    Though this amount is negligible but I would like to raise voice I find this is cheating providing wrong information and misguiding
    customer, I can very much sue...

    I did an online special recharge for RS 38 date 10th Oct for the below benefit:
    On 10th Oct-12 plan described as per website(http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx)

    "Local/STD Tariff Voucher 38 0 33.82 12.36
    Local On-Net calls @ 1p/ 6secs. (10p/ min.). Off-Net Local/ STD mobile calls @ 1p/ 2secs. (30p/ min.).
    All Landline calls @ 1.2p/ sec. 100 Local/ National SMS free/ day for existing customers. Validity : 30 Days"

    After recharge I got POP up msg, with same information.

    But my SMS start getting charged 1.2Rs/SMS and I had been charged unknowingly throught the day.:)

    When I called Customer care executive same day,they told this offer is not valid anymore its changed.
    When I told I'v seen this on your website and then recharged, if its changed then why its not updated on website ?
    I got ans : you would have called customer care before recharge :) and website get updated once in a months or something ....

    This is pathetic Customer service ...


    And after one call if you ring CC helpline says "All our customer care executive busy attending other customer"
    you only can call CC executive one time in a day, which is frustrating.

      I was using a Tata docomo broadband connection since more than an year. My account number is[protected]. I never got the promised speed of 1 Mbps and no action was taken even after constant complaints. I finally decided to cancel the connection and submitted a written request at a Tata docomo gallery on 23rd July 2012. My request number is[protected]/[protected]. I was told that the connection would be cancelled within 7 working days. I got a confirmation call and I confirmed that I wish to cancel this connection. I got an MTS connection and have been using the same ever since. But I have been getting Tata bills since then and also constant phone calls for payment reminders. I have informed them time and again that I have cancelled the connection and would not be paying any charges. Finally today on 10th October 2012, I visited the Tata docomo gallery again and came to know that my connection has still not been cancelled even after submitting a request around 80 days back, and informing the call centre people numerous times on call. I asked for an explanation but all the gallery people did was to take down another complaint bearing number[protected]/[protected].
      This is a complete fraud by Tata by not disconnecting the connection even after submitting a written request and then harassing the customer to pay charges, even though I have stopped using the connection long time back. I am highly troubled and dissatisfied by the service provided and the continuous harassment and would like to take some action on this. If somebody can help me with how to go about this then I would be grateful. Thanks.

        Dear sir
        On 08-oct-2012 I was recharged 250 to get unlimited 3g,
        now I got 250 balance as
        they mentioned in the plan but the unlimited 3g data
        is not enabled, this caused me extra 9 rupees for
        may internet browsing.
        l hv tryied to call tata docomo custmer care,
        but I find that they blocked my call,
        bucaus they have no excuse about this,
        l want my deduct balance back and no more dduction any more,and abobe said 3g plan.

        and my. Rs 246 balance validity is showe for only[protected],and Left balance for 2025.
        pls sir pls fix this problem as soon as possible.

        unlimited — about signals

        my signal is very low. i have lack of signals so i want increasing the signals. due to few signals, speed of my net is too slow. it hangs the computer. my net has networks problems.

        Tata Docomo Telecom — Deduct money balance from SIM card

        Respected Sir,

        My self Gohil Shivbhadrasinh. I am TATADOCOMO SIM card holder and the Number of my Phone is [protected].
        Company started automatically a SMS service on my SIM and deduct 30Rs. from my account ballance. I immediatly call to the customer care and they also accept that the SMS service is automatically started and commited that we transfer your deduct balance with in 3days. But Still now it 7 ot 8 days left i am not receiving my balance and now they people says we can not gave it to back because its too late.
        Please do needfull for this matter. May thousand of people paased from this wroste condition. The telecome company does not have a such rights to cheat their customer like this way.

        my balance is credited by rs.36, and brows net without any balance deductoin.
        and now I m happy,
        but, its takes too time to connect through the internet,
        and in day time it makes me unable to use 3g,
        the signal is very weak,

        i got balance and new hvc setting to unable access internet, i used old setting but deducted from my main balance.

