I have raised a request on 11th of Feb, 2014 for disconnecting my Dongle connection to Tata Docomo Helpdesk. Reference number:[protected]. They told that february bill will be the last bill.I paid the bill of February.They have assured that the connection is inactive. Again they have sent a bill for March on 24 March, 2014.

    This is Ashish kumar. i am a senior journalist in Indian Express. My no. is [protected].

    I have been getting unnecesary messg from 57775 suddenly and there is a cut from my accout balance as well.
    Deactivate this rubbish thing immediately, otherwise i will file a complaint to TRAI.

    If your people are running short of money then to and beg except stealing the money from innocent public. Resolve it immediately otherwise u will run in trouble.

      Hi Sir, I am Prabhu, using tada docomo number for past 1.5 years. My mobile number is [protected]. On 28Feb2014, I activated 2G plan for Rs.31 using non-renewal plan. Today I observed Rs.31 keep on defected from my account for every week.When I conducted customer care, they are claiming that I went for renewal plan, so they detecting the amount. I told them I didn't went for renewal plan, but they are not at all listening. They keep on telling, I went for renewal plan. The fact is that I didn't use Internet, not even 1Kb. Looks they always believe that their, but not customer. The main problem is that they always activating renewal plan if we go for plan activation using *141#(even if we go for non-renewal plan).         I had purchased a Tata Docomo Photon Plus Postpaid Connection A/c Number[protected] from Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited, Nagpur on date 24th Feb 2014. Initially the connection worked fine for two days, but then for address verification problems at company's end, the connection stopped working. I immediately registered my complaint at Tata Docomo service. After several reminders with the dealer, the service was restored in five days. (Even though the service got restored, the connection was very slow). On 19th March, 2014, I recived a bill from Tata Docomo for Rs. 715, which was a very high amount agreed at the time of purchase. The tariff plan is [protected]@450 MutCpng1250plan. Monthly rental as per the bill is INR 337.5. The extra 395 rupees in the bill is for data usage during the brief period of hardly 10 days when my connection was operative. The bill date is of 19th March, 2014. The bill period mentioned on the bill is from 17th Feb 2014 to 16th Mar 2014. When the connection itself is purchased on 24th Feb 2014, and the overall usage till date has been 1931 MB, the amount claimed by Tata Docomo is in no way justified. I demand an immediate settlement to the problem, and my connection restored. It may be mentioned that the connection is still not working as on date today.

I bought a docomo dongle for 1551 Rs and they've said that it is free for 2 moths I have used it one month and cancelled it on the very first week of the month 2 and They've cancelled it (Service Request NUMBER[protected] for your Photon number [protected]) Today on 21/03/2014 at 14.39 & 14 .43 P.M. some one guy from TaTa Docomo customer Care Service threatening & pressuring Me to pay my Docomo Bill.             Hi, I got new sim and recharged 81 Rs. only 20 Rs has been added to my account and remaining amount not been added and dealer is telling, remaining amount will add after 1 week and it happened to many customer like that they are telling. But after 15-20 days, nothing is added to my account. Called to customer care, they purposefully disconnect the call and they charge 50ps. If we call again they wont connect it and we get a message " Please send a mail for queries". Really frustrated with Tata Docomo and their poor service.

              Respected Sir, My Mobile No. is [protected].. Recently ¿117 has been deducted from my A/c Balance on March 18, 2014, while Surfing Internet for just 40-50 seconds. though I am having still 14 MB of 3G Data Balance... I have tried Contacting Customer Care but they are too busy to Listen our problems... So I sent an email to company, still they haven't refund any balance.. and their Reply is so, " We would like to inform you that the charges of Rs 117.50 have been levied correctly for DATA consumption for browsing multiple pages at a single point of time on 18-MAR-2014 hence we are unable to refund any balance." What should I do? What does it Mean ? Why my Rs.117 deducted though it is company's fault bcoz they doesn't allow multiple pages? Please try to resolve my problem and refund for the same.. Ple

                  I raised a complaint on 13 March having issues with my internet connectivity and the technology team closed the request without confirming whether the issue has been resolved or not. In this last week I had called customer care more than 30 times but every time the people tell me that within two hours this will get resolved and tech team will get in touch with you, but I haven’t heard anything yet. If team is not able to deliver on commitments I request not to make false promises, this is not professionalism. Please address the issue. My Photon no is [protected]

