MY Self Jitendra Kaliya i just Register one new TATA DOCOMO GSM connection on 30/03/14 and up to 28/04/14 i do not use that new number and they make my bill amount Rs. 578.00 and that is for not using any call charges but it was for Data Charges and when i see my data use..it was only a 20 mb so y the are charging that much amount i just call to customer care to see what they are making solution first i talk with deepak bhange he did not give me any solution n did not give me any complaint number i was asking for nortal officer number but they did not gave me . and then i tell him to transfer to his supervisor or escalation the call was hold on more then 15 min then call diverted to ashish adsare he also did not give me any solution and the company which given this type of services in customer support and they gave a rude behaviour n answer to question's and no polite at all..my account number is[protected] so i get my bill before before 1 hr now i do not get any solution i will take legal action again Tata docomo company About there policy.

    Hi Team, My connection number : [protected] So many people have called me for my Tata Docmo connection however no one is interested to address the core concern. I would like to rephrase my statement and please take time to read this carefully before calling to me. I have bought this connection on 21st April'14 and one of your executive visited my place somewhere at 11:00 AM and before hand over the money & connection he said it will be activated today evening or tomorrow morning 8AM. I suppose to login on 22nd April'14 because of some urgent official work however when it was not activated morning by 8AM so I have called your customer care and they were looking for 10 digit Docomo number which was not available with me because the connection was not activated ( I came to know after activation only) I took help from Chat, Voice & Feedback team however I haven't got proper response from any of the team and I have got this mail id from appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com mail id also which have no use. After raising the complaint to Executive President Mr. Deepak Gulati I have got call from Khushboo on 23rd April'13 at 10 AM and she understand my concern and she have told that she will write a mail to me and I have to reply back with issue resolution however till date I haven't got any mail from Khushboo. My connection was activated after so much of struggle. I have gone through with lot of mental harassment and top of that I have lost one day salary for that day because of not internet. This is started just because of wrong commitment given by your executive & no ownership taken by any of your team (Voice, Chat & Email) My expectation : - I am looking for 3 Months free connection (Usage is 650 per month) If I did not get reply till 31st April'14 Midnight 23:59 First thing I will publish my experience on following Social Networking Websites and will share this experience with office colleagues also.       Dear Sir, I had to change my Sim card into a Micro-Sim as I have purchase a new phone . The micro - sim started working as soon as inserted the same. But whenever I am trying to call it's get disconnected. I am getting error saying call not allowed. I have to switch off & on the phone every time I have to call someone. I contacted with the customer care team and the executive told me that your problem will get solved within 48 hours. When I asked for complaint number he said " I cannot provide the same and have escalated the matter with my senior". Still I am facing the same problem.         I used Tata Docomo Broad Band connection since 2+ years and i am a prompt payment customer. In month of January 2014, i faced problem of regularly disconnect of service and launched several complaints. The supporting engineer was fed up of visiting the home and said the actual problem in our area (i.e., in Evershine Nagar, Malad (W), Mumbai) that municipal is not giving permission to dig the road to solve the problem, please disconnect your service, it's best option. I called to customer service and registered the complaint of disconnection of the service (i.e., on 31st Jan 2014) and the complaint no:[protected] and said that connection will be permanently disconnected on 7th Feb 2014. (Bill generation is from every 9 of month till 8 of next month). I got a call from customer service for payment of Feb 2014 bill (i.e., 09/02/2014 to 08/03/2014). I informed them that i already disconnected the service how come bill get generated, they are not in position to give the details of activation of service(i.e., when i called them or mailed them for activation of the service). I did mail communication with [protected]@tatatel.co.in and they are not in a position to listen or enquiry the problem, just saying to clear outstanding bill of Rs. 673/- Now i am surprised once again seeing one more bill get generated for month of March 2014 (i.e. 09/03/2014 to 08/04/2014) when i put my words in the mail they are saying please clear your outstanding bill of Rs. 1332/-. Please provide your inputs on the same, attached the screen shots of mail communication with [protected]@tatatel.co.in. for your reference. [protected]@tatatel.co.in

        At last upon telling them that the mail id that you provided was not a valid one. They gave me another mail id appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com for escalation of the problem, the mail was send but i still not 100% confirm whether it is a valid one or not?

