Dear sir,
When i was browsing the internet on my smartphone, i suddenly got a pop up website and in the mean time got a message like 50 inr has been deducted for "pyar ke panne" vas service without my permission. My mobile # is [protected]. I request you to kindly refund my 50 rs. Or else no 1 can stop me to sue tata docomo n sharing its cons thru facebook, twitter n other social networkin sites. I don't know wat d hell is with such a reputed tata docomo to deduct balance like these...Unnecessarily. Please help me regarding this sir. I want my money back.

This is to bring to your further kind information that today morning again Tata docomo has un-necessarily deducted 35 INR below is d message I received
"Hi! You have subscribed to Masti Club at Rs35.0 for 7days."

I NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR ABOVE PLAN, PLEASE HELP ME SIR REGARDING THIS, FROM YESTERDAY THEY HAVE DEDUCTED OVERALL 50+35=85 RUPEES. PLEASE HELP BE IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

Sir, wat is happening is like the when we are browsing internet the unwanted Pop up's are appearing with the following IP address "182.156.191.79:8093/API/CCG?MSISDN=..."
ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST SIR TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS I believe lot of Docomo customer's like me are suffering because o[censored]NNECESSARY DEDUCTION of balance like me.

Even if we suddenly close the unwanted popup's with IP address "182.156.191.79 or 80 series...in the very next second...the balance already would have been deducted...And its of no use of calling customer care ppl as they put call on Hold n disconnect it and behave rudely as per my past experiences. Please help me sir regarding this as its like a mental harassment from Tata Docomo for deducting unnecessary balance.

We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that, PKP_FMJ and Masti Club services was activated by you on[protected] at 09:38PM and[protected] at 9:37AM through WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.85/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.85/- has been credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket numbers PSG[protected] and PSG[protected] on dated 06-OCT-2015 05:49PM.

    Dear concern, I have registerd the complaint 24days back and till now that is not resolved and my connection also disconnected. Can i know the status of my complaint and disconnection reason. I have alreadt communicated with tour executive and told that after resolution of complaint i will pay the bill. Baut till there is no progress. This msg rcvd 15days back. Hi! Your complaint :[protected] has exceeded the closure timelines. We are working on it & shall close within 2 days. Sorry for the inconvience. After 20days called and conveyenced me regarding bill adjustment will do by 24hrs and connection will start, but till date there is no response from your end. I dont know what type of service you are giving. I also working in customer management department but i never seen this like services. Hope any one responding on this and Waiting for your response.. Dear concern, Till the date no one concern me on below issue. And u have promised to adjust exctra bill 1500rs from Aug'15 and till now its not happened from ur end and in Sept'15 Month bill also same issue 1500rs extra charges. Requesting you to i[censored] are going to adjust these both month bills within 48hrs with mail confirmation, for each 1500rs then i am going to pay bills and continue with you. Otherwise i am not going to pay a single rupee for bill, this is for ur kind information.       I am Joy Mondal..from Kolkata...on 20 the may 2015..a customer executive from tata-docomo called me up & said ;my DoCoMo number is being selected in a lucky draw & they r going to provide me exciting offers if I convert my number to postpaid...so I got agreed & the new connection was abt 350 rs per month...with 1000 min docomo-to-docomo & 1gb 2g data free...after some time they give me another offer that if I pay only rs 50 more then they will provide me another number ...which has unlimited free with my current number...I agreed..so I payed total 400 rs for two new postpaid connections...I merely used 10% of the offer in the next month..& the 2nd sim was totally untouched...BT my bill came abt 1295 rs...which originally shud HV been 350+149 rs...so I stopped using those sim..after 1 month they started to give me threat calls..that my total bill is abr 3600 rs..& if I don't pay it then they will take some hard steps against me...they offered me a waiver & said me to pay an amt of rs 1500...& I paid it.again aftr somedays they called me back...& said that if I give another 300 rs...then they will surely disconnect my two numbers...again I paid 300 rs...thz time they disconnected both my numbers...& I was happy...suddenly now aftr3 months I am getting threatening calls ..that I have rs 1600 amt due for my 2nd number(the number they offered me fr just rs 50)..they r saying that the company has set up a case against me ...in Delhi high court...& if I don't pay the amt then I will be arrested...BTW!!!hw can there be any bill for the 2nd number ..??since the number is not in service for the last 2.5 months...??whenever I call that number its clearly said that-' this number doesn't exist"...if a number is not even existing then hw supposed to be iam getting the bill...??thz kind of harrasment is totally unexpected from a big company like-"tata DoCoMo"///.plz check the out...otherwise surely I am going to launch an FIR against ur so called reputed company..my two numbers are...[protected];;[protected]

