'm a Tata Docomo GSM Prepaid customer, I've activated caller tune for a monthly rental of Rs.36/- and song selection charge of Rs.20/- I've activated this service for hearing my favorite songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the service provider are playing their Advertisement before my Caller Tune. Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've complained regarding this in the customer care (198) and also mailed them [protected]@tatadocomo.com but the are saying that its the rule of TRAI. As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the song, not to hear the promo of the service provider. So please help me to deactivate this promo from my caller tune. my number is [protected]

As per the attachment shown below previous complaint on this network has been resolved and you service provider have cut the intro prompt for the customer complaint posted here .But for me now you are again calling and telling that it is as per TRAI regulation . That means for that customer you disobeyed TRAI rules & regulations?? If so ill forward my complaint like that to TRAI . seriously you are making fool of customers . You people are telling this is mentioned in TRAI website but not providing Link for that ??. Just share the link here so that all people will came to understand.

I deactivated my postpaid number in 1st November. but till now don't receive my security deposit amount. I also try to complaint at tatadocomo com website but my complaint was not being accepted.     SAME PROBLEM WITH ME

    NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER DEACTIVATION - TATA POSTPAID Sir, I was a tata docomo postpaid customer, I took a free S.T.D & LOCAL calls plan.(RS 899) but due to excess bill amount i deactivated my postpaid number. that time i also complaint regarding excess bill amount but no action taken. I deactivated my postpaid number but till now don't receive my security deposit amount. And instead of giving refund the officials call me daily and disturb be and now its irritating, they tell me to pay my outstanding amount which also keeps fluctuation with each employee calling . When i ask about my deposit i am told that there is no deposit or the amount has been adjusted in bill or the deposit you will get by cheque in 50 days. I deactivated my number on 5th October and i guess the number of days are now 68 .. This is nonsense answers given by your employees. Please take action to expedite the matter.Highly dissapointed by your services

    My TATA DOCOMO connection no. [protected] whichwas deactivated in Year 2012. Till date I have not been refunded by depositmoney. W<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
    Whenever I contact them and send mails [protected]@tatadocomo.com I always get false assurance from the customer executivesby saying the my issue has been forwarded to photon experts. Their photonexperts are still not able to decide since 2012 till now whether to refund memy money.

    I have lost all hope and decided to not topurchase and discourage others to purchase any tata docomo products.

    Tata docomo people are big fraud... It's been over 6 months and they have not refunded my deposit yet after switching from post paid to pre paid... They are simply avoiding my calls, being very rude and ignoring my complains which I am making in person by going to the branch office at khan Lateef khan state Hyderabad

      I am shocked with the service of Tata Docomo . I have been trying to call their customer care for more than 10 days and still not talked/connected to anyone. Whenever I try to call the customer care, either the ring completes out or i get a message that the 'customer service excutives are busy and email at [protected]@tatadocomo.com'. no. - [protected] I would like to say one word - 'Pathetic'

          Dear Sir,

          I have taken a post paid connection of tata docomo for my mobile [protected], the Account No.[protected]. I normally have a bill of around 500rs, but in the month of october i was surprised to see a bill of 2287Rs . Onlcontacting the customer care the reply was the data usage has exceeded the limit which is impossible as in the month of october i faced several network problems.

          On my querying with customer care centre they reciprocated with another bill of 3, 395.00.I have asked them to check how this bills are elevating but havent had a response.
          The main reason i am bringing this to your notice is:
          1) The way the customer centres function in tata docomo
          2) The way a customer's query is handled and the way they communicate rashly to consumer.
          3) Many such customers like me are left with no option but to pay their stupendous bills because we are threatened of services being detained.

          Please help me on this

            I am using tata docomo sice last 4 years (No : [protected]) ans sms charge for daily is 60 paisa per day and 99 sms free for the day,

            but from last 3 days 1.5 rupees deducted for the first sms,

            I called in customer care but they didnt give any answer and said that "" OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN, CALL AFTER SOME TIME "" every time i got this answer from the person fro mthe other end.

