I would like to say TATA Docomo - The worst service provider in Karnataka. Why I am saying is Those fellows are playing game with valuable customers. Recently ported from Reliance to Tata Docomo Postpaid and they are showing me Hell. They debarred my Outgoing calls due to the address verification. I promised, Nobody came to my house for the verification and that bloody given wrong information report to the DOCOMO. I completely fedup with their customer service nobody is taking responsible. One guy awesome response even though I am using docomo from last 25 days. He is replying he didn't find my number in their data base So Funny !! Mailed to DOCOMO Representatives : Excellent Worst Service !! Nobody came to my house and you folks are disconnected my connection for outgoing calls and the customer care version is superb!!! They will say not recoieved documents so outgoing calls debarred. For single problem Multiple Answers !! Wow !! What a worst service. Explanation : Worst Service, Just three weeks back ported from other network for postpaid connection after activation with in 10 days my outgoing calls are debarded due to the address verification !! Surprise..No fellow called me..no fellow came to my address and they said I am not ther in my address, What a worst service Docomo Is providing man..when asked to customer care they will say documents not recieved and when I see my messages in inbox mesage from docomo..Address verifiacation failed, so connection debarred. Which reason I believe. This kind of pathetic service docomo is providing to customers..Worst Docomo.. My Number :[protected]

      Dear Sir, My Mobile No : [protected], Place : Renault-Nissan, Mahindra world city, chennai Daily, I am getting 10 to 20 missed call messages, stating you got a call 3 times and send message to Number (service no) to get first 3 missed calls, cost:1 Rs. My concern is, I am not getting connect with my friends due to improper signal in my company(Company mistake).In this case, Since i am loyal customer to company, I should be provided that missed call history when no signal with free of cost... In the places where company is unable to provide good service, company should support customer opinion To make them more satisfied and To be with the company in future years. Then i called in customer care for 3 times but they didn't give me satisfied response and even didn't note the complaint and cut the call. So i want refund of this balance.           I am using TATA DOCOMO postpaid number. I put request on post paid to prepaid change in Oct 12. Till now it didn't get changed. I cleared my current and unbilled amount when i raised requested that time till now it is not getting changed but bill generating. I calling daily and spoke to customer care they are telling it will change tomorrow or else they are telling not pick phone. You can not solve my problem please close my photon.               helooo sir, i m upendra kumar ray and my tata photon no [protected] . i have taken tata photon befor three month
              according to plan 10 gb data is creadit at the purchase time and 1 gb data would be creadit at each month upto 4 times but whenever i called to customercare they told me i[censored] reacharged above 250 then your 1 gb data will be creadit and i have recharged with 299 but 1 gb tata will not creaded and now i m talking to customercare they told me that your data will not creadit becouse u will have to minimam recharged with 375 as wall as ur all extra data lost deu to miniman recharge .
              it is kind of cheat from customer
              so finally i have to humble request to you that plese take a right action on this case and try to refund my data as well..For evidence u can check my previous call details...

                Dear Sir, I Aravindh ashok from kollam using the portable mobile no [protected] from tata docomo, last month I changed my handset into a smart phone and change my postpaid plan also.. into 195 to 249...because... need GPRS service of the connection. Also I start a special connection of 99 plan gprs for 1.5 gb usage. At the time of change the plan 195 they also cut my 99 plan for gprs.. without notifying I used my GPRS as usual in my mind i got 1.5 gb +200 mb free. But now tata docomo raised a bill of Rs.3220 + for gprs and late fee chg etc etc...(late fee for my payment of 600-150 discount = Rs.450/- already paid on time.. but they dont lesser the amount so I can't paid) So I need to provide my actual bill of Rs.249/- + gprs plan chg and tax only...I do not need full GRPS without plan chag...I several time appear docomo for the same but no need... so please put these matter as serious and help me..the payment period is exceed..but they not give me any suitable replay...pls sort out the issue and advise a suitable replay tks aravindh [protected]

