Respected Sir,

I got a call from Krishna (Tata docomo ) in the afternoon dated 25/9/13. But I’m not getting satisfactory response my mobile balance of Rs 126 has not been transfer into my A/c this fellow speak like parrot no money refund..
Even don’t understand the problem of customer. Not analyzing the issue straight away you have activated the service no money refund. A day before Mr abhishek surya told to me no such plan available on 141 still today this plan shown on 141 service
Sir I told him that I use your *141# service choose option no. 4 for 2g pack then select 2 for the one time activation then go for the option 6 for [protected]@Rs5 and press one to confirm 141 service window msg displayed that this pack is valid till midnight but after few min I got an sms Rs 126 pack act.
Even these fellow mark a comment on your portal problem resolved but still no balance of Rs 126 has not been transfer into my A/c.
Wow it’s an ethic of the company or a marketing tactics…

Piyush Mob No. [protected] Amount deducted Rs. 126 Date of Deduction 22/9/2013 in the afternoon time 1:50 pm. Sir I had recharge through ussd code *141# click option no. 4 for 2g packs then click on option 2 onetime activation several different packs were shown 50 [protected]@8Rs. I choose [protected]@5Rs which show valid till midnight but i got an sms from docomo 126Rs pack activated this false practices is not accepted by any customer I gave a call to call centre Mr. Abhishek surya received a call and refuse to refund money he said no such recharge is available on 141.and not register my complain Sir I'm using an internet for the past 5 year well understood about the function. Many times I use your 141 2g gprs service and use Rs 5 and 3oday internet pack. This is totally unfair.. Why TATA is cheating customers in this way? This is really harassment from TataDocomo first deduct the amount in the name of fake services activation and then don¿t listen to customer complaints. Please refund the above amount of Rs. 126 Your immediate action is highly appreciated. Regards piyush

      I have received a message from docomo that my july 13 bill for Rs. 438/- and this Rs. 438/- i have paid through my State bank of india debit card on 27.08.2013 for Rs. 438/- details of bank is as under

          Dear Sir , I have got a message on 23 sep 2013 saying my Call me tunes service has been activated and song is downloaded and 40 rs is deducted (30 for call me tunes and 10 for song download) , Where as i never activated and downloaded the songs . I got this message after recharging for 50 rs . When i called customer care they said they cant help since i have deactivated the service . Message that i got says "call me tunes has been activated with rs 30 .To stop dial 155223" so i called and deactivated the service . But my money didnt credited back . We fought with the customer care for 1 hr bt of no use . they said they cant help us since the service is deactivated and they don't have data in database .I called them within 10 min after reciving message They have data for uncessarily activating the services but they don't have data for refund .             Hi my docomo no os [protected]. Tata Docomo charge me without provide proper services which they gave me in plan.There is no proper network, no internet access . even today's hi-tech word we wont pay online if we want we have to its store. and when i talked to customer person thy said do what you want my system is not updated ... i mailed so with attachment files n calls but nothing change .... now i deside to launch a complaint againt docomo for charged without providing proper sevices

              I had conversation regarding docomo 251(gujarat circle) plan with one of the customer care executive. he told me that i can use 1 GB 3G then after 2G unlimited for 1 month after the recharge. after that i made a recharge nearby 28 th august 2013. But they deducted 62-70 rs today as my 3G data was completed today. (1 month is not completed right now) the other problem is with their 3G speed. I have called many times and wasted many 50 paises to talk with the customer care executive regarding the 3G speed. My phone supports 21 MBPS speed(Galaxy Grand). and the speed i got from DOCOMO is 20-30 kbps. (251 rs recharge) the other companies are giving more fast speed than this docomo.( i have compared that with Vodafone) I doubt that "TATA DOCOMO " not following the Standards of 3G speed. What i want is they used to record the all call details. please listen them and please some needful so that i can assure that i was not wrong.

              First of all I did not get any call from your side.
              i can understand the above things.
              My point is that your CC executive told me that i ll get 2G unlimited+1 GB 3G.
              it's not my fault.
              i have tried many calls to CC earlier, every time i come up with some patches which didn't works even once.
              look you cant make me fool as i am a computer engineer.
              I can understand workings of 2G-3G networks so tell me the reasons for lagging speed.
              If you are following any Standards regarding the 3G let me know the T &C.

                Today morning i checked on tatadocomo online site for best offer and i found one offer. As per this offer pay 55 Rs. and get 1p/2s call rate for 60 days and get additional 10 Rs. talk time with validity for 60 days. so i recharge this offer on my mobile no:[protected] and i shocked when i get only 45 days validity instead of 60 days and also i not get 10 Rs. talk time. I contact customer care regarding this issue and as per Mr. Mahendra Parmar this recharge option had changed on 1/9/2013 and as per new plan its validity is 45 days and there is no talk time with this offer. I argue with him that as per your online site its show 60 days validity and 10 Rs. talk time so why i not get this benefit?. He replied sorry but its final, so i feel tatadocomo can cheat with customer by attracting like this advertisement and changed plan without any information to customer. So i request you to look into the matter and do needful to give me justice. Thanks.

