours and later made a call and customer care again started same discussion and asking for money stating that i made ISD calls. Those ISD calls are international toll free number and along with me, 17 other have joined all those calls. But for others, their service providers not charged any amount.. but tata docomo charged the amount and blackmailing me that your service will not be activated and we will not let you do mobile portability without bill payment. customer care people talked too harsh. I never dealth with such a stupid customer care service people in my life. they say that your call is being forwarded to supervisor. but i`m so sure that other colleagues are taking calls and talking in very harsh manner. I can max wait for 24 hours and if issue is not solved, i promise i will proceed legally against tata docomo.
