Hi team, I am having a postpaid connection with Tata Docomo with mobile Number - [protected]. I have been requested to activate a plan of "Local+Std" plan, but the tata docomo executive has been activated a wrong plan of Local+roaming and I was not informed about this plan then in the next billing they have been charged me an amount of Rs.4087.00 which is totally a fake charge. So I raised a complain in docomo regarding this amount complain No[protected] they told it's a fault from docomo executive who activated the wrong plan so they will wave off the access amount and immediately changed the plan to my requested plan which is "Local+Std" of Rs.899+service tax, but they till this date[protected] didnt wave off the access amount which is of Rs.2806 and instead again without informing me they send me message with issue resolved. I again placed a complaint against this complain no[protected] and they told in call it will get resolved no need to worry, but still it is not resolved and again got a message with issue has been resolved and also with lots of warning messages that due amount is pending with Rs.2806, but I paid my rest actual amount which is Rs.1280.00 before due date. Now for this month they have raised a bill of Rs.1785 in which again a fake charge of Rs. 368.50 has been included for making Std calls, but as per my plan of Local + Std should be free. this amount also should wave off only I should be charged with a valid amount of bill and I am ready to pay the valid amount as well. Kindly do the needful

    Sir few days ago i am costumer in tata docomo postpaid and every time i paid my bill through credit card and now i am transferring in idea postpaid so tatadocomo card was deactivated now and i paid 504 rupees through the paytm thats means i paid two times so i want refund my money in my paytm account

      I been using tata broadband service for past 2 months. Account no. [protected]. Although complaining continuously from past 7 days, there is no response. I have made many calls to customer care regarding this but every time i am getting same response that it will get resolve within 24hrs. I have been facing internet connection issues from the time i have taken this connection. Worst service by tata docomo.

        I had filed a mnp application to switch my number from tata docomo to vodafone. i called the customer care to confirm that i want to port but they said i can confirm the same only when the concern department calls me...my phone is not reachable most most of the times and that is one of the reasons i want to port...so when they call me my number is not reachable and i fail to conform it..

          They called me for set caller tune on my mobile phone and I asked to set 'CVTech Inc' and they say OK and they charge me 270 yearly and 5 INR monthly, but now they put Caller tune with my name Sunil Chaudhary and I don't want this tune and as they have charged me amount. I want two things, 1. they put my caller tune as with CVTech Inc. or don't charge me any money and I don't want any caller tune, if they don't do honesty with my case, I will go to consumer court to complaint about TATA. Like that they give false inform, action to customers and make money and their customer care people said sorry sir, but we don't want sorry we want justice.

            I was just given a request from postpaid to prepaid but they have been discounted the number and they told that they will recreat but now they are demanding to pay 1 lakh rs I have all the mails and I am running behind they regularly but no proper response Del no-[protected] even I had send mail also they are telling we are not getting details of your number kindly visit Docomo office if we go there they asking 1 lakh rs so please help me to resolve the problem contact no-[protected]/[protected]

            Still my complete as not solved and you asked me to give contact number which I had shared in twitter after that I just received will contact you but why you people are not taking any action to resolve is it become you guys very difficult to resolve such a small case.
            Please share your contact number I will call you. Your 48 working hours also completed now I think by Monday i will send you consumer court notice and also in media that TATA DOCOMO asking 1 Lakh Rs for my number which they had discount.

            As I received the same commucation as on friday on twitter and today u had send me the mail to wait for 48 hours I dont under stand what's happening why do you need time again and again I need you to take seriously action and resolve this issue and activate my number.

            Still I did not got any response from you guys still 48 hours is not happen for you and what kind of service you are providing to customer I don't no because you can't even solve one problem then what service you will give to customer i am regularly sending mail but you are not even bothered to response to my mails.Your services its to worst.

              Despite repeated complaints charges for auto activation of VAS are not being reversed. Consumer executiveds are not even not accepting the fault in the system.I have even warned that I will approach the consumer forum.They are waisting my time for such silly errors on their level.

                My mobile number is [protected]. When I dial *123# in my mobile offers are showing i[censored] recharge ₹192 you will get 1500mb data and validity 30 days.. Today I got recharge for ₹192 . But I got only 1200mb data. I have spoken with executive they are not responding properly.. What the thinking tatadocomo about customers.cheating with offers...