        No one is listening my concern for the issue above and so don't want to prolong it long, at last paid the bill today.

        But one thing i want to tell everyone, if you are deactivating any service of TATA DoCoMo and raised complaint of deactivation. After that please don't listen to any of customer care service of Tata Docomo they will make your connection active and generate bills accordingly unnecessarily we need to pay the bill which we haven't used the service.

          below is my reply to tata docomo demand notice and all i get in return is legal notice. its a worst customer service i ever received.
          anyways you guys can carry on...i dont care...

          Hi there,

          I have already cleared all my dues. Request you to kindly check your records. I have already gone through lot of frustration due to your bad services and illogical and unfair recovery process. Can you please stop harassing me by sending such unnecessary notices.

          As per my earlier complaint mail and several calls I already informed you about the issue however I am reiterating this that just because of my brand loyalty I have paid for six months though I have getting very poor speed. If you check my previous records I have always paid my bill on time. It was only one month when due to your poor customer service I decided not to pay that one months bill and I did not use your services after that month still you guys kept charging me though services were not.

          I wish if your customer service was even half effective as your recovery service I would never had to change to vodaphone.

          When I took the decision not to pay one months bill before that I sent mail to your customer service that if issue is not resolved now than I will switch to another service provider and on that I got only one call from your customer service that my area has the issue when I told the executive that this issue is since six months executive had no answer.

          However in february 2014 due to your annoying recovery calls I have paid that one month's outstanding bill as well and your recovery executive has promised me that she will show the pending amount as discount as that was the only auto generated bill when there was no usage.

          After this if this harassment doesn't stop I will have to go to consumer forum because your company is not appreciating my patience of 6 months when I was paying you though I was getting 512 kbps speed and you are sending me such annoying notices to pay money for what I have not used.

          I even have a signed letter from your recovery executive where he has promised to settle and close the account and show remaining balance as discount.

            I got a message from td-610457 -"DHAMAKA OFFER! 50 Local/STD Minutes sirf Rs14 me poore 30din ke liye. Offer kewal 20-Apr-14 tak. Extra Min/Val 72hr me. Want Full Talktime? Call 123(tollfree)"
            Then i recharged my number on 19th april with 14 Rs... What i got some 20 min and 2 days validity.
            I waited for 72 but got no extra ballance and validity.. Then i called customer care and customer care executive told me that system upgradation is going on he cant help and told me to call after 2 hours.. After two hours every time i called and failed to talk to costumer care a computer voice Told me that all our executive are busy at the moment... That day called several times but with the same computer voice whole day told me all Executives are busy at the moment.. Next day i called same thing happend executive Told me to call after two hours then After two Hours same compUter voice told me the same thing.. Today is the fourth day of this kind of behaviour froM you costumer care.. I am wRiting this thing to tata docomo on behalf of every costumer who are facing this kind of problem with your services... Stop cheating us and stop harrasing us mentally...

