My complaint is regarding the pathetic and irresponsible behavior by Tata Broadband Manager for Banagalore, Bannerghatta road, Narsimha (Mobile number can be shared on demand).
His executive got the documents, two application form and two photographs from me for landline and broadband connection. However the connection was not established. After repeated reminder calls, and repeated fake assurances of installation will be done next day, finally broadband was installed a week later.
When asked about Landline connection, Narsimha retracted saying there was no document submitted for the same. When reminded that it was same guy, who assured me that both land line and broadband will be installed, he shrugged off saying it was lost.
When I asked him, how it can be lost, and I will take up the matter with his seniors, he said there is no proof that document was submitted.
I want action against against this Manager, by Tata Docomo broadband team (or at least he must be reprimanded for his pathetic job) and landline connection should be installed.

Updated by mausamhere And yes, to make it worse, connection was issued in Father's name instead of My name. I hope Tata Docomo employees people literate enough to differentiate between Father's name and Customer's name
