Dear Tata Docomo, Internet no : [protected] Account no:[protected] My complain number is :[protected] Name : Ajaydeep singh City : Vyankatesh Nagar, Nandanvan Nagpur - 440009 My time period is 24 hour after assigning complain to you but still my issue is not solved and i'm using your connection for my official use and not able to work 2 days, bcz of your bad service i'm in trouble. If you not give good service why you provide new connection here at Vyankatesh nagar and your guys remove my connection and put new connection wire. Since one month getting lot more issues, with your service. I called Mr Ishant & they give me service with call & i'm not technical guy so how can i solve the issue with mobile calling so it's Ishant prior duty to visit my place and solve the problem unless giving service with call and said that i've other enquires that why i'm unable to visit your place, it means i'm not your important customer your focus is on new customer not on old who were paid there bills regularly since 2 year. My issue is resolved now, but you never gave me good service, for such a small issue your team wasted my 4 days and never visited my office & cut my calls. If you can't give support then why should mention estimated duration is 24 hour and with in duration no one visited to my place to solve the issue.

My Office staff celebrating 3 days holidays just bcz of your poor support.

    Hi Tata Docomo,

    I am Girish with number [protected] have top up for 3G mobile Internet with 1.5 GB paid 399 Rupees valid for 30 days. With your very bad network I am unable to get proper internet most of the time. There will be atleast half o[censored]sage I.e 750 Mb which will go as waste or my money of 75 rupees due to bad unavailable internet service. This is always concern.

      Hi, I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection (1299 unlimited plan) from past almost nearly 3year. My docomo mobile no. is [protected]. I am regularly paying my bill on time. Now, my number is blocked saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.” I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call/sms only to my family and friend circle. Regards, Sundeep

      We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. As per your mail, we would like to inform you that, your number has been barred due to commercial usage (Suspected Unlimited Plan Misuse) and the same cannot be restored with same bill plan. Please note that, your usage pattern is matching with the defined criteria of commercial usage set in the system, and as per this plan any commercial usage by any individual customer, who has taken the connection for person use, is not allowed. (1) Customers with > 300 uniquely called numbers in a week. (2) Customers with < 15 minutes of incoming usage in a week. (3) 95% of outgoing calls originating from one cell id continuously for a week. (4) Customers with off net outgoing minutes o[censored]sage > 700 in a week. Hence, we request you to kindly opt lower rental plans to avail uninterrupted services or else kindly revert us with a line of confirmation for further proceeding. We also suggest that for latest offers on day to day basis, you may check all the plans by login on to www.tatadocomo.com and follow the below steps - (1) Select "Voice" tab from the main page and select "Post pay service" from the drop down list. (2) Select "CDMA"/"GSM" as type of service. (3) Select Circle. (4) Click on the link "Post pay service". (5) The details of the post-pay plans will be found under the tab post-pay offer 6. You can select from various plans as per your requirement (e.g. unlimited plan, friends & Family plans etc).

        My tata photon no. is [protected]. I have [protected]@Rs.750Cap Plan. I am facing reduced speed issue since 10 Oct 2015. For that I made a complaint (reference no.[protected] on 13th Oct 2015, which was resolved today in the morning (11:31AM). Again, I faced same problem and made a complaint (reference no.[protected] which is yet to be resolved. By then I have consumed 1.56 GB AT REDUCED SPEED.
        KINDLY RESET the data CONSUMED as it was consumed AT REDUCED SPEED and improve your service. IT HAS TO BE IN FULL SPEED. It is a technical problem from your side.

For that I made a complaint (reference no.[protected] on 13th Oct 2015, which was resolved within 2 hours. After few hours usage speed got reduced. I faced same problem and made a complaint (reference no.[protected] which is yet to be resolved. The complaint was closed without intimation and without resolving the problem. Today, 26th Oct, I received call from your side asking me to pay the bill. I told him about the problem I am facing since the beginning of the cycle. A complaint reference no. has been allotted to me ref.no.[protected] which is yet to be resolved.
        Because of technical problem from your side, whatever data I have CONSUMED was at REDUCED SPEED. Because of POOR SPEED, I have LOST MY VALUABLE TIME.
        Kindly RESET the data consumed as it was consumed at poor speed and confirm the good service from your side.

            Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Please provide us solution asap. My name is Pratik Doshi and my number is [protected]

            We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However, you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service.

              Sir,

              This is to inform you that we have repeated our complaints for last one month and till date, the complaint has not been resolved. We have not been able to view T V for one month.

              Please check our complaint list and number of people coming and going back. They have not yet been able to trace the problem.

              IF A COMPANY LIKE "Tata" CAN NOT RESOLVE A SMALL ISSUE OF A CUSTOMER, I FEEL IT IS PATHETIC

              People sitting at call centre are spoiling the brand image of TATA..

              In a customer focussed industry, this kind of services are ridiculous.

              Hope some one will take note of this.

                Yesterday some pack named "Superstore49" got activated automatically, along with that some other packs also got activated few days before without my knowledge.

                I couldn't contact the customer support through call, as its not getting connected to inform even earlier.

