Mob.No.[protected]. Did the recharge on 05/09/2013 at 08:27:33.for Rs.499. When the offer of Rs. 500.TT+2GB 3G was available on my phone.I got only a TT of 441.11. When contacted 121 replied it will be activated after 72 hrs.BUT not activated yet.I lost Rs.21 for surfing even after 74 hrs.

    My account is debited by 165/- Rs . On 8 Sept 2013. I having sufficient data balence in my account but when i was closed internet then i get massage about deduction and it is of 165 Rs. I call customer care on 198 for registring complain but customer care executive said me that if data balence is under 25 Mb then their system directly debited from customers main balence for security. Nice joke na? But it's true. I always use internet packs and then use internet and also cheke data balence before browsing. But this telecom sector are always search new techniqes to give pain to us. So I request you please give me the parmenant solution for this complain. Thanks

        Sir, i have been using Tata docomo since last 1 year, it has been a statisfactory experience by me. I have been using tariff for 2g gprs since quite a while n very often. But since past few months i have been operating the 1 mnth 1 gp tarrif @95, but to my dissapointment every time i download a file, jst before d completion of download the network / net connectivity drops n thw whole download fails to zero. Despite of full network . I have lost alot of data due to this situation occuring everytime i download a file.. Its been very disappointing coz i have lost 300- 400 rs. In these 4 months. I live in Indore in main city centre area, so no chance of poor network. I have even thought of complaining to consumer forum but i think its better to put this problem in your notice before any legal action. This happens every time i download a file and also during regular surfing and to reconnect it takes a long time 3 - 4 attempts which ensures that d site from which file being downloaded will be disconnected. Despite of having 1 gp data/mnth i was unable to download a 144 mb pdf file , tried it several times and lost all the data. Also 2nd problem is while surfing when data left is about to over i.e last 3-4 mb data volume left.. There is an deduction of main account balance despite of data being available. Last time i was downloading a file which was 95% downloaded and suddenly it stoped as balance got zero. When i checked. I had 1.5 Mb gprs data of my tariff still unused. I got the gprs tariff renewed and also refilled balance. To my surprise the 1.5 mb data left previously was still available as unused!! Then why was my balance deducted??? Will you plz explain a valid reason for such things !! Why should i get a 100 rs gprs tarrif when i cant download a 144mb file in a whole month out of 1gb data !! There must be some policy for net drops if there is for call drops??? Its very disappointing. Please look into the problem so you dont loose faith of customers.           Dear Sir/Madam, I'd asked tata photon customer care team to discontinue the service and give me a full and final payment (a year back story). Neither they did terminate the service, nor they stopped giving me extra bills (for the service i didn't opt for). Now, they are asking for 2k+ amount to pay other wise they will take legal actions.             I am Bhupendra Sharma & my mobile no. is [protected].

            I got recharge of Rs. 250 on dated 19/08/2013 in which Tata Docomo give assurance for providing me following facility

            1.1 GB data 3G
            2.Unlimited 2G data for one month
            3. Rs 222 balance

            But please note that i able to use this facility only for two days & after that they detected the amount from my main balance without any information of Rs 320.

                I have recharged 223/- on 24th August 2013 via Tata docomo offical website and through internet banking But The recharge was not done & today is 5th sept still I did not get my money back.My First Conversation with Mr Suman (Tata docomo customer care executive) on 4th sept 2013 He said The recharge was not successful thats why we have refund that amount into your account on 26th august and you need to talk with the SBI bank manager also say to the manager that you need to approve the ammount then only the ammount will appear in your account till you have the same problem then mail us the bank statement from 24th aug to current date,yes i have spoke with the manager he said there was no system for approval and he also said Mr suman was lying to you & I also send the bank statement on yesterday, Now I got a reply from Miss Tania Das (Employee Of Tata docomo) On Wed, Sep 4, 2013 at 5:40 PM, <[protected]@tatadocomo.com> wrote: Hello!                   I am using Tata Docomo sim card having MB. number [protected]. i have recharge with rs. 250 on 31/08/2013 in which i got talk time of rs 222 and 1GB 3G data with a validity of 30 days and i am using internet on 4 September 2013 and a balance of rs 143 deducted from my talk time whereas i have 4.35 MB data still left in my account even after that deduction so there is not any reason for that deduction. for that i have made contact with customer care center but they said u have opened internet chargeable whereas i haven't opened that sites. please look into that matter and resolve my complaint as soon as possible....

                    I had bought dongle sim approx in month of Feb 2013 for my samsung note-2. I had paid Rs. 999/- on special plan of docomo for 3 months. after that due to very slow speed of net and unnecessary redundancy, i had stopped using it and the same was already conveyed to customer care. Accordingly, the plan was stopped. However, still the bills are being generated for no reason whatsoever. My dongle sim no. is [protected], acc no.[protected], tariff plan-3GQARP750_5GB UNL PLAN. still now vide bill no-[protected], i am getting bill of Rs. 1984/-!!!! I have paid all money and i donot want this unnecessary hassle. Kindly stop sending bills and check from ur side for discrepancy.