                  Hi All, I purchased the Photon 3G dongle [protected] on 23rd March, 2013 in scheme 2500/- for 3 months. After completion of 3 months, I got it converted to prepaid with proper confirmation from Customer care and Showroom that there are no bills pending and it is safe to migrate without any charges/penalty as my 3 months duration was successfully completed. Confirmation was made "3 times". However after completion of 6 months, I suddenly got bill of 1824/- mentioned as other charges. I was shocked to see how can they send a bill to prepaid customer. I registered my complaint 2-4 times where I was ensured my bill has been cancelled. Still my bill was shown pending. On again registering complaint on 1st Nov, I was ensured that my bill will get cancelled in 48 hours. But got no calls, nothing in 48 hours. I called customer care after that where I was shocked to hear that there are no people right now to handle urgent requests and was asked to mail and wait till they respond. Today I got call from them, where a rude lady talked to me very indecently. She made some strange arguments like you transferred your connection before 6 months and have to pay these charges. I asked her why this was not mentioned to me when I inquired 3 times before migrating to prepaid and why this was not mentioned in any of the bills that were given to me while purchasing and where can I find this information. She was speechless. She told me these charges exist and have to pay them. When my scheme was postpaid, I had plan of 850/- while I was recharging for 1200/- after getting it migrated. So definitely I was paying them more than postpaid one. Can someone please explain why should I pay when I get it confirmed from their people only. They show ads like no hidden charges but they exist in reality and that too of high cost. Sometimes they ensure that bill has been cancelled and sometimes make invalid argument. I am not happy now with their services as this issue happened while I was previously. I have lost my faith and trust on Tata. I am not sure this issue will get resolved or not but unfortunately its customer who has to bear all this. Thanks, Jatin

                        Tata docomo prepaid service has turned out to be very funny because it is cutting off customers on its own. On 30th oct, 2013, I received a message from Docomo that resubmit your fresh photo and documents within 48 hours to continue services. On 31st they sent a similar message to submit within 24 hours which made me call in the call centre. They replied that there is no need to submit any documents - call no. [protected] (which I took as a proof of the call conversation). They have cut my services since 1st of nov, and when i call them to clarify from a different no ( as my docomo no is not working ), they say that my No. [protected] doesnt exist in their customer list!! I just feel that if I had known earlier I would have chosen a better service provider by MNP!

                        For your information, the number that you were trying to contact me on was the number provided when I had taken your connection. After a few days, I had stopped that connection. But I suppose you still had my address details (if you had my old number). I would like to know what exactly was the mismatch that came into picture after so many years. And also, had the urgency of cutting my connection in 2 days!

                        After such service and poor customer support, who will buy a DoCoMo new connection again?

                          Despite our several request time again and again, you still are trying to steal money from our Prepaid phone number [protected]. This time Tata docomo has stolen over 70 Rs in one shot in past 2 days with 2 ridiculous service that we will never need in this life. Who the hell need your VAS named Vaastu and Greeting service . You guys have activated the services without our acceptance . See the trailing mail which I written at several occasion against similar fleecing act by TATA Docomo.                             Hi Team, This is Dasharath Kamble. I am using Tata Docomo Postpaid mobile corporate customer plan. Mobile no [protected]. On 24 th sep 2013, I requested to Tata docomo to activate '3G [protected]@300 MB' add on data pack which has 99 Rs monthly rental with 300 MB free data. No other information is provided by Tata docomo for rate charges to me for this add on data pack. I used only 272 MB data which is free in 300MB as per add on plan and deactivated that add on data pack in same month. But in Oct 13 Bill Tata Docomo has been charged me 2745 Rs just for 272 MB mobile internet data. Initialy tata docomo advised me incorrectly that there is 300 MB data free with 99 Rs monthly rental and then they applied incorrectly huge charges 2745 Rs for just 272 MB mobile internet data usage. This way Tata docomo has done unfair action with common man as me Please help me with this.

