Hi.. From past 3 years i am using 2 numbers 1 postpaid 1 prepaid. I use to get full network coverage till yesterday. From yesterday not a single coverage . How can this happen in a sungle day.     Dear sir, i am tata docomo user. my mobile number is- [protected] Every month I have bill of rs. 500. I all ready take plan for 1500 free std and local calling plan and for net I have taken 1-25 gb free so how the bill is comes rs. 5500 in 20 days. Kindly check and revice bill amount. Otherwise I will not pay single amount and I will purchase another sim in other number. Kindly revice as early as possible otherwise I remove my card for fore ever and and go other company number. Because u doing chit with custmer. U can also contact with me in [protected] And I am not talked with any person i[censored] want to talk with me the call me on [protected]

      Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am Abhijit Khare mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But today i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Today 25.25 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service.         HI I am tata docomo user. I'm from Kolkata, from last night there is no network connection in my sim card. But today at the morning when I got outside of my room the network came, but when I get back home, the network is gone again. When I'm visiting their website to complain, they are sending me OTP in my number, where my network is gone, how will I receive any sms. So I failed to complaint.

          Without any request or confirmation from my side, I suddenly gets a message as follows "Chulbuli Chat is activated at Rs30 for 30 days. Dial 5330011 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free).". And I lost my balance all of a sudden . Since this is completely inappropriate, I request the company authorities to kindly refund my balance you have dedected for a service I have never requested for.Why should i have to go through all these trouble just because I'm your customer.?

            Team, I am Prem, having WIFI dongle connection from Nov'14. Due to connectivity issues, i had raised several complaints which is still not resolved from 25 days. Had visited Koramangala service centre 5 times, had to call customer support N' number of times and finally Technical manager is also not receiving my call which is very sad. I feel people are very irresponsible when comes to customer support.                 I am very much dissatisfied with Tata Photon. I was using Tata Photon wifi connection with 20 GB data for Rs. 1000/month. In the month of Aug'15 they have changed my plan without informing me & have not taken any consent from me. They made the plan 7 GB morning & 7 GB night, means total of 14 GB, so themselves they reduced the plan by 6 GB. And if I have to do all work in then how should I manage because I am working person. When I have asked them to disconnect and discontinue services at it was not at all suiting me, then they have taken long time for cancellation request and then discontinued service. During that period service was very poor and I was not at all able to access Internet, then how they can raise a bill ob Rs 910 for this period. Also they have not taken the dongle back, which added to my loss of Rs. 2000. They have put my registered number on auto call and they were calling daily and harassing me. After this much loss, I will not pay this bill. Please help me in this regards.

                    Shame for Tata Docomo Prepaid Pathetic service, improper, and poor and careless attitude to customers service in Bhubaneswar Orissa & Baramunda Tata Authorised Dealer never recommended any one to use their service

                    Hi Tata Docomo,
                    I am also a victim of tata docomo. my tata account no is [protected], From Bhubaneswar and dealer Baramunda Tata Office.

                    It's very sad to say a very bad service from your end. Our experience is very bad with Tata Docomo services in Bhubaneswar also with baramunda authorized branch. TERRIBLE SERVICE ISSUE, careless, unprofessional attitude towards customers and wrong commitment every time from dealer and customer care it's been more than 15 days they haven’t yet responded no positive outcome. There are no responses from company. I think the company is not having any responsible person for service or it may have given to any careless third party’s. How much suffer and struggle after paying money to your company in advance. In spite of repeated calls and reminders, no response at all. This is pathetic service especially from a reputed company like Tata.. No one has followed up regarding the complain... Could you please return the money which has deposited in my simcard ? I know you cannot because you already got your money in advance. This is really disgusting.This company is doing business to cheat people till now there is no response neither from the dealer nor from the customer care I am still waiting for a permanent fix to our issue.

                    my service already disconnected .Even after 1 year o[censored]sing their service they asked me to submit the document Initially outgoing call has banned soon I submitted document incoming call banned even after several complaint and document submitted after15days.Initially submitted the document when I went to enquire about my status they have asked me to submit the document again as they lost you can imagine how care less the company and the dealer .They are unable to solve a small issue and the same had been complaint to Customer care several times but they are harassing me with this anybody can understand how people may suffer. To solve the small issue they have once lost my document even after 7 days when I went to check my status in Tata docomo office in Baramunda I came to know that they lost my document and asked me to resubmit it again and solve my complaint within 12 hours and also promise me to inform me in my alternative no and also send written complaint to customer care three times with reminder but till now no updates every time false commitment, careless and very unprofessional attitude towards customers.

                    Tata Docomo is surely the worst company in this segment in Telecom service. I am following up with them since then but didn’t get any response till now and whenever I call the customer care and meet the dealer I have to describe everything from the beginning. Every promise they did it was wrong it is so bad that you will bang your head that why did you use this!. I used their service blindly in a good faith that it’s a old and reputed company and I will get good service from this company but it was my delusion when it turns to service poor network. I have faced innumerable problems with this company.

                    In spite of paying the full amount in advance and waiting for more than 20days for the service you are just making false promises is it good on the part of a reputed company? We use the telecom service for our day to day urgent work purpose If the dealer or company cannot provide the service in proper time with immediate effect whatever commitment they did at the time of sailing products, we made the entire payment in advance and struggling with service issue which your company don’t care . it is heart paining Do you think that with this type of service in the competitive world can you survive in the market? Days are not faraway to come to footpath.

