Dear sir,
My tata docomo mobil number [protected], from this number they are offen taking money from my prepaid balance. Some times they do refund me and some times they dont use to refund. All those times they dedect 5 to 10 rs so it was not an big issue but this time today on 22 nd october 2012 in between 4 to 5 pm they have took 99rs from my main balance.. Kindly ask them to refund that 99 rs..!

    Netwap service has been activated of its own on my mobile no.They are deducting daily 1rs. Daily for this.I have been trying a lot since 10 days to deactivate this service but no result till date.
    I had called to 15523 to deactivate this service but the computer is saying there is no activated service in my mobile.


    Again I dialed *191# to deactivate this netwap but it is displaying there is no active service on my phone.
    I called to customer care(121) for help but still no response no result.Please deactivate this useless service & refund my lost money.Many customers are suffering with same problem but till now no help from the tata docomo.

      The Best Worst Award Of 2012 goes to TATA DOCOMO Prepaid Telecom Service due to following reasons:
      1.Network Problem
      2.Internet Browsing & Downloading Problem
      3.Balance Deducation Problem
      4.Automatic Service Activation
      5.Poor Response from Customer Care etc.

      I think that the Govt. should be cancelled their licence within two months if they dont progress their service.

        Hi,
        I have taken a Tata Docomo Postpaid SIM with Rs.1299 Plan. According to the plan, I should get 2GB 3G data free and unlimited 2G data. I called up the customer support asking for the 3G Settings for my Apple iPhone 3GS. They asked me to send a message with 1299 typed to 52270. I got a reply saying that "My phone does not support automatic settings and I have to contact Customer Support for Manual settings". I called up the customer support again, asking for the manual settings. At first they asked me to enter APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC. I tried using this APN, but neither the 3G data nor the 2G data was working. I called the customer support again telling them the error I was facing. They again asked me to change the APN to "internet HVC APN". I tried using this APN and I was getting the same error. I called up the customer support again telling them about the error. They asked me to choose Aircel Network and to try again. I tried with Aircel network and again I got the same error. I called them up again and now they say that its my phone's fault. So I tried using a Nokia phone. But still, I was unable to connect to 3G. When i informed the customer support again, they said that there is network problem in Pune, so might be because of that I am facing this issue. When i told them that before taking Postpaid SIM, I was using Tata Docomo 3G in prepaid SIM and it worked absolutely fine, they replied that they have done whatever they could do to help me and its my problem now.
        These Tata Docomo people are themselves confused about the APN.
        Please help!!

        3G not working & Major issue of no network coverage at my office

        Dear All,

          sir,my docomo no is [protected], in sep 2011 i was conformed by custmer care that there is no roaming charges on internet(on net pack) when inquired by me as i had to go in roaming in october 2011. in december bill they charge total 2713/- rs for roaming on internet.. i was shocked when asked by i complained they were not accepting its their foult, i said custmer care to recordings that who give wrong information, and i would not pay for custmer care wrong information.
          i didnt pay the bill, their start sending me notice i said its not my fault take your necessary amount in the mean time in december 2011 bill they add 600 rs extra for internet while i had 6 gb pack activated.

          i called so many time to customer care their seniors and recive lot of call for not paying bill, i complained all of them... now in july collection boy from tata docomo call me and said to pay necessarary amount of bill as i said, i said ok and give 1700/- rs against my (wrong) bill of 4278/-.and take reciept , that guy give me surity that my issue will be solved and i get noc from tata docomo in fifteen days
          after one month when i didnt recive any noc, i check from docomo office, found that my account is still not closed..... now what should i do , i have the reciept of "no due pending" please advice me

              Hi,

              My tata docomo number is [protected].

              I have made a Special recharge of Rs 250 in which it was been told that you get the full talktime of Rs 250 and unlimited internet (whatever 3G data 1Gb and rest 2G) but today my balance has been deducted by Rs.60 from my main account ,I am trying to call customer care but my number has been blocked
              Please let me know why the unnecessary deduction of Rs 60 has been made from my account as still i am having internet data left in my account and apart from using internet i haven't called on any other number.
              Kindly resolve this issue asap and unblock the customer care.

