My mobile number is [protected]. I ported from Idea to Docomo this month and while I'm happy with the service, the promotional messages don't seem to stop. My DND service has been started for two weeks on full block status and yet I receive messages from goo.gl, LM080000 and most importantly PX612345(this i receive almost three times a day). I called up the customer care but they said that the PX612345, belonging to DOCOMO would continue since it was about a recent offer. Then what is the point of Do Not Disturb activation. I DON'T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE TARIFF OFFERS! NOT THREE TIMES A DAY. Please make it stop.

    My name is fasal and I am using Tata Docomo number - [protected]. I checked my offer by dialing *232*1#. I got offer as recharge with Rs 66 and get talktime Rs 66. But, when I recharged it with the said amount, I got only Rs My transaction number is [protected] . But, till now, didn't received the remaining talktime. So, Tata Docomo is fooling the customer by showing offer and not adding it to the account.

      Hi,

      I submitted request for Postpaid to prepaid migration. But the migration was not done for over a month.

      Later I was told to resubmit migration form as previously submitted form got lost within Docomo. I was told that I will not be charged for the delay.

      When the bill came I they deducted the charges from my initial deposit even after my multiple complaints and requests.
      Tata Docomo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Hello Sir, My number is [protected], i have activated a caller tune for this number a few days back of monthly charges Rs.36 and song Charges of Rs.15.But whenever a caller calls me they can hear the prompt for more than 10s, which is really irritating and disturbing me, i have asked customer care to remove the caller tune but they are not removing..           I have been a regular user of Tata Photon and have used it for over a year now. Recently since almost last 1 month, I have noticed frequent disconnections on my Tata Photon internet connection and the error shows up that says, "The connection to the PPP Server could not be established, please try reconnecting. If you are still unable to connect, verify your settings and contact your administrator"

          I told Tata Photon customer care few times about this and they say that the "SERVERS" are being updated. I don't understand for how long will the SERVERS KEEP UPDATING? Its been almost a month now.

          Anyhow, because my data usage mainly involved watching video lectures / blogging / uploading not too large files and syncing data with dropbox, etc. I never bothered raising a formal complaint.

          But since yesterday I have been trying to download some large file which is almost 5 GB in size. Its ridiculously frustrating and painful when you have used almost 1 GB out of your data allowance to download the file and then all of a sudden internet disconnects and you are unable to continue the download where it left off and so you have to download it from the scratch once again.

          This has happened with me twice already since yesterday and whenever I call Tata photon customer care people, they just stay that the system is being updated, please call us later on.

          Seriously absolutely ridiculous customer service people and awful experience. They just don't care for the money I pay to them and the services that they owe to me. Being such a loyal customer to them, they have punished me for my own loyalty.

          I am pretty sure its time to switch to some other provider.

              i have 5 connection in docomo [protected] to 69, , and dealer give me a plain ( 149 CUG ) he was say 1gb 3G free, and its 5 number unlimted calling free, 500 minut in other local number, but CUG is not activated, no local free, no 3G free, my bill is 4000 m also complain docomo Office but no responce, in this tym call docomo officer say that m call in high cort Delhi, and blackmail any other idea, plz slove it

                Iam getting daily OBD calls from Tata Docomo asking for postpaid connection. Iam a vodafone customer and already having potpaid connection. I have told many times and alomst for more than a year I am getting this OBD call from Tata Docomo that I dont want any such connections but still daily Iam getting this call which disturbing my work and personal life. And moreover when I said "please dont call daily" the person who called me named "Padmanaban" is absuing me in bad words which is really not tollerable.                   Dear Sir, My Tata Docomo Mobile No. [protected], I recharged my number with Tata Docomo on line recharge with Rs.200/-.ON 10/09/2013. It was not successful. Hence I got the massage from DOCOMO by stating that "sorry, we were unable to process your recharges request. we will refund the amt to your account in 5 working day. Your payment reference number is MSPD [protected]. Same thing happened to my other Number [protected] on the same day, but I do not have the reference number.