                      On the chat support whenever I have contacted I have faced this problem. They will ask to wait till they get information, sometime this time will go up to 5-7 minutes. But when we are ideal for 30 second without responding they will close the session and end chat. First of all reaching them and explaining the problem itself is need great time and patience. After that if they close the session it is really painful to start from scratch.

                        Hi, When I have tried to recharge with Rs 39 using USSD there is an alert message saying you will get 150MB+150MB of data valid for 7 days. Post recharge I have also received SMS saying "enjoy" 300MB data valid for 7 days. But when I queried the balance by dialing short code data available is shown as only 140MB!! When I have contacted call center they said they will get back to me in 7 days and now it’s more than 10 days, neither any response nor anybody contacted. This is not first time I have observed these kind of problems. E.g. even with one day data recharge of Rs 5 they give 20MB instead of 25MB owed. Regards, Maneesh

                          On 24th august I had raised the complaint for the speed problem and frequent disconnection. Engineer visited my place and routed the request to Network department. Its almost 10 days but there is no response from the network team. Daily twice or thrice I am calling customer care. Every time they are saying that we have escalated the complaint and today for sure someone will rectify the problem. But nothing is happening. It’s very disappointing. No proper response from the team. Also when I asked them details before taking the connection , customer care team didn’t told me the full details. They are hiding some terms and condition .It’s not fair to not to give full information to the customers.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I am munishwar meshram having tata docomo no [protected] and i am using this no for more 4 years, currently i have activated the docomo pack of 250 rs in which i got 222 rs talk time and unlimited internet 3g data with terms and condition that 1gb data usage will be at 3 g speed and remaining unlimited at 2g speed. i hv used 1gb 3G data with ok speed and not faced any problem but as soon as 1Gb data completed the remaining data should be loaded with 2G speed ,but the speed of internet after usage of 3G data is very very less, not even google page is opening for more than 2 min. If they r saying remaining unlimited data will be provided at 2 g speed then it should at least give 2g speed like other networks. but the data speed company providing is loading at 100bytes per second, not even in kilo bytes. i got tired o[censored]sing internet at such disgusting speed and at last i have to change the network provider for internet usage. i have also called customer care and tired to report a problem but they denied to report problem and said the problem is due to server problem and will be solved in 4 hrs but my question is for 3G data there is not server problem but for 2G why it is always a problem. my humble request is to take strict action for such miss guided services provided by companies so that consumer can be better served with more efficient services.                               I had raised a request for cancellation on July 27th 2013 for disconnection of my Postpaid Tata photon plus connection (#[protected]) by calling to their customer care number. After this, I repeatedly got calls regarding various offers on reduced tariff and higher download limits, which I promptly rejected. However they said that my connection will be temporarily disconnected for a period of 6 months after which I can re-activate optionally and there will be no bills during this period and I need to reply to a mail sent by them. I got this mail from KA Retention Team <KA.[protected]@tatadocomo.com> on August 3rd, 2013, for which I replied that I don't want to be put in this SAFE CUSTODY (this is what they call it) and requested to cancel the connection permanently. I got no reply. Now I am getting reminders to pay for the month of August. When I call, they are saying that I had agreed to be put on safe custody and I had to send a mail on this to them and they claim that I haven't sent them any mail. I have again replied back to them on the above email address and am yet to get any response. Kindly help me.

                                Hi I am the unfortunate customer of Tata Docomo internet service. [A/c no:[protected]] I raised a relocation request in Oct 2012. The customer care executive assured me that the request would be serviced soon and i would receive an intimation from the visiting engineer. I never received any intimation from any engineer. I had to make call after call, asking them to send someone soon and every single time they assured me that my request would be serviced in 48 hrs! An entire month passed, with my request still pending!! I had no access to the net for a month. After I screamed on the top of my lungs for the Nth time in the last 3 weeks, I demanded discontinuation of service. At this, the customer care executive assured me that bill for the period of disconnection will be exempted and my service request would be processed. I finally got connected to the net after a month. However, they never exempted the bill for the period of disconnection. I chose to ignore the bill generated for that month, and went on to pay for subsequent months till date, Aug 2013. For the last 1 month, I have been getting calls everyday, asking me to pay the outstanding bill (which is outstanding by the amt that I was assured will be exempted). The customer care told me “this is how it is in their system”, and asked me to drop a mail to [protected]@tatatel.co.in. I dropped a mail on 2 Aug 2013, and received a reply on 25 Aug 2013 (almost a month later) from Mr Rawal with the following contents : [This is with reference to your email regarding Tata Docomo Account Number[protected]. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience experienced by you. We have verified our records and found that your account is active and your current outstanding amount is Rs. 1022/- We trust the above explanation is to your satisfaction and will surely be of help to you.] This reply mentions nothing about the exemption assured to us, and offers no rationale behind why I am being asked to pay for a period when I did not enjoy internet service from Tata Docomo, for no fault of mine, but due to delay from their side, and that too after having assured me that the bill would be exempted. Later today, when I called the customer care again, they tell me that “they do not offer waiver facility”, no matter the reason for the delay of service request. He acknowledged that I had been “misinformed” about the exemption earlier and that they would take internal action for it, but they would NOT exempt my bill, no matter what! I am not sure if my expectations are high here, but not only is this grossly unfair, it is plain UNREASONABLE. I am being asked to pay for a service that I never used. Firstly my customer request was not addressed on time, it was painful to call up customer service 5 times a week to have them come and address the request for an entire month, then i was given false assurance of exemption, then again i was pestered everyday to pay the outstanding bill (which was to be rightfully exempted) and then i was told that “the facility” to waive off bill does not exist. This is the one of the worst services I have ever used. Service is highly INCOMPETENT, they MISINFORM you, there is NO ADHERENCE TO SERVICE SCHEDULE, level of COMMITMENT IS EXTREMELY LOW, information conveyed is often FALSE, NON INFORMATIVE and INCOMPLETE. Their customer service mail id is a NIGHTMARE, responses are NOT PROMPT atall. All in all, PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM TATA DOCOMO BROADBAND SERVICE, it is PATHETIC!! They make you want to pull your hair out and scream in agony!!!