              Yesterday I have some 53.55 Rs currency in my mobile. Suddenly I got a msg from 50202, that I have subscribed for GIRL ZONE @ Rs 50 for 60 days through IVR - Interactive Voice Response. To notify everyone, I never give ok option for OBD - On-Board Diagnostics messages. I also receive calls from Tata DOCOMO's IVR. Even for that, simply without listening the voice, I will disconnect the call. Already, I have complained here with same kinda issues twice. Just without the customers knowledge or permission, simply there are activating some services, whenever we have currency in mobile with more than 50 Rs. And on calling to customer care, they said I'd activated through Internet. Since I am not using Internet on mobile how could I ??? I want my 50 Rs back Its a day looting job. DOCOMO can't understand this!!! DOCOMO, do wants to loose your reputation online??? Frustrated with your service, . Better, I need to change my mobile operator through MNP i guess!                 My balance was 331 Rs, with 800 MB of 3G data remaining. I downloaded some videos of 250 MB and disconnected . It showed 550 MB remaining 3G data. Then I realised that I forgot to check my mail. I turned on Mobile data, and I started checking mails, suddenly i got a message on my phone. "YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO MAKE THIS CALL". I turned off mobile data. I checked the balance, it was 0.03 Rs. First of all I do not know where the hell all the 550MB remaining 3G data disappeared. Secondly how my balance came down to null. I mean, Tata Docomo people should have an answer for this. This is not the first time I have used this 3G pack. Last 2 yrs I am using same pack every month. Same thing happened several times before, but that time i did not have much balance in my account. This time its heights. I do not know what these guys get by cheating the customers. This is a fraud company.

                Hi everyone. Regarding this issue i got a call first, the guy said it is because i browsed some private sites. I do not know what does it mean by private sites. Moreover he is saying its because of multiple site browsing. I don't know what the hell it means. I can see how much data is downloaded and uploaded. There are so many android apps just for that purpose. Still he is saying the balance got deducted because of multiple sites browsing. These people are cheaters. Fraud company. They have not specified it in their terms and conditions while making the recharge. Seriously disgusting.

                I am an IT guy. No one has to teach me what is Multiple sites browsing, what is data and what is bandwidth.

                Now we can't say anything. If they say my 5000 got deducted for private browsing, then i ll have to say OK. We don't have any other option but to say "OK, I AGREE" and hang up the call. This is a very bad way to treat the customer. Rude, worse experience ever.

                Cheater fraud company.

                  Sir, Today i have a problem with the tata docomo.,
                  They deduce my balance Rs 31 without any info.
                  As i know its renewable but when i call to 155223 they said that u have no any Pack is activated so I relaxed.,

                  And i tried to call customer care to deactivate the pack but they said that "You have tried no. of times and call is disconnected"

                  So plz tell how i will deactivate my pack now its activate and as i know customer own himself says that try to call 155223 to deactivate any pack...
                  I think thats the mistake from the DOCOMO,
                  I m student so plz...
                  I request you t return my balance ..
                  And i hope you will take my issue seriously.
                  I hope I will use continuely with the hope to returm my balance.

                  Hi I am Usha, I Have Been using Tata Docomo Network Since 2 Years, This is the 3rd Time i am facing the Problem with Unnecessary Balance Deduction,

                  Today Morning I Have Activated an Offer With 16/- for "15 days Unlimited Whatsapp Service" Then I started Using whatsapp for 4 Hours Then Suddenly I have checked My Balance then I Observed that Money is Deducting from My Main Balance, Then I Have Complained to TATA Docomo Customer Service Center, Then They Said that U need to Signout of All the applications which are Already Opened, Then I did the Same Thing and Checked the Balance After 5 Mins Then I Have Observed the same Deduction. Then I have Called to the Customer Care again but they Could not received the Call More Over they Blocked the Number, Then I tried from Another Number, Now Connected But he is not Responding well, So I am Complaining here To Resolve the Issue as early as Possible

                  Its been 5 days, I didn't Get any Response from Tata Docomo Team..Still How Many Days do I need to Wait to Resolve My Issue..

                  Sir, my(mob.[protected]) its been again balance deduction with in a week, which was solved just 3days before again they have deducted 34rs from my account without any information, this really an unethical process that this company had, they total deduct whole amount expect (0.05ps)were we can't make call to customer care.So i request you to solve this process as soon as possible and i also request you to make mark against this type of process in future.Thank you

                    I am K.Murali and held tata photon service which was shifted from my brother. Due to the bankrupt, I called the customer care people on Jan 8, 2014 and I asked for the cancellation of the service. But, they polishly asked me to change the plan. I was so strong but they were so strong to keep my account. What happened recently is they are asking me to pay for the original plan and I told them that I don't want to pay the original plan. I specifically told the customer care people that due to this change, please keep the plan change and dont ask me to pay for the next month and they agreed to pay. And they started to send message which are very rude that non payment of this due will lead you to legal consequences. My brother is planning to take home loan and being scared to come under the scanner of sibel, I paid the amount on behalf of my brother. Please help me in this regard to get my amount back.

