I have 3G pack activate. I had 217 MB and 327 RS left .. ON Sunday 15th Sept 2013 I was browsing free site. Still I was charged . My complete balance was deducted and also data reduced to 1.7 MB . My complain number was PBR12222345. But no responses from anyone. Really this is fraud ..Simply taking money .

    I recharged my no.([protected]) with Rs 250 unlimited netvoucher plan of tata docomo on 27/08/2013. And I am registering this complaint on 17/09/2013. As per plans promotions, includes Rs 250 as talktime and 3G data unlimited For 1st time when I recharged my number with this plan I gor Rs 222 talktime and 1GB data as 3G speed and then 2G. Now when I recharged this again without any intimation they add 1GB 3G data and Rs 222 balance in my account but when my 1GB 3G data was over, I don't know how my balance was deducted from Rs 208 (I used that much only) to Rs 22 and I am finding no solution for this problem, I want to get my balance back and after that I want to change my network.

    We would like to inform you that on recharge of Rs. 250/- you will get only 1 GB 3G data, valid for 30 days and there is no 2G data or unlimited browsing. Hence, you have been charged correctly as per your usage post completion of 1 GB 3G data.

      I purchased Tata Photon 3G because I was told by the agent that Tata Photon 3G works in my area of residence. But there is no connectivity since day one. Zero range. Connection is possible in areas outside Electronic City. I went with the device and my laptop to complain in your service centre opposite Forum Mall, Koramangala. Your technical team checked the device and my laptop. It was working fine. They told me it is due to network problem in my area, so I registered a service request. I was told that a technical person will visit my place and give an acknowledgement using which I will get a refund. The agent from whom I bought the device also told me the same. After registering a complaint, I waited for 2 days for your technical person to visit my place, because as per your policy you contact customers in 48 hours. But I did not receive any communication from your side. Hence on 3rd September I had to call the customer service centre again and I had to register a new complaint. Then after 2 days I get a call for this complaint saying that there is a network problem in Electronic City, and since I have registered a complaint within 7 days of activation, I will get a refund, for which I should submit the device to the agent from whom I purchased it. I asked them for a refund approval by email, but I was explicitly told that there is no need for it as there is a network issue in Electronic City. I was told to submit the device by stating the complaint number. And now the agent is not accepting the device and is asking proof for refund. Even after raising all kind of complaints, neither have I received any kind of communication from your side, nor has anyone visited my place. I want immediate refund of my money (Rs. 2526).

        Dear Concerned, I have purchased tata photon Net Connection USB dongle, Tata A/c #[protected] Tata # [protected] Due to no good network I have cancelled the Connection 1 and half months ago, After that I received bill of some 54 Rupees (And They said this is last bill), Now again I have received the Bill of 592 Rupees. This is insane. How can I get bill after the Cancellation??? Thanks Vikram

            Sir I want the details of Mobile No [protected] ,the following details to submitt to the crime branch against this person for cheating me of Indian rupees.I believe that the number belongs to Tata Docomo. The Name of the person who is holding the sim card in his name. The full address of the person with house no,street no,village,city,district,state etc. for the period from 10/6/2013 to 31/8/2013. and any other details of this man's identity submitted to your Agency. Pl sir it is urgent as this man was operating his mobile from Tambaram. Pl let the person not know about this complaint. This man speaks fluent Kokani Goan language and cheating innocent people of their money by promising jobs and addressing himself as a Captain of the ship. This man has now shut off his mobile and not responding to my call from Goa

              Hi Sir/Madam, I was using the Tata Photon Plus connection a year back. My Tata DoCoMo Number is [protected]. So 1 year back I called up customer care for cancellation of Tata DoCoMo services, customer care execute told that they will keep the connection for hold for 6 months and before reactivating it they will ask my consent. After 6 months they have reactivated connection without taking my consent and I got wrongly billed for 2 months for the service which I haven't used. Now they are sending sms from Tata DoCoMo legal team stating that you will be fined if you don't pay it. I have payed the bill of Rs.1913. But I want to raise complaint against Tata DoCoMo for un ethical business they are doing and I want the money back. Please help me! Thanks Prasad

