I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection from past 2 months (899 unlimited plan). My docomo mobile no. is [protected]. I have regularly paid my bill on right time. Now my they blocked my number without any pre-alert saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.” I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call only to my family and friend circle. When I called to customer care, they are not file any complaint against it and they are not intimated in the time of taking this service. They are saying my number will be permanently blocked. I hope, my will be activated eith the help of this forum as this number is very important to me. Regards, Uday Pratap Singh [protected]

    I been using tata broadband service from past 3 months. Account no.[protected]. Although complaining continuously from past 10 days there is no response. I have made about 50 calls to customer care regarding this but every time i am getting same response that it will get resolve within 24 hours. I am simply confused where should I complain about this. Shall I have to go to consumer court for this, because I am loosing important business due to this.

    I am complaining regularly from past 16 days for no service. But no engineer
    has visited yet. Above all customer care executive always says that the
    Connection will get activate within 24 hrs but nothing has happened.
    This kind of service is not bearable. Take this on high priority.

    TELLE ME WHERE TO GO FOR THIS YOU PEOPLE NOT TAKE ANY THING SERIOUSLY.
    I am the receiving end who is facing all trouble.
    I just want to know you people WILLING TO PROVIDE SERVICE OR NOT.
    So I start search for alternative.

    I am very disappointed from your service.

      Hi sir, My name Chandra Kant Jha and my mobile no is [protected] (Pune). My payment due date was 13-10-13 and I pay before due date 11-10-13 but my number is temporary out of service when I call costumer care she told you have call many time in same number that's way your number is barred and it will not activate in future but in your side I'm not get any mail, message or call so how can you stop my number without any notice after paying bill. My plan was unlimited (899) + taxed. I'm mantel harassment of this reason and it will effect my personal life also. I want my number activate as soon as possible.         I had recharge my number [protected] with Rs. 253 for 1gb 3g plan .but i donot my data. first tata docomo had register my complaint with no. [protected] .they promise me to serve me fully with in 48 hours .and now about 100 hours are passed and now the custmer care executive start ignoring me by giving silly excuses for not serving me with that special offer. so please help me to get my loss of 253 rs back. or 1 gb 3 g data. and my recharge transaction id is [protected].

          I have used tatadocomo GSM 3g data on 09/10/2103. On the said day before browsing my Main balance was 415 and free data usuage was 1330 MB (apprx). As per the details from the tatadocomo dongle software, the download on the said day was 1230 MB (Apprx) and the upload was 35 MB (Approx). While I was downloading the net was disconnected and when I checked my main balance Rs. 415 was deducted without any reason. Eventhough I have required enough free 3g data, my balance from the main balance was also deducted. When I contacted the customer support, their approach was poor and didn't get proper answer. Then I wrote a complaint to the appellate authority (Kerala) of Tatadocomo. They given a poor reply. They didn't take time to even answer my questions? On the complaint I have asked 2 question, they are as follows:- 1. What was the total data usuage on the said day?? 2. Why didn't you charged from my main bal? If I used 3g data according to the free limit, then why Rs. 415 was debited from my main a/c. This is the actual thing happens in our society. Don't believe in their advertisements. They great cheaters than any other operator according to my experience.

              Hi, Every time I will recharge the docomo number It is showing too many balances filrst will be correct then without doing any call balance will be deducted and that too from 115 it will go to 45 rs. When I put a complaint to this on docomo they are not accepting and asked to put a mail only. One more problem is there with SIM that whenever I am doing some call it will show connection erroe and company is not doling anything for this..after several phone complaints.
              Tata Docomo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                Hi All, This is very bad to say that whenever i use the mobile its not working and also my issues are Internet connetion cannot work properly and also when i opened google it can get deducted Rs.100 least by 20., 49, 99, 90 so on.. I dont understand qhen i wasnot using broqisng also it will get deducted Rs.119.it is rediculous wher i am loosi.g 400 per month as for a Internet which is not used from my mobile. Its worst with the Tatadocomo.am everyday am a culprit. Regards Raja

                  hello sir, i m maulik patel from ahmedabad i bought tata 3G dongel few months ago but i didnt like service of tata docomo so i complained for that so many times but they didnt solved it so i gave request for disconnect my connection permanently than i stopped to use it and disconnected but after next month they continue to send me monthly bills and then two days ago i got phone calls from delhi.That person told me that i m calling form delhi court and we have complained against u for outstanding amount of your billing.i[censored] dont pay it we will send police to arrest u and talking with me in very bad language with bad behaviour.i called in tata docomo customer care center but they dont have any record for that.i got called on this numbers [protected], [protected], [protected].if company dont give me proper solution for this i have to go to court and TRAI against company.

