We received a letter from DOCOMO stating that we have opted for a postpaid connection. But we never opted for any kind of postpaid connection from DOCOMO. The address was partially correct but there's no one by that name residing at our residence.

    i paid appropriate charges to activate the hello tune on my number but the company is playing an advertisement for 10 seconds when someone call me, i did not pay for people to listen to company advertisement and when i contacted the customer care, each time they said that they have removed the promo but they never did, no matter how many times i call them regarding the issue

      hello sir i am naveen from punjab, i have recharged my number with rs 89 pack, aftter consulting the customer care, 2-3 times, but i didnt got the benefit according to the website, but customer care unable to solve my issue, as they said in response that the offer is applicable to new users, but it is clearly mentioned on the website that the offer is applicable to both existing and new users, i am sending you the screenshot of the offer, please help me out. this is my complaint number which is closed without a valid resolution PSMR12085871, my number is [protected]

        This is with reference to the broadband line of Tata tele services which I was using till august 2013 this year.

        Since I shifted to new location I requested for transfer however I got a call from customer care that broadband line is not available in my new location So I requested to disconnect the line.Now its been 4 months I am continuously getting emails from the customer care to deposit the amount for the period after august though I have requested to disconnect the line long before 4 months.

        I took this connection as Tata is good brand however I am highly unsatisfied by this kind experience with Tata broadband customer service.Please help.

          I WANT TO CHANGE MY POST PAID CONNECTION TO PREPAID, SO THAT I GIVEN REQUEST TO TATA DOCO MO AT 13 NOVEMBER 2013, THEY GIVEN DOCKET NUMBER, THEN THEY TOLD YOU WILL BE IN THIS PLAN UPTO NOVEMBER 28 2013, I ASKED AGAIN NOVEMBER 28 2013, THEY TOLD I WILL BE ACTIVATE ON AFTER BILL PAYMENT, I PAID THROUGH ONLINE AND ASKED 29 DECEMBER, THEY TOLD IT WILL ACTIVATE ON 12 TH DECEMBER 2013, I ASKED 13 TH DECEMBER, THEY TOLD IT WILL ACTIVATE ON 28 TH DECEMBER, THEN I ASKED TODAY, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BILL, THEN ONLY WE WILL TRY TO CHANGE, LAST MONTH ALSO I PAID THE BILL AND DID NOT USE. THIS MONTH ALSO THEY ASK TO PAY THE BILL, I DO NOT WANT TO CHEAT AGAIN. ANY ONE PLEASE GUIDE I AM CHEATED THROUGH TATA DOCOMO, I ASKED TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION TO OTHER NETWORK.           i got irritating, shall i go through court or some where else,
          after the above complaint Finally TATA docomo changed my number Post pay to pre pay, now again the problem will started, They barred my number [protected], i received the message on 27feb2014 morning 8.25am. your number has been barred, after that i tried to customer care, that customer care officer told, my system was hanged, that is why i am not able to answer your call, please call after half an hour they charged at 0.50rs for every call, but still my problem has not been solved, as a buissiness pupil has with out contact number how can be, please save me from TATA Docomo, i do not know they are cheating or playing with me, i got irritating, shall i go through court or some where else, how to teach the lesson to TATA Docomo pupils, kindly consider this complaint as serious, when i got the Docomo sim on that day itself i got get irritation always, my whole time losing with figthing and requesting docomo customer care officers, please save my time. last five months i am complaiting and losing time with poor DOCOMO services, I told to custmer care officer i will complaint to Consumer court, they are simply saying whereever you can go, you go like that they are speaking. really i do not know about the value of consumer court and consumer complaints. with lots of pain.​

            RECENTLY I RECHARGED MY DOCOMO NUMBER WITH 253 RUPEES .
            ITS A BUNDLE OFFER WITH TALK TIME OF 222 AND 750 MB MOBILE DATA.
            BUT THE SCENE IS DIFFERENT.

            I GOT ONLY TALK TIME AND NO DATA HAS BEEN GIVEN.
            I TRIED TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN DOCOMO SITE BUT THE SITE IS A CRAP.

            IT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY.
            ALL OUTDATED OFFERS AND NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED.

            ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE A COMBO PACK OF 501 RECHARGE.
            IT IS ALSO A BUNDLE OFFER WITH DATA AND TALK MINUTES.