                                  I am using Tata docomo CDMA Card for last 4 yrs. Recently i have purchase new HTC phone after that i try to start internet on my mobile but it's not working. I reach to TATA Docomo Outlet for help they suggested me that you have to change your sim because you are using old sim, however to use internet on your phone u need to change with OHM card. I do that, i ask executive if any internet plan available he told me to activate with 43 internet plan you will get 2 GB Internet usage free. i do that on 26-Jun-2013. After that on 19-Jul-2013 i received bill of as per my billing cycle in that i didn't found any problem.Bill amt 747 which includes also charged 30 charges for pack on prorate basis. After that in next month(August), i received bill on 19-aug-2013 amt 2735 which includes Internet data usage charges (1735.00) + normal call charges + 43 data pack charges. I have register complain regarding bill, now they are saying 43 plan was not applicable to you because you have used High speed internet.i told him if that is not applicable than why plan was activated on my mobile. Now they are saying that when you activated plan that time our system don't now which mobile you are using. i ask when you generate bill at that time you came to know that still why this plan activated on my mobile than they are saying you need to deactivated. It means if my mobile is not eligible for that plan than also i have to bear with all charges.i ask them because of your system mi stack, i have been charged why should i pay for this but they are not ready to except their mistake. please provide me solution for this.

                                    Me:I asked customer care and said that i topup with 26rupee sms booster but my money deducted for every sms. and they asked me the date i recharged i said 28aug, customer care: I am sorry u didnt made any transactions on that day. pls contact dealer this is not our issue Me: Went to dealer and said that customer care ask me to check wit u dealer: I recharged for your mobile no and the transaction is success so u need to contact customer care Me: i tried to contact customer care but when i press the no to speak customer care it is automatically routed to voice and saying that "all of our customer care representatives busy at the moment thank you" and the call ended , i called again but the same voice i heard from IVR. then i ask my dealer to contact customer care dealer: ringed one person and said that i got recharge with success but why am not able to send free sms Docomo distributor: Wait let me check say the mobile no and transaction id dealer: said my mobile no and transaction ID.sorry sir this no already availing 5 services at present so the sms booster not triggered dealer: then it must go to transaction failure? why it became success docomo distributor: sir please understand our situation it is somewhere mistake in docomo,if the customer is contacted us within 24 hour we would have refund the amt. dealer:then how can i sell your sim to customer ? all are complaining to me.your service is really bad.the customer is recharged and went to native now only they checking that amount is being deducted.. Docomo distributor: sorry sir we cannot help out. and sent one sms to dealer that the customer not contacted within 24 hrs so we regret to inform you that your money will not refunded.. see how they are cheating and grabbing money from people.. learn how to escape from this Fking guys..Dont buy docomo hereafter.

                                      Dear All, I recharged from one of the dealer in my area and i got sms that Recharge successful with transaction ID. But i am not able to send sms for free they are charging re.1rupee per sms, the reason why i topup with 26rs is to avail 100 free sms/per day but they are charging for each sms after recharge. i talk to this to one of the customer care he said they didnt receive any transactions for my mobile .they ask me to check with the dealer, but why should i contact dealer, The dealer job is to ensure that the amount is successfully credited to customer or not.The amount is successfully credited but i am not able to avail free sms, then i went to dealer and said my concern. and he saying that you got sms from me that recharge is successful then why should i need to check this is purely docomo companny issue. and he spoke to one of the customer care in docomo they said that i having already 5 offers so i cannot avail the 26 rupee booster then how the transaction will be successful, it must to go failure.but the transaction is success but they saying if the customer complaint about this issue within 24 hour we will be refund other wise we cant. i didnt check after topup with26 rupee after 2days i sent sms then only i came to know that my sms booster is not activated.This is fraudulent activity really worst they not at all refunding my account and i am not able to use the free sms also .Its really pathetic. this is similar to theft.
