NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER DEACTIVATION - TATA POSTPAID Sir, I was a tata docomo postpaid customer, I took a free S.T.D & LOCAL calls plan.(RS 899) but due to excess bill amount i deactivated my postpaid number. that time i also complaint regarding excess bill amount but no action taken. I deactivated my postpaid number but till now don't receive my security deposit amount. And instead of giving refund the officials call me daily and disturb be and now its irritating, they tell me to pay my outstanding amount which also keeps fluctuation with each employee calling . When i ask about my deposit i am told that there is no deposit or the amount has been adjusted in bill or the deposit you will get by cheque in 50 days (everyone has different answers or ill rather say excuses). I deactivated my number on 5th October and i guess the number of days are now 68 .. These are some nonsense answers given by the employees. We tried to speak to you personally over the call, to understand your concerns regarding refund related. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not answered.

We would like to inform you that your number has been permanently disconnected on 21/10/13 and security deposit amount of Rs. 500/- have been adjusted towards your bill for the invoice [protected]. Hence, kindly note that no refund is applicable on your number. However, please be informed that your account hold an outstanding amount of Rs. 355/-. We request you to clear the same.

WHEN I GOT CONNECTION THEN TATA DOCOMO SALESMAN COMMITE ME THAT HIS PERSON WILL COME AND COLLECT BILL AMOUNT FROM MY OFFICE AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING WE WILL NOT COME YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT AT OUR OFFICE OTHERWISE WE WILL DISCONNECT YOUR NUMBER .         TATA Docomo deduct 100 Rs from my account when i access the internet but i have allready DATA plan activated and in that DATA usage also remaining. Even they cut my phone twice and after that put my call on busy tone as i observe. Even they didnt reply of my email also.

        they give me back 100 Rs in my balance so thanks to this side and tata docomo too they service. they should resolve there consumer care lines

          Sir, I(Rakesh Eedupalli) a regular user o[censored]r tatadocomo 2g data plans. My complaint is, At first ur offers on 2g plans are very gud. but later u have increased these plans dramatically to ahigher levels for ex, consider 135 rs plan at first u have given apack of 2.5 gb of data later it is decreased to 1.5 gb and then to1 gb of data. Ofcourse all other companies also decreased their data plans. But i thought u r different from others. I request u to please increase ur data rate plans and become the first to do so i[censored] do this all other companies may follow it. Please consider my request

            My complaint is regarding the pathetic and irresponsible behavior by Tata Broadband Manager for Banagalore, Bannerghatta road, Narsimha (Mobile number can be shared on demand). His executive got the documents, two application form and two photographs from me for landline and broadband connection. However the connection was not established. After repeated reminder calls, and repeated fake assurances of installation will be done next day, finally broadband was installed a week later. When asked about Landline connection, Narsimha retracted saying there was no document submitted for the same. When reminded that it was same guy, who assured me that both land line and broadband will be installed, he shrugged off saying it was lost. When I asked him, how it can be lost, and I will take up the matter with his seniors, he said there is no proof that document was submitted. I want action against against this Manager, by Tata Docomo broadband team (or at least he must be reprimanded for his pathetic job) and landline connection should be installed. Thanks

            And yes, to make it worse, connection was issued in Father's name instead of My name. I hope Tata Docomo employees people literate enough to differentiate between Father's name and Customer's name

            I hope you are aware of the fact that giving a connection in the name of someone, whose document was not submitted is illegal as well as per TRAI rule. So it must be rectified/verified without me "re-submitting" the documents because of the irresponsible and careless behavior of your installation manager Narsimha.

                Dear sir, My name is MURALI KRISHNA T (Ph no.[protected]) and my mother is using TATA DOCOMO network ([protected]). When i tried to activate STV63 pack through calling 52222(IVR) it was asking me to press 9 to conform the activation, then i pressed 9 and after 10 seconds it said that "SORRY WE HAVE NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU" and call got disconnect. after 2 minuts i did the same process and got same response.Then i checked the balance and i got to know that balance has deducted twice.Then i tried to contact customer care service, but not connected.Then i called from my docomo number [protected] and told the same story, they replied me "WE WILL NOT REFUND THE DEDUCTED AMOUNT" 1. HOW THEY ACTIVATED SAME STV PACK TWICE? 2. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR THEIR IVR MISTAKE? I HAVE RECORDED PROOF, IF THEY WANT I CAN PROVE WHAT HAPPENED EXACTLY. I need u to take some serious action regarding this service provider whose cheating many innocent people like this. Contact to my number [protected] as my mother cann't communicate with them.                   my sisters are studying in green tech womans eng college, attur, salem district, tamil nadu. they getting lots of haressement, vulgar speeches, sex activities through a mobile phone by unknown guy. i'm tried to warn him..but he cant stop it.please take severe action to this guy by anti haressement organisation and police...even i'm tried to contact to this guy's mobile operator-tata docomo..they cant do anything..please do needfull for my family.

