My tata photon no. is [protected]. I have [protected]@Rs.750Cap Plan. I am facing reduced speed issue since 10 Oct 2015. For that I made a complaint (reference no.[protected] on 13th Oct 2015, which was resolved today in the morning (11:31AM). Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. Even i tried to recharge with tata docomo online recharge site even in that site i see the same error. This is really very poor service by TATA docomo. Hi docomo team, It is really a severe issue, and creating a very bad customer image of Tata Docomo.Please take it seriously. I am not the first to complain about this, it is a frequent complain your firm is receiving.

While porting Tata docomo executive has Explained me the plan of Rs 250 monthly rental in which 30000secs free, 3G 1GB free and 2G unlimited. after porting first 15days i have receved the bill of 1500.
