I applied for a Tata Titanium credit card as I needed a card with balance transfer option without any charges. I was told that this card has 0 balance transfer charges for upto 60 days and I can receive the card within a week, therefore I applied for it. First thing, I received the card in 2 weeks and then came to know that it had 2% processing fees for 2 months balance transfer option. This made no sense. There was no reason for me to apply for a card with annual charges when it did not even fulfill the one requirement that I had. I felt cheated. I straightaway raised a complaint (11th Aug) against those people and wanted a resolution right away, otherwise I was willing to close the card. I was told that resolution would be provided max by 25th Aug. When I heard nothing from you till 24th Aug, I asked for an a/c closure. I was assured that the a/c is closed and a waiver request has been placed. I confirmed the same once again. Still, this month I receive a sms stating that there is a due amount on my card. I was surprised and agitated, therefore I called customer care and was shocked to find that even though I had closed my card on 24th August, I was still charged late payment charges. He also told me that he could take the waiver request but still I need to pay the minimum due otherwise again late charges would be fined. I was really shocked and surprised to see the extent to which card companies could go to rob innocent customers. There was no action against that fraud person who lied and lured me into applying for the card, but I am suffering here as the company wants to extract every bit it can from innocent customer. I did not expect this thing from brands like Tata & SBI. My CIBIL report is suffering because of you cheat guys.

    They want to earn a lot with the missed call alert.. Why we have to pay you for their inability to provide proper network? For the past 2 months I tried to get it changed at least for my number. They will give some number to dial and change, but it wont work. My numbers we have tried are [protected] and [protected] and [protected]

      Rupees 50 has been deducted from my balance without any recharge or any net recharge. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it any how. This types of problems are very common in docomo you got to raise your service guys. Mmm

      Also i tried dialling *191# to know my last recharge info. No response.

        Without any request or confirmation from my side, I suddenly gets a message as follows "Chulbuli Chat is activated at Rs30 for 30 days. Dial 5330011 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). at 23-Sep-15 22:30PMREF ID is 16146854". And I lost my balance all of a sudden . Since this is completely inappropriate, I request the company authorities to kindly refund my balance you have dedected for a service I have never requested for.Why should i have to go through all these trouble just because I'm your customer please kindly solve my problem

          I have sent email on customer care and there no reply except acknowledgement of the email. my credit limit was 3000/. but arbitaririly they enhanced limit of 9000/- inspite of requesting not to enhance any limit.

          for 10 day international roaming request was activated for Rs. 499/- which activated on 22nd may 2015. Where download data charges for just 5% of the rate prevailing but charges for just 30 mb of Rs approx. 19772/

          I was told that if I pay 2500/- one time the bill will be settled . So such rectification in bill took place so far.

          You are requested to kindly go through all the bills for last 12 months where my average bill is 1200/-. Since you have disconnected all incoming and outgoing whrereas you have been sending bill with charges for the services you have not been rendering.

          Kindly correct the above and reply at the earliest by email at [protected]@gmail.com.

            My 3G data pack was about to expire by Sep 20, 2015 at 11.59 PM. So i recharged my number for extension of that existing data validity ( 1900 MB of 3G data ) with 156 through PAYTM at 11.21 PM on Sep 20, 2015, payment was successful but the transaction with DOCOMO was not successful because of the OPERATOR DOWN issue, so the transaction was queued for processing. This caused me lose the remaining data of 1900 MB and the reason i recharged for 156 is to extend the unused data. But later at 5:31 AM on Sep 21, 2015 the transaction was processed from DOCOMO side. I contacted the customer care to get this sorted out, but though i selected ENGLISH language i was connected to Kannada section and i was made to disconnect the call with customer representative ( not even forwarded it to English section ). After that disconnection i was not allowed to get connected with customer reps. I want this to be clarified. My mobile number : [protected]

                  I had got there card in pune in 2012 and stopped using it completely by the 2013. I hadnt received any statement until one fine day in feb 2015 they send me a statement of 1400 rs .I was shocked initially and contacted them .They replied after ages and told me that it for some Card protection plan .I told them its very unethical to charge without informing the user and since i dont want the card u pls cancel it and close the account. They kept sending statements and added fine on something I never gave a consent for. Then I received an email from their end saying ur account has been cancelled and u can cut the card and discard. Even after all this im still receiving statements and fine itself is 5oo every month, This is utter nonsense. they are not resolving it and asking me to pay the amount.

