BUT POOR TATADOCOMO NET WORK ,, WHEN I COMPLAINA AND CALL TO COUSTMER CARE 121 ,, THERE IS NO PERSON/ FEMALE TO RECTIFY MY COMPLAIN REGARTING NET WORK I HAVE CHANGED SO MANY HEAD SET MOBILE FOR NET WORK.. BUT AGAIN THERE IS POOR NETWORK,, MY FRIENDS ARE CALLING TO ME ,THE PHONE IS ON... BUT THEY ARE TELLING YOUR MOBILE IS OUT OF COVERAGE AREA... I AM EXPLAINING MY PROBLEM TO COUSTOMER BUT NO RESPONSE FROM ANY TATA DOCOMO OFFICE I HAVE VISITED TATA DOCOMO OFFICE NEAR CHERMAS ( BUT NO RESPONSE ,, THEY TOLD THEY WIL SEE
ONLY POSTPAID) AND I HAVE VISTED NEAR SBI BANK MALAKPET THERE IS A TATO DOCOMO BUT NO RESPOSE,,THEY ARE TELLING GO TO TATA MAIN OFICE KHANLATIF BUILDING,,, I HAVE GONE THERE ALSO BUT NO GIVEN ME CORRECT GUIDENCE TOME...
PLESE RECTIFY MY NETWORK PROBLEM NEARLY ONEHALF MONTH IAM SUFFERING THIS....

Tata Docomo — Services are activated without permission
I am, Ankita Jadhav . I am using tata docomo from 2 yrs My mobile number is [protected]. A service is activated in my cell, named "Game Pack" yesterday. Due to this service, my balance is deducted by Rs.46/-Due to this condition I am not recharging my cell. I called customer care several times but they did'nt listen me . Due to this service I lost many rupees .
So I want to do a complaint on "TATA DOCOMO" .