                    I am living in Sonigara Vihar Society in Kalewadi, pune. and I have taken Tata Docomo's Broadband service as this is available in our society. I took new connection of Rs.999+Taxes on15th August 2013. I paid installation amount of Rs.550/- to the Sales Representative Mr. Anand, Connection started after 1 weeks time, I used it hardly for 5 days and problem started. All the hanging cables which are drawn on the MSEB Polls without permission cut down by PCMC Officials as this is done without PCMC's approval. I called up Tata Docomo's Customer care/Mr. Anand and Technical Engineer Pankaj, they told that this is Tata Docomo's Problem and Broadband will be started after two weeks. I waited for almost 7 weeks with no connection was working. It started in the 8th week, Tata Docomo never called me during this period saying our conenction is closed and not able to provide internet usage, rather i have to take follow ups on their activity. The big Problem arises, when I received bill of Rs.797/- in the month of Oct.13 for internet usage. Immediatley I called customer care and expressed my felings that, the connection was not working because this Cable Problem and it was Tata Docomo's Problem so I need Full waiver of teh bill. He asked me to send mail to [protected]@tatatel.co.in. I have sent mail to this mail id. Immediately next day, I received bill of Rs.797+1245/- against internet usage. I once again called the persons and expressed my problem but it seems that nobody is intrested to even know what and how customers are facing problems and without having knowledge of anything customer care/billing section keeps barking that you have to pay bills, no adjustment can be made.

                    I have once sincere question, that Even i have not used internet of Installation amount then how can i such bills without using internet,

                    Internet was not working for almost 7 weeks, Cables was cut down by PCMC, does it my Problem. This is 100% Tata Docomo's problem, during this period Tata was not providing some alternate solution also, so for soembody else mistake how i can penalise. I am till now telling that, I will not pay this bill and I will not.

                    The communication, way of talking to customer, I dont feel that this is Tata's group.

                    Without using Tata Docomo's Braodband connecton, I have faced sucking experience. I will make sure that, you will loose all your customer in our society.

                    I salute to the peoples who are using Tata Docomo's connections with such silly customer support.

                    To whosoever, from Tata Dodomo reading this letter, I am planning to send a notice from cusomer court to Tata docomo for charging me without usage and mental frustataion for almost 2 months.Even as of date, my connection is inactive but i receive proper bills for it.

                    I jsut want to know do somebody help me form tata Docomo for coming out of this problem.

                    really a sucking first experience.

                      I got a call from Tata Docomo sales team regarding the offers in Data Card They Said Plan 650 650rs monthy rental with 5 GB of 3G internet and 256 Kbs after 5GB usage. I asked them airtel is providing 512 kbs after the given limit why don't you? They replied we won't do false promises, we will say only what we provide.. I ordered for one. The Sales rep came to my house at 7.30 Am and asked for a ID proof, since it was earlier there are no xerox shops opened so i gave him my original driving license and photo. the sales representative promise me to deliver the device and Proof on the same day and left. but he didn't came as he mentioned, i tried call him and the man who called me and said about this plan but none of them responded but any how i got my proof and a device after 1 week. After that i got a call (Welcome call) from Tata Docomo and said about my plan details They said 750 monthy rental and 4 GB usage with 3.1 mbps I queried them that while offering the card they said 650 and 5 GB they replied for first 1 year it will be like that (5GB 650) but after that the plan will be 750 and 4 GB. The person who called me doesn't tell me anything about this period of offer. More over the welcome caller said the speed will be 156kbps after the limit. i asked him the sales team said 256 kbps, he simply said this was your plan. now what i need to do? Even if i disconnected the service they already got 650 rs for the device, which will be useless for me.. While using i tested the speed using speedtest.in it shows 0.05mbps to 0.3 mbps speed. their service is very very poor i raised a complaint while i getting welcome call regaring this speed issue, now i get a mail that my complain has been resolved but still i am facing the speed issues. my tata docomo data card number is : [protected] Sales Rep Contacted me : [protected] / [protected] (Palani) Sales Team Leader venkat : [protected]

                      I got a call from tata docomo today
                      The caller said that
                      "This is your plan we can't do nothing
                      i[censored] want go and ask the sales outlet they provided you the photon device"

                      I said no i don't need this device any more..
                      they said its not our concern this is your plan sorry for the inconvinience
                      i said i will go to consumer court
                      they said your wish..

                      and after the call disconnected i got a sms that
                      my complaint has been resolved ...