        hello sir...I have activated Rs.90 3g plan quoting 300mb 3g data directly from my mobile today instead they activated 2g plan of 3072 mb data...I lodged a complaint @ [protected]@tatadocomo.com saying the same but after some tym it automatically got deducted of Rs90 for second tym and again I have got the same data of 2g I.e. 3072 mb.. my balance was. Rs.256 after 2 deductions it got down to Rs.76 now ...I want my Rs.90 back along with 3g pack activation as soon as possible...I haven't seen such a worat service from Docomo network...

        my 300 rs balance has been deducted on unlimited 3g pack. I talked to customer care and they said it was because of over use of pack.. I just want to say docomo provides great services but after this deduction in my account i must say you suck docomo..

            Hi, I'm a tata docomo network user and purchased my sim card about a month ago. It worked properly for about a month but on 06/10/12 the services of my no. was disconnected without any prior notice and when i sent a query e-mail about the problem, they replied saying that my customer application form and the supporting documents have not been submitted.
            This is not done as i have already submitted all the documents and also they are not providing me any help or assistance regarding the problem. Kindly help me out as i'm facing a lot of problems regarding my contacts and connections.

            Mobile phone service — IPoor training of Vodafone Customer Care

            A person by name Harshada telephone number[protected] calls me today 24th January at 5.25 pm and tells different stories about All India Roaming facility. I asked her th simple tariff on Maharashtra-Goa Roaming.She was confused and telling me Mumbai to local MTNL line would cost me at STD rate , while I pay Rs.1.40 per minute on All Maharashtra roaming .I asked her to check the rates since the local call should be cheaper than Roaming.She comes back and gives me still more confused figures !!
            Request Train the the telemarkweting Girls properly before they dial and disturb the customers.

            Mobile phone service — Disconnection of phone service

            Sir,

            As i hv been transferred out, i wanted discontinuation of my vodafone no. [protected]. On 25.04.2008, I have paid the billed amount and given in writing for discontinuation of the service. But till date the service is on and I am afraid, though I hv stopped using the phone, you will raise the bill for next month.

                  Regarding my connection [protected] of TATA DOCOMO. I have activated 250 rs recharge for 3G unlimited data and full talk time. But still I am not able to get connection to the network. I have been made call to your customer care number problem not solved. And without my request deducted the amount of 120 rs and I called the Customer care again to bring the notice. I told that to deactivate whatever service is activated with my knowledge and bring back my amount which deducted from my account unnecessary. After two days its won’t come to my account again I tried get connection to customer care I am not able to get the connection. In this case what I can do? Please help me out for those two issues immediately

                  I lost my money. I spoke to customer care.

                  hi my name is kannan,my mobile number is [protected]... i have been deduce 10rs for cricket tips by juvaraj for the forthtime.... all the time i made a complaint to the customer care they recharge the amount and i told them to deactivate the service which was activated with out my prior knowledge all the time they said sorry and said that the package was deactivated ... but today 30-may-2011 again they deduce 10rs from my balance and i made a call to customer care the said it will be deactivated suddenly i got a message from 54321194 that rs30 was deduce for cricket package activation... totally i lost 40rs today itself...

                  Sir, I subramani living in Bangalore. My mobile number is [protected]. I had activated internet pack on may 28th night 11.45pm. I got deducted of 75 rupees for activation of internet which I preferred. Later on I had balance amount of 87 rupees. I started browsing for some time n later wen I checked thee amount at morning 29th may, my balance was only 2 rupees. So it happens frequently, if I ask to the manager he is telling that we can only deactivate the services and they can't refund the amount deducted. So I need the amount back sir.

                  i also recharged my docomo number with 250/- for full talk time and unlimited 3G, i got it work you have to change the settings in apn to TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC and i have to inform you my friend this offer contains only 1 gb of 3G data after that you will get 2G speed. i know it sucks..:(