The internet usage as per Mobile 3G [protected]@300MB Data Pack Monthly Rental is charged and discounted on prorate basis from 23/09/13 to 29/09/13. The charge for the Miss Call Alert subscription has been increased to Rs. 30.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I am using a Dual SIM handset mobile - Micromax A54, it contains one Airtel sim which i took in AP, and a Docomo SIM which i took in bangalore, the airtel sim works fine in AP and even in Bangalore, but the problem here is with the docomo SIM, it works fine in bangalore. but when i enter andhra pradesh, it shows no signal, and displays "no service" message, please help me with this problem.                                 Dear Sir/Mam, I am a resident of Pune. I had taken Corporate Connection of Tata Photon 3G dongle with 10GB unlimited plan. in INR 2700 on 16th of Oct 2013, from one of your agent (Mr. Milind - [protected] - Email Id : [protected]@gmail.com) on basis of following 2 assurances, 1) Availability of 3G range at my home - He confirmed that it is available. 2) If no 3G range is available then he will cancel the connection and return my money back. Please find attached receipt of the payment along with details. The CAF No is[protected] and my sim no is [protected]. The connection was activated on 18th Oct. Unforunately while taking, I was told that there is 3G range available at my place (Chikali) but there is no range of 3G at my place, which i verified by connecting the device. I gave a complaint to resolve this network issue to customer care (Complaint No[protected]. I was told the issue will resolve by 22/10/2013. I was informed by tata docomo customer care that there will be no range of 3G at my place, so I can cancel this connection. The request number for cancellation is[protected]. I am told that cancellation will take 15 days and money will sent through cheque within 60 days, but no mention of how much money will be refunded. Please let me know the amount that will be refunded. I was also told that the device you have to return to the agent from whom you have taken and take device money from him. I contacted Milind and informed the same. He said he will give me the amount on 23. On 23 rd he told that he will give me the money in the evening, but he didn't turn up. Later the next day (on 24th) he said he will be coming on 25th and give me my money in morning but again he didn't turn up. I called numerous times but no response from him. Next day again, i called him many times out of which he picked one call and he gave me the dealer's number ([protected]). I called the dealer and he said that he is out of station and will be available on sunday and asked me to send the agent to him. He will return the money. I called Milind and informed him the same. On saturday(26th Oct) again i called up dealer and confirmed and I asked milind to go and collect the same. From Sunday(27th Oct) i am trying Milind's number and he is not receiving and has kept his number not reachable since yesterday (Note : Today morning i called him twice for which ring went through but was unanswered and later it was not reachable). I communicated this to the dealer, but he said that the agent should come to him with the receipt. Request you to do the needful ASAP. Note : Wrong commitment and uncredible behaviour by the agent is going to affect Tata Docomo credibility. Request everyone to be careful with tata docomo plans and agents.                                   Here are the plan they say are Unlimited: 899 Plan and 1299 plan: Check this. I suffered alot with this very technical Planning: as these will not be told to you while taking the plan. You will be knowing only when your service will be desconnected. 899/1299 Unlimited plans: 1. They say if you call more than 300 times a week this is commercial usage and your number will be disconnected. 2. If you exceed 700min a week which is around 11.66 hrs then this is commercial usage and youor number will be disconnected. 3, If there is less than 15 mins incoming calls to your number then this is commercial usage and youor number will be disconnected. Now tell me if this is really a unlimited plan? Please note being psotpaid plan taxes will also be included in these plans? I pay more than 1000 per month and from past 20 days I am facing the same issue. Please check my post "Tata Docomo 899 plan-completely Unethical on this site and you will be aware of this issue." They wont even accept your connection closing request before you submit your bills. Once bills are done they will say DC will take 7 days and 15 days. In between these days they will chage you for prorate which is per day chrages as per post paid and again they will say you to pay these bills. Please tell me someone how to tell them that this is not good that you write Unlimited plans and you say these policies.

                                  I have same unlimited 899 plan and my outgoing has been barred thrice in last 1 month. The condition of calling limited number of hours in a week and limited number of hours in a day to a single number were not mentioned in the application which was signed while opting the plan.

                                  When I had read about 15 mins incoming calls/week in application form, I had inquired regarding this condition from the executive who handed over my SIM to me and also from the call center executive who had called me first time when my connection got active. I can challenge on this conversation that must be present with Tata as they record the conversations between call center executives and subscribers.

                                  Also, the conditions which I was aware, I have followed them completely, even then the outgoing has been barred and no-one is ready to provide me the details from back-office as due to which reason and exactly how many minutes of extra calling has been done.

                                  It is clearly a marketing strategy of Tata and they are cheating customers by making them fools.

                                  I have called customer care, emailed them and went to Tata Store but no-one is ready to provide any detailed explanation.
                                  Tata Docomo does the same. Now they sent me bill of 2000 with unknown reason and everyday they are sending me bills.Note My outgoing call facility was banned and I was not even using the number then from where they are giving this much bill.


                                  I request tata to please close myu connection as i have been conveyed by their executives that it will be closed in 2-3 days. I clearly mentioned here I will not be responsible for monthly rent that Tata will send my any more starting the time you have banned my outgoing calls.

                                    My Tata Photon Number -[protected], i use to make a complained Regarding Network Problem on my tata photon 28/10/2013, i am complained in Tata Photon customer care Complain Number[protected], They are not Solved my complained and closed that complain, and There Customer Care and Technical Staff are Providing Very Pathetic Service, this is the second time I am making complaint in consumer very radicals. I use to visited in Tata photon. Oregano (w) gallery technical staff was not present very pathetic Service.

                                    The worst mobile service provider EVER. Not only is the network bad, the helpdesk/technical staff is highly incompetent. Even though signal strength is full at my office, I cannot make calls or receive any calls. I keep getting 'Connection error' and people calling me keep getting beeps (Stepping out of office or at home, I can make/take calls although there are a lot of breaks). Multiple complaints booked with Docomo have been closed without any action and all the helpdesk has to say is that 'A new cell site has been planned'. What use is a new cell site when the problem is not with signal strength but with connecting to their service and making calls!

                                    I don't expect Tata Docomo to fix my problem. Easier way out is to disconnect and take up another service.
                                    Hmmm. even I had very bitter experience with their customer care.

