I got a call from Krishna (Tata docomo ) in the afternoon dated 25/9/13. But I’m not getting satisfactory response my mobile balance of Rs 126 has not been transfer into my A/c this fellow speak like parrot no money refund..
Even don’t understand the problem of customer. Not analyzing the issue straight...
