Customer care not responding for more than 1 week

I can not make and receive any calls

From 6 years I had Vodafone connection .In first week of November I requested for MNP from Vodafone to Tatadocomo.
Vodafone has successfully Ported my Number to TataDocomo Number and I started to get TataDocomo signals from Nov 19th, 2013 23:37PM .
