i had a recharge of 249 pack with 1 GB internet pack on 27th march.
on 18th April i surfed on net, after completion of my surfing, they cut 136 Rs. from my main balance.
i checked my remaining MB by dialing *111*1#...and it shows that 1.15 MB was still remained.
Then at 11:30 pm i dialed to 198 to complain, they told me that the systems is updating, so plz call after one hour.
and the amazing thing is that they can pick your one(first)call and then u can't contact them in the next 24 hours, its always going busy, trust me i have tried sooooo many times but it didn't worked.
so the next day i called them from my friend's docomo no. told them the whole situation and i got the awesome response---
sorry for you inconvenience sir, can u hear me sir-2, we are checking sir, plz hold on for few more minutes sir, and eventually the mastermind told me that u have done multiple surfing, because of of that your main balance is deducted. then says can i help in some other issues, thanku sir.. then i said transfer is call to your superior, he told he is busy in another call, plz call us again thankuu.
WHAT THE HELL. they just learned the script without knowing the meaning or basics..I am IT student i know what multiple browsing is. But i do know when the data balance reaches below 100mb they can ROB you again
This is 2nd time, they cut off my main balance during surfing and the last time was 137 rs.on 19th feb 2014 and got the same ingenious response from customer service.
great...!!!
they are become worst day by day.