                I want my all the subscriptions to be stopped immediately and never activate any packs for my account, also do refund the complete money.

                Today again some 99 Rs got charged for no reason. Just in the on screen message it shows that I'm charged 99 Rs. I need this money as well to be refunded.

                As per the conversation had with our team, we would like to inform you that, Superstore49 and vComics services was activated by you on[protected] and[protected] at through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.49/- and Rs.99/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated Superstore49 and vComics Services on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Further, we would like to inform you that for SeductiveBabe content, downloaded by you, dated[protected] through SDP_WAP, the balance has got deducted of Rs.99/- and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.198/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket numbers ABAL[protected] and PSG[protected].

                      Hi my number is [protected]. On recharging it says invalid number. I don't know what happened with my number . Even i tried to recharge with tata docomo online recharge site even in that site i see the same error. This is really very poor service by TATA docomo. My is a prepaid sim connection and i have been using it since 1 year. Please correct this before you lose your customers.

                        There is no network at my home of Tata Docomo since last 4 days. I complained 2 times to contact at tata Docomo. But no results.they just saying within 24 hour it will be solved. I tried to contact with there customer service, but there is also error. If I want to call now I have to go road side.its the worst network. Nobody take a new connection.

                          Have ur corporates tata docomo become so poor that they r looting the customers n making illegal money. They have been deducting money from my balance in name of huawap for past one yr. My balance was 3rs n they still cut 2rs today. Ashamed to cal them Indians.am planning to port . better stop the company .

                              Hi docomo team, It is really a severe issue, and creating a very bad customer image of Tata Docomo.Please take it seriously. I am not the first to complain about this, it is a frequent complain your firm is receiving.
                              Super Models Club is activated at Rs. 75.00 for 60 days at 12 Oct 2015 12:26
                              Refund my amount to my Mobile No. [protected]
                              TA HAUWAP subscription is automatically done and whole balance is deducted and left with only 69 rupee in balance, isn’t this annoying? We unsubscribe but again when we refill our balance, same thing is repeated.
                              Please its a humble request to take this problem seriously and refund balance. I hope action should be taken with Immediate effect. I tried calling customer care but not responding properly.

                                I have made a payment of 520.00 RS today and i have paid 10RS Extra now there is no pending against my phone number [protected] Please Stop my Post paid service and Start The Pre Paid Service as your customer care is just harassing with giving me the answer that please contact the Out let and to outlet already i have submitted all my documents.

                                    Their is no network or signal in karvenagar, Pune area from last 4 days, all my phone connections are facing this problem, in spite of repeated complains and email i am getting no resolution for the issues, as banks send their OTP on mobile phones and sms etc, my business is getting a hit. I dont know what to do. and theis is no support to solve the issue from tata docomo.

                                      While porting Tata docomo executive has Explained me the plan of Rs 250 monthly rental in which 30000secs free, 3G 1GB free and 2G unlimited. after porting first 15days i have receved the bill of 1500. And then I have sent the mail to tata docomo regarding bill and plan then they informed that I dont have 2G unlimited in my paln afted 1GB 3G data.
                                      Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      After all customer care person is telling only sorry but if I ask about refund then not possible because they are refering only CAF form .. I really dont know what/Which plan they have filled. they taken only signature thats it..

                                      I asked to executive 3-4 times regarding plan 250 per month before porting.
                                      30000secs free local and STD,
                                      3g 1GB free then 2g Unlimited
                                      250SMS free local and STD

                                      Finally They not able to change the plan and port to other ervice as 90 days rule is there.

                                        I have been using Tata Docomo for the past about a year. I had been taking the Rs. 899 unlimited talk-time and few other add-on services. Things were pretty decent(not good, just decent) until lately the network degraded terribly. They had a 2G Internet Service which was already so bad and now it's become even worse. I used to have full network coverage in my house and guess what, from the past two days I have practically ZERO network coverage here. Can you imagine, you are at home and you have no cellular connection to the outside world, no one can reach you unless you have another number with some other provider or some wifi internet connection. If I'm travelling from one part to the other part of Kolkata while talking, I bet the phone will definitely hang up over four to five times. Salt Lake Sector V, One of the biggest Technology Hub here, there are several places there that does not have good Tata Docomo network coverage.

                                        My number '[protected]' is really old. I have been using this number previously with Uninor and since Uninor stopped I switched to Tata Docomo prepaid and later to Postpaid. So this number is very important for me.

                                        Anyway, about their customer service, I had been trying to Port out to some other provider. I have tried twice or thrice with Vodafone and twice with Airtel continuously. The whole process was so frustrating. At first when I tried with Vodafone, I thought it could be any one's fault. But when I tried with Airtel, my doubts were clear. Worst part is when I call their Customer Service, they sometime told that it's a long process so it will get converted soon OR it's the other provider's fault. It can be easily understood that either they don't know what they are talking about or they are not taking the issue seriously. Everytime I call them, I feel like it's a waste of time.

                                        I would really appreciate it if I could get help regarding this Port Out to Airtel. I'm really frustrated with their services and definitely this time I'm not going to pay my bill anymore. I don't really care what they do.

                                        I'm waiting for any assistance... Please help.