                Hi TATA DOCOMO, I have taken a corporate connection recently (FREEDOM 499) and while taking the plan it was told to me that my unused Minutes will be carried forward/added in my next month bill but when i spoke to customer care they told me that there is no such option so its like cheating to customer as well as giving false information regarding plans . So request you to kindly look into the matter and tell me the exact plan details.                   My no. Is [protected]. I had recharged with 499 on 6/9/2013 which gives 500 rs+2gb 3G data. Yesterday on 13/9/2013 at 5:03 pm i got a message which said "you have subscribed to 3G11 Rs.11.00 till midnight today through USSD.Enjoy 60Mins free usage till midnight today.For settings sms HVC to 52270.Bal:Rs.524.41 at[protected]:01,REF ID-1943036e." And when i checked my balance,i saw 11 Rs were gone.and my 3G data balance which was 1800mb+ previously, now showed a mere 9.10mb left and some 2370 sec. Now let me tell one more thing which will show how big damn cheap tactics Tata Docomo plays to dupe its Customers ..... It was in August/2013 that i had tried activating 3G11 plan by dialing *141#,cant remember exact date. As the plan wasnt getting activated,i might have tried some 3 to 4 times to activate it but it never got activated and in every attempt always i recieved this message.... "Sorry! We are unable to process your requestg Please try again in sometime." Now one more Funny and irritating thing happened,i started gettin the very same above message Daily 2,3 times although i did nothing to activate it again after my first few attempts had proved it like sunshine to me that its next to impossible to activate this Plan. But still i kept getting these unwelcomed messages on Daily Basis.i ignored 'em coz i really fear talking To these Telco CCEs and that too about such a no-nonsense thing such as getting 2,3 failure messages for a plan which a customer didnt even try to activate !! And then on a Fine nd Beautiful Morning's Bad and Fateful Evening i decided on recharging by 499 Rs which i thought would give me 2GB 3G Data and thought that i might also get a Relief from these unwanted messages. But as Luck(Docomo) had it,the Failure messages still kept popping a few times on Daily basis and all i could do was to take a sigh-of-dis-relief and disbelif and wondered that when the Hell are our TELCOs are gonna Get Better. And then Yesterday on 13/9/2013 at 5:03 pm i get a message that my 3G11 plan which i had tried to activate last month in August is now activated and my remaining 1800+mb 3G data from my 499Rs Recharge is gone. Now after being duped and cheated it became a compulsion that now i had to call to CCE which i really and truly hate to, b'cuz these so called CCEs themselves are Hopeless and acting under some one Else's command and speaking only those words which they are taught and are Noobs and know absolutely nothing.... Well coming back to point... At Around 7pm i tried calling CCE,there one Mahendra Ahire picked my call,when i described him all the details,the man kept reiterating just one song that i had exhausted my 3G data and of which now only 9.10mb remains and the 3G 11 Plan was activated by me and by me only and not from Tata Docomo coz never does a service get started unless its activated by coustumer himself. he kept reiterating the same thing like a Parrot who is trained and taught few words and he can speak only those few beaten words and nothing else. Soooo Damn Irritating !!!! Extremely Bored and Extremely irritated ,I asked him to transfer my call to his senior,and guess what this man does? Sorry! No Prizes for Guessing... Yup He simply cuts my call .. WTH? And when i again tried contacting CCE,i came to know that now i am blocked and cant reach CCE. Again WTH? Is this the way Tata Docomo treats its Customers? First Dupe then Dump? @TATA DOCOMO,plz let me know if "Dupe then Dump" is your policy. So i could Dump a few Docomo Sim cards and advise my family and Freinds of the same. No Thanks No Regards

                  Well i recieved a call from Tata Docomo at around 7pm.a nice talk it was.
                  the guy on phone assured me that they will look into the matter. And that the problem might have been caused by some technical issues which they will be looking into.and it may take about 2 days and if the balance has been wrongly deducted then will certainly give it back it to me.

                  I ask Tata Docomo to check for the failure messages which i was receiving daily 2, 3 times since last month after i had tried and failed to activate 3G11 plan.
                  They will sure come to know that even after i had recharged with 499 on 6/9/13 and had 2gb 3g data, even then i was getting these 3G11 plan failure messages.
                  Why would i try to activate any other plan when i Already got 3G data?
                  @Tata Docomo, at 1pm had recieved a call frm u guyz which i think was hung up frm ur side before i could finish.

                  Well here are few screen shots of the failure messages which i had kept getting daily since i had tried to activate the 3G11 plan last month in august.

                  so as Tata Docomo had it, they refused to acknowledge their mistake nd instead putting the blame on me for activating the plan which i didnt, they refused to credit me back my STOLEN 3G DATA and 11RS.



                  Well as it was the 1st time that any such thing happened to me, i m gonna take it in my stride and will live with Docomo for the time being, but i swear as soon as Reliance jiyo 4G is launched i will immeditely port out from Docomo, u have my word.

                    I request you to return my bal. and internet data from docomo. My No. on which this incident was happen..
                    As I recharge of Rs 250 they gave 222 bal and 1 gb data...As I think last data plan now cancel whren i get 1 GB. but thet activate 31 rs internet pack that was autorenewable but i think it is now cancel aftr getting 1GB... on 14-9-13 ... My balancr had also deduced with 900 MB data also....
                    But i want to return my balance and MB....
                    as i called to customer care they called me this is virgin mobile plz call again..when i call again..they forward my call to other for refunds but aftr some time they discontinue.
                    But This is not a matter.....
                    I m a student....As i know last one removed when i activatr new....so plz say to return my bal.with my data...