                      I am using docomo since 15 days and today I have received a bill amount of Rs.45000 which is completely unreal and also my connection is barred. I strongly believe that they have made some huge mistake in this bill calculation which they have not accepted yet. I expect them to resolve the issue asap and be loyal to there customers.

Your subscription to Superstore35 is renewed at Rs 35.0 for 7days till 27-Sep-15.To Stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(tollree)".and Rs 35 was deducted. I have DND activated and I have not activated any such service by any means.
                        I SMS to 155223 at 8.19 AM on 21/09/2015 I got message fromTA-HUWWAP stating that
                        " Hi! We have not received your response till now. To go back to main menu send STOP to 155223".Please stop deduction in my balance.

                        Hi,
                        This is Dr. Vishwanath (# [protected]) and I have same irritating problem as others. It is such annoying thing from TATADOCOMO that without concerning and getting prior permission from customer, TATADOCOMO deduct money from my talk time. I have not authorized to any one and not asked any humgama/TA-HUWWAP to deduct my money from talk time. It is really very irritating and this is happening for second time for me. At least TATA DOCOMO should ask prior permission to know whether we really need that service or not? If they cannot cross check all these they how can you safeguard customer safety and other stuffs?
                        It is really tempting me to port my number to other providers as I have not heard any such instances from my friends.

                        TATADOCOMO please take care of this issue before it get worse and worse.

                          My sim was deactivated because of some document issues..i was not told about it..again i visited there tata docomo office(tower square, indore branch)they asked me to provide sme more documents but then also they didnt activated my sim..when again i visited there..their attitude was not good they refused by saying that they need some more documents..i provided them with all the documents again but still my sim is not activated..i am facing too luch problem as my incoming is also barred..the strict action should be taken on the employees for their response

                            I cancelled my Docomo postpaid simcards by contacting customer care and main office. Once i called main office they said we cancelled your sim cards.. You no need to pay bill we cancelled all..But they again generating bill for not using the sim cards for past one year.. I contacted main office several times but they are not responding and taking steps towards my bill and sim cards.. I keep on calling main office..                                 I am having a Docomo connection, number is [protected]. on 20 sep, 2015 I got an SMS from HUWWAP stating "Hi! You have subscribed to Docomo Deals at Rs5.0 for 1days.Due for renewal on 21-Sep-15.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)." I have not subscribed to any such pack. when I try to send SMS to stop, it is not accepting that also. and 5 rs got deducted today and seems it will get deducted everyday. kindly stop this service and revert my money back in my account balance.

We have raised a request for deactivating the service and the same will be deactivated soon and as of now there are no value added services are active. Kindly note that the any services will be activated post confirmation (twice) from your end.

                                    We would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center for better assistance regarding the same.
                                    Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face any concern kindly check with any handset service center for better assistance.

                                      Hello My name is Arjun and my number is +91-[protected] I had recharged for Rupees 40, about 1 hour back from now at 5 PM (18th September 2015), and I have not received my recharge yet which I urgently require. I have had various other problems in the past such as receiving 2G when I had opted/recharged for 3G, etc. I am thinking of discontinuing services from Tata Docomo and change my service provider, if this continues.

                                      We tried to speak with you personally on your number. However, the same was not reachable.
                                      We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records thoroughly on the given number [protected], there is no recharge of Rs.198/- was found on dated[protected], as the recharge was not successful due to transaction failure. However, the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of recharge. In case the amount is not credited within the specified time, we request you to check with your bank. If still face any concern kindly mail us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com with the 14-digit alpha numeric transaction ID (For Ex.ASMP[protected]) or with the bank statement from the date of recharge till date for further assistance.

                                        Hi,

                                        Tata Docomo are activated the VAS SERVICES by own and they charges to customer and reducing balance from them.

                                        My mobile number is:[protected]... they are activated this VAS service by own and they reduced my Amount Balance from my account balance.

                                        They are hopeless peoples...

                                        They are cheaters...

                                        and they telling me please send SMS to STOP.

                                        But actually I not started the VAS service and they charging me and again telling me you want to stop then send SMS.

                                        I am trying to complaint to customer care, they are always busy only Engage ringtones... customers are always waitting for them on phone... 1 to 2 minute they waiting and telling its your job to stop.

                                        TATA DOCOMO is madarchod/Hopeless company... I am so frustrated that's why I using BAD words here...
