Dear Sir,

I am using Tata Docomo CDMA service. On the basis of their email saying that if you charged Rs.144 you will get 375 talking time on local minutes. Accordingly, I have recharged Rs.144/- and the validity is only 24 days. After recharging, I have got message that you can make calls upto 375 local minutes free. After 3 days my balance was Rs.338/- once I made call in the afternoon around 3:00 clock. After sometime I have called another guy and my call got disconnected in between informing that your balance is only 72 paise. How it can be? Tata Docomo offer is mere an eyewash to the public. Please look into it and avoid such type of fraud from this company. You please look into this issue and sort out and compensate and save the public from this fraud company Tata Docomo.

    I have 3 complainants

    1.I have activated the call tune on august 2013 with offer price for 6 month (120 Rs) but 12 NOV-13. DoCoMo taken 20Rs charged, i asked to company they told different information

    2.As per sms I have called to caller tune toll free no :543211 it available in Hindi language only so I cut the line its taken around 3 RS charged

    3.i have called to many times to customer no 121 its seems busy, i am unable to conatct customer care officers

    one more information we are receiving many unwanted calls from DoCoMo company

      hi i have made a recharge of rs 129 through freecharge.in for tata docomo GSM gujarat circle i want 1 gB 3G data but they do normal recharge instead of special recharge and i received topup recharge i found that there is no option to select special/normal recharge on this site. then why docomo allows them to make a normal recharges. what's my fault? 2. i can only make a one call in Customer care. when i tried to multiple time they told everyone is busy they put the phone without giving me the satisfactory answers. 3. they are not ready to lodge a complaint. 4.they told they cant help. if they say this is 3rd party's mistake then why they allow them to do the same and where's my mistake in this scenario

      As per the discussion over call, regarding the benefits of recharge of Rs. 129/- and customer care agent improper response issue, we would like to inform you that currently there is no recharge of Rs. 129/- available with us and as the recharge of Rs. 129/- has been made from third party website we regret to inform you that you will not be able to get the benefits.

        Fake Call for a Fake bill

        I received a Fake call from[protected] claiming her self as Lakshmi Tyagi Inspector of Police, telling me that there is a 420 criminal complaint registered against me with out giving me the details of the case except the FIR number is 707.         That had to be one of the worst morning-mare when I found out they chose to remove my balance unknowingly. Few days ago, I being unaware of my data plan duration getting completed, they charged me 79 rupees, totally fair. As I need internet because I run websites and I need to interact with users all the time. I used my brother’s cellphone to recharge my phone through online Tata Docomo but their recharge page had some issues so I could not recharge my Docomo. So I used PayTM, the other website I use frequently for recharges. I chose to recharge with 499 Rs/- which offers 500 Rs and 2GB 3G data. Fair deal, right? But hold on, story unfolds in weirdly uneconomic way. I got 441 Rs as balance so I inquired with Docomo and they said, I needed to choose special recharge. What the hell? How can you set double standard for a single recharge? And what weird about this 441 Rs balance can be measured by below figures: Recharge Amount / Balance Amount: 100 / 100 120 / 120 150 / 150 And any other amount more than that, you will get more balance than the actual amount you recharged with. So why did you set 441 Rs balance for 499 Rs? Because they knew this was one thing to rip customers off when they hurriedly choose a wrong option. This could be such a small issue for everyone but I am sure company is looting thousands of customers this way and must be earning hell lot of amount and believe me I am going to act legally on it as they are playing with ethics in business. So I asked them as I didn’t use any balance and I planned to use 3G with Docomo only and I use my balance rarely, so please transfer this to that thing. So, the guy bluntly refused to give me that 3G data. I had to get 3G so I then go to Paytm again and recharged with 129 Rs for 3G data for 1GB. Now, its been only 2 days and today noon, when I checked my balance after using 2 sessions on internet, it says, I have only 19 Rs balance whereas it should be 400 something. I mean, what the hell? Now, I call them and they say, first 353 Rs and then 33 Rs were deducted from my main account whereas I already had 8 MB 3G data remaining in my free data left. When I asked, why did you charge me instead o[censored]sing my data? They say, I had multiple windows opened in my handset? Oh, hello! What did you say. multiple windows? You mean, you have been monitoring my mobile? This is against privacy. You people are also removing my balance for just anything. Also, interferes my privacy. How can you breach privacy conduct? Tata Docomo, you are in big trouble over these 3 days incidence. And have I mentioned the worst ever connectivity inside residential homes? I think, everyone knows about it. I am somehow stuck with them but I will soon be releasing from their prison as they know what do you browse. People, stay away if you do not want your privacy to be compromised. Also, if you love money and do not want these companies to scam you.