            I just want to know that why starting deducted 1.5 rupees instead of 60 paise from last 3 days ...

              From 6 years I had Vodafone connection .In first week of November I requested for MNP from Vodafone to Tatadocomo.
              Vodafone has successfully Ported my Number to TataDocomo Number and I started to get TataDocomo signals from Nov 19th, 2013 23:37PM .
              After that I called 15 times in 48 hours for sim activation to 59059, however everytime they asked for two hours for activation .

              Its been more than 48 hours, I can not make and receive any calls . I am losing my business.
              I request to compensate for my lose and port my number back to Vodafone . I am not interested for most pathetic tatadocomo services .
              Pls immediately work on my complain or I am going to Register Formal complaint to TRAI, consumer court and Local Police.

                My Name is Biman Ghosh. I recharged with Rs. 223 for which I got 3000 mins. This offer stated that we can call to all LOCAL ON-NET numbers. I called my other DOCOMO number but balance was being deducted and not the minutes for which I Just paid. I called the customer care. They told that Local On-Net was not applicable to my numbers because, the mobile with 223 recharge was in R.O. West Bengal Circle and the called number was in Kolkata circle. Suddenly from today Kolkata became a STD zone in the same state. These new scheme was not there yesterday. but suddenly they decided to do this. Kolkata was never a STD zone. DOCOMO simply did this to rob people from their hard earned money. People who work hard to earn money they will know the value of Rs. 223 and what it means to get robbed like this. You have robbed Rs. 223 from me. You people are good at only one thing and that’s stealing other people’s hard earned money. You don't provide any information on anything and then when people recharge and try to call their family and friends they find out that they can't, reason is that DOCOMO decided to create a hidden clause to make to DOCOMO steals the money and nothing can be done about that. You people will die in hell. You stole my hard earned money. You will suffer. I tell you. you will suffer.

                    On 18/11/2013 I did a special recharge of 49 which was to reduce call tariff to 30 paisa per minute and on 21/11/2013 i did a special recharge of 123 to make free on-net calls but after recharging 123 special pack 49 was not working and it costed me alot for outgoing calls so i called 121 docomo customer care at around 7:15 pm and they told me that it is a peak hour so i will be charged as per base tariff and if i will face the problem after peak hours then i can call and lodge a complaint and when i called after peak hours twice my call was picked and after i conveyed they disconnected by avoiding me and after that twice i called around 11pm and 2 guys picked and they simply rejected me and they didnt helped me one them didnt cooperated and gave me harsh and bad behavior and simple disconnected my call.I had recharged special pack of rupees 6 for sms which have to cost me 0.08 paisa for each message and on 21/11/2013 at 12:13 AM they charged me 1.5 rupees and when i asked they replied that as per govt rule 1st msg will be charged as 1.5 rupees but on 20th nov 2013 i was not charged 1.5 ruppees for 1st msg i was charged as per sms plan 0.08 paisa and as per i am acquainted there are no such rules if you have a sms pack and here they are setting up there own govt rules.
                    same issue i faced on October 2013 and situation was that i did a recharge of special pack 129(30paisa per minute for 90 days) and special pack 123(free onnet calls) and 129 didnt worked so i called and they gave a refund of 120 on 5/11/2013 and they told that 129 will not work with 123 and i asked since past 2 years i am doing recharge of 49 and 123 so will that work they suggested yes i can do a special recharge 49 or 45 with 123 to avail both the rate cutters i.e 30paisa per minute for offnet and free local onnet, so as per there guidelines i did a recharge of special pack of 49 and 123 and when i faced the same issue they are not accepting my complain neither they are behaving well they simple treated me as a stray dog, one of the guy argued and told me that i havnt recharged 123 pack and really he treated me badly so i am attaching the photo proof, i need help please help me for refund and action to provide good customer support for tata docomo.