                        I have asked for the internet connection on tata photon max device whose MEID Device No is A[protected]AAB9 and photon no is [protected] which has plan of 1200 of 11 GB, which is running on and paying regular bill for 4 months, but tata docomo has generated the another false photon number of [protected] whose MEID Device No is A[protected]AAB1 on my name and issued the bill Rs 917 for the device which i havent got it and even ever purchased that device.
                        I am trying to explain every customer care executive that i haven't of got any device for which they are claiming me the bill. but they dont want to listen.
                        when i have get the number first time of [protected], it was a rule of government that customer has to call customer care and confirm the address for number then it will started that i have done with [protected], but after 4 days i got another msg from tata that you number is [protected] then i havent call to confirm the adress even after that they started number on my name.
                        then i call on retailer which i have applied through online, they told me its mistake of tata that they put the last number B1 in place of B9 which they will resolve but after 1-2 weeks not even resolved and atlast i have to cut false connection of 92124152
                        Now they areclaiming me for bill of Rs1174
                        I am getting mentally torchered for 3 months for paying bill all the time
                        Please help me to get rid of these false bills and device for which they are claiming on me.

However, I had asked for a Rs. 850 plan. Also, I have still not received activation PIN. I call helpdesk everytime.                             DATE - 11 September 2013 / Wednesday. Respected Sir/Madam, My Name is Pritamsing Girase. My Tata Docomo number is [protected]. Today ( 11-September-2013 ) I did special recharge of 'Rs. 250'. at 12.15 p.m. I got 222.50 Rs. main balance and 1 GB 3G Data. In evening at 5.10 p.m. I got a SMS from TA-NXLDAT, - " You have subscribed to GPRS 8 Rs. 8 through USSD. Enjoy 50 MB Data till Midnight today ". My whole 1 GB data got Lapse and I got only 50 MB data, also Rs. 8 deducted from my main account balance. I have not activated any Rs. 8 pack through USSD today. I already have 1 GB data, then why should I activate a new Rs. 8 for 50 MB data plan. I called to Customer Care, but the person disconnected my call. Then I tried to call again on Customer Care numbers 198, 121, [protected], and [protected] for several times, but call was automatically getting Disconnected. So, I wrote this E-mail to you. Please Look into this and RETURN My 1 GB 3G Data and Rs. 8. Thanking You, Pritamsing Girase, [protected] [protected]@gmail.com (Maharashtra).

                              Sir, I am using tata docomo service on my mobile no [protected] and facing no customer care service response. On Monday, I have crosses sms limits and my service was barred as per TRAIs norms. I have contacted customer care service of tata docomo, on Monday at around 12 noon. The customer care service said that outgoing would be resumed in 8 hours however, the service not yet started after 38 hours. I have called the customer care more than five times but, they are asking me to wait another 8 hours. I have seen worst experience with tata docomo. The company have no grivence with customers.

                                Please provide as much information I am using Tata docomo CDMA Card for last 4 yrs. Recently i have purchase new HTC phone after that i try to start internet on my mobile but it's not working. I reach to TATA Docomo Outlet for help they suggested me that you have to change your sim because you are using old sim, however to use internet on your phone u need to change with OHM card. I do that, i ask executive if any internet plan available he told me to activate with 43 internet plan you will get 2 GB Internet usage free. i do that on 26-Jun-2013. After that on 19-Jul-2013 i received bill of as per my billing cycle in that i didn't found any problem.Bill amt 747 which includes also charged 30 charges for pack on prorate basis. After that in next month(August), i received bill on 19-aug-2013 amt 2735 which includes Internet data usage charges (1735.00) + normal call charges + 43 data pack charges. I have register complain regarding bill, now they are saying 43 plan was not applicable to you because you have used High speed internet.i told him if that is not applicable than why plan was activated on my mobile. Now they are saying that when you activated plan that time our system don't now which mobile you are using. i ask when you generate bill at that time you came to know that still why this plan activated on my mobile than they are saying you need to deactivated. It means if my mobile is not eligible for that plan than also i have to bear with all charges.i ask them because of your system mi stack, i have been charged why should i pay for this but they are not ready to except their mistake. please provide me solution for this. as possible...

                                As per call, i understood that if i am having 3g Sim and i am
                                recharge 2g with internet plan than you will charge me separately for 3g
                                internet usage charges in stead of 2g plan.

                                If so than let me clear you that i am also using voda Sim where i am having
                                3g Sim but if i activate 2g plan than broad cast with i receive for
                                internet was 2g only not 3g. it means that voda system take care that if i
                                have recharge with 2g plan so i can't able to use 3g network. but in your
                                case if i have activated GPRS pack than also your system will allow me to
                                access OMH network. if it is true than i think your system need to upgrade
                                like other network provider. so that you can't cheat other customer.