            EVERY MONTH I RECHARGED IT, WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION THEY CANCELLED IT.
            THE OFFER STILL EXISTS IN THEIR SITE BUT IS NOT VALID.SUCH A MISLEADING SITE.WHAT IF WE

            RECHARGE THROUGH ANY OTHER APPS LIKE PAYTM KNOWING THAT THE OFFER STILL EXISTS.
            IM HERE WITH ATTACHING THE SCREENSHOTS OF THEIR MISLEADING SITE..
            PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

                During Septmeber 2013, I received a call from one of your executives named Ms. Girija from your office located at Basheerbagh, Hyderabad asking me whether I required any connections. Upon her request I informed her that I required 2 SIM numbers with the numbers ending with "000". She was very kind enough and suggested 5 / 6 numbers of which I choose two numbers, ie. [protected] & [protected]. Your executive visited our residence and took application forms along with my ID proofs and address proofs and handed over one SIM card for [protected]. I required Micro SIM card for 2nd number for which your executive informed that micro SIM cards were not available and requested for 2 days time to deliver the same. The 1st SIM card for [protected] was actived on 30/09/2013. The 2nd SIM card for [protected] is not delivered to me so far in spite my repeated calls to Ms Girija. I was informed that one Mr Venu of your Basheerbagh, Hyderabad whose mobile # is [protected] is using the number unauthorisedly. I tried to reach him through my mobile # [protected] but there is no response from him. Now, I received a call to my mobile # [protected] from [protected] advising me that I had to pay phone bill pertaining to mob # [protected] since it is in my name only. I explained all the above to your executive and upon his advise I have also called to your complaint # 198 through my mobile # [protected] at 5:45 pm. today. In view of the above please look into the matter and take action against the concerned and rectify the same immediatly under advice to me otherwise I will be constrained to take the appropriate action for 1) taking application form and Id proofs etc without delivering the SIM card and 2) using the SIM which was allotted to me unauthorisedly by one of your members of staff. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter. it is not the matter of amount but my concern is that how and why an unauthorized person was using the SIM which was supposed to be delivered to my. we have also paid SIM charges and other charges.

                  Hi, I am Ramsuji Swarna, own a Postpaid Tata Photon+ data card with number([protected]). I submitted all the documents and requested for migration from postpaid to prepaid on 11th December 2013. In service center, executives told that it can be done in 7 days and later on told that it can be done in 10 working days. But it is not done yet. I am calling service center executives, customer care executives, even I am following up with them through mail. But they have done the needful. I have to pay the rental unnecessarily even after requesting for migration. Every time they are telling that it's in progress which is bad. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance. I didnt use my tata docomo number for last 4 months, but i use to get sms for all bank transactions. This number is very important to me and i use this number for all my business and work purpose.                       ref:tata docomo photon+[protected] maj.karunakar sorake had got the same upgraded from 2g to 3g. but he kept receiving two separate bills for same connection. he has cleared bills as per 3g connection, bur is receiving legal threats towards clearance of 2g bills which he does not use due to up gradation to 3g. what is your billing procedure when customer is upgraded from 2g to 3g? do you not inform the billing departments/customer support/legal departments regarding up gradation ? your department is causing mental harassment to your customer by calling up daily at noon hours. since he is a stroke patient, this harassment is causing unnecessary tensions.Should anything untoward happens to his health due to this harassment, you will be held solely responsible and will have to compensate for the same. please instruct all your staff of customer service/billing department/follow up staff/legal dept. etc etc accordingly.

                        I bought 3G connection from TATA DOCOMO as on 13.12.2013. I have been using 3G DOCOMO services now for one week. Their speeds dropped back to 2G (50 kbps to 10 kbps). I called customer care service several times a day for 03 days. He reached at my home as on 19.12.2013 and said that this is network / coverage problem. He told me its problem with my area or it is due to congestion. Note: Speeds remained the same throughout the day and night, no change. I even visited as on 21.12.2013 and spoke to their supervisors Mr. Sameer and his superior at Pimple Saudagar Showroom of DOCOMO telling them about my plight with Internet speed being very slow, as I work from home and Internet is my back bone without which I would be out of work. They promised it would be resolved within 24 hours (their standard dialogue), but nothing seemed to happen. I really do not understand what the problems is, coz nobody is telling the exact reason for Internet speed going down to such pathetic low levels. I am not asking for 21 mbps as their sms advertisement claims. Fially I went to ofice again and req them to cancel the conection and refund my amount. Mr. Sameer and His superioir said that it will take abount 10 to 15 days as the procedure is there and doubt that company will retake the device. It's limit!                             sir my tata docomo Sim suddenly displayed a problem that Sim registration was failed i just dialed 198 complaint registration number from my friends mobile no customer service agent replaced that you want to replace your Sim then only your Sim again get activate & he also told that go to tata docomo store in your district & give 49rs & get a new Sim. I also went to tata docomo store that was located in tower junction nagercoil & i ask for clear that problem the customer service agent tel to me that you want to replace your Sim & i also replace my Sim but the customer service agent buy RS:100 for that i ask that customer car side they tel that just only pay 49 rs and buy a new Sim but the lady in the docomo store tel that is a old rate now we are buying 100rs after coming home i again dial 198 and ask detail but customer care agent tel only rs:49.. sir please take proper action for this problem