            My no [protected] is recharged for Rs 447 on July 29th of 2015.According to plan 1gb 3g data I have to get for three months. I 1gb on July 29 and 1 GB on Aug month end. I had to get 1 more gd on September month end. I contacted customer service provider twice I.e. on 30th sep and Oct 1st. Both people answerd very carelessly. After some time one of them said it will get activated and other one said u already used the data and cut the phone middle of the conversation. And she said data is enabled 17th of sep only. How it is possible if i recharge during month end. I really got really annoyed and wasted my time. But no use. I didn't get my data activated. Request u people to resolve this issue and do justice to me. Thanking you

                I Atit Sharma, having the Connection of Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection for last 4 years Connection Number is [protected] Purchased at Vadodara, Gujarat . Now, i retrench from job and moved to my Home location, Punjab . i, m trying to cancel my connection due to its rent is very high around 1000 rs per month and receiving all calls on roaming. i requested the same to customer care and they are convincing me to change it to prepaid number due to m valuable customer by only submitting the document to the nearest centre, ie Jamalpur, Ludhiana. Now, i went to third time to the jamalpur tata DoCoMo centre they saying to give the documents, reference number and photographs. First time, they are trying to say this number is of Gujarat you have to go to the and have to submit the request to the Vadodara tata DoCoMo centre. Now, they are saying to give the photographs, reference number etc etc .i tried to say that i have the prepaid connection already of tata DoCoMo u check urs database system u will get all the documents in yours but they denied to do this. I want say that if i am valuable customer to Tata DoCoMo then why they not easily converting the postpaid connection to Prepaid . The same problem is with their service of Tata Photon, requested them to. check the signal connection of Tata Photon having number [protected]. Instead of solving problem they saying to buy new tata Photon Wifi Service. Due to signal problem i ma missing my Every Sunday Classes. i m requesting what should i do with them . Now, i am going to hold their payments. i m paying the rent for these service for last three months that is no use for me .

                  I am a consumer of Tata Docomo. I purchased a ISD pack for Rs.37 for talking to USA on 20/09/2015 validity one month for which it takes 1 (one) paise per second. Today at 7.39AM I talked to USA for 605 seconds but TATA DOCOMO has deducted Rs.165/- from my balance which is illegal and contrary to the customer service regulation. Please initiate action to stop such burglary. My Mobile No. is [protected]

                        By companies Rules and Regulations Android User will get deducted their main balance if they use Multi sessions in their phone when having Internet balance less than 10MB. As we have Right to use our Internet balance till last Kb wherever we wish because we have already paid for it.Company doesn't have any right to decide that how should we use it.

                          My name is pankaj and my no. is [protected] and i am from Haryana. Today morning i check my special offer by using *123# and i got to know a offer of 1GB internet using in 119 rs. for 28 days . But when i got recharge of 119 then i got only 400 mb and when i ask from costumer care representative they told me that this offer is for those costumers whose no. is not older than 90 days. But when i ask if there is this kind of term and condition why do not they tell me before and my no. is also older than 90 days then why the company show me this kind of offer which is not beneficial for me . i had option of 500 MB in just 76 rs. and i am not mad to choose 400 MB in 119 rs. then the costumer care representative behave me very rudely. I just say if this situation you can not handal then pass my call to senior then she said i can not transfer your call and when i ask the reason she cut my call and from that call i am not able to recall them . i think she blocked my no. This kind of behavior can not be tolerated. Please take some solid action and i want my money back or my 624 MB data . I hope you will solve my problem as early as possible

                          yes my no. was switched off.. because now i am not a docomo user . now a day i am using idea . i fed up from your slow services . i lodged my complain on 2nd oct and still now you are saying we will do something. when will you do. it is just 119 rs. complain . if it will be more than this, than i think you can not solve that prob in this birth. Sorry to say but your company is worst in solving consumer complaint. and i will advice to everybody never use tata docomo and i already broke your 10-15 consumer and that 10-15 consumer will further broke 225 consumer and the will going on. today i will post on my social media account which is followed by more than 1000 of person. When your company got huge amount of loss then i will get satisfy.

