Please stop sending this unwanted Flash SMS which is frustrating.
Even I called to the customer care executive and saying we are stopping this messages but still same, no change

    Its been 5 months since I converted my Tata Docomo Postpaid connection number ([protected]) to prepaid, but i haven't received refund of the security deposit (Rs.500) Please arrange for the refund, address and other account details attached..

        I have charged with ChurnOutFee0-6m of RS 1299. At the time of activation no one told me about this kind of a fraud by Tata.. This is really S**T from a company on many indians believe. This amount must be charged from the person who activated my device without informing me this fraud..

          I was using the 499 Internet plan for last 2 months. By 7th May my data balance went down to 4MB(got to know later). But Still I was browsing the Internet, within few minutes my main balance of Rs.160 got detected. While I enquired with the customer care, they were saying as I'm consuming huge data, instead of detecting from the data balance they detected from main balance. They are suppose to inform me as I reached the data balance limit by SMS or at least with the push message. But without any notification and being the data balance is still remaining, how come they can detect from the main balance without my knowledge??? My DOCOMO No - [protected] Thanks, Arun

          We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
          We tried to speak to you personally on your mobile number to understand your concern regarding balance deductions. However, we were unable to contact you since your mobile was switched off.
          We would like to inform you that there your amount of Rs. 130.30/- has been deducted correctly on[protected] for browsing of GPRS usage with less data in the account. Kindly note that when data in the account is less and volume content of the size browsed is more then the balance will be deducted from the main balance which is non-refundable. Kindly make a note of the same.
          However, you can get the balance deductions and outgoing call details through prepaid bill for which you have to send sms from your mobile phone as PREPAIDBILL <Space> Email Id and send it to 121 (Toll free). An amount of Rs. 25/- shall be deductible from your main balance for availing this facility. Kindly make a note of the same.

          Hi,

          My mobile is not switched off. But so many peoples who calling me saying that, they are getting response either as "not rechable" or "switched off". Again this is a big issue for me with DOCOMO.

          Also for the deduction against the data usage, you guys suppose to send a notification message of reaching the threshold level of the data limit. Without customer's knowledge deducting from the main balance is like stealing money from a blind beggar. It's not really fair.

          So please fix the above issues at the earliest, not reachable response and the refund against the deduction..

            I had 50.4 mb of data left in my account. I connected to Internet and I used a total of 44 mb of data during my browsing. (Confirmed by Tata Customer Care). But still I was charged Rs. 126 for an "extra" usage of 12.2 mbs from my account balance. And now my remaining DATA balance is 18 mbs. It should be 6 mbs after my usage.

            The Customer Care told me that I cannot use multiple apps or multiple tabs for browsing. I am using a Smart phone and we are in 2014 (not 1994 or 2004). Every phone which has 3G has multiple apps/browsers.

            This has happened before. Last time I was charged TWICE Rs. 140 and Rs. 50 in the same manner. And before that I used to get charged in small amounts which totaled up to Rs. 10-15 by the end of the month.

            When I asked for a refund they said you been charged for data you used. We cannot refund. And disconnected my calls Or told me we cannot do anything for you, please email [protected]@tatadocomo.com. I am getting same replies from the email. And same replies from the customer complain and feedback on the website.

            This is ridiculous. If the system has a problem. Its not our fault. Why should we pay if the system cannot calculate the data used by multiple apps/browsers. I have been charged over Rs. 300 in the 2-3 months. That's not a small amount for a prepaid phone user.

            I want a full refund. I won't stop or give up. I have waited 2-3 months for the "system" to get corrected. But it seems TATA Indicom likes to charge customers twice for their data usage.

              NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER DEACTIVATION - TATA POSTPAID Sir, I was a tata indicom postpaid customer, i deactivated my postpaid number. that time i also complaint regarding excess bill amount but no action taken.                 by the time of purchasing their executives taken Rs 400 for new sim out of that 3000 will be discounted in each month bill by 100, 100 rs, in next 2 months i given a deresitration request but they dint tooked it seriously & generating bill on bills

                last time I had a discussion with your executive when i first launched my cancelation complain i have even request number

                but even after my cancellation request they granted me as retained where as i never wanted to retain with Tata docomo services & even raised a bill of amount Rs 200 like This without any usage I have paid 1600 rs now I just dont want to have any talk, this is reticulous why should I pay money every time for no use even after cancellation request
                this time I again cleared your out standing and again launched canelation from Tata docomo outlet if this time Tata Docomo Generates a bill I will definitely knok consumers court

