Dear Sir, This is my third complaint about TATA Docomo deducting balance unnecessarily. When I was browsing internet on smartphone, without my consent I got a message like 35 INR has been deducted for "Photo Stories". Am attaching d snapshot of d msg I received. I kindly request Tata Docomo as a 1 time Gesture to return my balance. Or dey will loose 1 precious customer. My # is [protected].

    Can you please provide me the CDR report of last six months of [protected].I need it urgent..this person has cheated me around 5 lacs rupees and he is out of reach since October 2015.But this person every time tells me in mail to wait but is not giving my money back.As per agreement, he has given their address wrong and their office has been closed.if you give CDR report then it will be better to track him..

      Namste, I recharged my phone i, e. [protected], on 14 December, 2015.I was waiting that my phone would get recharged.The message also came that the stv recharge was successful.But my account balance was 0.Please see to my problem at the eatliest

        I made a docomo portability on 28 December.. today itself it is 2 jan and no any configuration message sent.. earlier also i applied twice for portability but that has been failed.. i am highly disturbed by such worst action of worst companies.. it doesn't even connect my call to cc.. although it also deduct amount from main balance while surfing internet in roaming even though i m having data package.. please help... shall i move to consumer forum??

          Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour

            I ported my mobile network from BSNL to Tata Docomo today. After my BSNL network got disconnected, I inserted the Docomo sim to my phone. As per the instructions I called the customer care number to activate the sim. I was promised that porting will be hassle free and would take maximum 10 minutes by their representatives. But now when I am calling the customer care number I am told to wait for my turn. I am waiting for the past one hour and nobody is picking the call. I can only hear Docomo caller tune from past one hour. BSNL being a government firm has far better customer service. Very pathetic service from Docomo guys.. I am not able to receive the calls as my new sim( Docomo ) is not activated and my old sim connection is disconnected. I am expecting urgent calls from some people and I will have to face huge losses if I don't pick the call. I do not have any alternate number. So I will sue Docomo for all the losses. I openly want to tell Docomo that I will definitely port away from your network pretty soon.

              We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was disconnected from your end. We would like to inform you that, Super Models Club service was activated by you on[protected] at 05:11PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.30/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future.                   Bumper Offer! RC25 = Rs 75 Talktime + 75MB 3G data & also make Loc & STD calls @ 36p/m (1.2p/2s) for 15 Days (Extra benefit in next 48hrs). This was the msz received by me on[protected], and when i recharged for the same, I didn't get the additional offer... Hope u will look into the matter and will provide for the additional offer within the stipulated time.

                    Sachin Kumar resident owner of flat 980 has been enhancing rent randomly by force last minute during last week of expiry of rent agreement, He has very bad habit of deducting deposit of own tenant by force illegally after expiry of rent agreement. That is why no tenant want to live in his flat. I have suffered as tenant last 2 years and hence I am warning all future prospective tenant not to take his flat on rent. He harasses his own tenants very badly, He enhances rent on his own terms any time during expiry and will not give you chance to shift because you have family. Please never take his flat on rent. He has 3 flats in Gaur Grandeur, sector 119 and be away from his flat taking on rent. I have suffered last 2 years by paying higher rent than market and hence please do not take his flat on rent.