                            Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (lenovo), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. I called Customer Care and they told me like that they can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting?other wise i have to think for MNP...

                              Dear Sir, My name is D. Venkata Hitesh from Nagpur, MS. Recently, I had a call from one of the stores of TATA stating if I ported my Reliance number [protected] to TATA DOCOMO, they would offer me a post pay plan with 3G net. The executive came to my residence to collect documents and now I find 3G can't be accessed from my location, for which TATA says it is because of my location. If so, why was I sold the sim by ABK Enterprises, SADAR, Nagpur. Having ported my number, I lost my reliance privileges which I was earlier enjoying. Why should I pay Rs. 400 as the rental now for the DOCOMO postpay. How can TATA sell SIM without knowing accessibility of 3G under the pretext of providing 3G services.                                 Hi team, I am having a postpaid connection with Tata Docomo with mobile Number - [protected]. I have been requested to activate a plan of "Local+Std" plan, but the tata docomo executive has been activated a wrong plan of Local+roaming and I was not informed about this plan then in the next billing they have been charged me an amount of Rs.4087.00 which is totally a fake charge. So I raised a complain in docomo regarding this amount complain No[protected] they told it's a fault from docomo executive who activated the wrong plan so they will wave off the access amount and immediately changed the plan to my requested plan which is "Local+Std" of Rs.899+service tax, but they till this date[protected] didnt wave off the access amount which is of Rs.2806 and instead again without informing me they send me message with issue resolved. I again placed a complaint against this complain no[protected] and they told in call it will get resolved no need to worry, but still it is not resolved and again got a message with issue has been resolved and also with lots of warning messages that due amount is pending with Rs.2806, but I paid my rest actual amount which is Rs.1280.00 before due date. Now for this month they have raised a bill of Rs.1785 in which again a fake charge of Rs. 368.50 has been included for making Std calls, but as per my plan of Local + Std should be free. this amount also should wave off only I should be charged with a valid amount of bill and I am ready to pay the valid amount as well. Kindly do the needful

                                  I jaykumar gupta [protected] a tatadocomo customer am facing very strange problem in nation where ministry of I&B claims rule of law but it appears that all are only paper. I activated full DND on my number and it was confirmed For past few weeks I started getting Marketing calls from +91140... numbers, some of them says activate your caller tune. I made a complaint to the 1909 customer service, they registered the complaint and no remedies. When I cotact local office it reply it is not matter of TATADOCOMO and u can register complaint in police. I repeatedly try to contact customer care there was one only press 1, 2 3 but not result I presume this is a deliberate act by Tata Docomo 1909 customer service, because it happened few times exactly the same way. I would like to go with a legal action against the following: 1) After activating full DND I started receiving marketing calls. As per TRAI regulation each first call/message after full DND Rs: 5000 and following calls/message Rs: 20000 has to be paid. As per the marketing calls I received it will be about 1 x 5000 + 15 x 20000 (Rs: 3, 05000). 2) Being a full paid customer of the Tata Docomo Mobile Network, I am not receiving a proper customer service from the Network Provider, who deliberately ignores the customers calls/requests or even shown courtesy to call back to acknowledge the status of the complaint. Cc representative accepted my request for change song, but Unfortunately they deactivate my service and again reactivate again in same time and charged me 36 rs unnecessarily.
                                    In system they mentioned that I deactivated that service.
                                    Do u really think i am fool to deactivate service and reactivate on same time again.
                                    Please check call records of that day if you want but please do help me.
                                    This is really hopless kind of customer harassment.
                                    I just want my credit back.

                                        Respected Sir, I had recently faced the internet off on 25, 26 and 27 of September. I am using Tata Docomo carrier as internet service provider from my mobile. I am using internet to work online. But these days the internet was off by the company. Recently ISP companies are banning internet for no clause. I wish you will recieve my complaint and help me to stop fraud done by Tata Docomo. I believe in LAW and Government. And i also believe LAW works with equality regardless of rich or poor.
