No network from last night

HI I am tata docomo user. I'm from Kolkata, from last night there is no network connection in my sim card. But today at the morning when I got outside of my room the network came, but when I get back home, the network is gone again. When I'm visiting their website to complain, they are sending me OTP in my number, where my network is gone, how will I receive any sms. So I failed to complaint....

Refund of recharge amount

Mis guiding,giving fake offers,making customers fraud

I made recharge of 192 by dailing no.*123# it says offer make recharge of 192rs get 1.5GB 3G data but they only 1.2GB, i called customer care they it will solved in 48hr till not happened, now called they said it 1.2GB plan changed and not taking any complaint abt it. U said i[censored] stayed in our network we 1/2 paisa cal charge 350mb data not happened..only cal charge got changed making fake promises, customer fraud...

Docomo cuts more then our call's actual duration

It's been from long time. If Docomo users have been noticed or not but I have always noticed this, When I call some one, & at the end on my mobile screen the call duration is 29 sec. But when balance message comes at the end of call, it always 1-3 seconds more then the actual call duration that shows on my screen. Deceiving consumer for sale of sim card

It is to to be stated that a representative from Tata Docomo services, Mr. Guru deceived me (Tarun) and My Wife to purchase the Sim cards by offering free services of life time talk time in between us. But we observed that the services were fake and charged us with good amount of money which also included our talk time expanses. Thus, we need proper explanation and justice on this regards.