                    As per our discussion over the call, regarding recharge related, call & SMS charges and agent behavior, we would like to inform you that as per our records, two voice packs are active on your number. Hence, your call has been getting charged as per your tariff plan on priority basis. Please find the below voice packs active on your number.
                    1. Rs. 123/- recharge pack (unlimited call for 20 hours (10 PM to 6 PM) and local on net calls at 1p/ 2sec from 6 PM to 10 PM) valid till 11/12/13.
                    2. Rs. 129/- recharge pack (all mobile calls at 1.2p/ 2sec (36p/ min)) valid till 05/01/13.

                    Kindly note that Rs. 49/- recharge benefits have been lapsed on your number. Hence, the same is not active on your number. Please be informed that your balance of Rs. 1.50/- have been deducted for SMS erroneously, hence amount of Rs. 1.42/- have been credited to your account on 21/11/13.

                    However, kindly note that your concern regarding agent behavior has been registered vide docket number PSR[protected] and expected resolution by 28-NOV-2013 17:08 hrs.

                            Opted for Tata Docomo 3G Wireless broadband data plan under corporate user. Its one of the worst experiences I ever had with any of the telecom service providers. It started with submitting of documents (19th Nov)- Gaurav Pandey (GP) don't have proper info about different documents needs to be submitted and committed service will get activated within 24 hours (by 20th Nov evening). Though he never issued new device/dongle and requested to use his as there was some issues, I agreed and when called up services desk [protected](on 20th Nov evening for tele activation), reps say 'address and/or reference verification is pending and will done within 24 hours'. So, to inform what i'm going through called up the GP(and explained what I got to know from Cust Reps), he committed 'Service will activated within one hour'. When I tried around 10 PM neither service is activated not GP was picking up the call. When I called service desk in the noon (21st Nov), still i'm pending with 'address and/or reference verification is pending and will done within 24 hours'. So to inform when i called GP, to my amaze he is saying confidentially that 'Service was activated yesterday evening'. Due to over commitment and undervalued values they served to me I lost a day of online training (which cost me around $499 and non recorded). I'm end up paying them and taking granted for free ride.

                              I am unable to call the toll free number 000 [protected] form my Tata docomo prepaid mobile - [protected]. Please resolve the issue ASAP. ihvae already provided a complaint but it was not resolved. I got a call fomr cutomer care that my issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but it is not resolved even after 5 days. Please do the needful.

                              the issue is not resolved.please address to issue.

                              Dear Customer Care,

                              I have tried dialing the tollfree number as[protected] instead of 000 [protected] but then it says "This service number does not exists".
                              The correct number i need to dial is 000 [protected], which is getting connected through other service providers like Airtel and Vodafone.

                              Please let me know if i can change my service provider keeping the same mobile number as connecting to this toll free number is very important to me for my official meetings.

                              Do you know contact number to speak with docomo customer care service. They have only automated voice service and we could not speak any service person.