                I am a TATA DOCOMO customer from Ranchi, Jharkhand. My mobile number is: [protected] and email id is "[protected]@rediffmail.com"

                I received an SMS saying "Hi! You have subscribed to mtv facts Pack at Rs.28.13 till 18/11/2012. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP FAC to 56060(Free).Current balance: INR 1.00 at[protected]:05 AM"

                I immediately sent "STOP [censored]quot; to 56060 to stop the subscription and received the SMS saying "Hi! You have cancelled your subscription to mtv facts Pack. Thank you for using our service."

                I was left with a balance of just Rs.1/- on my mobile in the process due to such fraudulent automatic subscription to unwanted junk service. If TATA DOCOMO resorts to such cheating malpractices to add to its profits, it really cannot expect to retain customers for long. I suspect that the system is programmed to leave just Rs.1/- balance in the customer's account since it seems very unreasonable to fix the price of such subscriptions at Rs.28.13, which the company deducted. I want TATA DOCOMO to refund the amount fraudulently deducted and desist from such malpractices in future.

                I tried to complain to "Customer Care" but they could not be reached even after repeated attempts. It actually seems that the company does not "care" about its "customers" at all. One of the reasons I had purchased TATA DOCOMO sim was that they advertised that there would be no automatic unwanted subscriptions ever. The company has failed to deliver its promise.

                Tata Docomo — Unsolicited subscriptions

                My number Tata Docomo [protected].. I have been forcefully subscribed into various services and packs which I never asked. This is fraud. When reported, they only say they are looking into it. Customer care just gives computerised answers. Never expected such cheating and fraud from a reputed company with the name of Tata. It is a shame that Ratan Tata is defrauding and cheating Indian people with such illegal activities. It is a real shame.

                I've a TATA Docomo mobile connection user with the number [protected] from January, 2011.

                It's quite ridiculous and shocking that they are charging even for attending the calls.

                Is there any remedy for this problem? Is there anybody from the TATA Docomo Team to respond me???

                On 29th May 2011 Tta Docomo Deducted 399 Rs. twice for Black Berry Service.
                They are also not giving any clarification..

                I Had asked them than they said you had activated the service twice times.They are telling a Lie...

                Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Automatic Balance Deduction!

                Taking Tata Docomo is a big mistake. I am a prepaid user. Every month, I get a call from a Docomo automated number which I do not pickup. Once the call is cut, I receive an SMS saying that my caller tunes have been activated and a song has been downloaded. Rs.45 automatically gets deducted from my balance. I have screenshots as proof for the same.

                This has been happening every month for the past 3-4 months. Everytime I have to write an email and ask for refund. This month (September), it happened twice. I was charged Rs.45 two times in a span of 10 days. For both I lodged a compaint separately. The first complain was ignored completely. The 2nd has just been resolved after a week. In total I have received a refund of Rs.45 out of Rs.90.

                Apart from this issue, there is another balance deduction. I use blackberry service Rs.399 which entitle me for free surfing, as mentioned on the Docomo website. Almost every day, atleast 4-5 times, I get a popup that says "You have been charged <amount> for your last internet transaction." This amount goes from Rs.0.10 upto Rs.0.60 and sometimes Rs.1.20 per message, whether I surf the internet (which is anyways free in my plan) or even if I dont surf it! Complains have been lodged regularly for the same since more than 6 months and there has been no resolution yet.

                I have been speaking with Tata Docomo executives via phone, email or their web chat regularly every month for some or the other issue.

                I advice people to be careful while taking a Tata Docomo connection. Apart from the network issues and call cuts (regular with all networks) there are many other hidden charges with Tata Docomo, which if not checked can take away all your balance. The service is not at all "Simple" as they portray, its only "Silly".

                Hope these are sorted soon. Until then, please do not go for such a connection.

                I would still say that the company should desist from such malpractices.

                hi this is rajkumar from andhra pradesh and for past several days i have been charged rs2/- as charges to my subscription to babes, when i never subscribed, and i can any one tell me how to stop this service and i urge the tata docomo people not to play such a cheap games with people, mind that u are having the tata brand which stands for their word and worth. so please look for other areas for the revenue, not this way and tell me how to stop this service, my no [protected]
                Same case with me. The moment I recharge, they deduct and bring my balance to Re 1. Services such as music unlimited, mini movies, bollywoodMirch_She. Don't even know what the hell these are. They are not responding as well. Customer care calls, they are not resolving, emails they are not replying.