                    Because today morning I got sms from the docomo saying that this month bill is 139 and I have to pay this. But, on Feb 11, 2014 I got sms saying I have to pay 1400 rupees and I paid it. I also requested that I dont need any of tata service after that. And I havenot used the instrument after that. But, god sake, I dont know how it activated and how the next month bill got generated, god only knows.

                    Literally speaking, I am unable to digest these kind of services.

                      Hi Team, Really very disappointed with the support. I had called yesterday and the rep I spoke to was very rude and he was just warning me stating that this is a professional call and even though I have not used. I have been trying to explain the situation and he is not listing to what I am trying to inform. I have recorded the call and will go ahead and put this in YouTube and Facebook. I will contact the Consumer Court and will sue u all for the irresponsible work that u guys have caused and the inconvenience that is been caused by Tata Photon I called yesterday at 9:30 PM and the rep was trying to just disconnect the call and when tried to escalate the call there was no managers around. All I wanted to know about the Device cost refund, the amount should be deducted as I have stopped using the Photon due to the Device issue. As the device gets heated up. This is one of the worst experience that I ever had. I requested him to hold for 2 Min and with in 10 Sec hbe disconnected the call this informs that he is not willing to speak / nor willing to support the customer. He was always interrupting me from speaking and he thinks that he is a boss and we have to listen what a stupid mentality and I was trying to explain the situation and he is least bothered to listen to the customer instead wants me to stop talking. This is not at all acceptable. I NEED THE MONEY BACK FOR THE DEVICE AS THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE WAS RUDE AND I AM NOT GONNA PAY THE BILL AS WELL FOR THE INCONVIENCE CAUSED BY HIM.                           Hi Team,

                          I am writing this mail with a view to seek justice against the monopoly followed up by Tata Telecommunications for receiving illicit bill payment charges from their ex-customers.
                          This is with reference to an account numbered:[protected], whose number has been literally forgotten by me due to the termination of the account more than an year. Apparently, post raising termination request for the account, I shoot up mails to the authorities requesting for its deactivation as well. Meanwhile, after some months post termination of this account, I went abroad and returned back recently to settle in Bangalore for work.

                          But to my astonishment, after more than an year of deactivation of a Tata Photon service account, I am receiving hoax calls from Legal Team of Tata Photon enacting the role of advocate; harassing me for non-payment of a forged bill of Rs 783, which they claim to be my outstanding amount and is now been served with a fake Legal Notice attested by some advocates post passing some threats of police station visits.
                          These authorities has to be admonished for disciplinary action as they are forcing a civilian to pay an amount for doing nothing as well as making a mockery of our legal system by taking advantage of such misinterpretation of legal bodies. Neither I owe any payment to Tata Photon nor I am using any of their service since Mar'13.

                          Anticipating a stern and sound action from the concerned authorities to live a nuisance and stress-free life devoid of such harassment calls and threats.