                      Can I please know how to stop the data usage flash messages. The pop up comes every 5 sec and then my data gets disabled. In order to enable the data(internet) again I have to restart my cellphone. This is very annoying and irritating. Please stop showing '0.0 rs' charge etc, etc.

                      As per the support executive, I have done Push message settings in my cell, but still the flash messages keep coming.
                      Please disable/block these messages for my no.

                      As per our discussion over the call, regarding flash SMS and frequent disconnection, we request you to disable service message or flash message in your message settings to disable the same on your number.

                      However, we at Tata Docomo always strive to introduce products that are in sync with Customer requirements while ensuring that such products provide optimum value against the amounts spent by our esteemed customers. Such products, especially the data/internet usage products are dependent on various factors for accessibility and continuity, some of these factors being in our control and others beyond. Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas. However we do understand and regret the fact, that you have not had a favorable experience with the said product.

                        I Just Got TATA Docomo ([protected]) for its Tariffs and Offers. Previously Airtel User. but In Vain, ... ! Whats the use of such offers and Tariffs when there is no Network.. ? ? I just get one signal bar when i'm on the Entrance, But as soon as i move in TADA.. ! The signal bars Vanish. Please do the Needful. Tried complaining on Tata Docomo Website. Even there My Bad luck. Complaints Page wasn't coming up too...

                          Hello everybody, we are using a TATA indicom walky since 2 years and today itself we got a notice from court to face the case against the non payment of bill for the single month. That thing deeply dismay me that as we are using their services since 2 years still they shown no respect in sending court notice to us about the non payment and more over to that once their representative called me and informed me about the bill i had posted the complete bill as per the discussion to their online outlet we have the transaction details of the same which is MCIT[protected] on 23 rd nov but according to them i have to go to court for settling the things which is not an admirable service by TATA they broke the myth of customer satisfaction and I will suggest please never get a connection from TATA they can take you to the court any time. Please beware of them and as far as services are concern they are also of not that good quality for which we can afford our self to be presented in front of court... Please i urge all please dont take a connection with the company who can not understand their clients problem for 1 or 2 months

                            I am a customer of Tata Photon from past 5 years. In past 1.5 months there is NO network in my area (Jambusavari Dinne, J P Nagar 8th Phase Bangalore) I raised a complaint for the same. Complaint numbers[protected] and[protected] raised on Nov 3rd .They inspected and agreed that issue is with Tata Photon network. In unlimited plan I could just use 1.5 GB in past 1.5 months. That shows how much poor network is there. There are frequent network disconnection. Later I came to know that they have removed network site in my area due to low users. A new network site may come up after xxxx months. Hence I raised a complaint to disconnect on Nov 5th[protected]. Tata Docomo disconnected on Nov 21st (after 2+ weeks). They started questioning my building material, site, indoor coverage etc but did not answer why the issue occurred in past 1.5 months when i am using from past 5 years. They have responded inappropriately to my mails. Meanwhile my bill was generated based on billing cycle (4th of every month). Now Tata Docomo is asking me to pay the bill. Why should I pay the bill when the issue is with Tata Photon? Why should I pay the bill when there is NO network? Many representatives agree that issue with Tata Photon and I need not pay any due but still they keep mailing/ calling and messaging to pay bill. Even appellate authority questioning my building without inspecting there own network is ridiculous. They are just fooling customers by marketing and harassing customer by providing improper service and demanding money.

                              Hi Team, This is veena, am getting some unknown calls for last few weeks. I have traced using mobile finder and came to those numbers are from Tata Docomo. Their calls and messages are like abusing words and they calling during late night or early morning, also they are not telling how they got my numbers. Also they circulating my numbers to their friends and keep getting lot of messages and calls. Please do help me what action i can take against those numbers ([protected], [protected]).