          My Tata Docomo mobile number is [protected]. In my area there is a network problem since 20 days. I lodge a complaint also at customer care and they replied that it will take 30 days to resolve the problem and they said that we are working on it day by day improvement will be there. But i found that day by day connection is getting more worst and i am unable to receive and place the calls. Then i made a request for disconnection of number and customer care replied that ok your request has been taken and your outgoing will be bard with in 3 days and incoming will be bard in 7 days and for this request number was[protected]. I waited for 4 days and then called again and asked them to tell me the status and customer care guy talked to me soo rudely and told me that we haven't received any request from you for disconnection. I gave him the request number and he said this is for network complaint but i said no i requested for disconnection. He said sorry you have to give the request again.I made again one request[protected] and still no response. I am unable to place calls properly and unnecessarily i am giving the rent.

            your customer care service is really worst. First of all we will not get option of your cu]stomer care service properly from your toll free no's. even if we get the option recorded voice says all our executives are busy serving others. If they are busy then they need to ask us to wait in line. Instead they will cut our calls. I dont understand if they are thinking their customers as fools.when we choose some other language as our option they forward call to some other language executive, he will say he will forward. some where in the middle you will be lost.
            also the customer care executive will not log complaints for our grieviences.finally they will not serve their customers properly.
            It is not proper service ethics

              I had done the internet data usage plan of 126rs whose validity date is 26/11 and still the remaining data usage is 15.29mb and still 90rs of balance was decucted from my main balance on the name of internet usage. so i want my balance refunded as soon as possible because it is not at all valid to deduct the balance even the internet data usage is free.                 hello sir on 10 nov 2013 i recharged my tata docomo number by Rs 32 it is a pack for cheap onnet calls. and today on 12november2013 company is saying ur pack will expire on 16nov2013 .. but its vality is 56 days they are not helping me my number is [protected]

ON 6-11-13, I AGAIN REQUESTED TO PORT MY NUMBER BUT TILL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY THE TATA OFFICE, SO I REQUEST, PLEASE PORT MY MOBILE NO.[protected] FROM CDMA TO GSM.                         Hello There, I have seen a recharge offer in TATA DOCOMO official website(http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx) and i did a recharge of amount 253 rs, in this offer they commit in website is like 222 rs talk time and 1 GB data free but i didn't get my data usage by Tata Docomo and i did a lots of complaints but every time they have different excuses and foolish explanation so finally i write here, and i have enough proof and screenshots to prove my self.

                        As per discussion i had with your associate, he said i am not able to get offer because i did recharge using third party service or website, but this is a very childish excuse you are giving me, you posted advertise in your website or any where else after that from where i am doing recharge is doesn't matter, i am truly angry on you now, what rubbish is this "YOU HAVE TO RECHARGE FROM OUR SITE TO GET BENEFITS"...this is non-sense why are you doing advertise, people saw advertise and then customer will decide from where they have to recharge. you can't ignore like this.

                            I was stupid enough to but a post-paid PHOTON MAX USB STICK for internet data services. I opted for 6GB UPTO 6.1 Mbps speed CDMA technology modem. It was activated on 03/11/2013. Two days I did not use because my laptop was in repairs. Today, on 10/11/2013, I got a SMS message that my 3GB data was used up and my speed was reduced to some 52Kbps. I could opt to speed up my modem by depositing speed money.

                            So this is the ploy. 3GB is a very huge data packet which cannot be used up if you are simply checking mails and data and you are not downloading rape and sodomy content of graphical nature. Tata Docomo wants to [censored] its gullible customers by saying they have used up 3GB in less than a week. By this measurement I would require some 300GB data plan to last me a month.

                            Bhanchod, I give up and throw the Photon Max Love Day Card into the gutter. Bandh kar ye bhikmanga plan Madar****