                  Tata DoCoMo - DEDUCTION OF BALANCE IN PREPAID NUMBER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

                  I have Docomo Prepaid Number [protected], I have complaint that the company has deducted Rs 80 without my knowledge. I have called customer car, but they don't have any explanation for this and told me that I should called them within 24 hours, But I don't understand that why someone keep checking balance all the time. Also I never get any message for this deduction. Please look into this and help me.

                    hi this sumanth form hyderabad I have contact many times customer care for DND service they said its activated ... but this is not activated. i am still receiving company calls particular one no ([protected]). i requested for this service about three months ago but still there is same situation. every time they are just taking my complaint and not solving. my no. is [protected]

                      ,Sir, I am a user of tata docomo. My mobile no. is [protected]. I was having rs.127 main balance in my account on [protected],but after some time i saw that rs.86 was deducted from my balance and i didnt received any msg for such deduction. I tried calling customer care but it was of no use. After some time I received only one message that rs43 tata on-net pack has been activated on my number. Please Note that the balance was deducted twice but confiramtion message was received only once. Why will I activate such pack twice when i will get the same benefit by recharging once. The fault is on your side,so I kindly request you to deactivate the packs and refund my money as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir, I had taken a TATA DOCOMO connection in oct 13 month and paid an advance rent for six months. But after completion of six months they charged a bill for one month whereafter I cancelled the connection immediately. Now the question of paying bill for one month remains. In the above scenario, I would like to state that the tata docomo had never sent me any bill either by mail or through any post during any period and nor for the last month. The connection was not working after completion of four month and thereafter I made several complaints but they were of opinion that the USB hardware is not working properly. They said me to show it to the local centre however due to time bounding i didn't visited any local outlets and stop using the connection. The sales executive of tata docomo told me when taking the connection that if account is not recharged the connection will stop working It means i will not be able to use it until I recharge the account.I didn't recharged it but I got message for payment of bill through SMS. I immediately contact the tata docomo call centre and asked to cancel the connection. I told them the query and they accepted to resolve it and cancelled my connection. After passage of four months i got a call from delhi asking me to pay Rs.1100/-.I told her all my points but she was not in the state to hear any my queries and told me of tight action will be taken. Now after one month i am getting call from the tata docomo person who is saying me that the legal action has been taken and i am asked either to pay the amount immediately Rs.1100/- or to present in delhi teeshazhari court. I asked him that i have not received any notice. He said some lady has signed the notice on 8/09/2013. Now i dont know which lady has signed it. Because there is no one from home who has received any such notice. I would like summarized my points as follows :- 1. Sales representative are misguinding the people. 2. Tata docomo is not sending any bills. 3. Not providing the required service. 4. Selling defective USB pendrives. 5. Harrassing the customers. I don’t have any mens rea behind non payment of any bill. To prove this I could say and produced the proof that 1. I am regularly paying my postpaid bill of airtel without any delay since last 5 years who has also now extended my credit limit to Rs.5000 per month. 2. I was regularly paying the postpaid bill of TATA docomo old connection for more than a year. Old Tata docomo no was [protected] and new no is [protected] Sir please help me out in this matter.

                            I have been using Tata Docomo for last six months on this year,my number is [protected] but now I want to port out to Bharti Airtel.I have been facing the problem of portablity failure from Tata Docomo. Tata Docomo is not releasing my number to Bharti Airtel . I am fed up now I have sent two MNP request but both failed .I tried to contact with Tata Docomo Custumer help but they blocked their customer assistance only for my number .Please Please help me Two of my MNP Code(Failed) are TW469676 TW969682 I need assistance soonest as possible Regards ShivamKrishn Agrawal +91 [protected]

                              During 2 years my Data validity date was 30.09.2024. But during 2 days it is showing 13.10.2013. I have lodge a complaint . They have answered me due to network problem this happened(ref:data validity~~M[protected]. I think they are joking with me . During 2 years what type of network problem was? Suddenly reducing validity without any notice is illegal.I want to return back my old data validity date. I have copied and pasted 1 msg send by docomo---- From: DOCOMO Date time:[protected]:47:24 Content: Bal is Rs.205.44 Validity is[protected], GPRS Pack balance in MB is 4609.57 Validity is[protected].                                 getting disturb from some numbers - tata docomo I am a house wife and I have a airtel number. I have been getting disturb from some tata docomo numbers from west bengal area for last 3 month any time in the day and midnight . The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected] Can you give me the details of these numbers in my email or please check and take necessary action on those numbers. Otherwise, I would prefer to go to police for complaining against those numbers. Hope you will solve this problem. Thank you..