                        Hi, I am Javed Khan and I was holding Tata Docomo number four years back in Kolkata and I have closed while moving from Kolkata in Jan 2010. Now I am regulary getting reminder for paying overdue amount which I really dont think is genuine. I replied to the sender (Bhaskar Bhattacharya) and ask why didn't they sent this mail earlier? But they are not replieng to my mails and just sending reminders again and again. I am pasting the contents below: Greetings from Tata DOCOMO!!                           Dear Sir/Madam.. This is to bring to your kind attention about the rude and aggressive behavior at the Tata Photon Centre, Koramangala office. I had requested to cancel my connection no [protected] on the 24th February 2014, and I was instructed not to use the device, and I would not be billed anymore, I paid the in full in February. I was shocking to know that, when I called photon again on the 3rd of March 2014, It was recorded that the cancellation request was not taken, It was mentioned that I wanted to keep the connection. On my persistence another request was taken for cancellation; however another bill was generated by then which I am expected to pay again. Please note that I have not used the connection From February 2nd. On my visit to the Photon centre at Koramangala on March 15th 2014, when I looked into the system comments regarding my calls made to the customer service, It was mentioned in the comments that “” I was retained “””...When I demanded an explanation 2 of your employees were extremely rude and aggressive, one of them was a Manager THIS IS ALSO WORTH NOTING THAT I USED TO GET GOOD CONNECTION SPEED WHEN THE CONNECTION WAS PAY PER MINUTE USED AND FROM THE TIME I CHANGED THE BILL PLAN TO UNLIMITED USAGE FOR LIMITED COST . THE CONNECTION SPEED REDUCED DRASTICALLY. Kindly do the needful to protect the interests of consumers Shyam Sunder kasarapu

                            I have taken the new phone connection with unlimited call plan having monthly rentals Rs 1300. But the number which they have given was all ready registered with “mukesh” I am getting unknown call regarding this I have submit the request but customer care executive has says that they cannot registered such complain. After this I have change my post paid plan to the minimum package of 180. But the bill which I got is Rs 375 regarding this when I again call to customer care then they says that your phone package in only for std call and not for local call so that why you are getting extra bill.                               Hello, I have requested for Migration of my Tata Docomo Numbers [protected]/444/777/888 for prepaid migration. I have submitted the request on 22nd Feb but still it is not been processed and they are unneccesarily charging me the bill. Earlier I had faced the same issue with Tata Photon dongle and representative from Tata Office threatened me to pay the bill. I have all the telephone conversation recorded.                                 Hi, I am using mobile connection of Tata Docomo from a long time but recently they have done a fraudulent deduction of money from my main balance account. On March 8, 2014 a sum of Rs.75/- got deducted in the name of activation of some feature called I-Player.Surprising fact is that the Customer Care agent says it was activated from my end, even though I never activated any such feature on my number #[protected]. Again, on March 12, 2014 a sum of Rs.151/- got deducted in the name of Internet Browsing. It is even more surprising since I already had GPRS balance around 64 MB left with me. As per Customer Care agent, I had used 56MB of data on that day for browsing.So, calculation says that still I will be left with 8MB of data. However, the Customer Care agent says that I had been charged for using extra 14.74MB. Now the surprising thing is when I am still left with my GPRS balance of 8MB data, then how can I use extra 14.74MB of data. Moreover, the agent on call said clearly that MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED. I do not understand why such kind of issues Customers has to face every time for all the falls done at the Company's end. Why we consumers had to ask for our own money again and again, and we are said a clear NO for own money. The total sum(75+151=226) which got deducted from my account is not something small. TATA Docomo should refund this unnecessary deducted balance.

                                But that does not satisfies my concern as am still left with Rs. 151/-(which is again said to as non-refundable).

                                I do not understand that if due to some lacking or mistake at your end, why should I suffer.

                                I strongly believe that the Un-necessary deduction against Internet Browsing should be refunded.