Suresh, Customer Care -TATA DOCOMO ____________________________ Dears, Yet again, I am typing this email with sheer disappointment with Tata DOCOMO mobile services to highlight an issue that I recently encountered with your Mobile Data Pack and Recharge facilities. I called up your TATA DOCOMO call center to get my issue resolved and the response that I received from your call center rep (Shariff) is "Our systems are not working at the moment, please call back after 3 hours", is not the kind of response that I expect from one of the India's largest Mobile telecommunications service provider. I called up again after 3 hours twice-thrice and got disconnected on each occasion, as if no one at TATADOCOMO is interested to hear me out / or rather hear out my concerns, and so, I adopt this mode to write to you... Here is my concern: On 7th November 2013 (around 10 pm), I recharged my prepaid mobile connection with Rs.251 recharge online via Tata DoCoMo website and as per the plan I opted for I am supposed to get Rs 200 worth Talk Time and 1 GB 3G data free for 1 month, which happened successfully, post which my prepaid account balance was Rs.200.65 and I was able to use my phone without any issues. Later, on 8th November 2013 (around 10 am), I made a call and after the call ended, it showed up my prepaid balance as Rs.104 and I was SHOCKED! to notice that my balance was reduced from Rs.200 to Rs.104. I immediately checked the BAL by sending msg to 121 and noted my last 3 deductions. I was charged Rs. 95 for GPRS subscription (1 GB for 21 days), I was even more surprised, coz my previous months GPRS was slated to end on 8th Nov 2013 (midnight). Now, here are my questions: 1. Why do you think a customer would be interested in paying Rs, 251 (for TT + 1 GB Data pack for 30 days) and Rs.95 (just for 1 GB for 21 days) at the same time???? It is quite obvious that you think your customer is a fool to do so... :), if not, please address this issue ASAP and get the Rs.95 credited back to my prepaid account balance. 2. Why wasn't I asked for a confirmation before the balance deduction? (Is it because you think profits are meant to be minted at every given opportunity even if the customer gets cheated???) I am sorry if I am being a little perceptive in my email, however, please understand this, for a valued customer (the one who is loyal to Tata DoCoMo for several years already now), the kind of service he receives matters a lot, and I am being very vocal and candid about the kind of service I have received and wish that you can take an appropriate action towards addressing my issue. I would like to get the amount of Rs.95 (that you charged for GPRS data pack) credited back to my prepaid mobile account. If you fail to do so, I would like to get this escalated and I would not use this connection anymore.                               As per the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 following are my rights as a rightful customer:

                              In general, the consumer rights in India are listed below:
                              The right to be fully informed about the performance and quality of all goods and services
                              The right to free choice of goods and services
                              The right to be heard in all decision-making processes related to consumer interests
                              The right to seek redressal, whenever consumer rights have been infringed
                              The right to complete consumer education

                              The amount of Rs. 95 were deducted without my notice (I never signed up for that), also, please check your records, the last 2G data pack Rs. 95 was supposed to expire on 8th Nov 2013 (midnight), however, it was done on 8th morning itself, without notifying me. This was never told to me before signing me up for this service.
                              Neither I have a free choice of services, nor, do I have been heard in all decision making processes. Furthermore, I wasn’t even educated that my main balance would get deducted as my 2G datapack is set for autorenewal…

                              Therefore, I urge you to address this issue with due diligence and ensure that my issue is heard and appropriate action is taken. I have a right to be heard.

                                  I am Tata Docomo user and today they have unnecessarily deducted an amount of Rs 94/- saying that you have subscribed for some yoga updates. This is not the first time docomo has been doing this. This is seriously unacceptable. I want my amount to be refunded ASAP. I am fed up with the service of docomo and i am thinking to move out of Tata Docomo service. They charge unnecessarily. I tried calling several times but i do not know what the customer service people do, i am not able to call the docomo customer care no...I am so much dissatisfied with the service. I want this to be urgently resolved and my deducted amount to be reverted ASAP.

                                    Hi, With regard to my postpaid mobile number 91 [protected], telecom company have permanently barred my number. I was using my 899 unlimited calling plan. Customer care has replied that the mobile number was used for commercial use. On request for call details they don't have any details with them. In reality I was using my number for calling my family for calling and conference calls. At the time of taking connection I have read all terms and conditions and it was not mentioned anywhere that they can block my number without informing me. First time when they blocked I get it started from customer care and it has a recorded call that the executive had told that it would not be blocked second time as i have explained the executive that It was used for my personal use. Basically they have changed the plan without informing us to 1299 and stopped my number for nuisance reason. they can check that i was calling on same number to which i was calling from day one.                                       On 8 november, I activated a Rs8 2g data plan for 50mb valid for 1 day. I served hotmail.com to view my e mails which would not consume more than 50 mb data. I noticed that the plan was over and immediately stopped the internet. On checking my balance it was Rs 0.08 whereas after activation of Rs 8 pack, my balance was Rs 125. On calling the customer care, they told you served internet after the pack was over hence you were charged Rs125 and they refused to tell the amount of data used. First of all it is not possible to consume data worth Rs 125 by email checking. If also a maximum of Rs 10 will be consumed not 125. If the company says i consumed data worth Rs 125, please ask them to provide the details of the website used which consumes so much data in some seconds. I even didn’t download anything. Kindly get me the deserving amount back.