                      Do the consumers here think that the problem has actually resolved?

                        I put an sms pack for 6/- through online which is supposed to deduct 8 paise per sms and stay valid for one month. the details of my mobile and payment are as follows. Customer Details Mobile Number [protected] Recharge Amount 6 Talk Time 0 Transaction ID MCIT[protected] Transaction Status SUCCESS But unfortunately docomo is deducting 60 paisa per sms. Now my question is whether that sms pack is active for me or not. If active, why do I have to pay 60 paise for sms again? I had already complained to docomo (no M[protected] about this but got very irrelevant answers. I believe while tata docomo is a good company but its employees are quite irresponsible and try to cover up their mistakes.

                        Hi Sameer,

                        You are creating more questions for yourself.

                        First of all, I have not activated other SMS plans. If you have activated another SMS plan on my number then it is not justified to keep your plan and reject the plan I selected and paid for.

                        Secondly, If your activated plan is so strong that it does not allow other plans, then you should have not shown other plans on your online recharge screen. Your online recharge screen clearly says that the options are valid only for the number I enter. After I select and pay for an option you cannot just grab the money and say that the option is not available for me.

                          On 15-Oct, I had requested for deactivation of Tata Photon plan for Docomo AC NO :[protected] Docomo Data Phone no : [protected] But today I received an SMS that instead of deactivating the account they have changed the plan. Are we supposed to be their bonded customers? Deactivate the line immediately as all the dues till 15-Oct were paid same day online and balance on 15-Oct was Rs -2 i.e. credit of Rupees 2 in the account.

                          After repeated reminders they deactivated the account. This happened only after submitting the complaint here. Finally no more charges were applied.

                          It has been more than 2 weeks since the deactivation complaint was filed. Also a week has passed since consumer complaint forwarded the complaint to TATA DOCOMO. But still I am receiving confusing calls from TATA DOCOMO. They are pressurising me to change the plan instead of deactivating the connection.
                          The day after the complaint was posted on this forum I received a call from TATA DOCOMO that the connection will be deactivated as per my original email on Oct - 15, 2013. Also if there are any charges for late deactivation, they will be reversed.

                          But still every alternate day I am receiving calls suggesting charges will be incurred and the connection is still active.
                          There has been no verbal/written confirmation by phone/sms/email/paper that the account has been deactivated.

                          Why does such a big brand have to stoop so low to earn Rs 500/- from its old/existing customers?

                          It has been nearly 2 weeks since the request was raised for dactivation of account to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
                          Also it has been nearly a week (22-Oct) since complaint was put on consumercomplaints.in.
                          I did get a helpful call the very next day on 23-Oct from TATA DOCOMO customer service that no charges will be incurred for the delay in deactivation.
                          I had a credit of Rs 2 on 15-Oct in my account.
                          But after that I have received about 5 calls with conflicting information. They are pressurising me to change the plan and talk to deactivation department.

                          Here is the list of 3 calls:
                          1. +[protected] Oct 4:38 PM: Helpful and agreed to reverse any charges for delay in deactivation by TATA DOCOMO.
                          2. +91 [protected] 26-Oct 5:10 PM: Pressurised to change the plan instead of deactivation. Asked me to talk to deactivation department in TATA-DOCOMO.
                          3. +[protected] Priya -28-Oct 4:30 PM: Informed that customer service is still working on the request and no update/confirmation.

                          Why does a big brand like TATA DOCOMO have to resort to these delay tactics to earn a few hundred rupees from its customers?