                            Hi Sir, My name is Abhishek Kumar bearing a tata docomo postpaid connection relationshio number[protected] phone number [protected]. They have barred my outgoing calls because of non payment of bill of Rs 3758.00. They have charged me Internet usage of Rs. 2201.63 while roaming. But I was roaming in docomo network(Bihar). So I should not be charged. Further, I complained on 16th April 2014 regarding no network coverage but it was not resolved but they updated it to resolved. Finally I got the coverage on 20th April 2014. Not only this, When I called them on 21st April to deactivate my Internet pack they didn't do it sayng that since my outgoing calls are barred they can't do it now. I can't get what this internet pack has to do with the outgoing call facility. Please help me out. After this I am going to get this connection closed along with my 5 friends who are also using docomo postpaid and will get any other connection

                              Hi, I am seema. i am using Tata photon plus for more than 3 years. I got a call from Nemesis solutions, the executive name is Latha to upgrade my photon plus device to 3G.While calling they explained that the plan whatever i am using will not changed and a discount of Rs.150 will be deducted in the existing bill amount ( currently i am using 444Cap plan whihc is IBM corporate plan). I bought the device on 29th march 2014 after i got the mail confirmation from Latha. But after frequent calls and complaints they activated 3G as a separate account, it was not done as up-gradation. The 3G plan is 1000 Rupees plan. why should i go for it. I havent connected the device even for a single time. I dont want to use that.I called them, so many times and they are not picking up the calls, i was getting different numbers and trying to contact them. Two times they asked for two days time to change the 1000Rs plan to 444Cap plan. But till today it is not changed. i asked them for Refund and taking back the device that was the promise from Nemesis solution.But that is also not happening. she was saying that they send a mail to head office and will respond only when she will get the reply. And she was telling that it is up to me to decide what to do.                               yes you have called and told you cant upgrade Tata Photon to 3G but what should i do with the new device.

                              Before getting the device I was getting so many calls until i bought the device.. Once the device sold out the response is very poor.
                              you said contact nearby Docomo store. For buying the device you delivered it @ door step. Why cant you provide the service in the similar manner.

                              I want my 3G to be activated with 444 UNL corporate plan. Tell me what should i do and what is the process.

                                i had a recharge of 249 pack with 1 GB internet pack on 27th march.
                                on 18th April i surfed on net, after completion of my surfing, they cut 136 Rs. from my main balance.
                                i checked my remaining MB by dialing *111*1#...and it shows that 1.15 MB was still remained.

                                Then at 11:30 pm i dialed to 198 to complain, they told me that the systems is updating, so plz call after one hour.
                                and the amazing thing is that they can pick your one(first)call and then u can't contact them in the next 24 hours, its always going busy, trust me i have tried sooooo many times but it didn't worked.

                                so the next day i called them from my friend's docomo no. told them the whole situation and i got the awesome response---
                                sorry for you inconvenience sir, can u hear me sir-2, we are checking sir, plz hold on for few more minutes sir, and eventually the mastermind told me that u have done multiple surfing, because of of that your main balance is deducted. then says can i help in some other issues, thanku sir.. then i said transfer is call to your superior, he told he is busy in another call, plz call us again thankuu.

                                WHAT THE HELL. they just learned the script without knowing the meaning or basics..I am IT student i know what multiple browsing is. But i do know when the data balance reaches below 100mb they can ROB you again

                                This is 2nd time, they cut off my main balance during surfing and the last time was 137 rs.on 19th feb 2014 and got the same ingenious response from customer service.
                                great...!!!