                                  I have been charged wrongly for internet usage.I do believe that I have watched three videos in my java mobile of 3 inches screen size.But as an engineer and smart user I know that packets data consumed wont be that much high(Rs 2200) as shown in the bill and that too in java operating system mobile.And I even don't know the reason for what I have been charged for internet when your consultant has only assured that in my plan there is a limited data free.You can go for recordings in Avaya and pull out the recordings. My phone number is [protected].And the second thing in spite of paying my monthly rental of 1095 I have got my services(out going call) barred on 10th September.If there is a technical fault from TATA folks,why as a consumer I have to suffer. I made a call to tata docomo customer care on 3rd,September,2013 and stated my issue,their folks gave me complain no[protected] and committed me that this issue will be closed in 2 days and after 2 days instead of giving me a resolution they sent me a message stating that "Your complain no :[protected] has exceeded the closure timelines.We are working on it & shall close within 2 days.".But still its five day from committed deadline I haven't got a resolution and instead of giving me a resolution they barred my number. There is production environment depending on me as well So make sure that I will get a resolution for this by today EOD else I will drag TATA folks to consumer court for my production loss as well if by tomorrow morning my services will not get resumed along with a justification on this wrong bill generation.

                                  Once again my number([protected]) has been barred.Following are my concerns:

                                  1:If my complain is regarding wrong bill generation, so how come my number could be barred from DOCOMO end due to non payment.
                                  2:In spite of I have been repetitively given the time of closure of my complain in two days, but two days have never completed from 3/09/2013.
                                  3:Consultant rudeness over phone is really a big concern.Due to my outgoing has been bared I called up customer care of Tata Docomo.Instead of assisting me politely, consultant was very rude over phone.Docomo can refer the recording from quality team for the call made by me in early morning today.

                                  So I believe that these reasons are enough to go for a legal action.So going forward I just want to discontinue my service and dont want any clarification.Please send me your office address so that I could send you a legal notice from court.And I had a production loss of 10k.So please assist me in recovering that.

                                  Once again the wrong information from Tata Docomo supervisors and consultants.My number got barred on 20 th Sept, 2013 at night and I have been given a request number for line activation[protected]given by Shiva)and as committed by him it would be getting activated in 4 hours.I called today morning again to customer care after 4 hours since my line was still barred.Customer care is again giving a new request number and told me the same thing that again I had to wait for 4 more hours till afternoon 12 pm.Is it a kind of bloody joke or what.?
                                  And the second thing I spoke to the floor supervisor Sumit regarding complain number 37849155 on 19th, Sept, 2013 (interaction Id[protected].He had given me commitment that till the closure of my complain I wont be getting any payment reminder and as well as my number will not get barred.But still it has got barred.I am really feeling helpless.In spite of putting complain for long back on 5 Sept, 2013 with complain number 37849155, I have been given a dead line of[protected].
                                  So my question is if my complain is regarding wrong bill, so how come i can pay the bill and the second thing if tata guys are barring my number that intends indirectly I am being compelled to pay the bill and Tata is harassing me mentally in a span of each two days by barring my number.If from the complain date that is 5th of September, 2013 I am not getting the benefit of service that give me a justification that why should I need to pay the rental for September month.So going forward if I am not availing the service I dont need to pay the rental as well for this month I believe.

                                  Please give a clarity from your end since this is an extent of commitment failure and wrong promise and extremely worst customer care service

                                    Hello sir I got a fake call from [protected] who told me as i won 25 lacs amount and have to call on [protected] to Mr. Rajkumar as tata docomo distributer.. they told me that KBC given 5 carore rupees to some mobile companies and they had a lottery number for me .. after that they told me to deposit 15200 rs in their account to get 25 lacs amount .they will deduct 200 and return 25 lac and 15000. plz do sumthing for these cheaters.. as possible...
                                    Dude. +92 numbers are from Pakistan.

                                      i had taken a postpaid connection of tata DoCoMo and was facing serious issue in their billing structure and was not satisfied with that so i thought to close the connection I paid my bill by online method and asked customer care to discontinue my services they did it. When I called my number it used to say "The dialed number is not available" after a month a bill of 424 and it was an immediate payment bill. I called customer care they said your number is still working. I was surprised and called and went to tata outlet a dozen times. And asked them to discontinue this. They asked me to pay the bill I neglected and said if I haven't consumed a ting not made any outgoing and not received any call why should i pay for this . Now I have again received a bill of Rs.842 and i don't have money to pay for it the customer care is not listening nor the outlet persons are............... If I have not taken any services nor put that in the phone even once why should i pay for it ...... Is it justice???????