                We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as call was not answered. In this regards, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 192 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 12.59PM credited with the benefit of 1.2GB data for 30 days. However, the extra benefit of 300MB has been already credited on[protected] at 09:30PM. Hence, there is no discrepancy on your account.

                  I was happy living with my docomo prepaid network (though there were some network issues), got frequent calls from postpaid agents and they convinced me to opt for post paid, since then my life is disaster.. lot of network issues, customer care not responding, billing issues.. life is hell

                      My Photon number : [protected] This is one of the pathetic responses that I could get from such a reputed company like yours. I’ve been trying to call you on your customer care cell but the system doesn't allow to speak to a customer care officer, this started happening after I raised this complaint, I tried calling your nodal desk during the working hours & none seems to respond on those numbers as well, When you make promises of giving services then isn’t it your responsibility to ensure the service is seamless, From last one week I am unable to connect to the internet from my location, every time I try connecting the GUI page gives me an error “No service” Failed to connect to the network, please retry later or search for networks from the network setting page”, I am enclosing the screen shot for your perusal. Your call back team gave me a response that the network has no problem, the issue is with the laptop & he made me to do few changes on my laptop, STILL THAT DIDN’T WORK, so the agent told me to change the dongle, Taking his advise I took your dongle to the nearest docomo store at kalamessery, There the device didn’t show any problem at all, This is to bring to your notice that I am writing this email from my laptop & by connecting through your Wifi dongle from another location.(not from my home where the problem still persists) Therefore the lap top as well as the dongle has no issues, ISN'T THIS SUFFICIENT FOR YOUR NETWORK TEAM TO DO SOME HOME WORK ON CORRECTING THE NETWORK PROBLEM THAT I AM FACING AT MY LOCATION?

                        Dear sir/mam, This is to inform you that tata docomo is giving false promises and adds. whenever i subscribed to there 8 Rs daily internet pack there is written 50 Mb but they provide only 40 Mb. today they deducted my balance from mobile, though my net balance was left, customer care told me that whenever it is less than 10 Mb for multiple browsing extra charges will be applied and this was not informed to me prior or i never came across this type of extra charges. After subscribing 8 Rs pack it will show 40 Mb as my net balance but on their menu they have written 50 Mb. i was using this plan for many months but now i have noticed they are fooling us so i want some strict actions to be taken against them or they must give my money back for every 8 Rs recharge. MY MOBILE number of tata docomo is [protected] and i am 19 years old and presently doing my B.E from Bangalore.

                          Hello Tata Docomo Team I was so happy by being a part of Tata Docomo service by taking a post paid connection. indeed i was getting good information til last month but last month i was informed wrongly and get charged extra in my bill. Infact i called more than 5 times to customer care to make sure about your service in Delhi along with the location details with pincode. and i was informed by one of your untrained and uneducated executives that in delhi i have tata service in janakpuri and there wont be any extra charges because the place which i mentioned was tata coverage area. but today when i was checking my bill i got shocked by seeing your service and the words which you offered while talking with customer care...if you cant promise what you offer, then what and why the hell you are misguiding us... i am charged extra 500 rupees for no reason and also misinformation, misguidance by your team. you can check my last ten calls of customer care and listen the recorded version of my talk and your executives . Literally it would be greatly appreciated if you could check the recorded versions of my last ten calls and wave off this extra charge.why should i pay for your mistake.chk the call which i made to CC or the reason of calls. they must have added or typed a comment about the purpose of call . i am happy to pay the bill which i used to pay everymonth.                               Hello Sir, I purchased tata photon max wifi from Tata photon web site and got it in two days but this devices is not working in my dell laptop with windows 8.1 even not able to detect by my system and i have registered a complain in 9-Sept-2015 they promised me a engineer visit and resolve the issue but i could not get any call from Tata photon customer care nor from there engineer.I made so many calls till not but could not get any solution. Very Poor services they are providing to there customer. Please resolve my issue. My complain no is :PTCD1291335

                                Hi, my wired phone number: 6621855 a/c no:[protected] my connection was terminated after due date but now your collection executive asking me 7304/- rs. but my pack was 386/- . I did not paid bill due to executive miss guided me. he is still available I asked him he said he send an email to change pack. actually he said 100/- bill per month excluding tax. even after 1 month due non payment, connection will stop outgoing automatically by system after 7days and after 15days connection will terminate( I spoke with customer support over phone they said this procedure). but they are sending me 7months bills. with 749/- pack. first month 386 next months 749/-. I received an email with 1500/- bill. after that I did not get any emails and bills. EVEN after termination of my connection how I got 7 months bills. I surprised and approached my lawyer he said write an mail to you to resolve issues?