                                    Just like some parents have good child and bad child.
                                    Tata Docomo is Tata's bad child and spoiling Tata's name and reputation.
                                    Horrible customer care. They have big communication problem.
                                    Because of 3G I tried their prepaid option. There is no network in many areas of Pune (Maharashtra).
                                    And even if its there, signal is poor and call drops happen frequently. Forget 3G and HSDPA.

                                    I have purchased a Tata Docomo 3g stick and a internet plan about 5 months back. In this period I faced couple of problems like Connections drops, Speed not as promised, Discounts not as promised. I tried to reach customer care both thru phone and mail, and EVERYTIME they were just happy to provide a vague answer or not reply at all. I started a feeling if this is from Tata Enterprise that we get such poor customer service. Its like a fraud company who make false promises and never bother to listen to customer.

                                    The service with Airtel is far far far better. As I have already purchased 3g stick for 3k, I'm forced to continue with Tata docomo.

                                    Just forgot to mention that I had tried your chat support as well. They are eager only to close the session and not to resolve. I used to chat service today again. There was no response at all.

                                    Out of other problems, the recent problem I'm facing with Docomo is, with changing the plan. I have sent a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com about 10 days back. No action yet. Looks like the people at listen sleep more than 20 hours a day. For same request, I tried calling your number [protected], and chose English option, but confirming the number it ended with a Hindi IVR and Hindi speaking personnel, and she asked me to cut the call and call back. It happened 3 TIMES !!!. Finally, tried chat option, as I said earlier, its dead. No response.

                                    This is regarding the pathetic service I have gone through in DOCOMO. I took a post paid connection on 13th of December 2012 and then it all started.
                                    I wanted to increase credit limit and kept a complaint but no one cared it.
                                    As a result my Outgoing calls were barred.
                                    I mailed about Unbilled usage to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but no one reverted.
                                    Then I was supposed to receive a bill on 5th of Jan but till date no bill has been received.
                                    I went to local retailer, called 121, logged complaint but no result.
                                    Complaint team told by 16th problem will be solved but no revert again.
                                    Waited till yesterday and called 121. One lady then responded well and told by tomorrow problem will be solved.
                                    One guy called me and now tells because of some error in system they cant give bill this month.
                                    Even this guy tells that my problems looks to him like a story.

                                    First of all, if you really think customer is a joker and tells stories, you are insulting us and inspite of following up, sending mails, calling you guys if this is the
                                    way you service us, I feel pity on Tata docomo service.

                                    Hello, My name is Vinod and i am tired of following up with Tata Docomo / Photon services for an activation of my connection[protected] which they had so conveniently disconnected as there was a payment pending on that number . That was so because the itemized billing is showing usage of the internet services when i was out of country and i couldnt have used it at all .. I told them to clear this dispute and they happily sent it to their legal team and some bloke from the so called Delhi Consumer court calls me and asks me to pay 50K for a bill of 10K or face civil charges in the court for non payment . I paid more than the said amount - 11K and even now Tata Docomo has not returned the balance which they said they will return in 15 days. Now i should be going to court asking for 25K for late disbursement charges . Meanwhile having anyway paid the amount i wanted them to reactivate my connection and there starts my journey of misfortune . I submitted my docs all over again and they said it will be active on 22nd March and inspite of repeated calls and visits to their centers the connection still stands inactive ... I am told the same number cannot be given .. i dont care if it is a new number .. all i need is reactivation .. It is time to bid TATA to TATA DOCOMO in the country !!

                                    Horrible experience
                                    I have been facing problems with my connection for the last two months.Either the device does not connect (9 out of 10), or even if it connects, the speed is extraordinarily slow (I was not able to send a one-pagedocument over mail yesterday). I contacted your customer care two weeksback and was told that there is a network issue which will get resolved. Icalled the customer care again today. They replied that there is a highutilisation in my area, due to which I am not able to connect and were noteven ready to record a service request for checking the device. Thisproblem is persistent for almost two months now. I dont think it is justdue to over-utlisation (I do not expect Tata Photon to keep billing me forservices that they are not providing for two months at a stretch).The non-availability of services is creating a lot of inconvenience(besides intangible and collateral damage).

                                      Dear sir, Myself Rajshekhar R Nadar purchased a postpaid connection from TataDocomo [protected] in the month oct 2012 from last year i am facing the problem like At the time of purchase they told me you have to pay Rs.850/- as security deosit but after verification they have taken Rs 1350/- as deposit amount i have received receipt of Rs.850/- from the store I am taking follow up for receipt of Rs.500/-from last year They told it will reflect on bill as a deposit amount on your bill but now its showing only Rs.850/- Remaining Rs.500/- taken by staff or store without bill Store At Ulhasnagar camp No.4 pin 421004 Staff Supriya [ Transferred to kalyan branch ] Verification Team Member Anil Total paid Rs.1350/- Receipt received Rs.850/- Difference Rs.500/- So pl help me to solve the issue