                                    I wanted to discontinue my TATA DOCOCMO WALKY phone no[protected] for which I had taken the highest Post Paid Plan of RS 1000/- per month. I had personally gone to TATA DOCOMO Mira Road Branch (Mumbai) on 14th march to get the phone connection disconnected, the person over their assured me that my phone will be disconnected with in 48 Hours. To my surprise the phone did not get disconnected but I received a message saying that my services are restored after your "Retention department” so called claimed that they had called me and resorted the connection after speaking to me. However ……… 1) I never received any call from TATA DOCOMO retention department even if I would have received any call I would have still wanted to cancel this connection. 2) Upon my investigation with the TATA DOCOMO call center team (worst ever) I came to know that they have spoken to some lady called Laxmi in a wrong alternate number and retained my connection. How could they retain the connection of a customer without even speaking to him, The phone connection clearly mentions that it is the name of “Rajpal Singh Gandhi " then how can the connection got restored without even speaking to the concerned person in which the phone connection is. While giving a connection they ask for several proofs and then they provide a connection is this not their responsibly to check that they speak to the concerned/right person in whose name the connection is for any issue. Let me give you the pain I have gone through to get my phone no cancelled. Kindly refer to your call center case ID No .[protected] made with Girish which is still open and also special mention that he is the Gentleman who had spoken to lady called Laxmi and restored my connection without even bothering to check that the connection name does not even match nor she is any ways related to me. After desperate attempt to cancel the connection I logged a complain call again on 1st April with Mr Ankit who again reassured that my outgoing will be cancelled in next 48 Hours( however am still waiting for 48 house even after 480 Hours have passed) Call ref no.[protected]. Still hopeful that being a TATA group company as per reputation they will be customer friendly but to my surprise the connection did not got cancelled and I logged another call Ref no .[protected] on 5h April and Spoke to Madam Shruti who again very confidently assured of disconnection but nothing happened. Now the worst was yet to happen... I have always paid my bills on time, but when it came to disconnection no one bothered in TATA DOCOMO, simply meaning that they want to exploit people thinking that we are fools and will keep paying them . After going to TATA DOCOMO center in Mira road for 10 times and making at least 50 Calls in the call center, I was told by Mr Sarfaraj ( Mira Road TATA DOCMO REP) not to pay bills till the disconnection request is processed and now TATA Docomo recovery department had started giving me calls to pay for the connection which I never wanted to use and had made request for cancellation more than 30 days before, is this not cheating and harassment. After going through above I still tried my last attempt to mail my complain to Nodal Officer at TATA Docomo and also their Ethics Department, After again false Commitment and no action still I have no option left but to call Consumer Court for help. I have gone through enough pain and trauma in getting my phone disconnected and I am a patient of “High BP", TATA DOCOMO’s attitude had made my heath condition even worse. Each time the TATA DOCOMOs recovery calls me for Bill I feel frustrated as I have never come across this ever in my life. I have to explain every time to them that this is something related to escalation, kindly do not call me but still they keep troubling me. They are not even bothered if I tell them that I will complain in consumer Court. Kindly take serious action against the company and help me get out of this. |

                                      Dear, Sir Myself Bijay Ketan Nayak, Orissa Balasore 12/4/2014 i was apply a new Tata walky connection 199 plane & Tata to Tata free in circle i have already pay Rs.1900.00 My Walky No is[protected]/4/2014 Balasore Tata sales Excutive Mr. Raghu Nath Nayak allotted me a old broken walky then i ask why you giving me old broken walky he told me give me 2 days i will provide a new walky after 3 days i was ask what happn my walky he told me you will call Tata help line & Tell my walky key paid is not working if you will not call. i will not provide you. then i was call to help line but help line told me you will be pay Rs.100 then we will send a Technician then i ask help line but help line told me we don 't know ask your sales Excutive then i ask sales Excutive Raghu Nath Nayak he told me all Senior Tata Employes are leave so i can't help you & till now tata to tata free service is not active & Tata send a bill to me from15/03/2014 to 14/04/2014 Rs, 236.00 & JE visit charges Rs.100 but i was apply 12/4/2014 & bill is coming from 15/3/2014 to 14/4/2014 so request you sir please resolve my problem, i think some tata Employe are thief Thanks & Regards Bijay Ketan Nayak contact: [protected]

                                        My plan ;was unlimited and tata docoma has generated bill with 3500RS. Also regarding 3G plan i have sent a mail and didn't received any response from tata docoma. I have a mail proof for the same.
                                        Also the sad thing is i got a call from them by asking me to pay my minimum amount. Till that day they were asking me to pay full amount and now they are asking me to pay my maximum limit amount.
                                        After tha i have sent a mail to tata docomo customer care then they are asking me to pay 3004RS.
                                        I don't know what's wrong with them. Are they playing with customers.
                                        Please help me out...