                              I have been fed up of your GPRS connection. I have chat with customer care they said they will forward as feedback. Now the condition is worst. I can't bear it more. It you can't provide a consistent GPRS network tell it to me frankly. You people think that you can do anything with customer and he will entertain you everytime.I don't want to kill GPRS session after 30-40min. It creates lots of problems during work. If nothing happens with you then let me know.Even I can't mail you from your so called website.                               I would like to inform tata docomo that from now I will never use their GPRS. Docomo is worst in GPRS. Do hell with your so called high class GPRS facility.

                              As per our discussion over call, we at Tata Docomo always strive to introduce products that are in sync with Customer requirements while ensuring that such products provide optimum value against the amounts spent by our esteemed customers. Such products, especially the data/internet usage products are dependent on various factors for accessibility and continuity, some of these factors being in our control and others beyond. Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas. However we do understand and regret the fact, that you have not had a favorable experience with the said product.

                                Sir, My TATA DOCOMO mobile no. is [protected]. I have a GPRS Pack 95 activated on my mobile number but today my balance of Rs.4 has deducted wrongly for using internet but i have still 20 MB left on my GPRS balance and Because of this, I am not able to use your internet facility. Please check this problem and give me back my balance as i am also looking forward to recharge my GPRS pack again but without my core balance I will not able use it in future so I will recharge it when you refund my balance to me.

                                  I have recently taken tata docomo broadband connection with 1Mbps unlimited plan. As i was told that any change in plan will be effective from billing cycle only. My billing cycle is from 15th to 14th of every month. I had written email on 29th nov13 to < [protected]@tatatel.co.in> to get my plan changed to 4mbps fup [protected]@1000. I got response saying that feasibility check will be done and i will be notified. I again wrote an email to check status after waiting for few days. Same template based reply was given to me again. I checked with my local vendor and he confirmed that 4mbps feasibility is there in my locality and few people already using that plan. I informed the same via email to 3030 however same template based reply. It is so annoying when your email is not even read despite of multiple attempts. I have even written multiple emails to appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com but no response from there also. Today after waiting for 20 days when i again called up customer service, i am being told that my plan has been changed to 4mbps however it will be effective from next billing cycle. Now i have to wait for another one month to get my plan changed. Whole delay was done by tata docomo and consumers have to suffer for the same.I want my plan changed with immediate effect.                                   Now i got the response that my plan has been changed however it will effective from next billing cycle. I am aware that unlimited plan change happens from billing cycle only that is why i initiated plan change request on 29 Nov13, which is 15 days before my billing cycle date of 14dec13. Why it took so many days to register my request of plan change. Only solution is to change my plan with immediate effect

                                    Dear Kindly inform you tata docomo has send me bill on dated 23 Sept Rs 1394/- with bill no [protected] after that you have generate & send me another bill on dated 5 Nov 13 Bill no [protected] amount 505.94 duration 21Oct to 13 November & you have to show 1160 Previous balance total amount Rs 1666/- But till date I have't received any Bill of duration between 21 September to 20 October of amount 1160.which you have shown in 5 Nov bill [protected]. Many time I have complain against this problem but not received any proper answer . I am still waiting my ans where is the bill of amount 1160 duration (21 sept to 20 Oct ). & other many times I asked to contact no of senior supervisor to customer care person but he replied me rudely Thanks

                                      I request Tata Docomo to inform all Bihar customers that no ratecutter or other pack will work for them because there is no Tata Docomo network in Bihar. I recently wasted my 25 rs for ratecutter and they refused to return, instead they told me wait till their own network becomes active. But I know my 25 rupees will be wasted because This problem is since last 4 months. And imagine that how much they could have cheated from customers in these 4 months. Internet Pack don't work, SMS pack don't work, ratecutter don't work. So customers beware.

                                        Yesterday around 11:00 pm i checked my mobile and noticed that my balance had been deducted. A message said amount deducted for session charges (i.e. usage of internet). I called the customer care immediately who after doing a background check claimed that i had used the internet between 7:00 - 7:30 pm. This is a blatant lie because i had turned off my internet the very day i purchased my mobile. I tried to reason out with the customer care executive saying i was in the train at that point of time and i don't use the internet from my mobile. But he simply refused to register my complaint. Once again the company has resorted to extremely cheap means for deducting balance.