                    I was using Tata Docomo Broadband since Feb with a/c no[protected]. Some day last month, one Tata Docomo guy came (The same guy who installed this connection) and told me that some better plans are available and most of the people in my apartment complex changed already. So he asked me to give id proof etc to change to new plan which i given to him and he changed it withing 2 days. Today i got surprised to see 2 bills in my email account. One for previous connection and one for new(A/c[protected]. First of all i don't know why i got new connection when i was having one already. I just wanted to change plan. Now both connections are active. Tata Docomo representatives making customer fool for get their reward on new connection. This is serious concern and should be taken by the company asap.                       Sir/Maam I would like to register a complaint for my no. [protected]. On September 28th, 2013 I activated a Rs15 GPRS pack on my no. which was scheduled to expire on 30th October. In the morning of 30th I got a message from tata docomo "Hi your gprs pack of 15 will be auto renewed after 1 day, to stop dial 155223" Therefore I called this no. but the computer operator said that there was not service activated on my no. Therefore I dialed customer care no. and told them about my problem, they said that we assure you that your plan will not get auto renewed on next day i.e.[protected]. But on October 1, 2013 I got a message stated as "Hi! subscription to gprs15 has been auto renewed upto 4 october, to stop dial 155223. REF ID 19734213 " I complained to the customer care but again there response was unsatisfactory. They replied in the same manner that my gprs pack wont be renewed. From that day onward to today my gprs15 has been renewed three times. REF ID19053602 When my balance was below Rs15 it didnt got renewed, but as soon as I recharged my no. with Rs 50 on[protected] my balanced again got deducted, adding in total a loss of Rs.=15+15+15+15=60. kindly take a proper action and return my Rs60 as well as this auto renewal.                         My name is Nilesh Jha and I am using Tata Docomo number - [protected]. I checked my offer by dialing *232*1#. I got offer as recharge with Rs 105 and get talktime Rs 115. But, when I recharged it with the said amount, I got only Rs 91.45 My transaction number is [protected] I called customer care about this. He assured that I will get the remaining amount within 72 hours. But, till now, didn't received the remaining talktime.                           2) tata docomo company is deducting amount of hundred of RS. without
                          intimation and none of the reasons (its deduction of 565.30 rs without

                          first of i completely disagree with your statement that i have consume more-then 2GB data and excess of it, when i see my balance is 0.09 then i go for check available data of my used pkg, KEY WORDS ARE *111*1#, i get pop up massage on my screen from your server is that my 3.74 MB data is balance out of 2GB( i check this 3.74 MB data more then 7 times by calling on *111*1# all all times show that u have balance data 3.74 MB), this is also accepted by your customer executive i have 3.74 MB balance out of 2 GB mittal and other they also accept i have balance 3.74 MB

                          so, dont try to give me wrong massage, your server popup many times that my balnce data is 3.74 MB

                            first of i completely disagree with your statement that i have consume more-then 2GB data and excess of it, when i see my balance is 0.09 then i go for check available data of my used pkg, KEY WORDS ARE *111*1#, i get pop up massage on my screen from your server is that my 3.74 MB data is balance out of 2GB( i check this 3.74 MB data more then 7 times by calling on *111*1# all all times show that u have balance data 3.74 MB), this is also accepted by your customer executive i have 3.74 MB balance out of 2 GB mittal and other they also accept i have balance 3.74 MB

                            so, dont try to give me wrong massage, your server popup many times that my balnce data is 3.74 MB

                                I tried to activate 1 data pack from main balance but as it was low, I got a message that they can't process the request & I have to try again as shown in the attached image. Instead of trying the same, few days later I activated another scheme by recharging with amount 499 & I got balance 500 & 2gb 3G data for 2months as they promise. But the very next day they activated the older scheme i.e. not auto renewable, without any intimation & deduct all 3G data balance & 104 rs. By convincing them on email since 1st of Oct, I just got 100rs as refund. So I need that data balance as refund.

                                  Hi, I had recharged my tata docomo GSM number online from tata docomo website on 10/7/13 for 50RS. I got a message that my amount got deducted from bank but recharge wasnot succcessfull. It happened twice once on my [protected] number and today on [protected] I want my money back on both the numbers.This is really bad service from docomo.They cut the money and dont even give us the money back. Its better to stop this service(online recharge) than give us such bad service

                                    We have taken the tata wireline 899 unlimited plan dates 18.6.2013 vide CAF No.[protected] through tata resentative Mr. Krishna Panchal [protected] and Santosh Pandey -[protected]
                                    Gujarat Bahan, Nr. Sanyas Ashram, Town hall, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Ph.[protected]

                                    We have given deposit cheque 850/- paid on 18.6.2013 vide chq no. 202240 in favour of TTSL of CITI Bank and which cleared in their IDBI Bank.

                                    Company has not fitted any landline till 10 days, we have taken regular follow ups through representative but all are irresponsible person, even they dont pick the mobile, lastly we told to refund our deposit as they fail to give the connection. It is very regretting till date we have not received any refund from tata, no body is interested to take the call and give proper reply.

                                    Lastly we have taken this step as allmost 4 months are over and body is their to serve the customer.

                                    Pl expedite the matter and revert soon.

                                        I have gone to Docomo store in South Bopal Ahemdabad : name Deepak soni. I want to port my number so he ask me to pay the fees and documnets and I did the same . After 6 days I again visited the same and ask ; Then He ask me which documents have you submitted and I dont have ur documents. Then I scold him and after he remember he has my documnets. Then Again he said I ll do dont worry, and again after one day I got msg that My for is rejected and when i go to him, He was not aware of this and said might be ...so this way the Guy wasted my time and he dont have any knowldge about tha same ...I request the DOCOMO pls take follow ups o[censored]r store because It affects ur repo and make customer trouble...
