Often balance deduction

Rupees 50 has been deducted from my balance without any recharge or any net recharge. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it any how. This types of problems are very common in docomo you got to raise your service guys. Mmm...

Balance deducted

Without any request or confirmation from my side, I suddenly gets a message as follows "Chulbuli Chat is activated at Rs30 for 30 days. Dial 5330011 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). at 23-Sep-15 22:30PMREF ID is 16146854". And I lost my balance all of a sudden . Since this is completely inappropriate, I request the company authorities to kindly refund my balance you have dedected for a service I have never...

Correcting bill of my mobile no 9820577725 - service provider

I have sent email on customer care and there no reply except acknowledgement of the email. my credit limit was 3000/. but arbitaririly they enhanced limit of 9000/- inspite of requesting not to enhance any limit.

for 10 day international roaming request was activated for Rs. 499/- which activated on 22nd may 2015. Where download data charges for just 5% of the rate prevailing but charges for just 30 mb of Rs approx. 19772/...

Recharge was not successful due to operator issue

My 3G data pack was about to expire by Sep 20, 2015 at 11.59 PM. So i recharged my number for extension of that existing data validity ( 1900 MB of 3G data ) with 156 through PAYTM at 11.21 PM on Sep 20, 2015, payment was successful but the transaction with DOCOMO was not successful because of the OPERATOR DOWN issue, so the transaction was queued for processing. This caused me lose the remaining data of 1900 MB and the reason i recharged...

Tata sbi card

False billing and connection barred

Increase of Data rate by 3 times-No Justification

I have a Tata docomo internet wifi dongle and signed up for a 20 GB package in Feb.Photon No-[protected].The plan was Rs 1000 -20 GB.Firstly I never got the promised speed anytime.Now they have sent me a message saying that they are discontinuing the 20 GB package because of low demand.On going to their site you can see that the 20 GB package is available for Rs 3000...A 3 times increase.Is this justified?
