Hi, I am using a tata docomo connection with no. [protected]. The company has made it a practice of activating some VAS without my consent and is deducting 8 rupees each regularly. I immediately deactivate the service when it come to my notice. But the company does not refund the amount. Also I loses 50 paise from my account if I contact the customer care to register the complaint. This is been repeated regularly. This is pure case of cheating and fraud. Please take necessary step so that I get my money back and take necessary step to stop this type of public robbery. Does Tata wants to become more rich by looting the public. Urge them to do ethical business Azeem

        Account No.[protected], Mobile No. [protected] श्रीमान, निवेदन है कि टाटा डोकोमो कंपनी ने मेरे साथ चीटिंग की है इसके मार्केटिंग पर्सन ने मुझे कुछ अलग ही बताया था परन्तु वो सही नहीं निकला तथा मेरी प्रॉब्लम मैंने कस्टमर केयर ऑफिसर को बताया की नेटवर्क का प्रॉब्लम परन्तु लेकिन कोई सलूशन नहीं दिया गया तथा उसने तो ये भी बोला हमारी कंपनी में तो ऐसा ही होगा ! अवं मैंने इस समस्या की वजह से कस्टमर केयर ऑफिसर को कनेक्शन बंद करवाने का भी बोल दिया था परन्तु कस्टमर केयर ऑफिसर ने मुझे बताया की में आपका प्लान चेंज कर देती हु उससे से आपको ११४ रूपये मंथली चार्ज में ६५० मिनट्स अवं ३ मंथ तक आपको ६०० मिनट्स मिलेंगे ! ये प्लान मिलाना तो दूर की बात है इन्होने प्लान चेंज तक नहीं किया ! जो कम्युनिकेशन हुआ था मैंने मेल पर वौइस् रिकॉर्डिंग भिजवाया हुआ है । Sun, Aug 30, 2015 at 5:56 PM जो मेल भिजवाया था- मेरा मेल- Hi, Enclosed herewith attached last discussed with customer care officer for plan changing (114 Inc service tax for 650 minutes local & std + 200/- rs second free per month for three month) this is final and confirmed for current month But as per today discussed with customer care officer that plan not change up to yet so I am not responsible for 114/- rs of extra amount. Kindly change plan urgent as possible. Note- I am agree for 114/- plan for from 18 August, 2015 (Current month) extra value not acceptable by me and this is your site fault. Regards, अवं इन्होने मेरा लास्ट बिल १६२५/- रुपये का भिजवा दिया तथा मैंने इनको बोला की आप मेरे कनेक्शन डिस्कनेक्ट कर दीजिये तथा मेरे सिक्योरिटी डिपाजिट के सामने बिल को एडजस्ट कर दीजिये इसके बारे में मैंने टाटा डोकोमो कंपनी को काफी बार बोला परन्तु इन्होने उस पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया ! एवं आज मेरे पास इन्होने पुलिस से धमकी भरा फ़ोन करवाया की आप ये पेमेंट करवा दो नहीं तो ये केस बना रहे है मैंने इनकी सूचना के अनुसार पूर्ण पेमेंट करवा दिया ! परन्तु लास्ट निष्कर्स निकला की कंपनी १ तो चीटिंग करती है तथा पेमेंट के लिए पुलिस ठमकि का सहारा लेती है जिसमे बेचारा कस्टमर दुखी होकर पेमेंट कर देता है जिसमे उसको हानि तो होती ही है तथा मान हानि भी होती है ! इसमें मुझे टोटल नुकशान १६२५ रुपये का हुआ है तथा मानहानि अवं टाइम बर्बाद के साथ लगभग में 2 लाख रुपये का दावा करता हु ! अतः मेरी समस्या का निवारण करवाने की कर्पा कराये ! भवदीय !           Thank you for your reply. Currently i am in abroad (Dubai). This is my wife's home number there are four womens my wife her sister, mother and grand mother her father also in abroad. So they are afraid to go police station because they are all womens. Kindly verify the number once if the user details verified its ok then we change our number if it is wrong please deactivate that unknown person sim. May be he is misusing anyone's lost sim card.

            Sir, I have Tata DoCoMo postpaid sim and Tata DoCoMo tally caller sold me a sim by wrong information. he told me that my main no. and this connection have unlimited calling facility. and took 70/- for the sim. but sir they fill up the form by copy signature and activate the connection without this free Facility. end of the month I got 3736/- Rs. Bill in my hand. I lunched complain many time but they could not took any action for that tally caller. and now they force me to submit the bill by cutting my outgoing call. I told them to sent me my exact bill. but they did not listen to me. now What will I do Please Tell me sir.

                We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 128 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 05.22PM credited with the benefit of Rs.75/- talk time and 500MB data for 15days. Further, we would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.72.30/- usage of (7212 KB) for browsing as you have latched with Aircel while you are under roaming on dated[protected] at 06:14PM, hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB) and the same cannot be refunded. Also, we request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if the selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB.