                  Docomo had deducted Rs.10 and also Rs.1/day (2 to 3 times) from my account. ([protected])
                  This happened like, when i unlocked my phone, i got a message that some service was activated and the amount was deducted.
                  This had happened previously, when flash messages used to come, and I accidentally click on it. But this time, even without any such flash ads coming, the amount was deducted. Please reimburse my money without delay. (Not less than Rs.15).
                  i have recharged an amount of ₹.250 and get only ₹222 but their monthly rental chart of march promise to give full talktime.

                  and one another complain is about auto renewal of GPRS service and deducted my previous GPRS pack of 2GB and gives only 1GB and charged me an amount of ₹69 and deducted from my balance. and they are also not receiving calls at 198 which is complain number, i had tried previously also to disconnect autorenewal but they didn't reciaved my call and right now also they are not receiving. And they also send me message of giving 1GB data at charged price but they give only 1GB dat.

                    I didnt subscribe anything but
                    I GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY "TATADOCOMO GSM PREPAID MOBILE OPERATOR "SAYING THAT "U HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO LAUGHTER CLUB & ADHIGAALAI POOKAL SONGS.

                    I think these people are deducting money from innocent peoples and if they are not checking then it will go to their pocket. Cheating Fellows.

                      But till now i am not able to connect to 3G network.

                      When i contacted customer care couple of times i got PROMISE that it will be activated with in few hours.
                      Now its been days and still the same.
                      Also i called Customer care now they asked me to hold the line and for Past 20 minute Am on HOLD!!!

                        I bought new Samsung Galaxy Y handset. Although I searched for almost 15 days for a OMH card in all tata indicom galaries across Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, I got the same answer, "OMH card is not available."

                        The height is, though it was available in Mumbai, they were not ready to give since my connection is from Dombivli circle. I don't know why do they call their system online if they are not able to provide the service to a customer only because he/she is not from the same region.

                        If at all any Tata Indicom representative is going to follow-up this issue, please contact me on [protected]. Also kindly dont ask me to email to anybody (since I have already did it quiet a lot times) or to visit any Tata Indicom Gallary, I am literally fed up of receiving negative reply.

                        No need to say about the customer care guys, since as usual they dont know anything, they will just tell you to be online, ask your personal information with hell lot of other questions for almost 10 minutes & then ask you to send a mail to some address. Endof the day your query remains unresolved & those Customer Care guys sucks another 10 minutes from your schedule.

                        Kindly provide me precise information about when & where can I get the OMH card...

                        Hi All,

                        Please cross check your ID submitted by you while taking new Airtel Connection.

                        Recently, i lost my Cell phone. I had have blocked my Sim card by calling to Customer care and went to the nearest Airtel center to get a new Sim with same number. Then I came to know that, my number was on some unknown person's ID, he said If I want My same number then I had to show him that person'd Id.

                        Whereas I submitted my DL as ID at the time of taking connection. Its their fault that they swapped the ID, not mine falult. At the End I couldn't get my same number back. Please you all check your id details with customercare, as it can happen with any one and you can loose your important contacts like me.

                          From last Year i used tata docomo dongle(no.[protected]) for internet , it have good experience to use with tata docomo.
                          But from the Month of may 2012 i did not use the dongle because it lost in journy,but i didnt complaint o ompany about it.
                          After that in month of june 2012 i pay the bill of rs.2500 to the executive(Mr.Vivek) & told him to disconnect the all services of that number .
                          but he do nothing & i got bill for every month.
                          so please take immidiate ation on this matter.

                            Very unhappy with Tata Docomo's service yesterday I got a marketing call regarding Tata Docomo New gsm connection offer. They didn't even solve my problem and are offering me a new sim.
                            As for the last complain the called me and said sir you won't get any sms or call. But still I am getting sms after starting DND service a year back. I have emailed them twice but no reply from their side. I had ported from airtel to TATA DOCOMO approx a year back because airtel also is a bad network provider, but now TaTa Docomo is going that categorie.