                                  I Received sms from TATA DOCOMO STATING that "Starting Today You can enjoy 3G and 2G at same price and it was valid for packs with validity greater than 7 days". but after doing 126 RS pack with 1.5 GB data, i am not getting 3G Speed Internet and i cannot even connect to 3G Network.More over i dont even get basic 2G speed of 10-11 KB/s, i get 2-3 KB/s. A week before i used other 3G pack on TATA DOCOMO and all was working fine. When i posted complaint to them they say it is Network Problem/PRoblem with my Cell Phone/ Blah Blah... My Pack will expire on 05102013 Still they didnt solve my issue and also when i Complaint again they say my issue is resolved and closed.

                                  Even i received the same message and did RS 126 recharge but i am receiving 1-5 KB speed, In sms i received from TATADOCOMO it is mentioned that i will get SUPER FAST NET and Enjoy 2G and 3G at same rates, but i am not even able to connect to TATA 3G network and 2G Speed is 1-5 KB/s. IS THIS CALLED "SUPER FAST NET" ? Another Problem is that i am not able to connect to internet, it takes 15-20 times or 15 minutes to just Connect to Internet in TATA DOCOMO, And After connecting Speed of 5KB/s and also gets disconnected after 40 Mints.

                                  This is not the problem with me, it is the problem with every one who uses TATADOCOMO, My friend recently Ported out to VODAFONE because of this Problem, Now he is enjoyin good quality Network and Internet, IF issues are not resolved "WE" will be porting to VODAFONE.

                                    After months of harrasment I sent the following email to Tata Docomo's Bangalore Appellate authority(dated August 21):
                                    I am a Tata Photon Customer with the number [protected]. I was a regular payee who was satisfied with your services for the first few months after purchasing your services. I later received a call from your sales department to avail an offer for converting prepaid connection to postpaid. I was promised that I would get a total of 11GB high speed internet for Rs.1,100. I agreed to the offer.

                                    It is then that I started having a series of problems with lack of proper connection & decreasing speeds. For nearly a year I raised a series of complaints with Tata Photon about my speed issues. Not only this, but gradually the bill amount started increasing from the initially promised Rs.1100.

                                    Some time last March/April your customer service agents informed that they will send an engineer to our office to solve the speed issue. The Engineer arrived and did not solve the issue. Instead an extra charge of Rs.300 was made to my account for the Engineer without any prior intimation.
                                    It is around this time that out of frustration, I stopped using my Photon connection and shifted to an alternative service provider with whom I have been having no issues till date. But Tata Photon continuously called me about bill payment, the amount for which kept on increasing despite lack o[censored]sage. I later spoke with a customer service agent describing all the problems I had earlier. He told me that I should pay up Rs. 2,300 & then they would close the connection & there would be no further problems. I paid the same amount on the very next day.

                                    I assumed that the problems had ended, when last moth I got a call from a couple of lawyers in Delhi threatening that they will fine me Rs. 25,000 if the remaining bill was not paid by end of the day. Despite their rude behavior I patiently made the payment(Rs. 979. Transaction ID: MSPD[protected]) & received a confirmation message. I called the customer care & asked them to close my account and cease all communications to my phone/email.

                                    But since last week I have been getting mails to pay for a new bill of Rs. 212 by September 3rd. On contacting the customer care an executive named Md. Azharuddin Shanawaz spoke & promised me that the connection will finally be closed, that I will get a call from the corresponding team confirming the same & that the bill for Rs. 212 will be "revoked'.(A Cancellation request number was finally provided:[protected] It has been more than 4 days since this request was raised but I did not receive a call. I only received a message that they tried to contact me but couldn't reach me. I called the customer care back & they keep promising that this will be done without any proven results. Instead I keep getting mails that I have to pay up a bill of Rs. 212 despite payment & raising a request for cancellation.

                                    Please note that I have a recording of all conversations with Tata Photon customer service agents. Not only has there been continuous harassment & threatening calls, there has also been deceptive service & cheating. This problem has to be solved soon. I am already in talks with my lawyer who suggested that I send a final mail to the corresponding authority & wait 48 hours for a response before taking any action. This is to notify you of the situation & to inform you to provide a satisfying & sure response by 23rd August, 2013.

                                    I then received this response on August 29th:

                                    We have received your mail expressing your concern over cancellation issue for your Tata Docomo number [protected].

                                    We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                                    We would like to inform you that, your cancellation request with docket number[protected] is under process and account will be disconnected within 15days from the raising request. We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you on the experience you had with our customer care and not meet your requirement.

                                    It has been our constant endeavor to bring to you world class services to help grow our relationship and ensure better services delivery.



                                    Please feel free to contact us for any further clarifications or assistance via email at [protected]@tatadocomo.com or call us at 121 or[protected].

                                    I later received a call from the retention team as promised, and I confirmed the disconnection. Moving on, I assumed that the troubles were over. But Tata Docomo couldn't put its hands at rest. I received an email in September 17 that a new bill has been generated for Rs. 360 for the month of September -13. I understand that the service industry faces many problems, because of which I kept giving them chances to just close the connection. But despite there being no dues from me, Tata Docomo has been repeatedly harassing me despite notice. This matter has to be settled now with a written letter of confirmation, that there will be no further harassment. The entire chain of emails and recorded phone calls are available with me in case you need further confirmation for the same.