                          Tata Photon — disconnected still bill coming

                          hi i sachin i disconnected my photon on jan without my permission they r running my connection and forcing for pay the bill
                          it is deir method to earn. deir is also another way called churn-charges. dey employ many methods like these 2 churn out money from customers. so it is nw ur time 2 churn dem. file case under 420 in magistrate court.

                            i am using tata docomo sim phone no [protected] during surfing on 18/10/12 one add banner
                            appear and shown 99 rs pack than i immediately quit browser without touching add but still 99rs deducted from my main balance. On talking with customer care he forcing that i have touch the banner but i said i have not so he said that he will connect me to his senior but no body attended the call. This type of deduction happen may time but the were of small amount

On talking with customer care he forcing that i have touch the banner but i said i have not so. Next day i again called customer care and they refunded my balance. But again on 24/10/2012 same has happened & balance deducted by 99 rs this time i haven't seen any add. I am very frustrated now by taking this 250 plan.please save the type of mental torture.

                                  I am a prepaid customer of tata docomo-gsm. Recently, I got a message that rs30 have been deducted from my account for some magic sms pack, which I don't even know about. I got the service deactivated but my money is lost.

                                  I will like that the phone company refund the concerned amount. I really don't understand why the phone company needs to rob people of their money.

                                    This is to inform you that I have Tata docomo prepaid no ([protected])
                                    On 16.10.2012 (6:52)pm I have recharged my no by Rs 250 (Rs 250+1gb 3g data+unlimited 2g data) with transition id([protected])
                                    But to my surprise even after having pack my main acc balance was deducted when I was surfing . Then I called upon customer care on 16/10/2012 (approximately at 12 o clock in night) . Then the customer care executive told me that there is no actual deduction but due to server problem only figures are changing.
                                    Next day I called customer care again they told me the same that due to server problem only figures are changing.
                                    But when my balance becomes zero I called again then they told me that due to surfing balance was deducted.
                                    But I have already the plan for free surfing and downloading.

                                    Please help me to get my balance back and compensation for this inconvenience
                                    And take a strong step against them

                                      I have been insisting to cancel my Tata Docomo number due to bad quality and unprofessional customer service, but so far nothing has been done. As far as responce i received from the concern there were no clarity in the matter. Each response contradicts. I have wasted my time on this and I want to cancel this number.

                                      I once again insist on cancellation of this number and need a confirmation mail for the same
                                      TATA DOCOMO customer care is very irresponsible people. Attitudes of executive is highly negative.

                                        I am using TATA DOCOMO (CDMA & GMS). Their customer care service is the worst one

                                        TATA DOCOMO GSM

                                        today some WGW service got activated automatically deducting Rs 30. But customercare person said it wont be refunded. Then she told call will be diverted to some technical person who is not picking up the phone(i waited for 15 min).Afterward when we call to customer care, line will be busy for the whole day to my particular no.
                                        This is the service what we are getting from TATA

                                        Previous experience

                                        GSM

                                        Done 95 rs activation, internet was not getting. For 2-3 days i called to customer care, no response from them. I deactivated, thougth amount will be refunded. Amount was not refunded.
                                        This i can understand, amount may not be refunded even though i have not used the service and customercare was busy to give support since i have done the activation




                                        TATA DOCOMO CDMA

                                        1. Done online recharge for Rs 125 & Rs 95, got SMS from docomo it is recharged. But when i check my balance, that amount is not coming. I sent mail to customercare and they have asked me proofs, i have send screen shots of transactions. Later i received call saying it will be refunded within 03.10.2012, still not refunded. Again 3-4 times i mailed to customer care but no response.

                                        2. I have done recharge through docomo website for 125 rs , after 10min 95 rs got cut saying internet is activated which i was not able to access. I have not used a single KB of data and when i asked to refund to 121 customer care, 1st time call they refused to give refund and then next time whenever i called customer care is busy.

                                        I have sent mail to customercare daily, but no resolution to my problem.







                                        ADVICE FOR TATA USERS

                                        1. MAINTAIN YOUR BALANCE BELOW RS 10-15 SOTHAT NO SERVICE GET AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED.

                                        2.DONT TRY TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMERCARE PERSON IF YOU ARE FACING ANY PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE BECAUSE YOUR PROBLEM WONT BE RESOLVED, ONLY THING IS THAT YOU LOSE 50 PAISE FOR THAT CALL ,....NO BENEFIT

                                        THEY DONT EVEN KNOW TATA DOCOMO IS PROVIDING CDMA SIM.
