I have a net plan activated with above 1700 mb data still balance.Last 2 days (15 and 16 April 2014), I happened to download a couple of videos from a site m.vuclip.com. But I was charged INR 22 and INR 50 by tata docomo on these days inspite of having a net plan. It is nowhere mentioned on the site that this site is chargable. Also according to TRAI regulations,...

In the site "http://telecomtalk.info/tata-docomo-launches-national-roaming-and-free-incoming-call-plan-for-rs29-and-rs152/108692... they mentioned that 61 Rs plan is roaming free plan.After that I recharged with that plan. Then I came to know that 62 Rs is roaming free plan, not 61 rs. Why they are providing wrong information in the site??...

Please stop Flash Messages

Hi I am using Moto G handset. My TataDocomo Number : [protected] . I called TATA Docomo customer care to disable the flash messages. They said that they activated DND. But I dont think the flash messages will be stopped if DND activated. And I dont find a setting in my handset to deactivate them. Please look in to this issue. My Internet get disconnected every time a flash message pops up. Very irritating. Thanks in advance....

Unprofessional Customer Care.

I've recharged my phone with a GPRS Pack of 159 in the evening, with a data balance of 1.25 GB and post that I was not able to connect to the internet. I called the 198 number 09:46 PM on 14th February for an Internet connectivity issue, I got connected to an associate named Aswin and since he could not give a resolution he transferred the call to escalation team and it was attended by Antony, Even he could not help me or give me a resolution...

Bad speed connection

Horrible speeds. My biggest problem and nightmare. I am a big fan of Tata, but, they've got to atleast take a complaint. The guy at Customer care says, i'm busy, call back later in two hours. This guy got some guts. I hope they monitor the communication of these executives. Anyways, simple complaint, but they haven't solved this problem for the past 4 years. I've complained to them personally 5 times. No more patience....

Doubt about recharge.

I have doubt about recharge of 222, 253, 499 and 501. Recharge of 222, 253 and 499 is visible at Tata Docomo site for Tamilnadu region, but when I try to recharge it, it says this recharge it not for your region. Please clarify about these recharge coupan. Recharge of 501 does not exist on site, but when I called customer care they informed it exists and by dialling 123 on my cell, I can check this rc501 exists. Could you confirm about...

Wrong money deduction

I have recharge my tata docomo sim with the below plan on Apr 2, 2014

3G SmartLife Plan
Rs. 253
Get 1 GB 3G Data, Talktime (Rs.) 222.5,
Validity: 30 Days

On Apr 9, 2014, I have my balance as following:
Talktime (Rs.) 181
3G Data: 22 MB

But when I use the net on Apr 9, 2014 at 08:42 PM, the service provider deduct my talk time balance instead of my 3G data balance...

unauthorized charge for sms TM DEAL

Sir i am tata doco consumer my mobile no is [protected]. i have recharged for 250 rs and get a balance of 220 RS.on 3 april 2014. The company give me a meesage of TMDEAL and cut 5 Rs from my ballance . It continuosly give me messages and cut my balance even I complaint them to stop this service but they cut 120 rs from my account ....

Regarding internet data plan

Sir,

I have recharge my mobile no. With 3g data pack, after using somedays 3g service; i recharged my mobile with a promo code wich enable me to 100mb 2g data for 3 days, but after three days my old 3g data also finished by company, now i hv complaint how can a company delete or remove previous data balance,

unwanted Dive in now flash messages--are frustrating

I am getting repeated unwanted Dive in now flash messages.which they wont go out and are comes once after another continuously which makes me frustrated.these flash messages irritates me while i am messaging . if we touch this messages by mistakenly it will charges as these flash messages comes suddenly while we operating our cell phones normally .I have also contacted customer care, they also do not known proper solution to stop flash messages...