                  Hi, My tata docomo number :- [protected]. Last year in month of apr-may i lost my simcard so i my sim card and i requested to block. It was succesful. Since then i could not able to reactivate my number since i came to hyderabad for my job, today when i inserted my sim card for my old contacts, i found there is no tower, i understood that my sim is now un-registered. The number is ported from airtel to tatadocomo in may-june of 2011. I even recharge for 120 odd balance in that. Now i hope it is sured that i am the owner of the sim card. Sir/madam, it is heartly request please activate my number with the same simcard no (back 20difit number). I can provide you my 20digit number :[protected]-66331. Also the contact details if you want. I can also send my attached copy of my passport, DL and Adhar card to karnataka tata docomo service center with my 3 passport and cross signaturre if needed. I lots of family problem, financial and job problem. I have to travel 1 place to another for job. Please activate the same. I know it is tough but please understand why a customer is required 2-3 sim cards. It is only because we are not getting good network all over the place more over roaming charges are more.                     Hello, I was using Tata Docomo number [protected]. I asked for disconnection, some time back. In the final call for disconnection from customer care, she said that if I continue the connection then all my bill amount will be waved off and along with that I will be given 5GB pack free for one month(price Rs.499/-). So I didn't pay the bill amount. After that 5GB pack was activated, which was not free at all and also there was no wave off in bill amount. After few days of getting accumulated bill amount of Rs.746/- and my connection was disconnected for non-payment of bill amount. I also got legal notice for non-payment of bill amount. Recently I again get call from same lady(it was by mistake, actually it was same number which I stored in my mobile) after few days of getting legal notice, I told my story, she said that she can give Rs.500/- wave off, if I want to pay the bill and I told her not to start my connection, but she again activated it. I again requested for disconnection and now I am worried that bill will be accumulated again, even though I am not using it. Now I want the wave off of Rs.500/- in the existing bill amount and please deactivate my account as soon as possible. I will pay the remaining amount. Thanks, Dheeraj Garg

                      I opted 499/ plan which offer 2GB data free with call pan India, I was in Delhi just for 2 days, and TATA charged Rs.1400/- for GPRS (2G) data for 2 days even my total usage is less than 1GB, on enquiry they told that TATA do not have their network in Delhi and offered Idea network,

                      They have not even informed me that without any information offered servie and charged Rs.1400 just for two days... Beware freinds from such loot .

                        I am using TATA DOCOMO mobile number since 4-5 year and my Mobile no. is [protected]. I had activated Roaming free pack on 16th April and the amount of Rs. 61 was directly deducted from the account immediately. When I went to roaming and all the call was charged as per roaming charge. It means TATA had deducted the roaming free charges on 16th April and had send SMS for confirmation also charged all calls for roaming. I had activated roaming free to enjoy my trip and can receive all calls but TATA made my trip terrible. TATA is making fool to customer and just making money, I would request you to please take the appropriate the action along with suitable penalty to the TATA.

This is no a first time i purchased sim firstly then deducted my bal 250rs also they not refund my bal. I complaint then they tell me unfair reason blocked my customer care no. In this regards, we would like to inform you that Please make a note that Rs.188.30 applied were related to multiple sessions browsed on[protected] at 02:47 AM at one given point of time, as each session reserves some balance and you were not having enough balance in your GPRS Pool. Hence the charges applied at 10p/10kb were correct for multiple session browsing.

                              Dear sir, I'm completely not satisfied with your service. My main complaint is I have recharged Rs 156 3g data plan to my tata docomo number on 5th may 2014 in the morning. In the evening I bought a 2ltrs pepsi bottle where I got Rs 15 free recharge from paytm for buying pepsi. I recharged it to tata docomo number but shockingly my previous recharge of 156 has deactivated and Rs 15 data plan had activated. When I called to your customer care they had said that I have to forget those Rs 156, this is just ridiculous. Tell me what to do. Please solve my problm

                                  I have been charged approx 64 Rs. unnecessary for VAS which are activated on my mobile without my permission. While i am trying to call customer care number either its going busy or else i am not able to connect because there is no direct number to call customer care. I want to refund my balance.

                                    Hi my name is vimal anand and I am tata docomo GSM prepaid customer. My mobile number is [protected]. on 26th of april I have applied to port out from docomo to airtel. Tomorrow I have received a call from Airtel office saying that Tata docomo is not releasing my number so please ask docomo customer care to release the number. When I contact customer care the representative told me that this is post paid department please contact prepaid without solving my query and she gave me number to contact on. When I tried to call that number I was not able to talk to customer care representative everytime it was saying that all representative are busy same was the case with customer care number. Today morning(06/05/14) I was able to talk to customer care representative but insisted of solving my problem representative cut my phone from her side and again I am not able to contact customer care. I sent them mail also but have not replied to that also. So I want to ask Tata docomo from this from why they are not releasing my number??? They have the worst customer care service.

                                      Hi, I am Sumit Aggarwal user of Tata Docomo internet services with account number[protected]. I am using with account from more than last 3 years. This time I was extremely surprised to see my internet bill which shows an outstanding amount of 6975.98 Customer service person informed many times that my plan is unlimited usage. I am surprised to see how come it is limited usage. My bill never crossed monthly rental amount of 561 and I am not aware why I was charged with such a heavy expense this time. Moreover, there was no alert shared by Tata Docomo team with me by calling me or sending me a SMS whilst I was near to my credit limit. More surprisingly if the credit limit is set for a customer, it is at service provider discretion to provide or cut the services if due amount is not paid. If I would have got alert at that time itself then I could have taken the necessary actions then and there. This is complete breach of contract and confidence in Tata Docomo services. Also, I have talked many times with customer care (06.01.2014 as well with Roza - Lauch Complaint - M[protected] but I am not getting any response.                                         Sir m user of tata docomo tata tele services. As I call toll free no and online complaint registered regarding balance deductions of total of 210 . Out of this 67+35 is refunded to my account.. But with help of sending several mails to listentatadocomo.com But this time a remaining balance is not credited till now in my account..
