Data bal as well as Main bal deducted without any reason?

I have used tatadocomo GSM 3g data on 09/10/2103. On the said day before browsing my Main balance was 415 and free data usuage was 1330 MB (apprx). As per the details from the tatadocomo dongle software, the download on the said day was 1230 MB (Apprx) and the upload was 35 MB (Approx). While I was downloading the net was disconnected and when I checked my main balance Rs. 415 was deducted without any reason. Eventhough I have required enough...

wrong recharge on my number

LOST BALANCE

Hi, Every time I will recharge the docomo number It is showing too many balances filrst will be correct then without doing any call balance will be deducted and that too from 115 it will go to 45 rs. When I put a complaint to this on docomo they are not accepting and asked to put a mail only. Tata Docomo Cheating Customer-

I was using Tata Docomo Broadband since Feb with a/c no[protected]. Some day last month, one Tata Docomo guy came (The same guy who installed this connection) and told me that some better plans are available and most of the people in my apartment complex changed already. So he asked me to give id proof etc to change to new plan which i given to him and he changed it withing 2 days. Today i got surprised to see 2 bills in my email account....

Regarding deduction of amount without getting any recharge

Hi, I had recharged my tata docomo GSM number online from tata docomo website on 10/7/13 for 50RS. I got a message that my amount got deducted from bank but recharge wasnot succcessfull.