                            I am TATA Photon Plus post paid customer and my photon plus number is [protected]. To change prepay to post paid I visited DOCOMO customer center located at Nirala bazaar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra branch on 19 Oct 2013 around 10:30 AM. It was my horrible experience as one of TATA DOCOMO representative asked me to go to security guard (they use to call him Paji) and fill the form and then come here, I did the same but that representative was busy with another customer hence I decided to go to another representative who was not serving to anybody his name is Mr. Deepak. When I approach to Mr. Deepak and stand in front of his table, he was busy with his computer, I stand there for almost 5 minute and waited for his attention, finally I decided to ask him whether he is getting some difficulty in login so that he can’t attend me but he replied his system is already working then I asked him why he made me stand In front of him for so long then he made an excuse that I asked Paji (security person) to fill my form, then me and Paji replied it is not, the form is already filled then he shouted at me and used abusive language at me mean while other customer care persons intervened and made him calm and ask me to sit in common wating area. As the form was with Mr. Deepak, he started giving me the instruction for paying amount and many more things from his desk and I was seating in common waiting area. In order to avoid further harassment and physical abuse, I left the center. I am very disappointed with the way TATA DOCOMO representative behaved; instead of offering the chair to their customer they are harassing us at their customer center.

                              From past few days I'm encountering frequent disconnection for 3G. When I called to customer care, they replied me that, we have implemented technically to disconnection internet after 40 mins of session to prevent bill shock itseems. I was asked for continous connectivity as I have done recharge for 3G data with my sense only. They said that it is not possible and it will disconnect for every1. I don't understand how they made it. I have asked for where they have mentioned it so that customer will be aware of it. They replied me back that, it's not mentioned any where and we don't need to mention it. Means they will charge from the customers as they like and they don't need to intimate any changes itseems. This is an unexpected situation and people should be aware of this. As a responsible, network provider need to mention this clause. But to our badness, they are not responsible itseems. Even they can't provide me continous connectivity also. The way they respond is very bad. I think that is the reason they are making 3G internet charges for less. No other network is providing for that price(not even near to them). They just earning money from customers without providing consistent network. And they know no one here can do anything to them. They feel like they are kings and can do anything.

                                HI This is Pankaj Kumar Rai from Pune. I was using 899 plan of DOCOMO. From Past 20 days they disconnected my number saying I am using this number for Commercial purposes. I am not using this number for commercial purpose. I told them if they can tell me any number I am using for the same I will pay whatever costs to them extra. I call to my home and my relatives only . This is highly Unethical disconnecting the Number . Now they say please talk to your retailer and they can do anything. They have logic saying if someone call to one mobile many times then its commercial use.. Can they tell me whom they want me to call? I will call to my family only or relatives. what is the criteria of thie . I mean this was unlimited plan they told me before I took that. They do not reply when I call them.                                 May I know what is the Estimated time? and Also let me know the reason you did this? I am not able to call to any one. I am facing hell lot of issue because of this. But fine let is resolve this time on any sort. I will go to any level on this issue.
                                Just got call from DOCOMO regarding TRAI rules. Can you please tell me over here as I was in meeting what is TRAI rule? I want evryone to know about these rule which was not told to me anyway but still want to know about this?

                                Please stop irritating people. Business is all about consumer care . You irritate one you loose 10. And also there are no such TRAI rules i have gathered information about that as well.
                                Hi I again got the message saying commercial Usage is noticed on this number and services will be restricted. What the hell these people want? This is completely wrong. This time I will approach to some lawyer if I can.

                                    Today i.e. 21st Oct 2013 I got reminder Notice For A/c No[protected] which connection I had been closed/surrender on 27th March 2012 due to bad service then I moved to Mumbai on 29th March. Now they are saying we called you regarding the same service to resume and i told them to continue. They did call me but i did not say to continue to the same service and without my confirmation they started the same service now they charged the amount 2675 Rs which i have not been used. I have all necessary proof that says i have given request for cancellation the connection on 27th March 2012. and paid the remaining amount in the next bill. I want to launch the complaint against TATA DOCOMO for the same.

