Tata Photon 3G not working

I purchased Tata Photon 3G because I was told by the agent that Tata Photon 3G works in my area of residence. But there is no connectivity since day one. Zero range. Connection is possible in areas outside Electronic City. I went with the device and my laptop to complain in your service centre opposite Forum Mall, Koramangala. Getting Bill even after cancelling the Net Connection

Wrong ethics followed to lure customers

My no. Is [protected]. I had recharged with 499 on 6/9/2013 which gives 500 rs+2gb 3G data. Balance Deduct On the Name of Renewable

False Internet bills

no activation key/wrong plan

not reactivated outgoing after 36 hours

lottery winning fake call

offer of 500 Rs. talk time+2GB 3G on PC of Rs.499.

about unwanted deduction of Rs 165 Rs

My account is debited by 165/- Rs . On 8 Sept 2013. I having sufficient data balence in my account but when i was closed internet then i get massage about deduction and it is of 165 Rs. I call customer care on 198 for registring complain but customer care executive said me that if data balence is under 25 Mb then their system directly debited from customers main balence for security. Nice joke na? But it's true. I always use internet...