                                  Recharged smspack 35 with description '800 Local/National SMS. Validity: 30 Days' from website. I felt cheated when the sms sent to non-tata mobiles were charged. When I contacted customer care, they told its for on-net tata sms only. But it was not mentioned in the website. I contacted cust care through chat, mail and phone and they told they will refund my 35 rs. Still not done. If there is no refund, I will be porting all my 5 tata connections including a post paid to some other connection. The tata cust care support is the worst.

                                    Been two months I have been calling and running around to get my tata photon wifi max duo replaced. The product is not upto the mark - the charging pin broke and their argument is that this is physical damage as per policy. How is that a policy if a device meant to be mobile and portable loses its charging pin on just 3 months o[censored]se. Called the following numbers -- [protected] - Your advanced IVRS tells the amount due but the customer care guys have no idea what conspires in your stores. The last guy Jagdish actually said that since Rajouri store is non responsive I must go to Ashok vihar or Lajpat nagar or Shahdra (I stay in Janakpuri) [protected] - (RAJOURI INDICOM STORE) - Went here first, the here says that there is no stock and i must call the customer care to prompt more stock .. can you believe that .. [protected] - The Fatehnagar Indicom store gave this number. They said this is the number of some new service centre in Motinagar. There was no response. By the way the ringtone should be your jingle and not some love song. Felt very unprofessional. Funny that your brand managers don’t map your brand image. Rest assured your brand is so big that no amount complaints will tarnish your image or prompt you to improve on quality. Thats the unfortunate truth of having a large customer base. Hope shame kills your product or at least makes you work like professionals. Thanks and Regards Indicom’s truly unhappy customer

                                      I(Sourav Singh) submitted my documents at Tata Indicom True Value Shoppee(RAJ BROTHERS TVS-Rajabazar, Address-2A Dr.M.N.Chatterjee Sarani, Kolkata-700009 Telephone[protected], Mobile-[protected], [protected])Franchisee Code:KOV153VS0001. I came to know from CC email that my document was not submitted for verification. But when I called the Tata Docomo Exclusive Brand Store Rajabazar, to check the same they said that document was rejected by Tata Docomo because my signature was not matching which is 100% lie. @Docomo - I went to Rajabazar for last prepaid cdma sim available there to use it for my EVDO smartphone as I could not get prepaid cdma sim anywhere in chennai or kolkata. I spend Rs190(Rs99 for sim and Rs90 recharge STV) but total amount waste.Your franchise is building coffin for Tata Docomo.This is damaging reputation of your organization..I held Tata Docomo responsible for any misuse of my voter id card xerox at your exclusive store. I am a heavy internet user and wanted to use EVDO service but invain my number is not activated.I was big fan of Tata Docomo but slowly I am losing faith due to your franchise. Please cancel such franchise else you will lose more subscribers. I am posted at chennai hence cannot submit the documents again at kolkata.

                                      Finally Tata docomo resolved the problem. Thanks to the consumer complaints forum for forwarding the complaint to tata docomo team.
                                      Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Same thing happened with MTSIndia, but atleast their brand store did not misuse my documents.I paid Rs 402, mailed high level management to activate my mts kolkata number. Their higher management officials acted immediately and activated it.

                                        Disconnected the services and charged rentals. No network for 11 days and I was charged rental, told that my number can be converted to prepaid after the settlement and even after submitting the forms they are asking me to pay for services I haven't used. Cross connections and very poor network. They changed my plan without any prior information or notice and they say that they have notified me. No email or sms was sent regarding it. Once in case of emergency I had no network and it nearly accounted for my life. Very bad provider. I advise people to never use this service. I will appeal against cancellation and move to a better provider. These people are big rip off.
                                        Very Pathetic, big money looters, poor service, very poor customer service, biggest liars and even the agents tell me not to use it and switch to Idea or other provider as they don't provide these options openly. Such a worst and irresponsible company. Looks like Tata brand is really pathetic. Shame on Ratan Tata and his company. He should be hiding as he doesn't have the guts to face people. Shame on him.