                        Hello, I am Deepak Drolia from Kolkata, West Bengal using ADSL Broadband connection of Tata Docomo. On 17th December, 2015 I raised a complain no.[protected] for non connectivity. But I have not received a single call from them regarding this and I have to check myself the status of my complain by calling them several times in a day. Its been 15 days now the issue still has not been resolved. Sometime I get connection for few hours and then again it goes down. They do not provide any correct information regarding the issues.                             Dear Team, Broadband Details A/c:[protected] Del No:[protected] Del Type: DSL- Data I requested for an Add on Multiplier ( to increase speed) in the month of October 2015 but I did not get any confirmation nor my internet speed was increased, So I left this case as it is considering the request has failed. But to my surprise I got a bill with additional Rs.825 for which I raised a complaint and as a resolution I paid the extra amount with an agreement that it would be adjusted in the next bill And any Add on- Multiplier to be deactivated from my account. Nov - 2015 - I got additional amount of Rs 475 for BB 4XSpeedMultiplierCharges which I already requested to deactivate it ( and for which my speed was never increased). A new complaint was raised with another 30 days SLA. Dec 2015 - I got below additional components in my bill BB 4XSpeedMultiplierCharges - 12/12/15 475.00 BB 4XSpeed Multiplier Charges - 07/12/15 825.00 which I never requested instead I always asked for its deactivation. Another complaint was raised with 30 days SLA which is still unresolved. In this last 3 months I have undergone extreme disturbance while speaking to customer care associates who every time promise to resolve the issue but instead the issue remains as it is.

                              A tata docomo representation came to my house to verify the address took digital signature and left. But in the comments he mentioned that the house is locked. They disconnected my internet because of this reason given by the representative. It's been two weeks that I took the connection and still it is deactive. I raised a complaint (after calling tat docomo 3 times and explaining the issue to 4 people) and they are saying that I have to wait for 24hrs more. I asked why should I wait if the mistake is made by your representative? They said you have to wait there is no other alternative. They have also disconnected my call. Why should I pay them the amount if I am not able to use the internet because of the mistake made by their representation. Pathetic.

                              Issue 2: That tata docomo representative who came for the verification said that we have 2 connections on this name but we took only one connection. He asked to sign on two but I signed only on one as I took only 1 connection. Now I have no clue who is using a connection on my name and for which connection did I sign. Please confirm as I do not want to get into problems if someone else is misusing a connection under my name. Awaiting your response.

After another call the said me to dial this #35*1234# . still no solution, now when i cal them its says customer care executives are busy.and call disconnects.                                   Hai! Dear team members could you solve my problem?
                                  Now i am staying UAE for a month and now i am using my Indian tata docomo no as whats up and i am receiving all unnecessary sms like BIG BAZAR, APOLLO, DR BHATRA, OFFERS OF BANK LOANS etc but i am not able to receive any kind of OTP like E-MAIL & FACEBOOK CANARA BANK net banking.
                                  Really i frustrated kindly help me because i have to stay 2 months more.

                                    Tata Docomo has sent me a legal notice that i havent paid my due amount of Rs. 4077, of October 2014, whereas i paid the bill in the month of April 2015. I have changed my address and so i lost the bill receipt. Now they have sent me a legal notice after 9 months. These guys are now harassing me. Please do the needful. Regards satya singh

                                      My post paid connection no 6538954 was out of order since last four five months. My usages was Rs. 140 only. After not attending my complains for repair of walky, I decide not to pay bill for that I call to customer care and tell them every thing. After laps of three months I recieved a call fro advocate of Tata Docomo, He told me that Pay the bill within one hour or you are ready to appear Tees hazari court at New Delhi for dhara 420. I reach in Tata Docomo main office at Bhopal and tell them about and requested that take the usage bill of Rs. 140 instead of rs. 847/- . The person at the collection counter re-direct me to Shri Mahendra Singh Tomar. After discussion with sh. Mahendra singh Tomar, CSG team at Tata Docomo office Bhopal and as per their advise Rs. 308 have been paid as final bill on date 29.12.2015. While usages was of Rs. 140 only and submitted the written application for close connection . The reciept no. Is 79983198. After getting payment, again massages are being received for payment due.

                                      As per our conversation over the call, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have already provided you the billing adjustment of Rs. 679.52/- on 31-DEC-15 and your current outstanding amount is Rs. -140.53/-(excess). Further, we would like to inform you that your number has been already permanently disconnected from Tata Docomo postpaid network from 31-DEC-15. Kindly make a note of the same.

                                        Tatadocomo has deducted my net mb and balance without subsription on my number and they are not even refunding the amount, customer care people are giving dumb replies
