Dear Sir/Madam, I'd asked tata photon customer care team to discontinue the service and give me a full and final payment (a year back story). Neither they did terminate the service, nor they stopped giving me extra bills (for the service i didn't opt for). Now, they are asking for 2k+ amount to pay other wise they will take legal actions. Unprofessional customer care behavior

On the chat support whenever I have contacted I have faced this problem. They will ask to wait till they get information, sometime this time will go up to 5-7 minutes. But when we are ideal for 30 second without responding they will close the session and end chat. First of all reaching them and explaining the problem itself is need great time and patience. After that if they close the session it is really painful to start from scratch....

Prepaid recharge- misleading customer

Hi, When I have tried to recharge with Rs 39 using USSD there is an alert message saying you will get 150MB+150MB of data valid for 7 days. Post recharge I have also received SMS saying "enjoy" 300MB data valid for 7 days. But when I queried the balance by dialing short code data available is shown as only 140MB!! Tata Photon not working:- No response against the complaint

On 24th august I had raised the complaint for the speed problem and frequent disconnection. Engineer visited my place and routed the request to Network department. Its almost 10 days but there is no response from the network team. Daily twice or thrice I am calling customer care. Every time they are saying that we have escalated the complaint and today for sure someone will rectify the problem. But nothing is happening. It’s very disappointing....