                                  I have activated 3g service to my post paid, I was just informed as I will get usage 1GB in Rs.125. But no information regarding pro data usage which is later on told by doco mo customer care team as the charges are due to pro data usage . The team has not given any information while activating the plan, So I used the data as considering 1GB plan for the month as per information by the person while activating plan, I just used 951 MB data only for the month as per plan it was 1024 MB but charged more than that .                                     Hi Team, I am holding Tata docmo Postpaid card ([protected]). From the last few months I have face network and service issues from Tata docmo provider. I have raised this issue in front of provider but they totally ignored me and provided unexpected bills. Below is few issue which I have raised in front of provider, 1. Phone showing full range but I am unable to call someone from DoCoMo n/w. 2. Between the call I received "your call is on hold" every time. 3. While calling I am facing "Network failed" error many time. 4. If someone trying to call me on my DoCoMo n/w he/she received "Not reachable" tone continually. 5. I haven't talked too much. Provider has provided me so huge bills (Rs- 4392.). And provided call log as per the same. Due to such type of network I miss phone calls which very Important for me. For more information regarding issues please find attached mail files. I am not paying this much of amount. As per my budget I can pay max Rs. 1500/- Please do the needful.                                     I am getting lots of call from Tata DoComo provider which disturb me in personal as well as professional life.


                                    Instead of resolving my complaint they are doing harassment with me. After every call I have forwarded all my raised complaint's evidence to TataDoCo and every time I need to repeat all the story. Now I am completely fade up from TataDocomo.


                                    Even in call they have used bad words, as a service provider they cannot use such like bad words.


                                    Someone please do something.

                                      I called Sujatha Thakur now. She hung up on me all the times I called. I was explaining my grievance to her and she didn't bother to listen to me. All she said was you have an outstanding amount and you have to pay. She has no manners.

                                      NOTE: I called her during her office working hours IST and she asked me to hold the line and was talking to people around her.

                                      Is this the quality of people Tata docomo recruits? SHAME ON YOU.

                                      We are abroad. The only reason we cancelled the service with Tata is because we were moving abroad. The customer service rep we met at the store was clearly given the reason and we also asked if we had to return the instrument, for which your rep said it was useless returning it. We cleared the bill and we were off.

                                      We used your service for a long time and if you were to check our bill payment history, you will find that we had never ever defaulted on the bills we owed you. This is clearly the customer service reps mistake. We are totally disappointed for all the trouble we have to go through because one person did not perform his/her duties. We continued to receive bills and we did reply to Tata but to no avail. Not an email was replied by your customer service. Now Tata sends us collection emails and an amnesty offer and also threatens to take action or we need to face the inconvenience and embarrassment. This whole issue has caused a lot o[censored]nrest and stress. I also called that woman sujatha who had no manners whatsoever. We really do not appreciate this.


                                      We suggest you to investigate why your people did not cancel the service when we clearly stated the reason for cancellation and that too at your customer service shop. We hope we have made ourselves clear.

                                      I received an email after 4 yrs that I defaulted on my last payment which is not true and actually I am suppose to receive 2000/- refund from Tata since I overpaid the bill. I called up customer care many times and no proper response, nodal officers, even visited office but no progress and you guiys are back after 4yrs on asking for final settlement. You guys really suck!

                                      Here is the email I received and previous follow-ups.

                                      "Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      We thank you for choosing Tata Teleservices Limited as your telecom service provider for TATA Docomo brand. At the time of applying for the aforesaid telephone connection, you had agreed to make payments of the periodic bills raised by Tata Teleservices Limited upon you by the due date in respect of the availed services.


                                      Based on your assurances, we have allotted a Tata DoCoMo phone connection bearing no. [protected] to you on a duly executed Subscriber Application Form and other related forms/documents and account ID was allotted to you.                                       I would liked to cancel my tata photon account (plan :450) 5 month back because of High tariff plan, but your representative has suggested 250 plan and he said like as it is similar to 450 plan and tariff reduced for me for existing customer.
                                      I was getting the next month billing amount is 950 rupees and i was surprised and registered compliant No :[protected] and representative asked me to pay only 250 rupees, after not month i got billing amount 2484 rupees.
                                      I could not under stand this billing, Then i talked to your representative and let me know this is not like my existing 450 plan, after 1 GB i have to pay the amount in order of MB basis, I not aware of this and your representative also not conveyed this while plan change.
                                      I am not in the position to pay this billing amount, I am ready pay my actual billing amount as you promised.

                                        as per my request i have lost my cell phone on 03/03/2014 and as i am noticing that somebody has been misuising my same number i dont know but i have informed the customer care peoples to block the sim card but as per still now the sim card is not blocked i need to have an complaint to be registered about the person who is using my number