                                Complaint regarding mobile tower installation against the land of Sri Om Prakash Singh and Jay Prakash Singh s/o late kannai Singh At-baralota, post-daltanganj college, ps-town madhininagar dist- palamau 21/11/2013 With due respect, I DEEPAK KUMAR S/O SHRI INDRANATH RAM At- pandeypur, post-Dehariya, Dist- Palamau. I have a land near mobile tower I cannot do construction as yet due to mobile tower radiation. I want to register a complaint against a mobile tower installation in the residential complex where they have installed a mobile tower on the land without the prior notice of the society. When the tower was installed, no approval was taken from the neighborhoods. The mobile tower is installed at a low height and as per Supreme Court ruling; such towers are illegal and should be removed. Further to this, a large power generator is attached with the tower to supply uninterrupted power in case of electricity failure. This generator produces enormous sound which becomes unbearable especially at night time when everybody is studying. Although there are no sound generating power generators are allowed after 10 PM but as this is attached to the tower, it switch on automatically as soon as there is a power cut/failure. As this pose major health risk to children and old people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night, I am raising my voice though you to help us maintaining the healthy environment around us removing this tower from the residential complex. Mobile phone and towers emit electromagnetic radiation having health effects which can be divided into thermal and non-thermal. Thermal effects refer to heating effect which you observe if you hold the phone for long near ear. Non-thermal effects on the cells gens and the DNA and are more harmful than thermal effects. Excessive use of mobiles can lead to headache; sleep disturbance, lack of concentration, memory loss, tinnitus and increased risk of brain cancer. Having mobile tower in our neighborhoods can also pose health problems like severe headache, sleep disturbance, constant body pain, memory problems, joint pain etc. The more severe health effects noted include infertility, miscarriage, neurodegenerative disorders, heart problems and cancer. Children are more vulnerable due to a developing immune system and thinner skulls which allows radiation to penetrate deeper. Women run risk of health problems like hormonal imbalances, miscarriages, breast and ovarian cancer as they tend to spend more time at home and are exposed continuously. There are several national and international studies where scientists have found a strong correlation between health problems and exposure to microwaves from mobile tower. Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action. We are suffering ADVERSLY, kindly help me with the regulations for installing the tower and what should be done to make sure that tower is removed. So please help us to come out from this complex situation. And my dreams come true if you please accord me the assistance. Please consider the matter seriously.                                   My Outgoing calls have been barred multiple time. I have submitted the documents 2 times in the past 14 days. Still there has been no action taken from the customer care. They have no idea as to why these call are being barred. They tell me that its from the Government's side. How can the Government do that. I am shocked with thier reply. There is no one to help us regarding this. The manager is never there in their customer care centre. the employees working there are least bothered and always tell me to come next day. I have been to their relationship centre daily from the past 14 days and everyday they tell me to come next day. I have more than 300 balance in my account. I can't even do MNP. I have been harrased with this whole thing. From the past 4-5 years I have been using the Tata docomo number. And thus call barring thing has been happening every year whereby they just stop all outgoing calls without informing. Their customer care centers are even worse. they are least bothered about the customer and they blatantly say come next day as we have no idea about the issue. I have been to theier Kormangla Customer Care so many times. The manager is never there to talk to. The employees there are of no use. I want my issue resolved as ASAP. I have wasted a lot of time in this. I have to leave my office everyday to stand in queue in their center to get the problem resolved. And when my turn comes up they ask me to fill the form again. I mean is this is joke.

                                  As per our conversation, I had gone to your Customer Care center to fill the form again, I even spoke to the manager he just told me to speak to one of his subordinates.

                                  I have spoken to them and they said there is no need to fill the form again and you say that go and and fill the form again. I mean what should I do please tel me. He again gave me the same reply that we have informed back office and they will do it tomorrow. Everyday I am being told the same thing. How many tomorrow's I have to wait for a mobile number to start.

                                  I have got a proof of the my submission copy from their center. This shows that I had submitted the form on 10th November, 2013.

                                  PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENT BELOW WHICH SHOWS THE PROOF THAT I HAD SUBMITTED THE FORM ON 10TH NOVEMBER, 2013 AND STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.

                                    I was using a post paid docomo number since the past 3-4 years. I had diverted my docomo number to my other air tell number and was using the docomo number only for incoming purpose paying the minimum rental bill every month which was ₹325/month. Suddenly one fine month my bill exceeded ₹2000. When I asked the company why, they said that I was charged outgoing rate on my docomo for diverted incoming calls received. My number was always switched off and in my itemised bill my own airtel number was reflecting as outgoing calls. I called them and mailed them but they did not waver off the false charges . I was not informed about charges on diverted calls policy by the company. I felt cheated .

                                      Why our city is removed from tata docomo 3g network. In kolhapur we get 3g singlas but why not in my city? An year ago there was all fine...but now there is not 3g signal in all over city... ? Why this...? When 3g will again come in my city ...even though you have licence...why you removed the 3g signal from only that partcular city..? Even cc has no answer for this... cc says you are not active on any 3g plan...or your mobile is not 3g ready. Even though we have 3g plan...we don&#039;t get 3g network because in reality there is no 3g signals in that city...People are paying high charges for idea vodafone... bsnl sucks... no one cares...Please do something...