                                I had initiated Port-out request to transfer my Tata Docomo number to Vodafone on 9th Nov 2013 with SR No[protected]UPC TZ533463). I had submitted all the documents to Vodafone and they had forwarded the request to Tata Docomo for approval. I received 2 calls from Tata Docomo and both the time I said I wanted to port the no to other operator. Haowever Tata Docomo did not finish the porting request until my UPC code got exptired on 24th Nov and also didn't inform anything to me and directly closed the request. So I again contacted Vodafone to re-initiate the porting request with UPC code TZ135351 (Tata Docomo SR NO[protected] on 27th Nov. now again everything is processed properly by Vodafone and I received 2 calls from tata Docomo. On 28th Nov, Tata Docomo rejected my SR[protected] saying that there is outstanding balance on this account. Why don't you inform in advance that the request will be cancelled with the reason. I have now paid the entire outstanding amount, so please process my port out request SR[protected] at earliest. Let me know if anything is required for that. My mobile no is [protected].                                 Same case for me, I have applied more than 4 times now, but everytime they are rejecting. I am fed up of this one. Even I am paying advance amount on the day I requested for porting, still they are not approving.

                                My question to Docomo is when you are not fit to give proper service then who gave the authority to reject porting without any valid reason? First think about giving proper service then everyone will come to your network.

                                  I applied for a Tata Broadband Internet that required me to pay a one year subscription. An amount of Rs 16, 200 was paid through cheque for a plan that promised me Mbps Unlimited package for a year. The payment was realized on 28th September 2013 and I was given a connection promptly. Under the above plan, the company has promised customers a free tablet that shall be delivered to the customer in 2 weeks from the date of payment. On 15th October 2013, I registered my first complaint (did not make note of complaint number) when the tablet was not delivered. I was promised that call center executive that tablet shall be delivered before 31st Oct 2013 and they requested me to wait. Nothing was delivered until 9th November. I then made another complaint to their toll free number[protected].The complaint number registered to deal with my case is[protected] This time I spoke to an executive first and then the supervisor. The supervisor had not valid reason to give me for the delay but assured me that by all means my tablet will be delivered before 17th November 2013. On 19th November when I called TAT DOCOMO toll free number, another Tata Docomo call center executive calls me to inform me that I have to wait for another 10 days to receive my Tablet. As I file this complaint to you today, I have not heard anything from TAT DOCOMO except an email from the company dated 19th Nov 2013 stating that my complaint will be resolved in 10 days. It's becoming clear to me that Tata Dococomo is not acting on my complaints and there are no valid reasons for this delay. They are just taking customers for a ride after having received the full payment. Through this complaint I would like the following The receipt of my Tablet with no further delay. Compensation to be decided by the forum to be paid my Tata Docomo for shoddy service I will greatly appreciate of you can help me resolve my problems and ensure that companies like Tata Docomo who have a great reputation do not try to take customers for granted after payment is made to them.                                     I have been charged 1057 Rs for 14 months for my unlimited plan whereas the plan was 947 Rs. Moreover, they offered me another connection with 650 Rs Rental and committed for unlimited plan. They have also said that as when I will start the new connection, the old connection will be automatically closed. But I had to pay 2 bills considering the old and new. I didn't even used the old one. But my total bill was 1700 Rs. I talked with executive Anirban Biswas, He offer me a discount in the old connection that I have to pay Rs 450 for 2 months and my new connection will be closed. Also, my net connection will be now 450 Rs rental with 5 GB usage. I had called several times to redeem the discount but to my dismay, nobody worked on my request. Finally they gave me a discount of Rs 400 in my second bill . Also, instead of Rs 450 rental for 5 GB usage, they have increased it to 600 Rs rental. This is very frustrating. They are harassing customers with payments.Now the net connection is also not working properly.

                                        Hi, I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection (899 unlimited plan) from past 11 months. My docomo mobile no. is [protected]. I am regularly paying my bill on time. But last 4/5 months(today also), am facing a big problem like my connection has been temporarily barred as saying that am using this for commercial usage where as I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call/sms only to my family and friend circle. Every time i lodged a complain regarding this but it happens again and again and this happens 2nd time in this week(this time without any information they have barred my calls), i don't have time to go and tell them about the same problem again and again, also am unable to contact cust care ...so plz help me out as soon as possible. Each and every time i complain to customer care using my friend no and went to TataDocomo Outlet and Last time 23rd Nov 2013 I just contact to Tata Docomo (Corporate Office), Koramangala, Bangalore.but no result, again the same issue.                                         As per our discussion over the call, regarding barring and network related, we would like to inform you that your number has been barred as per the below mentioned points.

                                        1. Customers with > 300 uniquely called numbers in a week.
                                        2. Customers with < 15 minutes of incoming usage in a week.
                                        3. 95% of outgoing calls originating from one cell id continuously for a week.
                                        4. Customers with off net outgoing minutes o[censored]sage > 700 in a week.

                                        However, please be informed that as per your complaint, your number has been restored and the same is currently active.

                                        Kindly select network manually and reset your handset. We request you to write us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com if the call drops problem persists to proceed further.