                    Dear all, I got a message this morning (19/12/2015) stating that your outgoing facility has been blocked(postpaid), when i called customer care service they said my credit limit crossed. when i asked them details about the credit limit usage, they insisted to provide those details and asked me to pay 1000rs inorder to continue service. I was given 800 mins usage, 300 sms, 300 mb data usage. I`m pretty sure that i have not talked for 800 mins. after 30 mins of argument, they mentioned it is a unbilled amount and mistake from tata docomo side and services will be activated in 30 mins. after 1 hr i made call again and they said, it will take another 30 mins... then i waited for 2 hours and later made a call and customer care again started same discussion and asking for money stating that i made ISD calls. Those ISD calls are international toll free number and along with me, 17 other have joined all those calls. But for others, their service providers not charged any amount.. but tata docomo charged the amount and blackmailing me that your service will not be activated and we will not let you do mobile portability without bill payment. customer care people talked too harsh. I never dealth with such a stupid customer care service people in my life. they say that your call is being forwarded to supervisor. but i`m so sure that other colleagues are taking calls and talking in very harsh manner. I can max wait for 24 hours and if issue is not solved, i promise i will proceed legally against tata docomo.

                      Dear sir, i bought a new sim of tata docomo just one month ago, I have face a lot of problem regarding balance deduction from my account...I have lost nearly a balance of 500rs because of tata docomo's appropriate technical support, I have activated 30 minutes pack of rs11 for which I get 30 minutes of free 3g data, i have lost an amount of rs 196 while I'm having a net balance of 432 second's, i have contacted customer care for queries and they replied that the balance is deducted due to consumption of extra data and the same repeated in the next day I have lost 100 rs balance..i don't understand that why customer have to suffer for your technical problems..now there are no incoming calls for my no- [protected]. The customer service is connected only once for every problem whenever I face..i want all the problems resolved and I want my balance back...

I had balance of more than 200mb net but all of a sudden 20 Rs deducted from my account without my knowledge and even without any message for deduction. I have called Docomo customer care and they have no answer for this deduction and also why I did not receive any message for this deduction. Please look into this and I expect a kind help.                             I want to register a complain against th frauders the tata docomo... They deduct 170 rs from my accout unnecessarily... I was having 2 mb of data left in my account but then also they deducted rs 170 from main balance acount instead of deducting the remaining data... And when i called to them they are telling about some like multibrowsing charge... I dont know how they deduct my balance even after there still some data left in my account.. What's the use of data pack then i[censored] deduct the main balance acount by telling some sort of like multibrowsing and all. I know i jst use wats app at that when they charge me rs 170 for that... By hiding there cheap and frauding technique behind android phones and their multibrowsing concepts they are looting us... And teaching the customers about multibrowsing after deducting thier balance whenever the customer calls them... And one more funny thing happened after deducting all my balance there was still 2 mb was left in my acount.. Wow really they are big time frauders..

                                  From my Tatadocomo Number to my landline number to since 3 weeks i can't make phone call regarding this i inform them and they registered complaint then promise me to resolve the problem by 10th December 2015. But still remaining the problem every day i keep calling customer care and sending reminder as well. This is very important number for me. They are not ready to solving the issues. There fore please take a necessary action solve the issues asap. My Docomo Complaint Number is[protected] dated 9.12.2015

                                    Hi, My name is satyashil My account number[protected] and mob [protected] I had booked the Tata Broadband connection on[protected], with a payment of SIX Months Advance rental OF Rs. 6700/=. I was promised FOR the continuous internet. I am facing so many problems, first they did not provide internet for 15 days and even they are not giving my money back. they said you have to use this connection for month six you can not discontinued if you then they will not give any kind of refund. Daily I am facing problem of internet, internet comes and goes frequently, its very hectic for me and irritating, I informed tata DoCoMo executives I need continuous internet but they are least bother. I request tata DoCoMo please take your router and give my remaining money.

                                      The service named superstore49 has been automaticaly activated on my number due to which amount of Rs 18.68 has been deducted from my acount unneccesarily . My number is [protected]. I want my deducted balance to be refunded soon.

We would like to inform you that, Superstore49 service was activated by you on[protected] at 09:12PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.18.68/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated Superstore49 Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don¿t get charged in future.                                         I have pre-paid connection no.[protected] my balance was approx Rs.70/- lash night but to morning my balance Rs.05 pais with any phone call Pl provide me the detail or reverse my balance amount as an early.

We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.70.69/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (2 sessions) at the same time on dated[protected] at 10:50PM as you have used 12140KB Data. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.70.69/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 19-DEC-2015 at 07:22PM. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10P/10KB.
