I Atit Sharma, having the Connection of Tata DoCoMo Postpaid Connection for last 4 years Connection Number is [protected] Purchased at Vadodara, Gujarat . Now, i retrench from job and moved to my Home location, Punjab . i, m trying to cancel my connection due to its rent is very high around 1000 rs per month and receiving all calls on roaming. i requested the same to customer care and they are convincing me to change it to prepaid number due to m valuable customer by only submitting the document to the nearest centre, ie Jamalpur, Ludhiana. Now, i went to third time to the jamalpur tata DoCoMo centre they saying to give the documents, reference number and photographs. First time, they are trying to say this number is of Gujarat you have to go to the and have to submit the request to the Vadodara tata DoCoMo centre. Now, they are saying to give the photographs, reference number etc etc .i tried to say that i have the prepaid connection already of tata DoCoMo u check urs database system u will get all the documents in yours but they denied to do this.
I want say that if i am valuable customer to Tata DoCoMo then why they not easily converting the postpaid connection to Prepaid .
The same problem is with their service of Tata Photon, requested them to. check the signal connection of Tata Photon having number [protected]. Instead of solving problem they saying to buy new tata Photon Wifi Service. Due to signal problem i ma missing my Every Sunday Classes.
i m requesting what should i do with them . Now, i am going to hold their payments. i m paying the rent for these service for last three months that is no use for me .
