Broadband line not disconnected

Recharge misleading and their site too..

RECENTLY I RECHARGED MY DOCOMO NUMBER WITH 253 RUPEES .
ITS A BUNDLE OFFER WITH TALK TIME OF 222 AND 750 MB MOBILE DATA.
BUT THE SCENE IS DIFFERENT.

I GOT ONLY TALK TIME AND NO DATA HAS BEEN GIVEN.
I TRIED TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN DOCOMO SITE BUT THE SITE IS A CRAP.

IT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY.
ALL OUTDATED OFFERS AND NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED.

ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE...

Hi, My Mobile number is +91-[protected]. I switch over from vodafone chennai to TATA DOCOMO. I didnt use my tata docomo number for last 4 months, but i use to get sms for all bank transactions. This number is very important to me and i use this number for all my business and work purpose. On 17-Dec-2013 my mobile number was disconnected because of not recharging for last 3 months. DISRUPTED GPRS CONNECTION ALL TIME

Can't deliver what promised

I request Tata Docomo to inform all Bihar customers that no ratecutter or other pack will work for them because there is no Tata Docomo network in Bihar. I recently wasted my 25 rs for ratecutter and they refused to return, instead they told me wait till their own network becomes active. Unrightful deduction of balance