                                Daily deduction for service which was never activated and also not getting deactivated ever my mobile number is [protected] and service provider is TATA DOCOMO. I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-HUWWAP having following message Hi! Your subscription to on AstroOnWap has been renewed at Rs 2 for 1 day. . Autorenewal on till 9 oct, 2012. To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll Free) For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 4-5 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 3-4 hours but i never receive any such sms. Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours. i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated. I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that you are not subscribed for this service. Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

                                  I’ve recharged for Rs 200 Full talk time should be weeks’ time

                                  Then I am impressed with your Television ads of Rs 250 unlimited data and talk time and recharged Rs 250


                                  Total balance was around Rs 440 change


                                  I was not able to browse after 250 recharge when I called customer care they pointed out send Message HVC to 52270 to activate as I’ve 2 GB balance in my previous account which I’ve to usenothing worked

                                  Then I have sent message GPRS to 121 and then today I tried to deactivate and reactivate the gprs by sending message CAN ALL to 121 and when I tried sending message GPRS it said no balance its 0.01


                                  God knows what’s happening  and thank you very much for leaving 0.01 paise in my account

                                  I am sure you will come up with some answers which is right from your end and wrong from my end which means finally” I won’t get my money back”


                                  Moral of the story: Don’t be greedy if someone gives two offers at throw away prices

                                    I have taken new connection with Tata Docomo, my number is [protected]. I have recharged initially with Rs 61 and later with special recharge of 250. Special recharge of 250 has option of 250 talk time and free internet.

                                    But however internet was no activated. Later I have called customer care and they told me i[censored] have recharged with Rs 6, then you cannot use internet available with Rs 250.

                                    When I asked them then why they have not told anything while refilling.

                                    They told its there service. Even customer care agent was not properly speaking with me.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have an issue with the tata docomo (tata photon) store, warangal. My photon # [protected].

                                        I had requested to put up a disconnection request for my photon #[protected] in the month of January, 2012 I have made a payment & cleared all outstanding bill at the TATA Docomo store in Hanamkonda, Warangal. The representative there told me that she would put the cancellation request, and that would be the end.
                                        But to my surprise, it was just the beginning of torture for next couple of months.

                                        After two months I got the bill of two months. When I received the bill I called up on the call center number to find out if the line has been disconnected and the person I spoke to said there has been no disconnection request put up and said she would look into the matter. Again I have visited the store to complaint about my issue of disconnection then the representative given me acknowledgement saying that she has disconnected the account. From there on two months had passed away.

                                        Again I have got the bill and then I discussed with the call center guys they said I would have to pay two months' rental. I refused to pay rental after I explained him the whole issue he made me speak to his senior over the phone who asked me to make 25% payment of the complete bill and he would close the case. And one of the people has come to take money and said that I’ll be getting mail regards to the disconnection. So I have made the payment of 620/- rs, In April

                                        Again after two months I have received a bill and demand notice in June for the bill payment then I have met with the concern person and discussed with them. They asked me to put a mail including all the documents related to the bills and acknowledgements. I have forwarded and responded to the concern persons. When I asked several times about any update on the issue they used say that they will be closing the case and acknowledge me on mail. During this two months had left.

                                        In the august month I have received bill so I had to visit the concern person for further discussion then the bill was nearly 6000/-.

                                        After several calls and meetings that person agreed that there was an issue with the representatives only they didn’t updated request properly and sorry for that, and again he asked me to pay 25% of the bill amount to close the case. Then I said already I have paid 25% of payment for rs.2480/- in April, they replied that the customer care guys did not updated the issue on the application. That is why I am getting the bill and the account still in active mode .

                                        Whatever I have paid earlier that is not worthy and they again asked me to pay to settle the case.
                                        There was problem with the representatives, they don’t work properly and we customers have to bare the problems and lot of torture from their end. Why customers has to pay for the representative’s mistakes.
                                        Every time problem with the representatives. They are not updating the complaints and torturing the customers for their own silly reasons.

                                        This harassment is just too much and I want to file a complaint asking for the legal action on them and get me out from the torture which I’m facing from the past nine months.