                    I request you to refund my deposited money back. We don’t require your service at all. The company is just fooling customers by making wrong commitments. I will never recommend anybody to buy any product and services from your company as they are not bothering to attend customer complaint and don’t care for service. It seems to be not interested in customers after the product is sold. I believed TATA is a trusted brand, but got to change my opinion now.This company is turning fraud for the love of money. I'm just fed up of following up .

                    Please do the needful on very urgent basis. Do revert in case you need further details. Very disappointed!! Hoping for a quick positive action from your side. i request the concerned authorities from the Tata Docomo to look into this and help me for a solution immediately. If I will not get answer we are ready for consumer court on this. I will lodge a complaint against tata docomo for fraud and cheat case

I tried to call this number and i recieved tata docomo customer care ringtone, so i thought its from customer care. But in actual its not from customer care and that ring tone set by that unknown person. I talk to him one time and inform him dont call to this anymore. But still its repeating and am humbly requesting you to help me to find out guy and give him sufficient punishment for disturbing my family.

                        I made recharge of 192 by dailing no.*123# it says offer make recharge of 192rs get 1.5GB 3G data but they only 1.2GB, i called customer care they it will solved in 48hr till not happened, now called they said it 1.2GB plan changed and not taking any complaint abt it. U said i[censored] stayed in our network we 1/2 paisa cal charge 350mb data not happened..only cal charge got changed making fake promises, customer fraud

In this Regards, we would like to inform you that the Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) for your Tata Docomo mobile number PUK is 24747510. Post entering PUK number than enter PIN Number: 1234 or 0000 Device will ask to confirm the PIN again re-enter again the same PIN Number: 1234 or 0000. However, the PUK number must be enter correctly, if the PUK number entered wrongly more than 9 times then the SIM will be blocked.

                              I had a sim of no. [protected]. which i cancelled in last nov-dec. I have called customer care many times and visited your outlet many times for the same and, but i never got a satisfactory answer. People at the outlet told me to call customer care and customer care ask to talk to outlet people, than i finally decided not to do anything. And now calls from your company is threatening me by saying we will drag you to court. I am really pissed of by your this nature. I want a solution for this, and if from now i got any calls than i will complain in customer court.

[protected] since many years, last month i have mnp from cdma to gsm network. outgoing services are barred after payment of the bills for cdma and gsm. since 5 days i have no tables unturned but in vain. i request u to kindly arrange for restoration of services on my phone cdma final payment transaction ref. no.                                   It's been from long time. If Docomo users have been noticed or not but I have always noticed this, When I call some one, & at the end on my mobile screen the call duration is 29 sec. But when balance message comes at the end of call, it always 1-3 seconds more then the actual call duration that shows on my screen. I had companied few times about this in Docomo care but they say we calculate the cost of complete call., at end at our server or some thing like that... So it's always 1-3 seconds more. Let me know in comments if other Docomo users had same issue. I say if that's the case then Airtel, Telenor/Uninor etc all had same problem but it's not there. So that reply from Docomo care is not satisfactory to me. I say if the servers are slow then make them faster, why are billing for your slow servers or other problem's cost from customers... I like docomo as Docomo to Docomo rates were less. But then added Docomo user must be part of Buddy net. So I think new Docomo users are not covered in it. So again more bills to customers...

                                    I purchased my new prepaid new sim of tata docomo.I bought it two days back and still i did not got my sim activated.My new prepaid number is [protected].They told me to dial 59059 but when i tried to call then its saying mobile has no network.

                                    try chatting with support on tatadocomo.com, they helped me with information on whether the CAF form was accepted or not. their 59059 support is pathetic, representative told me that there is address mismatch, when I shouted that who is uploading the form, she said it is fine and connection would be activated in 15 min.

                                    my form was rejected once due to not clear proof of identity.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    We would like to inform you that as per our records the activation is under process your number is in VALID state due to local reference negative. Post Documents updation in system (Order Entry) you will get a SMS, post which you need to call 59059 for tele verification. Post Positive Verification SIM will be activated in 5 minutes and incase verification is done negative then you have 2 more attempts for positive verification. Post activation, FRC (first time recharge) is mandatory. The activation process takes 4-5 days, the Number will be activated post document updation & verification.

                                      My photon number is [protected]. when i purchase photon then they say me it's Roaming free . but it, s not working out of Gujarat, and i also complaint for that in tata photon customer care . i was not use my photon one month so now why should i pay, one month bill amount . then after i deactivate account but they continuously sending bill.

                                        It is to to be stated that a representative from Tata Docomo services, Mr. Guru deceived me (Tarun) and My Wife to purchase the Sim cards by offering free services of life time talk time in between us. But we observed that the services were fake and charged us with good amount of money which also included our talk time expanses. Thus, we need proper explanation and justice on this regards. Kindly do a favor to keep faith on you.

                                        It is hereby to be submitted that why your services are not remarkable, as I have paid my bill yesterday morning and still it is abandoned. But consumer protect act, 1986 provides us freedom to ask directly or through jurisdiction but definitely loosing a faith on an organization means a lot that reflects your poor management system, under public interest and right to information and consumer protection act. your poor services affected
