I am Mr. Aditya suresh Isasare my mobile no. is [protected], I am using your tatadocomo services from long time. Actually i had recharge my account with Rs. 250 with the plan of talkktime 222.5 and 1 GB 3g data as i have my new handset its not having GPRS setting with docomo and its not retrieving directly, so I put GPRS SETTING message to 121 so my 1 GB data plan laps automatically and default its activated 5rs GPRSplan
So I am kindly requesting you please put my complaint and get me my 1 gb data back

    Iam having an docomo gsm network and my Mobile no is [protected] dated 15.04.2014 at 4 28 pm i got an msg that an greet pack is sctiveted but i didn, t do any activation on my mobile When i called to CC they said you called only we are activated but they said time i did n, t call any mobile no to docomo When i told about this they said there is no refund system in DOCOMO

    Kindly do the needfull do refund the amount which was deducted an amount an rs 45/-

      I am Pratik Bhansali from Pune. My Tata Docomo mobile number is [protected]. I have a net plan activated with above 1700 mb data still balance.Last 2 days (15 and 16 April 2014), I happened to download a couple of videos from a site m.vuclip.com. But I was charged INR 22 and INR 50 by tata docomo on these days inspite of having a net plan. It is nowhere mentioned on the site that this site is chargable. Also according to TRAI regulations, I must be notified in advance by docomo before charging me, which docomo didn't do. Also, I had requested for last 4 deductions before and after i was charged. The deductions sent to me before and after I was charged are same and the amounts INR 22 and INR 50 are mentioned nowhere. I can show both messages if required.

      The main problem I am Having is Doco mo didn't notify me that normal data charges will be applicable. And how will the customer come to know which sites are applicable. The customers consent should be take according to TRAI regulations. In this way Docomo will lose all the trust that the customers have on them.

        In the site "http://telecomtalk.info/tata-docomo-launches-national-roaming-and-free-incoming... they mentioned that 61 Rs plan is roaming free plan.After that I recharged with that plan. Then I came to know that 62 Rs is roaming free plan, not 61 rs. Why they are providing wrong information in the site??

          Hi I am using Moto G handset. My TataDocomo Number : [protected] . I called TATA Docomo customer care to disable the flash messages. They said that they activated DND. But I dont think the flash messages will be stopped if DND activated. And I dont find a setting in my handset to deactivate them. Please look in to this issue. My Internet get disconnected every time a flash message pops up. Very irritating. Thanks in advance.

              I've recharged my phone with a GPRS Pack of 159 in the evening, with a data balance of 1.25 GB and post that I was not able to connect to the internet. I called the 198 number 09:46 PM on 14th February for an Internet connectivity issue, I got connected to an associate named Aswin and since he could not give a resolution he transferred the call to escalation team and it was attended by Antony, Even he could not help me or give me a resolution and was trying to get rid of me from phone. After speaking about 10 minutes for no reason he told me that he is transferring me to another department and without even me telling something I got transferred to another executive who speaks only Tamil. While speaking to the executive who speak Tamil, I received two messages in my phone, given below are the details. 1. TA-DCOMO - 38453 and STV Recharge Successful. MRP45 Validity 30 days... 2. TA-NXLDAT - You have subscribed to GPRS5... After that when I checked my account my Balance was only Rs. 9.25 and my data balance is only 25 MB. I strongly believe that the Customer Care executives deliberately did these recharges and my balance got deducted for the same.

              I received a call today morning from the customer care team saying "we will investigate this with our call centre team" and "we will reimburse the data and amount into your account at the earliest". But no I dont see any changes in my account so far.

              Are they together making fun of customers.

                  Horrible speeds. My biggest problem and nightmare. I am a big fan of Tata, but, they've got to atleast take a complaint. The guy at Customer care says, i'm busy, call back later in two hours. This guy got some guts. I hope they monitor the communication of these executives. Anyways, simple complaint, but they haven't solved this problem for the past 4 years. I've complained to them personally 5 times. No more patience.

                    I have doubt about recharge of 222, 253, 499 and 501. Recharge of 222, 253 and 499 is visible at Tata Docomo site for Tamilnadu region, but when I try to recharge it, it says this recharge it not for your region. Please clarify about these recharge coupan. Recharge of 501 does not exist on site, but when I called customer care they informed it exists and by dialling 123 on my cell, I can check this rc501 exists. Could you confirm about these recharge and how can I get these recharge ? online or through retailer ?

                    Hi, I have got clarification about these recharge. These recharge can be done through retailer, if online is not working
                    I have recharged my no. With 501rs and I got 96000 sec. Local/std. 4gb internet for 60 days and daily 100 sms benefit for 60 days
                    Now the problem is, It is deducting extra seconds than the call duration. I am attaching photo proof. Please resolve my issue, why it is deducting exextra seconds than the call duration.

                      Case Details : I recharged my DOCOMO number [protected] with Mrp.Rs.253 having offer full talk time..N 1GB 3G data...on 9-4-2014 .. Got talk time but no 3G net balance...yet waiting for 1GB data or Rs.153 which I additionally used for 1GB data, due to non receipt of data Balance. As I was having urgent work on Internet.