                                    I would like to bring to notice you that I had called up on the mentioned contact number[protected] several times but I did not get any confirmation regarding review or re-verification about this issue. I spoke with Manager Miss. Shreya regarding this issue and she was so rude about this and I have recorded the conversation. She is tried to scare me saying you have to have pay this amount. If you will not pay then you will have to pay this amount in police station.
                                    I would like to tell you one thing about my Tata Docomo A/C No. I had given a request to close this account on 27th March 2012 for the Broadband and Landline as well due to bad service. I have those requests number and recording as well. After 28th March I moved to Mumbai with my family and since that I am staying there only. One of TATA Docomo call center representative told me that I had given a request to continue the service, you are also playing with personal information. If the person is not staying there how he will say them to continue the service.
                                    The only thing is that still I have your instrument due to your representative did not come to me and that address to collect the instrument. I have given the instrument to my neighbor to give it to your representative.
                                    I am not able to concentrate on my work and my personal life due to this issue. You are trying to spoil my clear Image, If you want me to send the service request number against this I can provide you to close this issue. I was the customer of TATA Dococmo for two and half years. You can check my record during this period about paying your bills. If I did not use your service then why should I pay for the same.
                                    This is now really serious issue for me. I have sufficient evidence to prove this fraud.
                                    1) I have both service request numbers with data and on mail from your end.
                                    2) My offer letter that says that I am working in Mumbai since 29th March 2012.

                                    I think this is enough evidence to prove this fraud. I really don't want to go in to consumer court but your service is provoking me to do that. I had a good relation with TATA Docomo but seems like nowadays they are not caring about relation. They are snatching money from customer to achieve the targets by harassing the customer.
                                    How much time you will take to verify or contact to me?

                                      I am very much distressed because of the Docomo's poor customer service and hoping you could pop into this issue and give me peace. Kindly please go through the below trail. I have been very much abused not just by a customer service agent (Anthony) but also by his friends. 1. As per the Data act, my mobile number shouln't be shared with any outsiders. But seems like the customer service agent (Anthony) who attended my call this morning at 12:00AM(21 Oct) has given my number to his friends to use foul languages on me. 2. He had also deactivated the GPRS at 12:26AM this morning, though no request been made from my side. I have been severely disturbed on what's been going on with my account and the Docomo's customer service. A complaint (PSR[protected]) has been registered already but nobody is interested to understand the urgency of the issue. I just didn't want my contact to be visible here. And guys from docomo, please do refer to my complaint reference number I tried to reach every corner to find if someone can actually understand my issue and sort it out ([protected]@tatadocomomarketing.com ; [protected]@tatadocomo.com; customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in; appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com; Nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com). But in vain! I wish somebody can pass me Corporate/Jogesh Nayar's email id to show my grievances? (Though via the feedback option in Tata website, the same complaint has been sent to Jogesh, just a couple of seconds before)

                                        This is to bring to your notice that I am being continually HARASSED and THREATENED by calls regarding a billing dispute with TATA DOCOMO from whom I had taken an internet dongle [number [protected]]. After a few months o[censored]sing it, .i had allready make payment for this.and i allready written application to the customer care surat to closed my connection i don't want to join more time with tatadocomo and after the 3 or 4 month also pay 1000 more without using it becasue ofen call and call upon me you pay this amount i told that person why i paid you, but i am really tired becuse i didnot used your connection then you tell me to make payment then they tell me sir 1000 Rs paid me then i solve your problem even i am not in my city then i also paid this amount form another city because i want to leave this connection and they promised me i finally i closed your connection from surat but when i make payment then after my plan was renewed this type of message come in my mobile then i call to that person.but this persion not respond.but suddenly, then after 6 to 8 month mobile number [protected] are continually calling up and threatening me to make the payment and call the [protected] number who are advocate . They are claiming that they are "COURT OFFICER " from delhi court and threatening that a non-bailable warrant is being issued in my name if I do not contact Lawyer Saurabh Garg whose phone number [protected] and settle the matter by paying them money. I have recordings of these conversations which I am going to send to you shortly. I also propose to upload these recordings on social media. My questions are: [1] Does any Government employee use a mobile number to communicate like this with a customer? [2] Under what authority can a TATA DOCOMO agent call himself a "COURT OFFICER" and pose as a COURT OFFICIAL???? [3] What is the way in which action can be taken against this kind of impersonation?
