I WANT TO CHANGE MY POST PAID CONNECTION TO PREPAID, SO THAT I GIVEN REQUEST TO TATA DOCO MO AT 13 NOVEMBER 2013, THEY GIVEN DOCKET NUMBER, THEN THEY TOLD YOU WILL BE IN THIS PLAN UPTO NOVEMBER 28 2013, I ASKED AGAIN NOVEMBER 28 2013, THEY TOLD I WILL BE ACTIVATE ON AFTER BILL PAYMENT, I PAID THROUGH ONLINE AND ASKED 29 DECEMBER, THEY TOLD IT WILL ACTIVATE ON 12 TH DECEMBER 2013, I ASKED 13 TH DECEMBER, THEY TOLD IT WILL ACTIVATE ON 28 TH DECEMBER, THEN I ASKED TODAY, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BILL, THEN ONLY WE WILL TRY TO CHANGE, LAST MONTH ALSO I PAID THE BILL AND DID NOT USE. THIS MONTH ALSO THEY ASK TO PAY THE BILL, I DO NOT WANT TO CHEAT AGAIN. ANY ONE PLEASE GUIDE I AM CHEATED THROUGH TATA DOCOMO, I ASKED TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION TO OTHER NETWORK. SO THAT I GOT THE UPC CODE ON DECEMBER 13-2013, I GIVEN THE UPC NUMBER TO OTHER SEVICE PROVIDER, I DECIDED ON NOVEMBER 13 -2013, BUT STILL I AM SUFFERING THAT, EVEN CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER ALSO NOT SPEAKING PROPERLY. KINDLY SAVE ME FROM THIS PROBLEM, REALLY I FEEL VERY BAD AND DISTURBED LOT.