                          Get 1 GB 3G Data, Talktime (Rs.) 222.5,
                          Validity: 30 Days

                          On Apr 9, 2014, I have my balance as following:
                          Talktime (Rs.) 181
                          3G Data: 22 MB

                          But when I use the net on Apr 9, 2014 at 08:42 PM, the service provider deduct my talk time balance instead of my 3G data balance for surfing the network.

                              Sir i am tata doco consumer my mobile no is [protected]. i have recharged for 250 rs and get a balance of 220 RS.on 3 april 2014. The company give me a meesage of TMDEAL and cut 5 Rs from my ballance . It continuosly give me messages and cut my balance even I complaint them to stop this service but they cut 120 rs from my account .

                                I want to commence a complaint against TATA DOCOMO, Chennai. Yesterday I had chat with their representative about my plan status in my no [protected], they gave me several pack details. First they told me 38rs sms pack has been recharged in my no. When I opposed they told me 22rs ISD pack has been recharged. Then when I did not agree, they again changed their converse and told 61rs roaming pack has been recharged. I have not done any such recharge of 61rs roaming pack neither in online or offline mode and neither have I received any confirmation message for 61rs recharge. So money has been reduced from TATA Docomo site. They have activated 6`rs roaming pack without my awareness. After that when I asked the representative can I do recharge of 33rs along with 61rs. They got agreed and now the pack is not working in my no. So I 33rs also mislaid. Kindly give suitable solution.

                                  I had a photon Account No [protected] with Tata Docomo & had been facing problems with the photon connectivity since the month of Sept 2013 for which I made repeated no of calls & complaints to the Photon call centre, following which I even had a technician visit my home, every time I called up the Customer Service I got an assurance that it will be resolved however it was more than 2 months & there wasn't any resolution. The reason they gave me was that there wasn't a network tower nearby due to which there wasn't any connectivity. I fail to understand till today that Andheri (west) is one of the prominent suburbs in Mumbai, it is not as if I stay in Virar or ahead that there should be so called "connectivity" problem. Despite all the chaos I went ahead & made a payment in Oct 2013 deducting an amount of INR 500 from the bill & making the payment for the remaining amount which the call centre waived off due to their problem, but I guess making the payment was in vain. I eventually gave a request for discontinuing my Tata Photon services in Nov 2013 & yet there was a bill sent to me for Nov. After being enough hassled with them through repeated calls(sometimes 9-10 times a day), the height of the situation was when their Executive landed at my doorstep on 1st Feb 2014 demanding the payment. I have elderly in laws staying with me who were highly disturbed since he came in unannounced & demanded to be paid immediately. I finally wrote them a mail on Feb 6, 2014 stating that I will not make a payment at all for the bill generated in Nov 2013. I got a reply from their Service Excellence dept's Sarvoday Manchanda stating that he will call me & permanently resolve the issue, however the call never came & I too forgot about the issue. Today 1 "Joker" named Vinay Kumar from Advocate Ranvir Vats called me & started howling & shouting at me, asking me to make a payment of INR 1000 in the next half an hour failing which there will be a case filed in Delhi Court tomorrow, to which I gave a fitting reply on the phone. I work in the biggest Media house in India & it will not take much time to have it published in the Newspaper about Tata Indicomm's misdeeds & misbehaviour, priority being harassing my elderly in laws & threatening a lady over the phone. Infact I am going to go ahead & file a case against Tata Indicomm.                                   I went through exact same experience today but I made a mistake of agreeing to the so called "advocates" SK Singh and Ranveer Vats and making the large payment for the "internet" connection we never got. We used to have a Tata Docomo connection and even after repeated calls to the customer care on no network and signal issues they didnt do anything but kept sending mothly bills anyway.

                                  Even after informing them that we dont want to use your services as it doesnt work and why should we pay any amount if we never used their services in the first place, nothing changed and I kept getting harassing calls for a couple of months.

                                    am using airtel mobile :[protected].am getting call from unknown number [protected] more than 50 times per day.i was blocked tat no in my phone.but i got missed call alert more than 20 times per day..if i call that number..he just picked up and keep silent...in night time he called my ph no..and heared busy tone.he called my friend number who r closed to me..they are also getting irritating about tat.am always hearing beep sound while talking with other.ie he called me tat time also..i called customer care and they said u just block the number or else go and complaint police station. Airtel customer service told we don’t have detail about particular customer information because tat mobile no is tata docomo network. I need the particular customer profile and why he calling so many times.what is the purpose of that.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      I want to inform you that I am customer of TATA DOCOMO GSM of mobile number [protected], approx. 120 RUPEES deducted from my mobile on 4 and 5 April 2014. I was checked my balance on 6 April then approx. 120 rupees is deducted. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you USE INTERNET service and this will not refund you then I told him that INTERNET PACK already activate on my number then they told me wait I will check then he told YES YOU HAVE INTERNET PACK, but now balance not refund to you.
                                      Actually this balance is wrongly deducted from my mobile balance and then making different lie excuses. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND”.
                                      Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this problem (told him to refund my balance) and take action against him.

                                        I have recharge my mobile no. With 3g data pack, after using somedays 3g service; i recharged my mobile with a promo code wich enable me to 100mb 2g data for 3 days, but after three days my old 3g data also finished by company, now i hv complaint how can a company delete or remove previous data balance,
